Really nice and clean restaurant, the food was amazing and the price was great. I took my aunt to this restaurant and she said she might go back to it one day, amazing flavors and good selection of plates. You might wait some extra time for your food to arrive so have that in mind.
Being Guatemalan, I was excited to try Churrasqueria Minerva. It truly captured the flavors of home. We started with a fantastic 'Shuco,' a perfect appetizer to share. Then, the 'Tortilla de harina' was the perfect entree for both my wife and me. To wash it all down, the fresh and flavorful limonada was just what we needed. Chips & Salsa were fantastic, and the atmosphere and staff was great! Street parking.
Nice place with great food. I’ve come 3 times and each time ordered something different, all times great. Recently I had the asada mixta and it was delicious. The horchata is really good. Kind owner and great service. They also have a parking lot in the back.
This place is incredible, cozy vibes all around hard to miss on the road, I stumbled with this place looking for restaurants around that area, I’m happy we find it, food was good and the presentation of the dishes was great, sever was polite and answered all the questions we had about the dishes.
The food and service was phenomenal.

Very friendly people, amazing food and great atmosphere. Really loved their house dish she chips with guacamole. Out of all the places I've been, they are one of the most attractive restaurants I've seen. The waitress was coming over regularly to make sure we didn't need anything. Overall, a great experience and i highly recommend this place
we ordered the churrasquito - beef was tender and well seasoned, beans were very savory, and the homemade tortillas were so good. tamales (chicken, pork) are huge and very flavorful. friendly, family-owned little spot - would be happy to eat here again if we're in the area!
