We stopped by the drive-thru on the way through the area and even at Fri pm dinner rush, and a long line, they moved us through quick. Order was perfect and food was all fresh. I think that weird 2-lane drive-thru actually helps efficiency. 👍🏻 Everyone was friendly and the outside garbage was actually not full to the brim, either.

The McDonald's on Rt. 250 in Penfield NY is one of the absolute best in Monroe County! I drive 21 mile round trip just for their food today. Not because was passing by or even near. I have 2 other locations that are less than 5 miles away and refuse to ever go to those ever again. This location #7660 has excellent service AND excellent food. Never made wrong and always fresh!!! Wish I lived closer.

Picking up food for a doordash order and they acknowledged me in seconds. Super busy but only waited 45 seconds. Line around the building but all had great attitudes and smiles on.

I'm not sure if I ordered wrong or they messed up. The woman was really nice when she knew there was a problem. She got me the all correct drinks, even though I only requested to fix part of it. All with a smile.

Christina is one of the most consistently friendly fast food workers I’ve ever encountered. She is one of the most hard working people I’ve run into and clearly takes pride in her job which feels so rare nowadays. I see her pretty much anytime I go to this McDonald’s and it’s always a pleasure when she’s the one taking my order. I hope the franchise owner is aware of her incredible customer service skills!

I came through the drive through at around 4:30 on 6/29. The girl at the window was so sweet and made my day, i had an issue with my form of payment and they handled it in such a nice manner. Very nice location and very sweet people.

This is a great place for midnight cravings, a quick pitstop for lunch, and everything in between. The service is great, and they are very considerate. Only sometimes do we have to wait in the drive through for an extended period of time. The longest I've had to wait was 30mins, when it's dinner rush and they have one person running the speakers and payments. Other than that, it's grand!

The staff here is absolutely fantastic. They're attentive, courteous, and they hustle and grind. Sometimes the wait can be longer here because of how busy this location gets, but it's worth the wait. If you're here and there's a wait , be sure to show appreciation for the crew. They are giving it all they got.

Very friendly and fast service in the drive thru. I usually expect a 2 star experience at McDonald's. But I could tell the woman taking my order had a smile on her face as she was taking my order. Couldn't see her but I could tell. Pulled up to pay, and she was smiling and laughing with a coworker while promptly cashing me out. Pulled up to get my food, and the server was smiling as well. Miles above what I expected. Thank you!

I got breakfast shortly after they opened on a Saturday morning. The line for the drive through was wrapped around the building, so I went in. The manager was doing his best. It was just him and one worker in back. Felt bad for the guy, he was patiently trying to take the order of the woman in front of me. I'll just say it could have gone smoother. I've been in other McDonald's with way more staff and had to wait longer.

Most days this location is pretty good. I use to go more often than I care to admit. Fries are almost always hot, fresh, fully cooked and full. And really, fries are all anyone cares about if going to McDonald's, right? It's not a gourmet burger stop. It's McDonald's. This one is better than most.

Hey, it's a McDonald's; they are what they are. However, this one is one step above most. What sticks out the most is the service. The staff is competent, friendly, and very responsive unlike many MacDees locations where you wonder if the people who work there are even alive. On several occasions I've spoken to managers at this location mentioning how much I like the service their workers provide compared to other locations. Sure, they can mess up once in a while when they are very busy but what do you expect? They are not perfect yet they work very hard to make their customers happy, again unlike many other locations I have visited. The food is good and the staff is competent and friendly. What more can you expect from fast food? One other thing of note: getting in and out of their location can be a bit tricky due to the configuration of their drive thru and drivers not understanding how to properly use it.

I only stopped by for a root beer but what I was given was a very watery coke, and then when I asked for another one, it was a super watery root beer. Not super keen, but couldn't be bothered trying again so I drank my brown fizzy water and just got on with my day.

I was a regular prior to pandemic, but since then McDonald's ownership has severed menu to a third of what it once was. No salads, seasonal items, or healthy alternative specials. The price for certain drinks is higher depending on the McDonald's location. The crew is certainly not as professional as they once were, and staff turnaround is frequently the norm. I'm not impressed enough to spend $ here. I also think this the beginning of the slowing decline leading to closings. Not worth the effort for families, prices are equal to other diners in area, not the quality.

It's becoming a pain in my side i drove to 5 different areas to get a cup of coffee and all had lines of 9 or more cars in the drive-up. This happens it's not looking good for them. I'm going to have to stop drinking coffee or start paying more at a gas station.Which will give me more options for a different flavor which I did find last night for a few pennies less so I guess my daily intake will be from another place.

I ordered ahead on the app and picked up at drive-through. A breakfast sandwich, hash brown, and med iced coffee. My bag didn't include the hash brown that was ordered. I was on my way to work and didn't have time to go back and ask for it to be corrected. Generally, i try to check bedore driving off because this has happened before. I saw the server look in the bag, so I just assumed it was all there. Servers are friendly enough but didn't get the order correct. It's McDonald's so I don't expect too much.

**32 minutes** for a curbside order on 7/10/2025. Ordered on app a Big Mac (obvi), fries, drink. At the time I pulled in there were no more than 12 cars, total, in the drive through. A lady next to me at curbside had already been there so long she went up to the window to see what was going on. Her order took a total of ~30 minutes. The only reason I waited was because I was by myself and in absolutely no hurry--plus my curiosity got the better of me; how long could a curbside order really take? So anyway, 3 stars because this McDonalds has gotten progressively worse in the past year or two. It's *really* slow, and this confirms unequivocally that curbside orders are put on the back burner. How do I know that? Because the receipt on my curbside order was printed 8 minutes after my order was confirmed (24 min before it was brought out).

The food here was actually excellent per my usual McDonald's experience. The workers themselves were friendly and kept themselves very busy. I knocked two stars off for the following: 1) The hand sanitizer dispensers were empty on all of the ordering kiosks. 2) The table my kids picked was dirty an obviously unwhipped. Now, given how busy I saw the staff, I am guessing it is more of a lack of staff than the current staff serving customers. This is unacceptable. Particularly at a time when RSV and Covid continue to cause our communities so many problems.

Somehow they mess up our order almost every time. Today I only had 2 kids meals they forgot the fries in both. Also paid extra for sauces and never got them. Drive threw lady actually said they were in the happy meal boxes. NOPE THEY WERE NOT! Thanks McDonald's for striving for that 5 star review.

Closed early for no reason with customers still in line in the drive through. Went there on a Monday night at 9:20 to get my son a McFlurry and sat in line at the drive through with about 5 other cars just to have them turn the lights off on us without saying a word. They're supposed to be open until 10.

Anything but fast. Half the time they ask me to pull ahead and wait so they can make my burger “fresh”. And then tonight they took 4 cars in a row from the same lane so I just gave up.

Cold fries only filled half, burgher bun completely drenched in grease like it was dipped in grease. Grease was dripping even out of the back when I held it up. Never had this before

Couple weeks ago went there for quick snack on the go...got two kids meals and a fish sandwich meal. Would have been nice to enjoy the fish sandwich if they had actually remembered to put the fish in the roll. Got only the roll tartar and cheese. Kinda laughed about it but just letting y'all know this could have been worse for someone else..

I'm actually here a lot, as they have the best app, so money wise, I get great deals. However, the workers are either snotty, or they say nothing at all. I think this is a privately owned restaurant, so I guess manager doesn't feel she has to keep her employees in line.

I’m actually surprised more people haven’t left reviews about sitting in the drive-thru for long periods of time without anyone saying a word through the speaker. It’s happened to me twice now, both well within operating hours. And this is the only location this has happened at. First time was around lunch, and neither lane was taking orders. Everyone was leaving, it was very strange. But there was someone standing in the first window. Second time was around 6pm, & only the outside lane was getting quick service. For every 10 cars on the outside lane, one order would be taken on the inside lane. I built up the courage to say, “hello,” after several cars in the other lane had their orders taken. So both the car behind me & myself backed out of the inside lane, and pulled into the other lane, just to have our orders taken immediately! And the girl at the window laughed at, what seemed like, me. I saw the monitor was working, so they can see both lanes. Probably saw and heard me, and ignored it…ugh, as if I didn’t feel embarrassed doing it. Never had a problem with the food, always correct for me! It’s the service. Sometimes they’re just weird

I usually get breakfast here before work. And today one of my hashbrowns tasted like dirt??? Idk if it was dropped on the ground or if the potatoes wernt cleaned properly during the manufacturing process but either way if there was actual dirt on my hash brown it’s a health hazard and just know this won’t be the last you hear from me about this if i actually get sick.

They were literally out of shamrock shakes, but they didn’t tell us until after we ordered. Then, they almost refused to give me a refund!! AND the lady was so rude about it. The supervisor did end up giving us a refund for our drinks, she was nice.

Very disappointed! I paid for my food 24 minutes ago in the drive-thru, and haven't even reached the actual pickup window yet! $46 worth of fast food that I've waited for almost a half hour for... As I'm texting this. I just reached the pickup window and still have no food. Been sitting here another 5 minutes! It is 8.26 p.m. it is not dinner rush. There is no reason fast food should take a half hour! And I'm sad and by this I used to work at this McDonalds and I know they care about their drive-thru times, however, this was the worst! The one day I'm actually in a rush to get home and bring something to eat for dinner. I could have made hamburgers at home and fries in my air fryer faster than I sat in this drive-thru!

Wasted 40 minutes in drive thru, if you're looking for fast food this is not the place. And once you get in line your trap you can't get out until you get through there's no bypass lane, I'm sure that was intentional. Work on your service guys this is just not acceptable. Also if you're an espresso drinker, they have it on the menu but that's not what they're serving. It's more like a slightly strong coffee than it is an espresso.

Fast food is not fast food anymore, and you’re lucky if one of the staff actually acknowledges your presence. If there is a manager, he or she is hiding (maybe in plain sight). I can’t pick them out because they don’t dress the part. McDonald’s used to be a decent meal. Key word: used to be.

So me and my wife ordered off of doordash a bunch of stuff for the family we get our delivery we're missing three large fries and 13 cookies we call the McDonald's and the employee who picks up the phone says sorry about that we're too short staffed and way too busy to complete your order mind you we still got charged so now I have to drive over to the McDonald's because that's the only way to get our food mind you there's people waiting to eat

I generally stop at this location as I work close. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries. I ordered through the app but I still waited roughly 15-20 minutes after arrival. It was not a busy time. The fries were hot but bland. I get the quarter pounder as it's fresh meat, not frozen and generally juicy. As soon as I started driving and opened I could tell it was well overcooked and should have been tossed. It was in the nicest way possible to say, gross. A total waste of my money. I already waited a long time for the order. I would have been annoyed to wait longer, but rather that than have a dead burger. It was gross and I didn't finish it. The place is always busy. But certainly a disappointment on this occasion. Not sure I will return.

2nd time we've been told that they don't have any breakfast burritos because the employee that rolls them didn't show up. I find it hard to believe that no one else has the ability to roll a burrito. The manager was not helpful

I’m not sure why we keep coming back to this particular location. Almost every time we go through the drive through, they forget something and the staff is rude. Our most recent experience was them forgetting the chicken nuggets in a chicken nugget happy meal. It’s getting real old. One redeeming thing is that when we dine in, we’re able to hold them accountable when they forget items.

I am usually in love with this location, and it seems a bit petty to leave a bad review however it's hard for me to not think this was intentional and it ruined my dinner as I hate pickles. I asked for no pickle and an extra chicken patty and instead I got about ten pickles and one patty. Honestly I can't believe it was incidental as they only usually put one or two pickle slices per sandwich and I'm guessing it was just some dumb kid that thought he was being funny. Jokes on you I hope your manager sees this.

When a customer enters a business it is good practice to at least acknowledge them no matter how busy you are. To look them in the eye from two feet away and then just turn around and go back to talking with coworkers about schedule is not good practice. Not going to be a customer again for this location route 360 in Amelia. Gentleman ahead of us waited 10 minutes to get his tea. No stars is my rating no excuses.

If no Stars were an option. I live a couple miles away. When I got home with my order. I realized it was the wrong order. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. The man identified himself as the manager on duty. I requested a refund for my incorrect order and he said I would need to return to the restaurant and come inside. I explained I just worked a long day and that was inconvenient. The manager told me to relax! And that I should do him the favor by coming in. I explained that its not my responsibility to do him a favor. He was incredibly rude, told me too bad and hung up on me and then the restaurant would not answer the phone for the rest of the evening. Unreal experience. The absolute worst service i have had at a McDonalds in a long time. The way the manager spoke to me was disgusting and rude. Terrible representation of the brand. Single handedly this interaction will cause us to stop coming to this establishment 5 plus times a week. I specifically will drive somewhere else to avoid being treated so poorly. I dont need to beg a business to take my money AND treat me with dignity and respect.

Ordered a steak and bagel sandwich and medium coffee. I was in a hurry so did not see what I got. Turns out a small coffee and a egg cheese and bacon on a bagel. Did not get what I paid for. Hate throwing away money. Gave them a chance and they screwed it up. Never again.

It might just be me but I just assume people know how to do their job. Every time I come to this McDonald's they mess something up this time they forgot half my order. If we are going to pay them 17 bucks an hour then maybe we should have standards of the employees that we hired to fill these roles.

So that parking lot is horrible getting in and out of handicap spots and the way they have it built where you have to wait to get out of a parking spot because people are greedy in the Drive-Thru and can't let people in and be rebuilt or redesigned and have butter Common Sense on the In-N-Out of a business

Place my order at 12:14pm (lunchtime) sat in the drive thru until 12:24pm after I paid for my food. Second window person tells the car in front of me to pull ahead. Then tells me the same but there was no were to go because 4 vehicles were told the same story. It's lunchtime on, a Saturday, in a brand new state of the art facility. I told the window person that I wasn't rolling forward because there was nowhere to go and it was lunch time and I will simply wait for my food. She then called a manager who tried to get me to engage in an argument. I asked for them to Simply refund me my money back at that point. By the time she got the refund my order was sitting there. You need to get it together. Your prices have gone up but your quality of food and service has gone down. If you can't make a burger faster than a local "Mom and Pop" Burger place....there's a problem. Fix your efficiency issues. If you can't take 2 drive thru orders at the same time especially at lunchtime, then maybe you shouldn't be trying to serve two drive-thrus at the same time.

Every single I time I come here my food is incorrect or I am parked. This time both happened but the store manager Eric has hired his own son as a store lead and while working he is speaking to customers so rudely and unprofessionally just because his dad is the store manager. How unprofessional to hire family and this is exactly why - they then feel entitled. I will never go to this location again as long as that rude, entitled child is working and I advise everyone to do the same. Not to mention how filthy the grill area is and how their hair is never tied up and away and uniforms are never proper for the entire staff either.

I had requested no ice in my iced tea and a cup of ice on the side. The person who took my order had no difficulty understanding it. The cashier who was unable to count removed the ice from the order and told me to ask for it at the window🤔🤷🏾‍♀️. The woman at the window then informed me that I had not ordered a side of ice. I am unsure of the reason for this confusion, but it was quite frustrating.

My two sons wanted the Minecraft toys but without telling us they were out My 8 and 5 yr old were bummed to find BABY board books in both their happy meals. Before we left the parking lot I walked in very politely and the evening worker in a green shirt, didn't even say hi , in a harsh tone, " We don't have Minecraft toys " . Then I said I don't mind coming back to trade in for the Minecraft toy when the truck comes in then she snapped ," "No I won't do it" , she had attitude from the start. It happened April 13, 2025 around 7ish pm. She shouldn't have that kind of attitude towards customers who are only asking for what they paid for.

Is your ice cream machine ever working? I just waited in your drive-thru for over 10 minuets to be told that your ice cream machine is yet again down. This is the 5th time I’ve came here and your ice cream machine has been down. Is it ever working? Maybe you should put a sign on your drive-thru saying your ice cream machine is broken so that way other people don’t have to wait over 10 minutes like I did. I always say I’ll never be back to this location; today I mean it, I will NEVER be back.

Tried to get McDonald's drive through sat in line on the left side for 15 minutes as 6 cars on the right got their orders taken before me finally came to me and as soon as I said I'm not using my mobile app the guy switched to the right side. What rude and horrible way to treat customers because we don't decide to use an app.

30 minute wait...had to make my sandwich 3 times before getting it right...hash browns were so hard we couldn't eat em. There was 12 employees standing around in the back and manager was incompetent to handle the store and cook had an attitude asking out loud "what does SHE need?"not assembling the sandwich throwing the food into the wrapper . We weren't the only customers being treated badly.

we were here for over an hour just to pick up a mobile order. this girl came out 15 minutes after we were pulled forward and gave us ice cream and we didn’t order any ice cream, we told her and she went back inside. 10 minutes later she came back out and asked us what we ordered, we told her. she went back in and 15 minutes later we went inside and she was making fries and didn’t tell anyone. we informed the manager of our order 3 times and she said she was going to remake it, and forgot items. over an hour for a pickup mobile order.

Place was filthy. Massive amounts of old food on floor. I watched a employee grab fresh fries after pouring salt reach her bare ✋ in fries grab fries eat them lick fingers and then wrapped breakfast sandwich. NO GLOVES NO HAIR NET NO HAND WASHING AND Bad attitude after I asked her to wash hands. I will never go back place is a virus waiting to happen.

I was in one lane of drive through at the order station for about 10 minutes, the other drive through lane has car come in one by one. The order taker kept taking the other lane's order and never want to talk to me. Not a biggie but such a horrible feeling seeing that was happening.

Went yesterday evening on Wednesday and the manager Amelia with red hair was very rude and not helpful at all. she came to the window for a mistake they made and automatically had an attitude???. Don’t know why she’s a manager when she has horrible customer service skills .rolling eyes and attitude as a manager is unacceptable and unprofessional.

This was ridiculous as I waited next to the speaker for 15 minutes just to get a mcchicken. After I was then able to order it took forever just to get to where I needed to pay which in this case was the first window. I've worked fast food before so I know how it is. But to be this ridiculous at 10:30 on a Thursday. By the time I got my food it was cold... can do better but I'm sure I won't be going there for a while

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. The employees were were anything but helpful and I could tell my M&M McFlurry was not made with care. There was only about one scoop of M&Ms and they were all positioned on the top of the ice cream with none mixed in to the ice cream. This was the last time I will ever order from this location.

Literally the worst mcdonalds. Missing food in orders frequently, slowest drive thru line ever, and never clean. I think there's only 2 people max working there at any time. Burger King and Taco Bell right next to it, go to one of those instead.

I am not here that often but when I do come they ALWAYS mess something up with my order and when you say something about an incorrect or wrong order every employee has an attitude. I also work in food service and the way this McDonald’s is being run is not how a business should be. Politely correct the customers order and move on. I will not be returning due to the poor customer service.

Probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Did not have all the food in my bag. Did not realize until I got to work. Called the store, spoke to the GM. Was told I could get a refund (had to go into the store) or stop by and get it remade. Phone randomly disconnected. Tried calling back throughout my day around 15x.. periodically. As each time the phone said busy. Never was able to get back in contact, thought that was quite odd. Decided to stop by on my way home where I was told the manager was specifically told not to remake my food. She stated the GM wrote down about my phone call and said not to refund me or remake my food. She also added in I should have realized that the bag was light. Completely beside myself I made a comment that I didn’t understand why I was being treated like that, and that I felt she was being rude to me. I asked what could I do then to get my money back. The manager told me to google the customer service number. Confused beyond belief I drove off once another customer pulled up behind me in their drive thru. Ended up calling customer service over $10. What’s right is right, and what’s wrong is wrong. I understand leaving a review this long for a McDonald’s is a bit much, but that’s how disrespected I felt tonight. It’s not about the missing burger, but more so the principal on how you should treat a customer. Whether you believe them or not. I hope the owner of this franchise really takes a look at these, takes my complaint to heart and checks on some of the people running his/her establishment. They can keep the QP and sauce. I’ll get it down the street. Just please treat people who pay money for your product with more respect next time, especially if they drive away without half of it..

I avoid this location at all costs. Ignoring the fact Macdonald’s has raised their prices to stupid levels, this location has consistently be bad for years. From wrong orders, missing items, orders taken on the app getting lost, app orders taking orders for food they don’t have (no ice cream but it takes orders for it), having to wait 15-20 minutes for ‘fast food’, not very clean, to getting someone else’s order. I drive to the other location (5-10 min away) if the kids want McDonalds. Today we were driving by and decided to give it another try. Big mistake, the inside was empty We ordered on the app and went in to pick up the food. We waited 20+ minutes for: McFlurry, hamburger, and fries. We could have gone to the other location and been back home. From watching the workers (whom were working very hard) location appears to be way understaffed. This location man. SMH.

I'm officially done with this McDonald's. My family just waited 30 minutes in the curbside pickup for our app order. The drive through was wrapped around the building & we foolishly thought the curbside would be better. Never again. When we got home, we realized about HALF the order was missing. We were not going back & dealing with the chaos to get a few burgers. It would be one thing if we hadn't had issues here before, but I've lived here for 10 years & have had this location get my order correct ONCE in that time. Disgusted and done.

I was just in your drive thru 4:50pm Tuesday I waited at the order area , no one took my order. I went to the first window to wait even longer for a extremely rude woman with glasses on to tell me “I watched you on the drive you you were there for a second” I was shocked at the the way she talked to me. Then told me I couldn’t order at that window. Maybe if you answer the drive-through order area that would’ve been an issue! I will never be returning to this McDonald’s and will be telling my friends to never come here. You can thank your rude employee for that.

Tell me why I had to wait 6 minutes for my order to be taken in line 1, while 2 cars in line 2 got their orders taken right away. And when the incompetent worker realized she didn’t even say sorry for the wait, just “what did you want”… I really wish common sense was common still. Learn how to be professional and idk maybe take ALL THE CARS ORDERS NOT JUST 1 LINE?! Its not that difficult to hit a button on the head set sweetie

I've had a few issues with food being wrong or food not given to me, but the last issue was the final straw. I ordered on app, paid for counter pick up. Went and tried picking up order. The store stated they didn't get the order, even with my receipt showing I just paid, they wouldn't give me my food. Told me to order again and first payment would be refunded. I ordered exacted same order and it cost more. Then they told me to wait 24 hours and money would be refunded. I waited and called again after it wasnt refunded. They told me it would be another 24 hours. I waited 2 days and now I'm being told they can't do anything to call the number on the app because it was an app order. Not sure why they couldn't have said that before while talking to 3 different people. They really don't care about the customer because they know there will be more. I don't usually leave a negative review, I just had to share this experience this time.

Waited on drive thru lone for 40 minutes now m a busy Saturday. 6 cars ahead of me! To add insult to injury when I finally got my order home, my sandwich was smashed and my coffee was disgusting. Coffee grounds and slimy junk on the bottom of the cup. Never again

The service at this location is entirely too slow. Waiting for 10-15 minutes frequently . This is supposed to be “ fast food” . I know the standards should be higher. I was a McDonald’s manager when I was 17 . They need to hustle much more

Typical McDonald's food which is fine cause we know what we're paying for... But waiting for a cashier for what felt like 10 mins is crazy especially when nobody acknowledges you and you end up going to the Kiosk anyways. After ordering from the Kiosk my order took 25 mins for a 20 piece. They were more focused on the drive through like inside customers just don't exist anymore.

Please tell your night staff to clean. Having worked fast food this is really digusting. Do they cross contaminate to? Food is always squished or the order is done wrong in the morning. Ive had to wait 30+ minutes during noon time only for my order to be wrong. Today during closing time I waited a good 20 minutes for the lady working there to even acknowledge me as I waited patiently near the register. I wanted to ask for a big mac and fries and she had an attitude. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. At that point I wasnt hungry anymore. I work 1-10pm so I have to eat late. She was really rude and had an attitude to me despite the fact that I was being very polite when telling her my order. I try to never complain because I know fast food is hard as I used to do counter work... but just because you're miserable doesnt mean you treat people that way. Unless you're really needing McDonalds price point... Go to a different McDonalds. Victors's is pretty nice.

I placed a mobile order for drive thru, but changed it to inside when I saw how long the line was. Even with going inside I waited 20 mins. Before I left I checked my order and the only thing we were missing was one single chocolate chip cookie. I went back inside to get it and they said I need my receipt, which I understand, however I was literally just in there how could they not remember. So I went back to my car to get my phone and I asked the lady to help me find it in the mobile app and she says she doesnt know. How are you going to ask for a receipt and then when I ask how to get it you don’t know.. As we’re arguing each other over a singular chocolate chip cookie I say I really have to go because you’ve already backed me up 25 plus minutes and I was already late for my event. She then hands me 3 cookies with an attitude as if shes going me a favor and I should be grateful. Absolutely not. I gave her the same energy back and then she said Im not allowed to order again? Thankfully customer service already gave me a gift card, but needless to say I will still not be coming back.

This place is such a joke. The staff is ALWAYS overwhelmed, even when the store is slow. You'll be waiting at least 20 minutes inside the store if you want to pick up a mobile order. The blind lead the blind at Penfield McDonald's. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else!

Beautiful scenery, the only good thing about this McDonald’s… MY FRIES WERE CRUNCHY. I kid you not im so serious im in shock. Leaving this review while still in the store. Fries were brown. Food took forever. Never got my ice cream cone.

I’m currently home sick and my girlfriend was kind enough to grab my order this morning. I ordered a medium frappè and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches were good but, my frappè was served just a little over half full!

There was at least 9 cars sitting in the drive thru for at least 30 min and after 6 times of calling I got a hold of someone in the store and they said stores closed at 9 (which online it said 10) and they never cared to tell any of these people. They also said they didn’t have record of my DoorDash when I called. When I went to the window My door dash order along with the guy behind me order was sitting right on the table and these are the photos of proof. The lady in this photo literally looked at us and walked away laughing and never came to assist anyone. This was such a waste of time and made me lose out on orders I could have been making money on. I do expect to hear back from the GM because this was unacceptable!
