Gone to other locations and they are just not the same. I drive 30min to just to get my food at this location. Always great customer service and food well made. When u get what u want and the customer service u expect, that's how u get customers to come back. Keep it up team 👍

I went this morning to get some food and i was having a bad morning, but the girl with glasses outside taking my order was so sweet and the people at the window were very quick.
My first time trying Wendy's I must say. Pretty good! I love their biggie deals.
All the times i have gone here, i have never had an issue. They are fast, clean and very nice. I like to use their mobile app to order sometimes. Even then, i can order outside and put asap, its ready within 5 minutes. I take my time getting out of my car, and by the time im inside, they have my order done. Their drive-through is fast. And even if i walk in to order, they are calling my name before i can even finish pouring my drink. I've tried most things on their menu, and i like all items except for the saucey nugs... They were more like soggy nuggets to me. But hey, if you like them, then awesome, it just wasn't to my liking. I do recommend their mobile app so you can get more rewards and savings.
Came in for lunch in between some holiday shopping and got the new mushroom bacon cheeseburger combo with a salted caramel frosty. The burger was savory and saucy so I enjoyed with plenty of napkins, and Wendy’s never disappoints with their almost ice cream level thick very delicious frosty.

I had the pleasure of dining at Wendy’s in Pico Rivera today, and I can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a fast-food restaurant. The place was packed, but the team worked like a well-oiled machine, hustling with energy and enthusiasm to make sure every customer was taken care of quickly and with a smile. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was fantastic. You could feel the positive energy from the moment you walked in, thanks to this incredible crew. Every single employee was focused, dedicated, and working together like a true team. Whether it was taking orders, preparing food, or keeping the dining area clean, they handled it all with efficiency and care. Despite how busy it was, the entire staff maintained a level of professionalism and friendliness that made every guest feel valued. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about making customers happy. The smiles on the faces of both the customers and the staff showed just how well they were doing their job. A huge shoutout to the team at Wendy’s in Pico Rivera! Keep up the amazing work – your efforts are truly appreciated, and you’ve set the bar high for customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Avoid the drive through on a slow day. Poorly designed. I needed to back up to allow people to leave their parking spots, which consequently led to others cutting in front of me. And the drive through moving so slowly didnt help either.

I came to this Wendy’s location and after ordering in the drive through they stuck their hands out the window telling me not pull up because of their “timers”. I sat there for over 10 minutes and once they finally waved me down to pull up they asked me what I ordered. Why was I waiting for 10+ minutes if you don’t even know my order? When I asked the employee that question she was extremely defensive and rude. Whoever the store manager is needs to get this place in check. The chubby woman manager with bleached hair with the dark roots that’s running around came over and just said “oh yeah it’s my timers haha yeah we forgot what your order was”… no apology or nothing. I’m also pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place.

It was hotter inside the store than outside (@ the time it was 93° outside).The fries were greasey and soggy. The kid at the counter was not happy I asked him to read back my order either since the stupid plexiglass has to be up I wanted to be sure he heard me when I ordered. Wont go back.
The baconator of the real life is too far of be like the baconator of the menu picture . You can get better hamburgers on In and Out or Chick Fil A for less price This mini burger looks like one dollar menu of Mc Donalds
