Incredible service, and obviously great food! The line for the drive thru is quite long, but inside there was nearly no one! Don’t be afraid to park. For reference, this was at 9pm on a Friday!!

I'm from Texas. We finally got an In-N-Out Burger a couple of years ago. While visiting California, we decided to eat there because "When in Rome..." And let me tell you...it was just as good, if not better. It's probably better. 🤔 The service is always great. The employees all seem to love where they work. Ask for the animal fries. They aren't on the menu but are fantastic! I also had grilled onions on my burger this time and was in heaven. Plus, the sunset in California just made everything that much better.

This In N Out is so clean and has a great view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and competent, best In N Out I've been to!

Always friendly staff and they are open late I'd say one of the few grate tasting burgers and can't forget at at a grate price

Pretty good ino. Been here a number of times and the wait isn't too long. However it's a hit or miss with service, whether that be the correct order, order packed right when to go or face to face interactions. I know it's fast food and they want to move you along but damn, give me a minute.

As someone from the East Coast, every time I find myself in California or Nevada, I make a point to stop at In-N-Out Burger. On a recent trip from Stockton to Lake Tahoe, I swung by this legendary burger joint to satisfy my craving for one of their famous cheeseburgers. I went through the drive-thru, and the order taker was quick and friendly—exactly what you want when you're hungry and on the go. My usual order? A cheeseburger Animal Style with a vanilla shake. The burger lived up to the hype. The sauce, the fresh toppings, and the soft, pillowy bun make it one of the best burgers in fast food, easily ranking in my top five. However, the rest of the meal didn’t quite measure up. The fries were bland, lacking any seasoning or salt, which left me unimpressed. The vanilla shake, too, was a letdown—barely any flavor and, surprisingly, almost room temperature instead of the cold, creamy treat I was expecting. All in all, the burger was good, but the other items in the meal left much to be desired. While the meal was filling, I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to return just for the burger. In-N-Out might be iconic, but if you're looking for a well-rounded fast food meal, you may want to keep searching for your go-to burger joint.

Not happy with my service. My or should I say our food was cold waiting for our fries. And surprisingly they were not busy on this rainy day even if they were busy I've never has to wait that long for my order. Gentle men making fries was rude. I believe kylie was very nice and helpful and went out of her way to be helpful.
