This place is so great that there is always a line in the drive thru but they keep it moving. A favorite!

This was the quickest one I've ever been to. I'm from Southern California and the wait times get ridiculous. But this location was friendly (most locations are friendly) and I was literally in and out. excuse the pun. 😆 🤣

Drive thru is always busy and normally walking in is quicker.. but good food and good service.

Basically the only good fast food place left worth going to. In n out is always busy they need more restaurants. Best thing is the secret sauce packets that they will give you if you ask for them. I appreciate that they have mostly college age kids working there. They seem very well run and are rarely dirty.

Innout is the gold standard for fast for restaurants in California. There's really nothing like it. The food is consistently fresh and high quality. The employees are friendly, speak English, and are happy to be there. The main area is usually clean, orderly, and consistent. Bathrooms are often marginal. Best fast food burger chain by far.

Such a great experience! Mason was working in the dining room today (6/17/2024). He pulled out my chair, brought my food to me, took my tray when I was done, AND opened the door for me when I left. What a stellar employee. He looked young, but who cares. Give him a promotion!

Stopped in for a quick lunch, really glad that we did. The hamburgers are one of the better fast food burgers. They have a great sauce and seasoning. They are fried to order, and seemed fresh The price is great for the amount of food that you get. We really need to get one of these in Minnesota. The location is right off of the highway, which makes it very convenient for a quick stop!

Always top quality food and taste. Always friendly and attentative staff. Vibrant dining community. The drive thru can get a little backed up through the parking lot and/or adjacent gas station, but that is no fault on them. Just be prepared for it. Amazing location that represents the spirit of the company.

I've been coming to this in and out for a few months now and the food and service is always wonderful. Today we had a discrepancy with our order that was quickly and stress free handled by staff that I haven't seen in a long time. Iseah was extremely professional and courteous at the drive through station and handed us our food personally in the parking lot. Crystal was also very kind and professional as well as the manager Sophie. Amazing staff. Btw, the drive through moves at this location.

We were literally "IN & OUT" in like 10 mins. Walked right in during the lunch hour rush at Noon, while the drive thru was about 10 cars deep. Food was PERFECT! Definitely going to be making more stops here in the future.

Okay, we're from Boise so of course we hit the first In N Out we saw in California. This location was clean, well ran, and the staff was so friendly. The food was great as well!

We were on our way home and stopped at this in-N-out for a driving break and lunch. We had our two little girls with us and one of the employees, Micah, was so so so sweet. Apparently, this woman is hired over weekends to work as a sort of hostess where she wanders about the restaurant clearing tables and socializing with kids; creating a somewhat non fast-food environment. She brought over origami paper and made our girls origami butterflies, brought us our food when it was ready and cleared our trays when we were finished. She learned our girls names and was very engaging with them. So sweet, cute and friendly. Made the girls happy and I thought it was a unique thing for a in-N-out! Not to mention our fries and burgers were an exceptionally good batch especially for a crazy, busy, post-thanksgiving Saturday lunch. I work as a chef for my career, so I have so much respect for things like this. Thank you Micah! Keep up the good work and don’t let any negative people rain on your parade!!

Was on my way back to Sacramento from Section 4 of the NCAL BDR that pops out in Kyburz. It's a warm day today and in n outs are always clean, cool, and have friendly staff. This one did not disappoint . Nice pit stop for me

Grabbed a quick meal on the way out of town, and the food was good. The staff here are always kind and helpful every time I come. The managers go above and beyond if there's ever an issue. The customer truly does come first here.

My partner and I ate inside to eat to stretch our legs on the road. We've had in-n-out a fair few times between us over the years and we agree this was our best experience yet, and they were busy. Buns perfectly toasted, burgers were beautiful and delicious. The fries were stellar (we get lite fries and they crushed them). Place was clean inside and the staff was super nice. Well done!! Great place to get burgers, very popular and oftentimes busy but worth it. My favorite is an animal style cheeseburger with animal style fries and a vaniila milkshake. If you're super hungry and a double double doesnt seem like it's going to fill the void in your tummy try getting a 4 by 4, a juicy, 4 patty, 4 cheese slice burger with close to a days worth of protein.

Our go to hamburger place. They are Christian owned and still hire real people to cook and serve. Plus can't beat their food.

I’ve had In and out Burger before but I did not know you could get a burger in different “styles”. I got a regular cheese burger “animal style” which is on their not so secret menu. Animal style includes hand-leafed lettuce, tomato, a mustard cooked beef patty; add pickle, extra spread, with grilled onions. I was utterly surprised about how good it was. Their staff was friendly and they all seem to work well with each other.

When I'm in Nevada and California I have to stop by. I live in Washington state and I wish that they would expand up here. If you've never had a burger at In and Out Burger, you are missing out. I always stop by this In-N-Out when I'm coming or going up the hill. The have the best view from the drive through! We were in line with 15 cars a head of us. We got our food in 8 minutes! I think that might be a record, based on my In-N-Out experiences. As always, the food was fresh and a perfect representation of In-N-Out! Thanks for the great grub guys!

It's always my first stop when returning to California. I live on the east coast and Five Guys does not compare to the quality of freshness or price. I wish they would expand best Texas, but like their slogan states "Quality you can taste"!!

Food is alright, but the service is always phenomenal. I always look forward to seeing Micah, one of the hosts, and today she gave me the cutest origami dragon I've ever seen. As a regular at this establishment, I have never met any other employee with that much charisma. 10/10 would recommend - if Micah isn't working I'll just leave idgaf. She also consistently checks the dining room and cleans constantly, and the restaurant is always cleaner when she's working. Made my day, and I hope she gets promoted for providing such quality service. I wanted to tell the manager about the stellar service, but the employees said he is on vacation. When you see this Mr. Manager, give Micah some appreciation for going above and beyond to brighten the day of customers. Such a great contribution to this community staples

Today we were helped at the drive thru by Micah. She was a delight to watch as she stayed busy in between helping take the payments. What a great team worker! The food is always hot and delicious not to mention fast! Even with long lines there is minimal waiting.

We had the pleasure of meeting Micah this weekend at the Placerville location and she was the sweetest! I love how she went around to the tables with kids and interacted with them and even took the time to make origami dragon for my toddler. Thank you to another great in n out experience!

I'm from Texas. We finally got an In-N-Out Burger a couple of years ago. While visiting California, we decided to eat there because "When in Rome..." And let me tell you...it was just as good, if not better. It's probably better. 🤔 The service is always great. The employees all seem to love where they work. Ask for the animal fries. They aren't on the menu but are fantastic! I also had grilled onions on my burger this time and was in heaven. Plus, the sunset in California just made everything that much better.

Me and my boyfriend are here a lot, we love the food and the service is great. But for some reason the past few times we’ve ordered our burgers and paid extra for grilled onions, they’ve been missing in both our orders. I understand mistakes happen but it’s occurred multiple times so it’s kinda odd, and disappointing since we’ve been paying extra for nothing lol

As someone from the East Coast, every time I find myself in California or Nevada, I make a point to stop at In-N-Out Burger. On a recent trip from Stockton to Lake Tahoe, I swung by this legendary burger joint to satisfy my craving for one of their famous cheeseburgers. I went through the drive-thru, and the order taker was quick and friendly—exactly what you want when you're hungry and on the go. My usual order? A cheeseburger Animal Style with a vanilla shake. The burger lived up to the hype. The sauce, the fresh toppings, and the soft, pillowy bun make it one of the best burgers in fast food, easily ranking in my top five. However, the rest of the meal didn’t quite measure up. The fries were bland, lacking any seasoning or salt, which left me unimpressed. The vanilla shake, too, was a letdown—barely any flavor and, surprisingly, almost room temperature instead of the cold, creamy treat I was expecting. All in all, the burger was good, but the other items in the meal left much to be desired. While the meal was filling, I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to return just for the burger. In-N-Out might be iconic, but if you're looking for a well-rounded fast food meal, you may want to keep searching for your go-to burger joint.

Please do not come after 11 PM. Google says they close at 1 AM, and the sticker on the door says 1:30 AM, yet the store is closed. There is no sign indicating that they are closed. We went through the drive-thru, and the employees working there saw us and simply turned their backs without even saying, “We’re closed.” We left our house especially to come here.
