My wife comes more often to Dunkin, me not so much, but when I walked in Ennisha remember who I was and remembered my Dunkin Energy drink! Everyone that works at this Dunkin location is awesome! 5 stars for sure!
This store has the best staff! Ennisha knows my order when my car pulls into the parking lot. The donuts are always fresh, and the service is fast. This store definitely surpasses the rest.
I accidentally ordered at the wrong Dunkin on the app and the nice guy (didn’t get his name) didnt charge me for having to redo the order here. The latte and food were good, too!
I come here 40 minutes away from home with my wife and we love it a def must have ❤️💯

Slow service guaranteed! I have come to this location many times and the service has not improved! They need to hire more staff especially in the mornings. I stop by here to grab a couple of donuts for my kids in the mornings before school and there's always a long line and the employees are super slow. I have started ordering ahead on the app and still we have to wait for them to make our order in front of us instead of having it ready before we come. The employees at work here seem to be tired. Not many smiley faces. We ordered the jelly filled munchkin stay and they were jellyless. I come here at least 3 to 4 times a week and they never seem to amaze me on their lack of customer service.

As someone who loves dunkin this location is very bad they don’t wear a gloves and serve you with bad attitude
This Dunkin is terrible, boy do they know how to mess up an order. I got a drink through the app due to being in a rush, I show up and my coffee is white… I’m no color expert but coffee with milk is a light to medium brown, well this one was as white as a ghost. I tried it and it was straight milk with syrup and a slight taste of coffee. Awful.
I recently placed a catering order with Dunkin' Donuts for an important event, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite confirming my order, they failed to complete it. When I arrived to pick it up, they didn't have my order ready all and there was no attempt to rectify the situation on the spot. I was given the excuse “ we didn’t do it and we ran out of coffee.” This lack of attention to detail caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expected better from a well-known chain like Dunkin'. I will definitely think twice before using their catering services again.
The worst Dunkin I’ve been to. This is my third bad experience with them. I usually do not like leaving bad reviews on a place but I can’t anymore. The morning staff here is always the worst. There’s this one girl in particular that works the morning shift and doesn’t care about anything. The attitude is over the top and the employees on the morning shift behave like they’re paying for you food out of their pocket. Incident 1 : Even though no other customer was there I had to what 10 mins to place my order. And waot another 20 mins for my order while the employees just keep chit chatting and take their sweet while time to serve you. Incident 2: I just wanted a Boston crème donut and thought it would be a quick in and out. This girl that was in the counter pulled out a donut and looks like the frosting was still wet on it she grabbed it with a tissue and all the frosting stuck to it . There was barely anything left on the donut, she just wiped the rest of it away and served me the plain donut with no frosting. If that what I wanted I would have order a glazed donut right. I just didn’t want to be a pain and took it and walked away. There was no replacement or apology at all. Incident 3: The same girl and another guy were at the shift. I wanted to get an avocado toast and a donut. I was waiting 10 mins at the counter to place my order. The girl saw me but ignored me and proceeded to do something else . They guy looked at her and looked back at me like I had 3 heads and looked at the kiosk behind me to place the order, the least they could do is either PUT IT IN BOLD - DO NOT ORDER AT THE REGISTER ORDER AT THE KIOSK or just say it. He took my order at the counter and served me the donut . I waited literally 20 mins for the Avacado toast which I guess he forgot about and since I was still waiting there they made it last minute and it was COLD. I have eaten this before , the toast is usually warm and the spread is cold , but both were cold. And people that walked in after me were served before me. So I don’t really get what kind in customer service this is . The management really needs to step up and teach their employees some customer service and toning down attitude while working in customer service jobs.
Worst service of any Dunkin I've been to. Rude staff. Ordered 25 munchkins they gave me 21. Order a donut with coffee and they give you coffee and then take other orders and make you wait for the donut. Awful experience every time. Don't go here unless you want to be overcharged and treated poorly.
My husband and I are very frequent customers to Dunkin’ Donuts and this particular location definitely needs some work! I get the avocado toast with bacon. The girl didn’t even know how to make it and it had to be remade because the first time the bread was so hard. I couldn’t even bite into it. It took over 10 minutes to make an iced pistachio latte, and my husband asked for a regular coffee and got some frothy cappuccino crap. We love Duncan, but we definitely will not be visiting this location again.
We normally get the bacon pepper croissants at Dunkin and my girlfriend gets the butter pecan coffee. Our local Dunkin was out (off park/Hebron and midway) of eggs so we drove over to this location. The food was stale, burnt and somehow still cold even though we ordered it out front of the store on the app and walked in to get it 7 minutes later. The food was to the point where we couldn’t even eat it. The coffee tasted like it was made incorrect, probably because the girl making had her AirPods in and was on the phone chatting away with someone. I went back and was assured it was made the way we ordered it.
The staff is great! The food is usually really good. Lately though my donuts have been given to me with no frosting due to the frosting being stuck to the bag. The frosting is the best part of the donuts. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and I'm so disappointed.
We’ve come to this location a few times now and every time they sell us an item and then later tell us it’s not available. It always takes forever to get our food or coffee. They also always get our coffee order wrong. We ordered 2 donuts, a kolache for the kids, a breakfast wrap and 2 large iced coffees. They only got the donut and kolache right…Out of the wrap again so we said the sausage egg and cheese croissant and they gave us the bacon one (which is fine, just not what we asked for). I got a medium iced white chocolate mocha with oat milk and no whipped cream, after 40 minutes, they gave us a small iced coffee with milk and whipped cream. And the other coffee was supposed to be a large iced coffee with extra espresso, they gave us a frozen signature drink with a ton of stuff in it…
Was here waiting on our drinks for 45 min, our food was wrong, our drinks were wrong, and people that got their 20 min after us got their drinks before we did. We didn’t order anything crazy either, just 2 kolaches and a wrap, they told me they didn’t have anything to make the wrap so I asked for a sausage egg cheese sandwich and got a bacon egg and cheese. Coffees were easy too, nothing that wasn’t on the menu.
