We really enjoyed eating at Shake Shack in the Shops at Legacy in Plano! The hamburgers are a little small for me, but the perfect size for my wife. Of course, the shakes are great and can be ordered with or without whipped creme. My wife says the chocolate milk shake had the strongest chocolate flavor she has every had! We enjoy eating outside when the weather allows.

This is a 5 star hamburger joint. I held back in 2019 during my first visit this location. But having eaten at their other Plano location several times it is a no-brainer to rate this a 5. I took some interior photos to update the review. We had great cheeseburgers just like at other location. I think this place has put in the tablets to place one's order (see photo) since we came first time. Ordering at tablet is done same way at both locations. What's best about this location is you are very likely to get a covered parking garage spot right across from restaurant. If you come into Windrose Ave in front of store from Legacy Ave take the first entrance to parking garage on right. When you come down you will exit right in front of Shake Shack. If it is busy weekend or holiday traffic best to go to Legacy West via Headquarters Drive enter garage from north end and drive to south end. Windrose Dr is very very crowded on most weekends.

Came here two days in a row to try out for the Dubai milkshake. The crunchy top on the shake is tasty, and feels great munching down on it. Only 50 a day are sold, and after that you have to come the following day. David helped me, and great. Gave me good recommendation.

This is a very nice place with great staff and quick service, but the burgers are small and just so so. The coffee shake my daughter had was good. The cheese fries were good. They loose a star on attention to detail; I asked for shake sauce on the side and didn't get it. The restaurant was spotless, even the restroom.

The food takes much longer to prepare here. A chicken bite with a small tea and a chicken sandwich took 40 minutes to prepare. The food is truly delicious, it's just a longer wait than I was prepared for.

I stopped in for a shake. I figured it would have a top notch milkshake, but it was average at best. Kind of a chemical taste to it to be honest. I will give it another try next time I'm in the area because to service was so good.

Very nice trendy but expensive hamburger joint. We spent $45 for 4 of us to dine. We ordered one hamburger 🍔 2 chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets and crinkle cut fries. For me personally the food was not up to the hype or the price. I didn’t like the taste of the chicken nuggets. I could taste that oil they fried it and it was not appealing. Food portions were small for the price you pay. You pay for everything separately. So it will add up soon to be a good amount. But the place is good to hangout with friends. Trendy place in the heart of Legacy West posh area. Staff were friendly but couldn’t see if they are happy because of the mask. I didn’t take chance to take pictures of the other two sandwiches. Sometimes you get with friends you forget about stuff. Good conversation takes over 😃😃 Overall it is ok. But not terrible. Do I go back there ? Probably not.

Ate here with the wife and kids. I think she rated the place better than I am because her food was prepared better. I ordered the double shack burger and while it looked good, the beef was very very soaked in grease. My bottom side bun was also soaked in grease and soggy by the time I first bit into it. I tried a bite of my wife’s burger and it was definitely way better and less greasy. The french fries were generic. I also ordered a chocolate concrete. It was good, but seemed a bit salty when eating the caramel portion. For the price I am disappointed. I would prefer to go to Kenny’s Burger Joint in Frisco and spend the same kind of money.

I had high expectations for Shake Shack, but unfortunately, my visit turned out to be a big disappointment. The burgers and fries were served lukewarm, and they lacked flavor—nothing close to the fresh and tasty experience I anticipated. It felt like a complete waste of money and an evening. The quality of food didn’t justify the hype, and I left feeling very let down. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for a satisfying meal.

Im not sure what's going on with the quality of foods here? but lately the burgers have had a strange smell and taste? The customer service was so so ok but always room for more, I am the one who initiated conversation and broke the ice, it should be the other way around like "Hello! Welcome to Shake Shack!! with a big smile." The cheese fries cheese were flavorless and the cheese is like a yellow starchy liquid and not real cheese! Today was a failed day, I am sad because I really was hoping for a great burger and fries for lunch! Btw... My pickle slices were almost the size of the burger bun. The burger also looks nothing like the picture on display. I'll return in a few month to rereview and hopefully can update the rating and make it a 5 star review. Let's get that staff retrained team! Motivation is the key to happy workers, more sales and customer retention 👍

I would even give negative rating if the option was available. Worst place to be. There is no sense for customer service. Firstly, I placed an order for veggie burger with gluten free bun and they forgot to give the bun. So I went and requested and after waiting for sometime I finally got it. And then I observed that there was bacon in the filling. I went ahead and showed them the receipt which clearly stated veggie burger. They showed lack of accountability and I did end up cancelling my order and went out. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I am never going there again.

If I can put minus 5 stars I would but there is no option for that. This was from Uber eats delivery We did not get 90% of our order. But they still charged us for it. The 10% of the food we got was so cold I could of used it as Ice cubes. Worst place ever. How are they still in business. Or they are using it as a tax right off. They really suck!!

Called the restaurant to complain about the order my wife bring Man was so disrespectful en route offering me a gift card for one burger, which is the old order is wrong. My order was well done to giving me a roll meat lift me in the line more than 10 minutes and offering me a $10 gift card and she want me to call her back on Monday to remind her. What a trash customer service where is the owner on that losing all that money because he need to save some money and people professional with customer service and handling problems not like that lady I spoke with
