Their pizzas always hit the spot. Their customer service is on point pretty much all the time. If a customer complains, it's usually over something stupid. Sausage/onion handmade pizza is my go-to but everything at this Domino's is location is delicious.

Employees are great! If they make a mistake they quickly fix the problem, prices are great and food is always great! Also, the drivers are fantastic with delivery times and making sure your food is secure and not all messy like other places when they deliver!

Ordered a large pizza on carryout, last day of the $5.99 sale. Naturally, they were busy when I went to pick it up. They had a small error in that a medium was prepared instead of a large, which in my opinion would be an easy mistake since the medium is almost always on sale $5.99. They didn't play it off or anything and immediately realized the mistake, I had to wait and extra 10-12 minutes but they gave me the medium at no charge, so my friends got free pizza which made them hapypy, which made me happy, hence the review. Pizza is often well prepared there. Great service recovery.

My pregnant wife was craving a Hawaiian pizza with bananas today. showed up about 10 minutes after they opened, banana in hand, and asked them if they'd indulge her. Not only did they agree to this, they had enough forethought to bury the bananas under the cheese to prevent them from burning. I always go online to order my food and pick up ahead of time. It is very fast and convenient and their crust with the garlic butter is one of my favorites! They have reasonably priced deals, so most of the time my husband and I can each get what we want without spending a ton of money. The ingredients are always fresh and they have some of my favorite pizza cheese! Also the staff is normally very responsive and respectful and generally help you within 30 seconds of arrival or less unless there is a long line.

Pizza tastes better than the smaller pizza places that charge $20 for a large pizza. I'll stick with Domino's and pay $8 for pizza that is just as good, and in some cases, better.

Love the BBQ chicken pizza! Other pizza is good too. Not a fan of the pasta dishes, but that could just be me. I like placing my orders using their app.

On a delivery order they sent me the incorrect salad. When i called to explain this error i was not only given credit for a salad but also a medium pizza with 2 toppings. it's rare to see people go above and beyond but it really means they care.

Always quick and delicious. I've only had one problem in the many times I've ordered. Everyone has an off day now and then so I don't hold it against them.

The staff were friendly, and the food was domino's food items. All in all, not bad. However, be mindful when pulling in and out, as they are situated on the corner of a four-way traffic light, and cars can easily turn into you as you reverse out of the parking spaces.

PLATTSBURGH Domino's is PHENOMENAL. The bread (of any kind) is out of this world. Also the cheese dip is my new fav. I have zero complaints about this store specifically. Their Sweet Mango Habanero Wings were awesome!! Wasn't all that crazy about the Pineapple Bacon pizza. It was OK. Cheese pizza must have been fine, I didn't hear any complaints from those who ate it.

Ordered delivery for a work meeting. Asked for 5 pizza was only wrung up for 3. Was surprised that it was $50 for 3 medium pizzas. Better off picking up to get a better value. People who answered the phone were fine other than not getting the order correct. I suppose I am partly to blame given I didn't verify but heck I those $50 would have bought 5 pizzas. Pizza was good and driver was friendly.

Lately Dominos has had its difficulties. Twice in the last three months I’ve had to have pizzas replaced due to improper preparation or handling. Very disappointing.

Pulled up to wait for my sandwiches, saw employees handling cooked food and toppings with no gloves. Icky.

Store was understaffed on a friday when its more likely to be busy. Not their fault, I get it, places are shortstaffed. But how the employees were handling it by complaining out loud in front of the customers was a bit uncalled for and only making the waits longer

I order from Domino's all the time. It's usually very good but today I got a specialty pizza which was $3 more than the regular one and there was hardly any meat on it at all. I was very disappointed This is the 2nd time they have messed up. This time it was the app that messed up. I ordered a medium with extra pepperoni. I decided I would get a large so I changed the size and it took off the pepperoni! So I got stuck with just cheese. 😫🤮

Very poor customer service directly from the manager at the Plattsburgh location. My company orders from dominos very frequently and will now be using pizza due to the rudeness of management. No harsh comments on the staff there otherwise.

I walk by this building every day, and every winter they never clear off the sidewalk directly in front of their building. Clear it off please, you are endangering pedestrians. Also, you have giant windows looking out at the sidewalk. Do you just enjoy watching people struggle to walk?

9/25/16 1035 am: Domino Pizza driver speeding at least 45 mph up RT 3 through a solid red light at an intersection. Driver pulled into DD lane and saw a lady follow him in take-out-lane, she took picture of his license: Volvo BZX5172. kid 'appeared' to be arrogant, I left & did not hang around not sure of his potential rage. Like your GF pizza, but won't purchase with this driver working :-(

I was blocked in by a large 18 wheeler truck outfront in the parking lot as i was at the vape store next door copping juul pods, and when i started honking my horn for the dumbass to move because i has class in 20 minutes, the manager of dominos came out screaming and cursing at me threatening to get physical with me. A total douche bag, and then when i got out to ask the truck driver who i am almost certain was delivering to dominos to move, he too proceeed to curse me out and threaten to hop out of his truck. I don't know what kind of animals are running this establishment, but something needs to be done about them.

Order was not right. We paid for extra meat on a sausage and steak pizza and there was not. Our Alfredo was also way over cooked.

Very fast delivery but forgot our drink and food wasn’t too good at all. Very disappointed. Spent a lot on it and it wasn’t worth a penny.

I placed an order around 1150 pm. I was looking at the tracker to make sure I knew when the driver was here because I was paying cash. The tracker stopped working at 12:17. At 12:53 I called the restaurant (they finally answered the second time I called), I asked when my order would be here considering it had been over an hour. A young guy was asking another coworker if the delivery had left yet and it hadn't, it had been sitting there for who knows how long. Told me they would leave with my delivery than and didn't apologize or anything. I am not one to complain and usually love dominos but this is ridiculous. The young kid walks up with his mask on his chin (not even wearing it.) I tipped the driver because he was nice enough to apologize.

This place is usually hit or miss anyway, but ordered a pizza this afternoon and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Tasted rancid as if the ingredients were left out and were spoiled. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

I walked in about 30 minutes ago to place an order!! I just watched one woman make a salad with NO GLOVES and watched another woman transfer all ready cooked wings into the foil container WITH HER BARE HANDS! NO GLOVES!! I used to order from here all the time and never had an issue before but tonight I ordered online like I have always done before and waited over a half hour for my order. The tracker stated my order was delivered but it wasn't so I called the store. The manager sent out the driver again with my order but again waited over 20 minutes and called again just to have the Manager be rude to me and blame me stating I didn't type in my address right but my Domino Profile shows my address on it since I've always ordered from here before. She was very rude to me and I could over hear what she was saying to the employees in the background so I told her to cancel my order. Will never go back to this store again! Not happy at all!

I was staying in Plattsburgh while my truck was in the shop. I don't like pizza but the thin crust is not bad. So i ordered a small with 8 boneless chicken wings. When i got the pizza it was reguler. After i called them back i think it was the manager who ask what i ordered. I told him, he said he would send me dipping sauce. I assumed i would receive another pizza. No when the driver returned i brought me 4 cups of ranch, an barbecue sauce for 8 wings i wouldn't waste time calling this place.

I ordered food on February 17, 2021, part of my order was a stuffed bacon and jalapeño cheesy bread with no jalapeño. Next day I went to reheat it to have it for lunch, and found jalapeños in it. OK they made a mistake I’ll just call them and get it replaced, but my car is in the shop so I can’t go out and physically pick it up so I asked for delivery. They said sure they will just be a small delivery fee. Come to find out the delivery fee was the same cost as the messed up item I ordered $5.99. That’s atrocious customer service. Charge me six dollars to get a replacement item delivered, is absolute crazy

Called for an hour 5x before got of work to order, no one answered phone. Stopped by after work at 938pm was told would be a long wait. Asked why they weren't answering phone that was ringing off the hook said they were too busy to answer phone. normally would give them 5 rating for good pizza.

Ordered pizza from here my account was charged twice my bank told me to get ahold of them....2 months later after emails and phone calls no one has gotten back ahold of us. Customer care sent me an email saying sorry and said they attached a gift card. But still havent even received that. Just crazy to me that a business cant even get back ahold of someone that has had an issue. It wasnt a small order either it was an order for a birthday party. Not impressed at all.

Terrible customer service! They were rude both times that i called. I've been waiting for my pizza for an hour. I called and the guy said it's on the way...25 more mins passed....still no pizza. I called again only to be told that it wasn't delivered because the driver went to the wrong address so he didn't even bother to try let alone call me. The cardboard box was softer than the crust. Very disappointing. I probably won’t go back. Someone should be there monitoring the quality control. If someone had looked at the pizza before boxing it and passing it off as a meal.

Ordered to eat in since they have about 5 booths for dine in. They had no highchair or booster seat for my 1yr old then I was encouraged to buy a 2-liter of soda, no kids drinks available, when I asked for cups they came back out and said they also had no cups as they only buy cups from a local store which they had not done yet. The only good part about the whole experience was the staff who took my order was friendly and very apologetic. I will not be going back here again.

Three years ago I gave this store a 5 star review, I am now changing it to one star. We had the worst pizza I have ever eaten today. Crust was like cardboard and the whole pizza tasted like it had been made days ago. It was cold and no flavor. Wont be back anytime soon.
