When going into the lobby the first thing I noticed was how clean the lobby was, I was greeted by staff right away as I entered and when I got to the counter the staff asked how I was doing which made me feel better despite the day I was having. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich big box which has always been a go to of mine from every kfc, and although my order was a bit late because it was really busy that day it was worth it because my food came out fresh and very crunchy for my sandwich I loved it. The fries where fresh and soft how I like them Unlike other places where they're really hard or you can tell have been there for a while. The nuggets seems like they were there for a little bit which gave a different taste but despite that everything was A OKAY, I would definitely go back there. But I would recommend going in the morning preferably that way it's not so busy like at lunch time or the afternoon.

I've only been in this location once but from my short drive-thru experience, the lady was really nice and I got my food fast. The drive-thru was easy to find. It wasn't packed on a Saturday at 1 pm. There is only 1 drive-thru lane. I got the donut chicken sandwich. It was worth the heart attack because the chicken juice oozed out every bite while mixed in glazey, sugary goodness coating 2 soft donuts. It's 6 dollars for just the sandwich, so kind of pricey for me, but it was one of those sandwiches I thoroughly enjoyed because of flavor and experience.

I had the K6 and having not had KFC in awhile, it was a craving that needed satisfied. The service was good and fast and the food was just what I was hoping for. Consistency is what I expect from fast food and I'm happy to say that's what I got. The food was good and warm. I really enjoyed it. Thanks KFC, you made a good meal.

Got a 12 piece meal package got 4 breasts and the rest was just wings didn't get any drum sticks was a disappointment but what can you do. Other then that the meal was good chicken was a little dry but kinda expected due to being under a heat lamp for an unknown amount of time. All the sides were good I personally got Mac n cheese, coleslaw, and mash potatoes with gravy on the side, all side were very good. My friend that was with me also order a burger from the A&W side of the menu and burger was cold the decided to put in the microwave and after reheating burger was "an ok burger". For the cost I believe the quality should be a bit higher, yes u get served ur meal very quickly after ordering. But I would rather weight alil longer to get better quality food/ fresher (not dried out chicken) specially since deep frying is one of the fastest method of cooking, but u get what u get what ordering fast food

We got the 12 piece tenders meal. The sides were great (mashed potatoes, gravy, cole slaw and mac and cheese) but these were the smallest tenders I've ever seen. Being so small they were overcooked and not tender. For over $40 it was not worth it.

The Zinger hands down will always be my favorite. I got the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken is not spicy, what makes it spicy is there special sauce that's put on the sandwich

Everyone one loves KFC and this one is combined with A&W. So there a good selection from both. The only negative is one employee who is a nice person but many time our order is wrong. We went to the drive thru, my husband was asked 3 times what his drink choice was. That's annoying but not too bad. But we pulled out to check our bags, It's a good thing we did, an item was missing. It seems to happen with this one employee.

Inside was open little past 9pm when I got there. A couple families were still inside. Good customer service. Awesome shake and sandwich. The fries were barely warm after getting to the car. Inside restaurant Fri- Open til 9PM; drive-thru 10PM. Other food locations, the times change and close early @ random. Overall pretty good.

Say what you want, KFC is always good. However I was at the counter and this must be an unusual occurrence at this location because literally I walked in twice and no one was there to help me. They were obviously understaffed but they were all working hard. Finally had to walk out and go through the drive-thru. Quality was consistent as usual. Still some of the best fried chicken around.

Made a order in drive through ticket 147 staff was exceptional. Paid attention and had no problem making order happen. Did have to park and wait for order but it's worth it. Ty swing staff

I used to like this place but admittedly it's service has gone down. Such a shame, the orders are wrong, and the taste... Just doesn't feel like KFC I had in my childhood days in Oakland, CA. Which was a surprise, usually Concord has better service than Oakland when it comes to chain-stores such as in and out burgers, target etc.

The line was long but they got us through fairly quickly. The cashier was friendly but clearly rushed. They were out of large and medium cups and gave me a small cup. The cashier did not mention it until I questioned it (not sure it occurred to him). I ordered diet A&W root beer but the first one tasted like regular cola and the 2nd one tasted like diet cola. It looked like there were only two people working. It seemed like they were working really hard trying to make due with what they had. I have not felt more sorry for a person working under bad conditions as I felt that day. I wanted to ask them if I could help them.

Drive thru man was very friendly. However they asked us to pull forward because they were a little backed up. We waited 20 minutes for our food, when it finally came out... They gave it to a different car. When I brought this to our attention we had to wait another 20 minutes. And instead of a pot pie, I got a famous bowl. Which is 2 dollars cheaper. 😑

May 15, 2024 I ordered today delivery : Fill up bucket 8 pcs with chicken tenders plus the sides, Taste of kfc meal… and 4 chicken sandwiches 🥪 BUT I ONLY RECEIVED 1 SANDWICH 🥪!!!! Where are the 3 ? ! $6.07 x 4 = 24.28 🥺 I’ve been working so hard had long days having bad day…YOU AIN’T CHEAP I WANT MY REFUND Thinking of getting kfc for lunch dinner . YOU ARE CHEATERS!🙁😡😠😳

First time ordering from this location & I did it through door dash. Their service was fine however my chicken nuggets did not have my dipping sauce in the bag with the rest of my order. Quite disappointing that they can’t get the order complete before sending it out. I was hoping this location would be an improvement over the one I went to in Livermore but I guess not.

Ordered on grubhub and they messed up my order? I came thru yesterday and ordered the same thing and it had 2 charges that exceeded the total on my grubhub order? By $4 why? Can't walk in, doors locked and any questions gotta go thru the window. Sad experience for my birthday meal.

Service was awesome, staff was very nice. I get my order ask the guy if this is the box of 3 chicken strips with popcorn shirmp two sides and a biscuit and he confirms and I drive home. I open the box and the popcorn shirmp and sides are missing. I call the number on the receipt to follow up and the line is disconnected. I contacted corporate and they got me a free $10 gift card for the mix-up.

For a place with a full staff you expect them to be on top of things more. One restroom was down, they keep them locked. Had to ask 4 times for key for my kid to use the restroom. I understand things happen but everyone's orders were backed up. 20 minute wait for Mac and cheese. 20 minute wait for pot pies. Kept hearing people asking for missing items, missing drinks, etc. Lobby soda fountain was down. At least the lobby was clean.

Food is pretty alright for KFC standards. Problem is service is horribly slow. I was standing 4th in line and it took 15 minutes to get to the register, and another 5 waiting at the till. As far as I could see it was only like 2 people working. Like seriously? Can't you hire more employees? Also the state of the dining area was gross. Wrappers and napkins and crumbs galore! Again with the hiring. Get some employees in here!!

Ordered for the flavors I remember. Sadly disappointing. The full flavor and thick coating is gone. Now although it doesn't seem like they are selling very small pieces that made you wonder if you were eating rat, the chicken is just blah. One pro is good sized pieces.

I think I'm being a little generous by giving this place two stars. I remember how KFC used to be many years ago and all I can say is they lost their distinctive flavor! Popeye's Chicken and Church's Chicken are without a doubt Superior in taste and flavor compared to KFC. I thought I would give them a chance to redeem themselves with a taste test after not going there for a few years but unfortunately they blew it again!! I won't be going there anymore for food!! Popeye's Chicken at Church's Chicken are without a doubt my go to places for my sometime cravings for that type of food!!

So we stoped by after leaving the mall....BIG mistake!......we ordered a simple famous bowl and the breast and wing meal....he kept asking ...you want a bowl?....I finally said yeah...with stuff in it......well you guessed it....the order was all wrong....they kept trying to give us somebody's A&W order....we said we ordered chicken....you sure he said?.....finally they started putting our meals together....after they closed the window...we waited a few more minutes for our sodas....yep....he forgot those too! ....I guess on Sundays its a bad time to go, no sorry for the wait, nothing....its like they hired these kids 30 minutes prior, and threw them in the window,! the car in front of us was also having problems...we knew we were in for it then.....good luck to the 3 cars behind us!!

Be wary of mobile orders. They sent notification that it was ready, but after we arrived we had to wait another 30 minutes because they ran out of chicken. They why did you say it was ready? I would assume ready meant it was boxed up and waiting. Food was fine, but they don't know how to run the store correctly. I would rather drive the extra 10-15 minutes and go to a different chicken place, and it would have been faster.

Customer Service Review: We visited KFC this evening for dinner and received such poor customer service, including from the manager on duty. I totally understand they were busy however as a customer who is standing at the counter for 10 minutes and does not even get acknowledged by 3 staff members who kept walking by filling what seemed to be online orders that they’d be “right with me” like other establishments do is down right rude. Finally the manager on duty asked to take my order and I pointed out I had been waiting to which she just threw up her hands to show they were busy. I told her that was fine but with customers waiting in the lobby to place an order they could acknowledge us. After taking my order she proceeds to complete it and while doing so throws receipt paper in my face (it happened to be the clock in confirmation of staff members) while trying to pull my receipt off the printer. Totally unprofessional and rude.

My parents were at this location waiting for over 40 minutes they told them they needed to wait 20 minutes for more chicken to be ready but they never took their order my dad asked one of the employees if she was going to take his order and she totally ignore him. They went there because my mom had been craving KFC for the longest time ever and they go there and my dad says that all the employees had a bad attitude horrible service he’s never going back. Very disappointing! Who wanted to do a take-out order for dinner didn’t spend any money there because they never assist him after waiting so long he decided to just leave instead because no one was really helping him out

Just went drive through with my friend. the guy who took the payment did not even know what was happening around him. We ordered combo sandwiches , first he forgot to give us the reciept. I asked him twice is that all? He said yes. I pulled up, checked order. No fries!!! My friend goes in gets the fries. Then he comes back realizes his lemonade is sprite instead. Basically y’all are undecided what food to get, then go eat here. They’ll give you random food.

Place SUCKS in Capital letters. Orderd online went to pick up the 16 Original pieces I ordered the app telling me they are ready but waited for someone to attend finally they ask for my name 5 min later they come and ask me if it's OK with me for half and half, I said no. Obviously cause they sold all my original pieces because they didn't care less with online orders. Moments later I guess the person in charge asked me for my card and refunds my money no explanation what so ever. I hope Google can update their reviews and start putting -☆. Worst KFC I've been.

Needs to check it's practices. So, I ordered a K5 and asked for all legs. I was told it comes with mashed potatoes and coleslaw and was that okay. I was thinking awesome it comes with two sides now. Upon reviewing my receipt I saw I was in fact charged for the additional side. Had that information been disclosed to me I would have chosen to forgo the additional charge. Management should review it's practices and be careful it doesn't stray into lawsuit territory.

Bad service ordered thru drive thru 2nd person waiting only. Waited 20 minutes and could not move . Car in front of me had ordered I guess a lg order; instead of telling them they would bring order to them . They made me wait 20minutes stuck and had now formed a line. After 8 pm, only drive-thru available due to COVID restrictions. Parking lot and menu board dark. Asked if iced tea was fresh brewed, told yes. It isn’t. Wrong sides with order. No napkins or cutlery. Terrible service!!!

I waited 15 minutes in line while the manager boyfriend chatted with her in line waiting to order. Customer service was very lacking. I'll only go back if I have a craving. Even then there's a second thought on doing so.

Burnt chicken that was so dry it was like jerky. I asked for plates and silverware and of course didn't get any and as I was waiting for my food in the mobile app parking spot s rude employee told me to go park somewhere else. I obviously told him to go pound sand but it's the point. Why would you have employees that treat customers this way?

We loved this KFC but we went like last week and the drive threw was closed and we order or $70.00 worth of food and while waiting we notice that people was waiting a long time to be served even on lady waited a long while for a rooter float. So when our order was ready we asked the lady everything is there right she said yes but I looked and seen all the side orders was right . We drove back to Pittsburgh and got home open the box where the chicken was in we notice they short us for 8 chicken we got the 16th peace. So we went back all the way in traffic and had to redo our order and there was 2 other customers that came back that they messed up on . So check everything when you go there.

Terrible. Our order at the drive-in was rushed, she literally cut us off ordering and told us to go to the window. We had to wait 15 minutes for our food to be delivered, once we got it the crispy chicken sandwiches were soggy but the meat was dry and chewy. Hot dog had a rock hard bun. Threw it all in the garbage and drove around the block to Super Duper Burgers. I wasn’t a fan before, but now I’ll never go to KFC again.

These workers here are not friendly at all. They got the order super wrong and then get annoyed when you point it out. I got overcharged and not given my money back. It seems like everytime we come here something is wrong. The attitude in these employees do not help at all. Definitely not coming back.

Horrible experience last night! I thought KFC was supposed to be fast food? It took 40 minutes to get my meal. They got my order wrong 3 times and when I got home and opened everything it was still wrong. Inside the cheese curds box (which is what I ordered) there were bite-sized corn dogs (which is not what I ordered). Horrible experience! I will not go to this KFC again!

Not one to write reviews, but my experience here was real bad. The wait was insanely long for just 2 sandwiches, and when the food was served, both the sandwiches were caked in Mayo. I’m not talking about a bit more than usual, or even a extreme amount, I’m talking about an inedible amount of Mayo that literally ruined the sandwich. On top of that, even the side order of biscuits was undercooked to the point of dough in the middle. Man, I really have to go somewhere else for lunch because I could not bring myself to eat this food. Really really really disappointed.

This place is so incompetent it's not even funny. 2nd time they have forgotten an item I ordered from Door Dash. 1 time I could understand, but twice? They also sent me root beer when I ordered Pepsi. How can you possibly mix up those 2 totally different drinks. I called the store and all I get is "Oops, sorry". Notified DoorDash and at least they gave me credit for missing items again. Funny how they want more money but can't even get orders right as is. This place should have it's franchise pulled. Absolute the worst KFC/A&W I've ever had the displeasure of going to. Never again will this place get my business.

My partner and I had a craving for an A&W freeze, so we headed to the KFC/A&W. The lady who took our order sounded like in general she hated her job, but specifically was frustrated with us. We had to repeat our order 3 times because we couldn't be heard. While driving to the pickup window, I realized we ordered 1 freeze instead of 2! No worries, most places let you add something on at the window. Well, not at this one! We were told no because of drive thru orders. I totally understand, they are trying to keep their drive thru times low. We decided to go through again for the freeze. This time, we waited a couple of minutes to be acknowledged. She then couldn't hear us again and asked us to order at the window. We drive up to the window and wait a couple more minutes... We finally order and get the freeze, but she seemed totally tilted that we came through again. It felt like we were made to wait on purpose. Also, while at the window, we witnessed an employee tell a customer to "hold on" and continue with the conversation they were having with a coworker. I don't mind people having friends and a good time at work, but your first priority should be your job. After that little drive thru adventure, we finally headed home. That's when we realized they forgot an item in our order... On the one hand, they should've remembered it, but I also could have used our extra time to check the order before we left. We decided not to go back because it wasn't worth it to deal with that employee over one item. TLDR: This place used to be awesome, but I'm not sure we'll be back due to a rude and tilted employee. They even messed up our order.

First of all, I deliver food for Doordash. I dealt with a lot of food restaurants and saw how they prepare and pack their food. That KFC is the worst place I delivered food from. They are always extremely late preparing the order so that customers are always mad at the delivery drivers who are not guilty at all. It is that KFC's stuff fault. Their stuff just walks around doing nothing and tries to stay away from customers. It is disrespectful and incompetent. Last time, I had a delivery order from that KFC which I accepted a d eventually regretted. When I picked it up, it was okay. But when I delivered it to the customer, the bag with food had so much water in there that all food and everything else in it got wet. It happened because they put too much liquid to the container with corn that It spilled out in the bag. The customer was very upset. I will never accept any order from them or even stop by that worst place. I highly suggest everyone to stay away from that place 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Disappointing experience, waited 30 minutes to pickup an order that was supposed to be ready before I went there , the floor was so sticky that I thought it hasn't been cleaned in a while and the guy at the front was doing his thing for 5 minutes without asking what I needed.

Places order online. Arrived on time. Told 15 minutes for pot pie. 30 minutes later they try to hand me the rest of the order they packed 30 minutes ago. I asked them to repack all the chicken and sides. Then they hand me drinks they prepared 30 minutes prior. No offer to remake them. We have no idea how the food tasted. We donated to a homeless person. This was the worst KFC I’ve ever been to and will not return.

Super slow service, there's no many customers ,but the crew is super slow, they're always out of classic fried chicken and they don't even look at the customer when they're waiting standing by the register to put their order, is like no one is there waiting,they get ignored for like easy 7 min. And they get rush after or abandon because they are going to help someone else. Food ok, sucks is the only KFC around the area.

Saltiest and dryest fast food I've ever had, they didn't even try to follow their own standards and guides for cooking. Every nearby KFC location is 20x better Update: 5 minutes after eating and not even finishing, I vomited 4 times and I now have a headache

Don't order from this place. The female manager on duty on 1/20/26 was incredibly rude and did not honor an online order. When we went back and kindly informed her our order wasn't complete she said "I don't know what to tell you" and walked away. In front of so many other customers. If you don't like your job, get a different one. Corporate should have a talk with their managers if this is their idea of customer service. 🙄

Late night run, went through the drive through around 9:30pm, chicken was super dried out, tasted terrible. I will not be eating at KFC for a long time.

It’s not my first time to order, but today I had a bad experience. The chicken was almost burned and very salty . The tenders box of 8 had 2 pieces of nuggets instead of tenders so it’s basically box of 6 . I didn’t like the food 😏. Please try to do something better or don’t serve people. Thanks

I just got off of work and wanted to get food. I came to the drive thru at 10:34pm on Monday. They close at 11pm. But staff told me they are closed.
