I ordered the "Caspian" pizza ...BBQ, chicken, onion and I added pineapple. The chicken was tender and juicy, perfect with the cheesy sweet hot goodness of the other ingredients. The Asst. Manager (Captain) Chris was attentive, warm yet professional! Restaurant impeccably clean and oh yeah the music rocks!

Had a pizza and a salad. There are not many places nearby that have a variety of good salads, which is why I really appreciate Mod Pizza!

Love their pizza sauce. You can do whatever you like to tour pizza.

Absolutely 💯 the best Service and quality of food I have had in southeast TX in a long time. As soon as we walked into the door it was a breath of fresh air. People that actually enjoy their jobs! Smiles and laughter 😃 I usually go to MOD in a different town. But I will for sure be going here more often. This is actually my first time to this location and we loved it! We will be back for sure. Wtg Management you are doing wonders in your employees and it shows!

Pizza is good and tastes consistent like other locations. Service is nice but slow during lunch rush. Not very busy at night for dinner. Plenty of drink options. Lots of parking in the lot.

I was pretty excited about Mod being in our area — shoutout to the higher ups in the company for thinking about this area. It’s a solid 4 for me. They were short staffed (3 people) and the bottom of the pizzas were slightly burnt. I was gracious and patient (and thankfully were my kids) I believe in this place, I’ll try them again soon.

The service was grand. Enjoyed talking with the staff about the menu, the rewards program etc. Pizzas are served only in 6 inch and 11 inch sizes. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was ok but the "mad dog" my roommate and I found to be terrible. Very little sauce or meat and none of it tasted good. I do like the crispy cracker like thin crust, but if it's topped sparsely with ingredients that don't taste good, that's not a good pizza. Overall the folks running the place were nice, the food seems reasonably priced, but as far as taste we agreed we'd rather have little Caesars. 😂 Can't see myself going back.

I decided to try MOD Pizza due to the close proximity of my hotel in Port Arthur. It was conveniently easy ordering online. The restaurant itself was spacious and bright. A friendly staff greeted me upon arriving directing me to the pickup section. With my completed order in hand I returned back to the hotel to devour said pizza. I considered the pizza itself to be on the lower rung of the pizza pecking order. Not much in a way of taste even though my pizza had a few toppings. Unfortunately, I would not return to MOD Pizza.

He also doesn’t know how the salads are. No one helps him either. Pizza came out burnt dough basically. Not even a teaspoon of sauce or cheese. Had to ask several times for more dressing on salad and it still came out dry. Did not add chicken so asked if it was ok to just put on top dry. Like you have a choice at this point. 2 mini pizza and mini salad 35$ Go somewhere else for better food for that amount.

I’m guessing this place has taken some sort of management change since last time I was here because I remember the manager at the time coming to check on every table and ensuring the quality and asking for feedback and suggestions which none were needed. But my suggestion to this location now is find better management and people who care, because this new team doesn’t give a flying rats rump about the quality.
