Hands down the most friendly Dunkin Doughnuts I have ever been in. David was an absolute delight as he poured my afternoon tea, I wish I lived closer because this is the only Dunkin' I wanna go to.

Ordered a medium hot macchiato. Low & behold it's half off. Happy hours 2-8pm. Happy was I. Good friendly service too.

The employees are kind and warm. They connect with customers, remembering their regular orders which is astonishing considering the volume they serve.

I never write reviews for fast food places, but this place deserves it! I go in there every day for lunch, sometimes I get food, sometimes just an iced tea-they always know my drink order, and this place is always busy but, they’re so quick, they get drink orders while you’re on line, to speed things up, and everybody is always so nice there!!

We come here because there's good WiFi and the staff is perfectly OK with you spending as much time as you need. Also, it's possible to eat low calorie sandwiches in addition to those delicious donuts.

I am VERY picky with my coffee, and not everyone can make it right every time. However, there is one SUPERB Dunkin' Donuts worker that is at this particular location, I'll call him Q, that makes it right EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail. Deserves five stars from the huge improvement with the new management or owner. What it was a couple years to now is a huge difference. It gets busy and sometimes you wait a bit but i think they are as efficient as they could possibly be and do a great job. And the staff is always nice for the most part. My go to dunkin!!!

My iced coffee is always made to perfection. My rating is only for the coffee too not the staff. OK so some of the staff is 5 star but some employees just stand around laughing not working and talking amongst themselves instead of delivering customer service. The coffee though is what I go for and its always great!

Arguably the best and most convenient location in the city of Poughkeepsie. Located on the Main Street corridor this Dunkin Donuts is quite visible, its position accessible via both the east and west arterial highways. Stocks a variety of coffees and teas in addition to many other beverages. Also the go-to spot for pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and Dunkin nibbles. Opens at 6am and currently closes at 10pm. Hours may vary due to the current challenges associated with the pandemic. Services include phone and online orders for expediency of in-store pickup, service protection barriers, dining in (limited amount of customer), and outdoor seating. There is abundant parking, courteous and efficient staff and access to restrooms. Great location.

Have been annoyed in the past by their customer service skills. But, as of recently it's been alot better. Always happy. Coffee always correct. Never have an issue.

I'm from Texas where donuts are literally awesome, so Dunkin' Donuts's aren't very good but their coffee and service are terrific! The bagels and food are decent. Definitely a NY staple :)

Not bad. Usually stop here in the winter more often. I don't drink coffee, but the hot chocolate is usually on point. I get out fairly quick when busy too. Which is really a big deal to me.

They seemed uncoordinated in the coffee/sandwich making process. Many guests were waiting a long time for 1 coffee. Not sure what was going on this visit, hasnt been that slow in the past. The staff were very pleasant though.

I love this Dunkin location. They know how to make my coffee. If I have an issue with the way it is made they will remake I for me. Never had an issue that was not resolved in this location. This is where I do my business.

I like this dunkin donuts but when it comes to putting cream cheese on bagels they are beyond stingy. It's like a teaspoon amount thinly scraped across the bagel. Its basically non existent

The place has been updated and is more modern and kept clean. On the numerous times we have been there service was great and the coffee always fresh unlike some. They have an excellent selection to choose from. I really love the blueberry coffee. Prices are par and while there is parking it is something limited but being that it is a small place it is workable. They have some seating outdoors which is nice when you want to enjoy the weather. Unlike some of local Dunkin Donuts on this one is not open 24hrs which is probably better for the workers since it isn't in the best part of town.

Got two bagesl from here…. Toasted with what I thought should have been cream cheese. It was like they used the cup of cream cheese and split it between the two!

I went in the early morning and the guy was hiding, kept calling for someone and he finally showed up, I said good morning with a smile on my face and he gave me a dirty look instead , very bad service...I like the muffins and croissants but the EARLY MORING SERVICE sucks.

Very nice Dunkin. It was recently remodeled and very clean. 110% better than it was! Coffee and food are always good. My only complaint is I wish it had a drive-thru. I'd go there more often if it did.

Good beverages, love the glazed sticks. Bags of whole bean coffee are great quality, but they really should make the 3lb for $20 the deal all the time. Just think of the good recommendations they would get from their regular customers.

Not terrible, but also not great. I come here as it is closest to my workplace for my morning coffee. However, anytime I order ahead, my order is usually missing something. If i order a cold brew with cold foam, the cold foam is forgotten. If I order an avocado toast with bacon, the bacon is forgotten. However, the workers are usually polite and are quick to fix the issue.... just sets me back a little if I am on my way into work. I hate to sound like a Karen.... I understand it is busy, and it's not that big of a deal, just wish there was a little more attention to detail. Also, this Dunkin' is the heart of the City of Poughkeepsie, so don't be surprised to be bombarded by loitering people asking for money or "wanting to talk".

First time at this location. Seats were wet for some reason, and it took a long time to get the food ordered. Once it was ready the person didn't bother to call out who it was for, even though there were several people waiting for their orders. It would have made sense to call it out. And then place the bag with the name/order information backwards facing them vs customers. Service experience wasn't on par with other locations.

I waited behind a customer placing a larger order which isn't bad by itself, but the cashier was exchanging contact information in order to work part time for the customer. I guess she felt bad to keep me waiting so she gave me half off the bagel, but after waiting 10 minutes (!!!!!!) my bagel hadn't been made. When I told them I had to leave, they said they forgot about the food press. I left with no bagel, but I paid for it. Worst experience at a Dunkin ever.

There is a girl who works there thst lashed out at a customer one day when i went there and the girl yelled out to many accommodations etc and the guy was pissed shouldnt have people work there if they dint know about customer service and i been back there and seen the same guy again he tells the other staff he doesnt want her to serve nothing of his

I had to wait 30 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich, there was 7 staff members working and they look all confused and lazy, really slow service a long line and people getting wrong orders.

They were closed my last visit. Very disappointed. Staff shortage was the reasoning on the door!!! Come on DD pay those hard working employees and they will show up...

This dunkin donuts is absolutely the worst I've been to by far....the attitudes I receive when I go inside is not professional nor is it customer friendly..not to mention they have terrible service..I always feel uncomfortable when I go inside because of how dirty it is...when I try to call the store to relate my concerns to the manager she immediately hangs up on me....I just didn't think this was how a professional establishment was supposed to be run

Some the worst service I've seen in a long time. Some of the employees speak very aggressively to the customers and often times they mess up your order.

It was horrible. One of the employees nagging me about how long my ride was going to be when literally just got my food from the sandwich maker. And i am a paying customer it was the 2nd time i had been at the same store. I hope he doesn't talk to customers like that his name bourne

I went to this location friday evening. First of all they have a piss poor selection of donuts and to top it off I got 3 donuts 1 blueberry glaze 1 Boston cream my favorite and the last today's special. I get home and take a few bites of my favorite boston cream and there's no cream. I'm livid. I will not be going back to that dunkin nor will I be going to any dunkin for quite awhile. I can think of plenty of other things to throw my money away on with better results

Ordered on the go, everything went through just like every morning. Received my points and everything for the order but when I get to the location I get an attitude from one of the employees and told that either someone took my order or it wasn't done. Basically they did everything they could to get me out and not even try to help me. Worst place I've ever had to do with.

I dont usually go to this location which is fine cause they screwed up both my coffees. The people at the counter were slow and when i ordered i had to repeat it 3 times (its a simple order large hot coffee 5 cr no sugar) amd they STILL messed it up

Went in yesterday with my pregnant wife to get some coffee and a couple bagels. Not one employee was wearing there mask properly and neither was any of the customers. You are handling food and drinks that are going in my mouth. I turned around and walked right back out. Not worth the risk.

What happens to the donuts was there on Saturday the donuts were terrible not the same . They were dry too small for the amount of money I paid . Going to price chopper from now on they have awesome donuts worth the money

Renovated building…Still worst service ever!! This is my first time back to this particular Dunkin' Donuts after the renovations and it will be my last!! They should've upgraded to new employees as well! They have the most inept employees and terrible customer service. Very poor managerial leadership at this store, and it shows. As usual, it took 10 minutes just to get a medium hot coffee! All of this with seven women working back there!!

The store front is really nice but the customer service is terrible. It was the worse service I ever received from a Dunkin' Donuts location. The evening female attendant had an attitude. She was not friendly at all. If you don't like to deal with customers don't enter a customer-service industry! I would not return to this particular location even though I love my Dunkin Donuts coffee. :)

I really hate visiting the Main Street Poughkeepsie location of Dunkin Donuts. I went there today and had a terrible experience the cashiers were rude. I didn't hear them call out my order at first and they seem to have an attitude about it. They made fun of my appearance. And when I got home and looked in the bag they gave me the wrong donut. I will not visit this location again.

Make sure they put your lid on fully or else you might spill your coffee all over your breakfast that you just bought and now you get nothing.

I frequent many Dunkin Donuts locations, and this is by far one of the worst. The staff is rude and unprofessional, not to mention unorganized and incompetent. I've waited as long as 10 minutes for a simple large coffee while the staff takes care of their friends first, and the lines grow. Avoid this location if you don't have a lot of time.

Good customer service goes a long way! Dogs are treated better than I was this morning at Dunkin' around 6:30 a.m. I'm incredibly disappointed in how I was treated today. I even had to call the police—not because of my situation, but because someone spat on my car. What a disgusting act! Let me provide some background about myself; not that you should care, but here it is. I've stopped eating fast food due to higher prices, yet I remained a devoted customer of Dunkin' Donuts because of their coffee. However, after today, I'm terrified to drink Dunkin' coffee. The incident I experienced should never have happened. The cup I received was defective, with a faulty lid. I'm in so much pain, and even though it's past noon, I’m still feeling the effects of this early morning incident. On December 2, 2024, I purchased a medium-sized coffee, a croissant, and three munchkins at Dunkin' on Main Street, just as I have been doing for the past six months. I've also bought coffee from other Dunkin' locations without any issues until now. After receiving my coffee, I got into my car and hadn’t even reached two blocks before the cup spilled all over me. The coffee burned my stomach and thighs. If there had been another car in front of me, it could have seriously endangered my life! I drove back to the Dunkin' Donuts store to file an incident report, but they told me they had no such report available. I demanded to speak with a manager. When "Cameron" finally approached me, it was clear she had just woken up. I was extremely disappointed that this shift leader had no information about how to obtain an incident report and showed no remorse for what happened. There was no apology or assistance offered. I got the manager's contact information and left the store to head straight to the hospital since my entire body was burning. As I was leaving, someone spat on my car, prompting me to call the police. The officer informed me that there was nothing they could do, suggesting it might have been retaliation for reporting the incident. They advised me that management should look into it. This has been the worst day ever! The doctor told me to stay home for two days and prescribed medication for the pain. I promise myself that I will never drink Dunkin' coffee again due to the lack of care and empathy shown by the shift leader regarding my health and well-being after this horrific experience. Management, PLEASE HELP!

They will not work with you. The supervisor was horrible. He was rude, disrespectful and racist. I asked to pay for extra milk which I have done at other Dunkin’s and the ladies at the counter said yes. He return my money for my order and stated we don’t do that and I can’t jhelp you. I will never go there again. Poughkeepsie Dunkin is horrible. Never go there.

Came in Monday to get a drink and one of the staff just started yelling and cursing at someone by the sandwich station. She was short with dark hair and I believe I saw a hand tattoo on her as well. Someone in there who is in charge need to at least tell their employees to have some self control especially when customers are around. Other than that I had a good time and the coffee is great.

They're slow. They play the music very loud. It's like 'social hour'. They 'forgot' to give us our sandwich and said they called it out. They positively did not. We were sitting right there. They make horrible coffee w/ espresso. It doesn't taste as though they but any espresso in it. I've had the same experience at this location, more than once. I've had it in several other Dunkin Donuts locations and it was good.
