I am so happy that Reanna and Lucy are back!!! The y are the best! The other lady was always sitting in a chair and on her phone all the time. Very unprofessional! She would always charge for whip cream on the drinks that should never been charged for!

I'm more of a tea drinker than coffee but I thought I'd give this place a try while I was shopping at the galleria. They have non coffee drinks called cookie chillers. I ordered one that was suggested to me by the one worker there. I ordered a large thinking it would last me a while...wow was that an understatement. The large size is gigantic! I nearly couldn't hold it with one hand it was so big lol. The flavors were good too. Kind of like an ice cream shake.

At first, I found the vanilla bean flavor a tad strong, but it softened with every sip. The caramel and whipped cream was a nice added touch and as mentioned, the added ingredients stand out much more than the espresso. For $7.03 for a “small,” the price is comparable to most major coffee chains and with a few added ounces, it’s basically a Starbucks trip. Personally, I found Gloria Jean’s to be a tad overrated, but for a “once in a while mall stop,” they’re not half bad—just more of a kid’s treat than anything else.

Awful customer service! Went to get a. Coffee at 130 and the gate was closed a customer stated the employee went to take out the garbage, she returned at 210 and stated the other girl is not here and I'm leaving to go to my other job. She promptly closed and locked the gate. It's the holidays at 2 pm there is no reason the shop should be closed!

Me and my husband had ice mocha and had food poisoning immediately after that. We didn’t ate or drank anything before or after that…so certainly it’s because of the drink. Never had such an issue with any other beverage company before.

I use to go to this place years ago all the time . I just recently went … my goodness it’s disgusting in there . Dust everywhere - nothing is cleaned ! My coffee and hot chocolate did not taste anything near it was suppose to . Plus the prices are outrageous for how this place looks like .

Horrible experience. Ordered a small white chocolate caramel chiller. Was charged $1 extra for whipped cream when it always came with it before. Was charged $10 when was marked $7.95 plus tax on the board. Asked for a receipt and gave my information 2 different ways and never got the receipt. The staff member, maybe owner? was not friendly or helpful. Don't go there. Save yourself $10 on a drink.

The location in the poughkeepsie galleria is disgusting. Cobwebs everywhere and not a single surface clean. Cleaning supplies all over the counters mixed in with food items. It's a shame because the staff are always SO NICE and attentive. But it's absolutely repulsive and the last time I will go to this location. A nightmare and food poisoning waiting to happen

Just bought some old cake that was 2” x 2” got Charged $4.50. Highway robbery never go there again the places out of control with their prices.

The new person was extremely nervous so i tried to be as patient as possible but i was on a 15 break from work. It took 11 minutes for my one drink and bagel and i was the only person there. When i finally get back to my store and open my bagel there is legitimately 1/10th of a teaspoon on it. It was an actual joke. Then, I go back to complain and completely get ignored by the girl who made the bagel. Then i ask the other person and she says “talk to her”. I just left the bagel and went back to work. Who treats customers that way? I spent my whole break to get nothing. Poor customer service is a direct insight into management and clearly management at this establishment has no interest in repeat customers. Never again.

If you eat here, just know their cake pops and other treats are purchased from Walmart and resold at a much higher price. Also, don't bother tipping them since they don't tip their instacart shoppers even though we have to walk through the mall to deliver. Shame on you.
