A family member accidentally threw out a dental appliance after having a meal here and did not realize until returning home an hour away. An employee, Darian, helped us so much, going through garbage bags to find it. You managers better give this man a raise and a promotion, you don't ever gettat kind of customer service anywhere these days!!!
Food was in high quality typical Wendy's fashion. Staff was extremely quick for how busy they were. This location usually does not disappoint.
Went thru dive thru and worker said we needed exact change because he didn't have any. Really!!!! Then said he couldn't give us our .58 cents. No other register had change? We dug through the car and found exact change and he didn't want to give us our dollar back! Unbelievable!
stopped by this wendys after we left k1 speed and the staff was nice. ordered some combo meals and the lady let me know it would take a few minutes so we got the fries and drinks and sat down. lost track of time having jokes and the lady came out with the sandwiches and a fresh set of large fries. the one simple thing of giving up fresh hot large fries for watching for the sandwiches is the reason if im in the area again i would come back to this wendys.
One round table was set high and had two bar stool height chairs to accommodate seniors with knee problems. It was a real orthopedic accommodation and was very much appreciated.
I can only grade on the drive thru service. Pleasant customer service each time and orders have been timely. Even the online app order was a great experience. Order on line and then give them the name with the order at the drive thru
Wendy's is always as good as I remember it from back in the day. At least I get to enjoy bringing my kids here to enjoy a great burger. I do wish I had those coupons buy one get one free.
Have not been to Wendys in a few years, ordered #1 combo burger and fries and an ice tea. I was pretty surprised at how good the meal was (for fast food), burger tasted real, fries were salted just right and the ice tea tasted like actual brewed tea. For under 9.00 I was pleased with the meal and the associates were friendly and pleasant.
The lady who worked as cashier, she was very nice. And she remember us as well, even though we went for a vacation for 2 months. She still remember us and that’s super nice and polite. This burger in this Wendy doesn’t have mustard inside the double stacked burger , which I like it. However, the one in Fishkill NY, they put mustard and ketchup in the double stacked and bacon stacked burger. So please ask first if you have special request, I just found out not all Wendy’s follow the same direction.
3 years ago I came here and was very displeased with my experience, today I came by and was given the wrong order, BUT, the way it was handled restored all my faith in this particular Wendy’s. They gave me a whole new order and didn’t even bat an eye. Staff were super polite and friendly. Thanks guys! Fries are incredible btw.
This establishment has been in its location for decades and has always great. If you love Wendy's, you'll love this location.
Went to wendy's to try the breakfast. I had the sausage and egg croissant. It was very good. My son had the chicken biscuit sandwich and liked it. The employee was very kind.
Fast service, friendly employees, consistent quality of food. However, this place needs a lot of love. The parking lot looks like it hasn't been fixed since the 90's and the building needs some upkeep.
Wendy's always coming in clutch with that 4for4. In fact we got two of them and the fries were hot both times and the burgers were crafted alright for my taste. The music was straight outta my moms pandora favorites or something, I felt like I was in 2005 while eating the entire the time. But what can you expect? I came to eat not to dance so all good. Michael was there, and he was nice to me and so I think y'all should quit the nonsense you're at Wendy's not the steak house for crying out loud. Quit moaning and eat your 2$ burger. This Wendy's is 4/5 in my opinion.
They make one of the best chilies and their frosty is so good. If you are a Sr.. this franchise will give you a free of your choice soft drink. Oh happy days are here for us Sr's.
The service here was wonderful today. I did however miss the service of one cashier Michael. He's a wonderful and a respectable young man who takes his job seriously and does whatever he needs to do to satisfy the customer. I sure do miss Michael. I wonder where he's gone? Besides that, it was good service and a good quality of food. Highly recommended!
Normally 5 stars but the Diet Coke was not good whatsoever.
Fast food is not my preference, but when I do make that choice, it’s usually Wendy’s. Today I went inside at this specific Wendy’s for the first time, although I had gone to the drive-through on several occasions. Interestingly, they did get one thing wrong on my order, while at the drive-through there had never been a mistake. Anyway, the place is clean, the food is what you would expect it to be and I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the bathroom was.
They are typically okay, I normally get a spicy chicken wrap. Wendy's does this weird thing where they like to put cold cheese on a warm burger 😒. This is not isolated tho they do this everywhere.
Chicken nuggets and Sawesome sauce were great. Double Cheeseburgers tasted good but the wrapping was gross with old grease and stuff on it. Wouldn't say it was appetizing.
1/2 empty chili container charged for full large when content was less than small,cheese cold on burger not wrapped tightly making it hard to eat new staff need retraining old staff was great don't know what happened but needs improvements
Love their chili. With McDonalds nearby Wendy's is practically empty. Nobody eats inside and often it is hard to tell if they are open. They should renovate the location as it is badly outdated.
When I moved up here first the service was a little slow but it was good. Now a days the service here has been declining in the past few months. There getting things wrong and not listening to instructions. I still go here because it close to my house. Hope things improve in the coming months. The company needs to give this location a face lift, the POS system is out dated because it always giving programs. Renovation is in order.
Slow and no one taking orders
Very polite people working the drive thru window. The reason for the 2-star rating... they seem to perpetually, always, always, always be out of baked potatoes!!!! This is extremely frustrating. I had stopped going to Wendy's because this kept happening. Today, I decided to give it another try. And no surprise, NO BAKED POTATOES!!! I was told it would take 40 minutes before more baked potatoes were ready. They're one of their main menu items! It's like going to Carvel and being told they're out of ice cream! For heaven's sake, when potatoes are running low, throw some into the oven! Common sense people!
They are super cheap with the fries and i literally watched one of the workers pick them up with his bare hands to fill an order. I was disgusted. Then he looked directly at me through the (drive thru window) while rubbing the salt off his fingertips. So fricking nasty.
I ordered a hamburger only to get home and open it up to find a fried chicken sandwich. Last time i had to drive back because i was halfway home put my hand in the bag for a fry and they forgot my sandwich.
Staff was ok, food was stale including the fries and buns. Place hasn't been updated since I went there 15 yrs ago. Definitely would not go back to that location.
When I pulled up to the window one of the girls taking orders and packing food into the bag was hitting her vape right on the floor. This should never fly at any establishment and I definitely wouldn't want people smoking around my food.
Went inside to order they had a handicap person at the counter God bless her but she had a attitude and she could not get the orders right and could not count the change right . I understand she has to make a living anyway I ordered fries and chicken nuggets when I arrived home my nuggets was hard and my fries were not done . What a waste of time .
The food is over cooked, or should I say overheated. The burgers are dry on the inside and greasy on the out. The buns are broken. The cheese didn’t even cover the middle of the burger. It was smashed into the corner. Paying all of this money for food thats not even fresh. I had to give the food to my dog. Never again will I come back to this Wendy’s. From the two bites of my burbon bacon cheese burger, now has my stomach doing flips as I write this review. I wish I could post a picture of how this burger looked. Also the burger had two strips of bacon and one of the two pieces was outside the wrapper in the bag. How in the world did they do that? I guess they realized that one strip wasn’t enough so they I’m tossed another strip into the bag? The two stars was for the guy that took my order. He was nice. Usually I wouldn’t even bother with reviews but for the amount of money I paid only to get bad tasting, old food, and a stomach ache! 😢
Ordered food for me and my 2 daughters and was delivered from Uber Eats. I'm not even 5 minutes away. The food wasn't hot, forgot my daughter's medium coke, I paid for, and fries undercooked. Not happy. Hardly eat from fast foods anymore and was disappointed when I did.
This Wendy's was going through things when I went there. This lady was complaining her order was incorrect. This other guy said his burger was missing and his friend said his burger was cold. A fourth guy came up to complain, too. The line was so long it was about to go onto 9W. We decided to leave. It was a rough day for them. I went Saturday, 8/29/2020 in the afternoon.
This may be the worst Wendy’s in the country. They are super slow, the employees are always drunk, high or generally incompetent. If you want to wait 30 minutes and get the wrong order, this is the Wendy’s to go!
Really polite gentlemen taking drive through orders Frosty was fine Fries loked great but tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. Yuck
I got the new Cajun chicken sandwich today. I asked for tomatoes and didn’t get it. Didn’t get pickles either. Also, I asked for a few honey mustards and they only gave me one. On top of all this, they literally SMOTHERED my sandwich in sauce. I did ask for extra, but not a damn waterfall of sauce.
Everything was old, cold and stale. Inedible. Wasted $70. Will never eat here again. Will be contacting cooperate.
This store didn’t want to take a Wendy’s coupon and lied about them not being able to accept them when it came through that coupon mailer. I won’t be using this one anymore.
Horrible service at Wendy. Customer service was a disgrace especially from the cashier michael. Normally i dont write these reviews but his attitude and lack of respect really made upset. First when i asked him for an extra straw for my friend he angrily turned around to get it and just threw it at me and said sarcastically "your welcome. when i stared at him in shock for what he just did he had the nerve to say "what is there anything else you need or are you done".. When i walked away i heard him laughing with another employee about what he just did as he though it was funny. I was so upset i didnt even eat my food and me and my friend just left. REALLY DISAPPOINTED NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN
Anytime I order from here my order is either missing something or the people in the store don’t want to correct the order or if I order from doordash I never receive my order like yesterday two people went to pick up my order and both drivers canceled because they took wayyy to long to get my order out.
Went there after a bad day, all i wanted was a bacon cheeseburger with a large fries. i went up to the counter and no one was there after a while i said hello and this kid named michael came up and said how can i help you? i told him what i wanted and said fine i forgot to mention i didnt want pickle on it so i asked him to take it off he gave me a hard time about it. He had the nerve to tell me the customer to tell me to take them off myself and if i wanted him to do it id have to buy another burger. NEVER GOING BACK AS LONG AS MICHAEL WORKS THERE
My visit today was less than satisfying. My fries were cold, the bun for the burger was stale. I will think twice about purchasing food from this particular Wendy's again !
I went to Wendy's at 9:13 PM tonight after a movie and ordered 1 and 1/2 half salads for my daughter and I. I asked for the Southwest and they told me that they did not have the chicken to make it, so we opted for and paid for a buffalo chicken salads with ranch. What we received was much less than what we asked for! We received a bland, regular crispy chicken salad with Buffalo ranch! This is not the same thing!!! When I called to point out the issue, they asked for me to bring it back! Unfortunately, I live over 45 minutes away across the other side of the river at West Point, NY and by a gate that closes at 10 PM!!! I AM SO UPSET because the associate who picked up the phone told me they couldn't do anything about it! They did not offer a practical solution (e.g. a refund or even a equitable replacement for the correct item that I paid for to be picked up on a different day! The chicken because was dry and rubbery, and the crispy flakes were barely even on the chicken! It tasted like it was refrigerated and not even fresh!!! It is probably the worst salad that I have EVER had and definitely not worth what I paid for it! LOUSY Customer Service and INATTENTION TO DETAIL is going to KILL YOUR BUSINESS (your customers will not return and you will loose out on profits if the food is corrected or the customer never returns)! Even other comparable business get the order right from Chik-Fil-A to Zaxbys!!! Probably because they QC the order before it goes out to the customer! Thanks, but no thanks, I do not know that I will EVER be back!!!

After being at the hospital for 4 hours I just wanted to grab food and relax. I ordered a JR bacon cheeseburger, fries and a side of cheese sauce for the fries. I got home and there was no bacon, no cheese, no nothing except a single patty and a bun with ketsup and also no cheese sauce. I got the fries..

One of the more horrible Wendy's I've been to. The sandwiches were smushed and drenched in mayo and the french fries were ROCK hard, as if they had been re-fried or microwaved to reheat them as opposed to being made fresh. Additionally, the sauces we requested were forgotten and when we returned to get them, we were met with attitude and a request for receipt, though we were last customers they had even served! Perhaps my fault for having such high expectations (silly me for expecting moderate service at 11:45?) but until last night, I'd never had a experience as bad as this.
I went to Wendy’s twice between 9pm and 10pm to pick up doordash orders.The first time I went it was fine , the worker was nice and quick. The 2nd time I went, the 2 workers at the window were not wearing masks. They had there masks pulled down to there chin as they helped me and my husband. This is hurtful and sad as 186k Americans have died from coronavirus. This restaurant and there workers are not taking this seriously and are potentially infecting there whole community. Shame on all of you.
If I can give stars I would do not place a rider for delivery online you will not get all your food and will be asked to go into the store for a replacement .. and I even spoke with the store manager who is not helpful at all. I was told they don’t carry the pub chicken sandwich anymore but can still have it on the menu and charge you for it makes no damn sense. Ridiculous and annoying so now I’m out $49 and not enough food to feed my family way to go Wendy’s
This Wendy's is constantly messing up orders one way or another. 1 trip: I get my burger burnt to a crisp. A different trip: A large order for my entire family. They forgot 1 fries, 1 6piece nuggets, did not prepare order correctly (ordered plain burger for brother, got everything on it)... Provided wrong size fries (upgraded from small to medium in 4for4 deal)... This is also just when I decided to give this establishment another chance - years ago, got a RAW burger. They obviously did not improve at all. There's no excuse for this and I will never return to this restaurant.
Spent 5min ordering then stood there for 30min trying to get my free made to crave sandwich coupon to work ended up being told u can pay for it or not get it. Since they dont tske phone pay and I only had $5 cash from a coworker. I picked up my coworkers $4 for 4 and went back to work because my lunch was up with no food because of this POS wendys. Will never return!
Deavin my order takers tone of voice is disgusting, if you don’t have good customer service there is no reason why you’re working in fast food. Yet there’s a shift supervisor on the floor Savannah if you can’t supervise your employees and provide them on how to better assist your stores customers then maybe you shouldn’t even be a shift supervisor if I could rate 0 I would horrible experience and I won’t be coming back.
Terrible service we went through the drive through and had to return inside three times. They forgot our forks sour cream and a frosty. Then when we go inside the male server act as though we were wrong. Horrible customer service, thank God there is a better Wendys in Fishkill.
Best part was the bathroom, service was unacceptable. Guy taking order told us to wait a second and walked away, and dident return. So we left and went to McDonalds. Highly recommend leaving and going somewhere's better.
I enjoy Wendy's salads and order them frequently, but could not believe the small amount of chili I was given when I ordered 2 taco salads at Wappingers Falls site. The chili was barely half full on one cup and barely 2/3 full on the 2nd cup. Pathetic - never going back there!! Hope the manager sees this.
Third time they've got a simple order wrong. We ordered chicken and got double burgers. Fries were wet for some reason. They always do this. It's either the miss items in your order or get it wrong all together.
Went inside on what was a bad day for me cause my dog died and when I tried to order food no one was there to take my order. I finally yelled hello for some kid that looked to be in high school to come over and say "excuse me can't u see I'm busy". I felt disrespected but just looked down and started to think of what I wanted. Then he repeatedly said "are you ready sir" until I asked him to wait a second and he said we'll I don't have all day. That was the last straw so I looked for his name tag which said Steven and now I'm reporting it to you so he can be told what good service is. Hopefully this won't happen again because I enjoyed Wendy's up until this point.
This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to. The service is terrible. The woman at the register doesn’t understand you half the time and messes up your order. I just ordered a son of baconator just to get a single patty burger with some bacon and cheese. If I wanted a subpar burger I would have ordered a 4 for 4...which here is $4.44. The only place around here that does this. I always get my food and it’s burnt or soggy. Next time I go to Wendy’s it’ll be the one in Fishkill. It’s a little further but the food is better and service is superior by far.
The lady at the front was cursing and screaming at the people in the back making the food. While making the people wait for her to finish yelling at her workers. Not only making the people that ordered online to wait until everyone else got their food but also screaming curse words when there was young children in the rest of the restaurant. Terrible experience today.
Just pulled a very long hair out of my mouth from a burger I just purchased. When I spoke to the manager his only reply was "I made the burger and my hair isn't that long so ....sorry". That's it no offer to make it right just awkward staring. Real nice
They gave me a 10 piece nugget without the sauce 3/3 times that I’ve come here. They suck. They also charge you something like .50 for each sauce even with a 10 piece.
Delivered thru door dash. Fries were not only wrong size, but completely dried out and overcooked. They really scraped the bottom of the barrel for them. They were happy to charge me for the original size though.
The last three times that I have been here. I’ve been told to pull forward. The last two times took about 10 minutes to get a simple order. This time it was 20 minutes.
If I could leave 0 stars I would, every time I go to this location they forget a part of my order. This time marks the same thing again for now 9 out of the last 10 visits. I ordered a salad and when I got where I was going there was no dressing. And the one time I called in the past the manager offered me free food when I came in next. When I came in for the free food guess what they forgot forks and the things that came with the salad. I hate leaving bad reviews but at this point it has to be said because I don't want other people wasting their money like I have
My husband and son had a burger and fries chicken nuggets. The next day my husband throw up. I had a Cobb salad and I felt nauseous. They screwed up our order 3 times. We will never go back here. You are poisoning people.
The past few times I have went to this location to fulfill my late night frosty craving, the machines have been “shut down” Now I would understand if it was only a few minutes before closing, but it has been over an hour each time. Today I went around 11:15pm and they were “shut down” when their location doesn’t close until 1:00am. I find this extremely unacceptable because where else am I going to find frosty like ice cream this late at night. At this point I have a better chance at going to a McDonalds and hoping their ice cream machines work.
Good staff, clean place, but cannot ever get an order correct... Receipt is right, bag is never right and I'm not wasting time to go back and say something for the fourth time. All of it's good, just might as well tell them to surprise you cuz your meals won't be correct with sandwich, size, or drink.
Placed my order on the app at 1:30 AM because they close at 2:00 so when I get there it should be ready. Went there but they lied saying their system doesn’t work. If you close earlier than 2:00 just say that in your business hours instead of making people waste their time coming here. Oh and the worst part is I paid $18 for the order and didn’t get a refund either while the employees are taking the food home.
I paid a pretty penny for a frosty. The workers were being difficult. I paid for a medium frosty and it was filled 3/4 of they way. They tried to say that they can’t fill it up to the top because they will get in trouble.
Wendy's definitely going downhill. Burgers smaller now, the Wappingers location was cold. Smelled overly antiseptic. The minute you walk in, no napkins, just some straws and ketchup available and some drink lids. Upon entry, you just feels so unwelcome just by the appearance. You actually think that we're getting ready to close the place. It looks so sterile... won't be back at this location. Wendy's just trying to save a few dollars but not leaving small things like napkins, salt, pepper and other condiments out as they used to because of the new minimum wage. Then I feel sorry for them because it's only downhill from here...
Every time I go to this Wendy’s something is always missing from my order. I stopped going to this particular location (Wappingers Falls) because of this. Tonight I decided to go to said location and again I was missing something. My husband went in to get the item and they all stood around looking at him and talking to him as if he was lying about not getting his fries. The manager even came outside where we were waiting and told us again that he put it in the bag. Really?! On a side note the poor employee named Hector got yelled at for letting my husband in, which I couldn’t understand because it was 8pm and they close at 10pm. If I could give zero stars I would have. I will be going to the Wendy’s in Fishkill where my order is never wrong and the people are very nice.
if I could give this place zero stars I would. It’s fast food not a 5 star Michelin restaurant I get that but the complete rudeness from the employees particularly at the drive thru window is baffling. I never thought I would be writing my first ever review and it be terrible. I asked very nicely for extra bbq sauce (which I was willing to pay for by the way) only to be told there’s a sauce in your bag and I, while in mid-sentence, get the window closed on in my face and laughed at as the next customer’s order is being taken. If I had not been with my family I would have very much went in to speak with the manager. Called to file a complaint only for no one to answer. Safe to say this is the last time I’ll be ordering and going to this location, shame too because food is actually decent. I get we all have bills to pay but don’t work in customer service if you are a miserable non-people person. This employee should go through training on how to be a decent human before handling any customer. Never again!
I went in to order and it took them about 5 minutes to take my order.. The BBQ burger was dry, small and actually made me sick. I asked for no bacon but had a little bit in it.. The orange drink also had a weird taste. Will probably not eat there ever again.
The worst fast-food place on Route 9. Service blows. I though I was treated indifferently but the guy who came in while I was eating was completely blown off. When the woman finally tended to him, all she asked was "are you picking up?". When he said no, she walked away from him. After waiting a few more minutes and being ignored, he walked out. There's never ketchup, salt, pepper or bapkins at the condiment bar and the atmosphere is similar to a mausoleum. Horrible.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced. Food orders were wrong, service is unbelievably slow, & the workers attitudes are a joke.
Thanks to the girl working the drive through tonight I will never be back. Never have I been spoken to so nasty by any food service worker. “What do you want”was the only sentence she knew. Until I asked for a frosty at 8:08 pm and she told me they are no longer making them for the night. Thanks, no thanks. Hopefully they rethink their staff soon.
Straight up lied to me about getting my order incorrect after I heard the employees say it wrong because they were too lazy to fix it. The McDonald’s right down the road made it correctly and for far cheaper. Wendy’s love to roast McDonald’s on Twitter but they charge double for the same exact drink and can’t even make it correctly lol.
I love Wendy’s breakfast but not from here. I ordered the breakfast chicken sandwich and it was burned. Took it back and they still gave me another burnt one. The manager had the make it the way it was supposed to. Went back again and same thing again. I should have checked before I left. Third time and same thing. This time I asked for a refund. I will never go back
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Most unbelievably horrific fast food experience in my entire life by far. Waited inside 20 minutes to order, then 15 minutes to get food. Got food but wrong order 3 TIMES inside the restaurant! Employees were unfriendly. During this I watched several other customers complain about wrong orders/wait times. No employee seemed to care. Register girl chatted with her friend most of the time. After 45 minutes they still hadn't gotten the order right, so we just ate the wrong food (starving by then). I won't be going there anymore...can go to 2 other Wendy's not far away on Route 9.

They never seem ready. I don’t know if it’s improperly staffed or just poorly managed. 4 cars just left the drive through without placing an order , and I followed.
We stopped here because it was the closest thing on our trip. The outside of the building should have been a warning sign because it looks abandoned. We went through the drive-thru which only had a couple cars but nothing excessive. We ordered a couple regular meals (nuggets, biggie bags) and as we were driving, we found that some of the fries were RAW!! Cold, uncooked fries, were mixed into the cooked fries. I've never seen anything like it. How does that even happen!? I won't eat at this location again.
I went there yesterday in my lunch break and ordered a junior bacon cheese burger and a chicken BLT. Instead I got charged for two chicken BLTs and the worst part is the second one only had a chicken patty on it no bacon no lettuce no tomatoe and it was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to go back! Now to day I went again to see if they’d get my order right this time and k stead I spent 30 minutes stuck in the drive through which was my whole Lunch break so I didn’t even get any food and there were only three vehicles in front of me the whole time!!! Wendy’s in Wappingers falls needs more training for the staff and maybe more staff!!!
Don't go here!!! I went at 11:50pm on my way home and only asked for unsalted fries. He first told me it will be a while then all the workers came to the drive thru window to look at me and handed him a bag and whispered just give them to her. They gave me old, cold, salted fries!!! They also told me they didn't have other stuff I wanted available while they were getting a delivery. It was me and another car and like 5 workers inside so they can't use the excuse it being busy. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN lazy night shift workers for sure!
Took almost 10 minutes to place our order, then another 5 to 7 minutes to get our food, just 2 biggie bags. The cashier, was rude. Had to ask for napkins, salt, pepper......this is why I don't like Wendy's. Fast food? Not here!
The service here has always been lackluster (no bueno). There’ve been plenty of times I’ve come to this Wendy’s location in the past 2-3 years and nobody seems to care—everyone’s extreme careless, lazy, or whatever. I would imagine this particular restaurant location has issues everywhere and in almost every single way you can think of. I’m not going to get into all the details or everything, but will describe some issues I’ve witnessed from past/previous visits. First off, there never seems to be anyone watching the front counters when they’re supposed to. Sometimes if you go in to order and no ones up front, you literally have to call “hello” or do something to get the ignorant people’s attention from the back of the store (kitchen area). Second, they’re very bad at getting orders correctly served. It’s not often when it happened to me, but I recall occasionally getting the wrong order for something I’ve ordered. Before this writing review, I already read other reviews stating how they’re always messing and/or mixing up other people’s. And third, whenever I’ve occasionally placed online pick up orders, they’re very lazy and don’t put it on the front racks for people to grab on the go without making contact with the staff. There’ve been maybe 1 or 2 incidents when my online order should’ve been waiting for me on the shelf, where I had to confront the incompetent staff before they gave it to me. Some of the issues from my past experiences here are just a tip of the iceberg. Oversell, this Wappingers store really needs to improve on their customer service/satisfaction for people to keep coming back. I’ve been to other different Wendy’s locations over the years where I’ve had better service and nothing like what I saw here. It’s a night and day difference if you compare this store to other Wendy’s in the area or other Wendy’s throughout the country as well as other parts of the state (NY in general). Come here if you want random surprises or if you don’t care about being treated poorly.
The woman working the drive thru, Wednesday 06/12 at 10:45pm has HORRIBLE customer service! She was rude as anything and I understand rushing and in no way was I taking my time, but she was terribly disrespectful. Coming from someone in the industry. I’ll never come back and make sure everyone I know uses other locations.
Have not been to this location on RT 9 in Wappinger for awhile. It was disgusting. Cold, no napkins or straws available without asking, It was extremely unwelcoming. My salad was clearly leftover from the previous day. We wont be back and I can not recommend. I only hope that Wendy’s corporate visits this location. The guy at the counter was nice.
Nothing but horrible experiences. I went once when I first moved here and the food tasted stale. I decided to give them another chance today, and again they were horrible. How do you give someone a burger and forget the burger patty? Not to mention I ordered NO MAYO. I did however get lots of that. People working and managing this place giver zero F’s. Again the food was inedible. Wendy’s in the city with barely any customer service is still better than this place. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.
To start they forgot the burgers in my order, the bacon on my baconator fries wasnt chopped so i just had to eat the strips. Fries were soggy. My 10 pc spicy nugget only had 3 spicy nuggets in it. My lemonades were warm and didnt have ice. The burgers had lettuce that was double the size of the burgers themselves. On top of all of this the drive through total said 26.21 and then I paid 36.87 for it at the window. Didnt even apologize when I mentioned my burgers were missing too. All the food wasnt the proper temperature. All around disaster of a location.
Good golly Miss Molly I’m not even sure where to start with how bad this Wendy’s is. I guess we’ll start with the restroom which I use first which was rather dirty and in bad need of an update. Unfortunately the rest of my experience was only getting worse. They were only a couple of people ahead of us in line but it still took us a good 10 minutes to get to the front of the line. My wife and I had a very basic order, two single burger combos. The cashier got my change wrong and it took two more exchanges of money back-and-forth to get it right. It took another 15 minutes of waiting before we had our food. Now with all that time you would think the food would at least be fresh, unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Our fries, my favorite part of a fast food meal, were barely warm. Whoever owns this particular Wendy’s franchise clearly just doesn’t care and is mailing it in. Of course I don’t expect gourmet food or top level customer service at a fast food joint but the least the owner could do is make sure that his employees are somewhat trained and engaged while they are at work. Will never visit this establishment again.
