Muriel at the subway here in the Mirabito in Preble was sooo kind to myself and my 16 month old son. I was struggling to carry my bag of snacks and my son so she went out of her way (subway wasn’t busy, so she had the time to help as well - I don’t want it taken as if she wasn’t doing her job as well) just to help me carry my bag and held it for me so I could buckle my son in. Thank you Muriel. The world needs more people like you, and shout out to Subway for hiring people like Muriel. 😀

We go here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The sandwich artists are amazing. So personable and wanting to please. I drive farther just to come to this one.

There is a fly issue at times, hopefully the winter changes that aspect of this otherwise Good subway

Food contamination!! I was waiting in line to pick up my Dunkin Donuts order and saw the Subway employee (grey hair, ponytail) drop MULTIPLE lids for the sub toppings on the floor. It made quite a commotion. She did not clean them. Instead, she picked them up off the floor and put them on the containers and brought them out to put into the cooler case for use on future customer's subs.

Came in at At 8:50 10 minutes before they close and the guy was already packed up closing 9 o’clock means you close at 9 o’clock if a customer comes in at 8:50 I expect to be served find a better staff

I will never stop here again nor will I ever eat at subway again!!!!! They supposedly are open until 9pm yet I go in at 8pm and the lady said there closed…. When I ask her why it says 9pm she ignores me and walks away, as I was walking in I saw someone leaving with a sub……. So I guess subway is open and closed whenever they feel like it??? Never again!
