After Dominos refused to deliver my order that I placed online (it's only 9:45pm and they don't want to deliver... they instead offered carry out with a two-hour wait) I tried my luck with Pizza Hut and good thing I did because I great experience with customer service Ariel handle my order with precise details and was very helpful he notified me of the specials and will have my order here in half am hour...definitely coming back again.

We have given this pizza hut plenty of chances simply because it's the only one around. Today the driver smushed my pizza and when we called to complain they hung up. They are horrible and aren't sorry for messing up. If there was another pizza place around we would order from there instead of this crappy pizza hut.

I order from here enough to become a rewards member, but that might change. I ordered two medium pizzas and they sent me two smalls instead. The cheese was burnt also. I called back and the girl couldn’t give me an answer on why they sent the the wrong order. They wouldn’t do anything about it. Not going to order from here anymore.

This is the 3rd time that I've placed an order recently only to be told it wasn't placed and having to prove it was. This latest experience, I placed my order 5 minutes before the store opened (at 11) so the system said the store was closed and the pizza wouldn't be ready until 11:45. I called the location when it opened and was advised to that it would, in fact, be ready at 11:20. I arrived at that time only to be rudely told, I had no order and must've have called the wrong store. After showing my online confirmation and my phone log, the manager conceded that my order was there but I requested a later time. After again explaining the time was system generated and my follow up call, she simply said "ok" and walked away. To add further insult another customer showed up a few seconds later with the same issue and received an apology for the confusion and promise to process her order ASAP. Truly frustrating!

I order from here out of convenience, but that has backfired on me too many times. I ordered online at 12:29pm, got a confirmation text at 12:45pm that my pizza was out for delivery. My pizza arrived at my house at 1:15pm. I literally live next to the complex where this store resides. Its only 4 or 5 minutes away (mostly due to traffic or street lights). It was clear my pizza was sitting around. It took another 30 mins to deliver my pizza. It was warm to cold and stiff. Not a pizza that was out for delivery, 5min away, and carried in their special hot carry case like they advertise. This is not the first issue I've had with this place, and i recommend you stay away. You are better off with Little Cesars or Papa Johns.

Order never got delivered and no notification of why not. Called store almost 2 hours later asking where my order was, they cancelled my order because “they couldn’t find my apartment” and didn’t even try to contact me to find it. Asked to speak to manager and she instantly had an attitude, all I was asking is if they could just redo the order and attempt to deliver again. She made me pay for the new order without receiving a refund for the cancelled order. When new order finally arrived it was already getting cold.

This one Pizza Hut has got to be the worst one of all. They have the worst customer service in town. I requested curbside and they wouldn't come outside. When I called they said they didn't do that at this store. When I went inside the place was empty because everyone had gone to lunch. I had to wait for for someone to come and when I finally got my pizza it wasn't hot. Not to mention that it didn't taste the way a Pizza Hut Pizza usually tastes. I thought it was just me because I was upset at the terrible service I got but when the rest of my family tasted it they too thought it was weird. I usually order from here out of convenience but I think I'm going to go out of my way next time and save myself the hassle.

The service caused me to lose my appetite. The driver refused to deliver the food to my location. When I called the manager, he asked "What am I supposed to do about it? He offered me a $5 credit for my next order, which is never EVER going to happen because I'm never ordering from there again.

Our order was for one pizza and two chicken wings, but we only received one. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the other wings, and our pizza got cold during that time. They should be more attentive. You order in advance to just pick up, and this happens because they don't check. 👎

I can’t believe this place In order an hour ago delivery never made it I called in a hour and told me it was in the way . Waited 10 minutes again and called the guy in the phone stated that I would have to order again and wait again because he can’t control the delivery persona this is so wrong my kids are super hungry thinking they were about to eat the pizza so disappointed I will never call again or order from here and don’t want anyone to go through this.

This has been the last straw! First time, they said that they didnt deliver to my house and it was raining. We decided to give them another try and order two pizza and wings for my birthday. Upon arrival, the cheese pizza was burned and the 2nd nam, sausage and pineapple was under cooked and sausage looked burned. My husband called to complain and they gave us a credit and was going to deliver additional wings and never showed up. Never will be order from pizza hut again. I'm sticking with Dominos!

I ordered a pizza, they charged me for the service, and they never delivered it. When I called two hours later, they told me they couldn't find my address. An absurd excuse because I then ordered it from Domino's and it arrived 20 minutes later. The truth is that a week has passed and I haven't received the refund.

Worst staff ever. Pizza hut use to be the only pizza place to deliver to my house so my family and I order often. Im talking bout 3 or more times a week. (Different people) The morning staff is amazing but the evening/night staff is terrible. They mess up on my orders a lot and whenever they put "credit" towards my next order they never really do. I call a week later and there's no record of it. This has happened twice. I order 6 wings and only received 4. After calling to request new wings which they agreed to do they waited 20 mins later to call back and say that they needed to take all of the old food, including the pizza which we ate already, or they couldn't bring new food. 😔 Why wait so long to say anything? I just wanted new wings. WORST SERVICE EVER. But like I said, the morning team is great. Papa Johns delivers to me now so I'm switching. 😒
