My wife and I absolutely love Fish City Grill - Prosper. The food is always fresh and consistent. The service has always been fantastic. Last night, we had the pleasure of having Shelby for our server. She was great as usual. She’s always friendly and attentive. I want to recognize the assistant manager, Michael, for going above and beyond in his service. We asked our friends to join us because we were there last week and they had a coconut shrimp appetizer special. Upon arrival, we learned that the special ended a few days ago and they were out of shredded coconut. Knowing we were disappointed, Michael went out and got the shredded coconut so they could prepare the appetizer. WOW! That’s service that stands out! The coconut shrimp was fantastic as usual. Thank you Shelby and Michael for you kindness and professionalism.

I guess I’m making my rounds to different Fish City Grill locations and the Prosper location did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. The manager stopped by the table several times to see how we were doing and just to have conversation. I love frequenting establishments with warm and welcoming staff. I will definitely return to Fish City Grill in Prosper.

The fish and chips were fantastic! I substituted sweet potato fries, and they did not disappoint!! Been going to the location in Dallas for 20 some years, and this location might be even better! Will definitely be back! The music was a little too loud and the lights were surprisingly bright, but other than that everything was great!

We absolutely love Fish City Grill! Every dish we have ordered has been excellent and we have enjoyed every bite! As a new customer, they gave us free samplers of their soups and salsa! We thought that was a very special and welcoming!

What an amazing dining experience! Our waitress Kim was phenomenal and provided excellent service. Chris the General Manager went above and beyond in providing samples and insight to assist with our dietary restrictions. To top it off, the Keylime Pie was incredible. Kiddos to an unforgettable experience!!!!

My brother and I stopped in for the first time. Our waiter Bryan was fantastic. He knew the menu well and asked us if it was our first time. Since it was Bryan and the Kitchen brought a “welcome basket” which included a taste test of the 4 soups and the oysters nachos. I was blown away by all the soups. Gumbo was fantastic and I had to get a cup along with the crab bisque. The oyster nacho was a fun spin and was delightful. My brother grabbed the salmon special and I snagged the oyster, shrimp & fish combo. We ate everything.. The cook staff knows what’s up! All around a great meal and experience. Will be back to show the family!

I highly recommend trying the Blackened Rainbow Trout at this restaurant. It is absolutely delicious! While the picture on the menu might not do it justice, don’t let that deter you—it’s a dish that truly impresses with its flavor. Another standout option is the Super Greens Salmon Salad, which is fresh, healthy, and equally delightful. Both dishes showcase the restaurant’s dedication to quality and taste. I will definitely be returning to enjoy more from their menu!

This is reminiscent of other seafood restaurants that I have reviewed in the layout and the specials being written on a black board on the wall and the open bar with a view inside the kitchen That doesn't make it any less appealing. I had the soup sampler. I had the Crab Bisque / Clam Chowder / Roasted Jalapeño. All three were great but the clear winner was the Crab Bisque. The Crab Bisque is made just like a Lobster Bisque but with crab instead. It has a red sauce and it was delicious!! The surprising next up was the Roasted Jalapeño. Even though I only got a sampler at the table, I ordered a bowl to go along with 2 of the Crab Bisque!!a Great atmosphere and great people. They really care. My servers name was Pablo and he took amazing care of me. I'm very grateful!! I will definitely return

Loved our experience at Fish City Grill. We popped in for a short lunch on our way through town. We didn't expect to enjoy it so much! I got the blackened catfish, so tender and flavorful. Fries perfectly crispy, coleslaw is fresh and sweet/slightly tangy. My son had spicy shrimp tacos which were his favorite! So plump and full of flavor but not too hot. Balanced with crispy veggies inside. Our waitress was friendly and service was great. It was very nicely cleaned. If there was anything to say negative it would be that it was a bit of inconvenience to stand outside the bathroom door to wait for only one stall. None of the ladies there seemed to be happy to be waiting 😊 But all in all food was delicious, service was on time, place is nicely clean.

The only disappointment is they no longer have pasta. I wanted to try pesto pasta but I couldn’t. The food is good

Great lunch for family! The fish is excellent, but skip the oysters. We've tried oysters here twice, different types and both times they were gritty. The soups are ok, but the fish is cooked perfectly. And the drink with the candied hibiscus is the best smelling drink I've ever had! I even ate the flower!!!!

After being at Urgent Care with my child, I placed an online order after seeing curbside pickup advertised on the restaurant’s website. When I arrived, there was limited parking and no designated curbside area. I called the restaurant and was told by two different employees that they do not offer curbside pickup. I then asked how to cancel my order and receive a refund and was briefly told to “do it online.” When I explained that I didn’t believe that option would work, a manager was brought on to confirm that curbside pickup is not offered. I reiterated that my question was about canceling the order and receiving a refund. The manager apologized and stated he would take care of the cancellation and refund.
