The food is good and the coffee is delicious, but the other drinks are pure artificial flavorings that even leave a bad taste in the mouth, and at least the girl who served us seemed to be doing us a huge favor by taking our order and bringing us the food.

The place is very average, the waitress's service felt like she was pressuring you to take your order, we ordered coconut water and we thought it was natural fruit and not from a tetra-pack so we asked her to change it and she seemed a little upset, as for the food, the croissant I ordered was very tasty, nothing out of the ordinary except that the tuna sandwich has so much chili that it becomes inedible for a person who doesn't eat spicy food, it's not pleasant at all, I would recommend that they let you know that it has chili or put it on the side.

La Bola de Oro in Puebla, specifically the one on 3 Sur, is a restaurant that has been serving customers for several years; it's a good option for breakfast or lunch with the family. They offer good quality coffee to drink or take away, either whole bean or ground. They have breakfast or lunch packages at affordable prices; however, because the dishes are inexpensive, the portions are small. They should be more careful about this, as lower prices don't necessarily mean smaller portions. The place is clean, but its colors make it feel a bit old and neglected; hopefully, they can address that.

Nuestra comida tenía muy mal sabor. El mesero tenía una actitud muy extraña, con la que sospechamos estaba haciéndose como que no nos entendía y nos repitió la orden super rápido, por lo que justificó habernos agregado un platillo que no queríamos... mi platillo llegó cuando mi familia ya había terminado de comer y al probarla mejor decidí perdirlo para llevar ya que no tenía sal y sabía mal (llegando a mi casa intenté componerlo pero no pude y desgraciadamente terminó en la basura). Lo único que nos gustó fue el pan que nos trajeron.
