Avis sur Primo Burgers Quartz Hill
Food was delicious, as always! The ladies there were so sweet. They made us fresh decaf and even brought me out sugar free creamer!
This place is the star of my life. My love of diner food was cultivated from years of eating at this fine establishment. Early morning breakfast burritos, late night fried zucchini, and burgers in between. I love primo burger. God bless this place.
Primo Burgers is rad they serve diner food and breakfast all day it's pretty good and consistent the menu has something on there for pretty much everyone portions are decent prices are what you would expect for the situation there's a few different locations in the Antelope Valley they are all about the same just older or newer indifferent areas they're known for their breakfast burritos they're big at a fair price they have a lot of hash browns in it though too kind of fluff it in my opinion the service is good enough and they have enough turn over that the food always seems to be fresh meaning if you order something on the menu that's not a regular item you don't get stuff that's been sitting in the fridge for a week and a half Primo's is good if you never been there try it and you will be a repeat customer it's not oh my God this is the best thing I've ever had in my life butt all Things Considered they are great little restaurants
Good food - I love their pastrami sandwiches! My husband loves their pancake breakfast, and my friend loves their hot dogs! Fast service, friendly service, reasonable prices. Large portions.
The food was the best it was the best food I've had in a long long time and service was amazing the food was made really fast and was so delicious I 10000000000000% recommend it to everyone to try definitely would love to go back and get more food
good food, very attentive staff and good prices
Omg their breakfast burritos are to die for. The bacon one is my favorite.. But hands down their bean & cheese burrito is the best tasting Mexican food in the AV. I moved here from Chula Vista and always was disappointed trying different Mexican places up here... But my God they put so much thick delicious cheese with the perfect amount of beans all rolled into a homemade tortilla. From now on this is my go-to for Mexican food. In fact I'll probably go today. Oh and i almost forgot, not only is the food delicious, there is basically NO WAIT TIME. You order and length of time you sit till the next person's turn is the time is takes them to pay for the food, be handed their change and receipt and then their food and THAT'S IT. WAY TO GO PRIMOS! Oh and i didn't even mention how much their staff rocks. Always kind and courteous, explain what each item on the menu has on/in it, and NEVER GETS YOUR ORDER WRONG. Other business struggling in the area should take note on how the Quartz Hill Primos is run, guarantee you'll have a higher star rating and a better customer return percentage if you can get even half as good as them.
The employees are always friendly and make sure you get just what you want. It's clean and the food is fresh and they have a lot of different items to choose from. It has never disappointed me.
Primo sets the standard for family and friend owned and ran business restaurants. Truly an asset everywhere they are. Have known and grown 'older' with them and watched the young employees grow old with families of there own and restaurant owners of there own. Always hardest working people there that made us family.. great value great food. This valley has grown with them and set the standard for wanna be's to follow. This valley would be so different without there influence and food. Love them n there food. Hang in there Dudes n Dude'ets😎
Primo has affordable food when you are on a budget and just need a quick bite. Their food has a lot of flavor. They have been known to grill veggies on a separate grill if a customer has allergies to certain foods. I used their drive thru on a windy day which made ordering difficult but they still managed to get my order correct. I enjoy meeting family and friends at Primo's for breakfast and using the drive thru when I'm short on time.
Drive thru svs was a bit slow tonight. May have been short staffed. There has been a help wanted sign there. Food is awesome. My favorites, the Breakfast Burrito, Carne Asada Burrito, Gyro, and the Chicken Salad. The chicken is crazy tender. Big enough for 2.
I love all primo burgers. The Tehachapi location is my favorite but this one was great as well. Food is great, service is great, location good. Its not a fancy restuarant at all. They give you plenty of food for your money and it doesn't break the bank. If you like Zucchini you have to have the fried Zucchini. You will never eat it anywhere else again. My favorite. The portion is always big. I am never able to finish them so I take them home.
Best place I've eaten in town. Customer service is fabulous. Food s great I'll pay more for quality
I just got a job down the street I've been going to primos everyday for 30 days I can't stop going there the food is excellent, prices are great the portions are so large I usually only eat half and take the other half home for dinner the place is always clean and the people that work there are always happy and very nice. The service is fast as well I never wait long for my plate. If you live on the west side of town you got to go to primo burgers in my opinion best place to eat on 50th Street in Quartz Hill. Thanks primo burgers for feeding me!
Great customer service. Employees are very friendly and professional. Food is great. When me and my kids go I feel like we are treated like family. I strongly recommend this place. 👍
Go here for a perfectly made breakfast burritos. They have very good prices for lunch specials and their iced tea is the best around it's worth going there just to get the big ice tea be sure to ask for the long straw not all places carry them so definitely recommended just when you get the ice tea definitely ask for a long straw
Hit this drive thru for a hot pastrami sandwich from a restaurant that had a homey feel. Got a big sandwich loaded with flavor. If you're a health nut, you'll hate this sandwich. If you like good food however, this sandwich will get you full half way through and you'll either have to put it down, share it with a friend, or you'll just keep on eating it because it is that good. Staff was nice and patient as I hadn't been there before, they answered questions and the food was made quick and packaged with love. Will be going back!
I love seeing the restaurants logo their mascot is sooo cute please never change him !🍔❤️🔥
Fast and friendly service. Great food. Decent prices. Can't ask for more for a quick lunch or breakfast. Their Pico de Gallo is great on their burritos too.
Nice local burger joint. Large selection of sandwiches. Drive thru wasn't working properly on my last visit, so I had to pull up and wait for a worker to notice me. It's a little inconvenient, but not that big of a deal.
Gyro on pita bread was very tasty, unlike other places , the bread was soft and warm and meat was juicy .
So far I've been to 2 different locations here in Lancaster. The food is really tasty and they come in really big servings. The prices are average. Nothing too exciting about the atmosphere, the tables are clean and comfortable. The service has been quick and friendly. Both of my trips were during the busy part of the lunch hour. So I was pleased about not having to wait. Overall this is somewhere I would recommend and will be returning to again!
Been coming here since 2014. Juan and staff very friendly and great food and service! Prices are fair and new comfortable booth seating. Long time cooks and staff. Friendly conversations with servers. A great place to spend time and enjoy good food and comrades. Never leave hungry good portions!
Great burgers. Reminds of Troy’s in LA
I absolutely love all of their salads. I love the wet burritos. I often got a wet bean & cheese burrito with avocado & sour cream on the inside. Love the fried zucchini, and often order soft fries. :) I could go on and on.I usually call ahead. Order, and bring it home.
They have a great selection and their service is excellent. The only thing that sucks is the prices. $10 for a breakfast burrito is way too much! But then again, like our wonderful liberal government in Sacramento is always telling us "Its a privilege to live in California ".
I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Food is always fresh, and service is always top-notch. What makes this place amazing is that you have so many choices in food to pick from!
Stopped here late afternoon on mother's day , had my little one with me, didn't want to come home and cook. Ordered carne asada fries and a kids meal, young guy at the window (maybe 18) was an absolute angel and wished me a happy mother's day as he handed me my order. He had absolutely no obligation to even acknowledge it, very sweet!
I had hearty breakfast burrito. It was good. Reasonable prices. Order at the counter and they bring your food out to your table. Didn't have to wait long.
Every time we go in there it is always clean and staff very friendly. Food always good and hot. Nice atmosphere. Especially love the Hash Brown breakfast special. Great deal better than any fast food.
I love their breakfast burritos for breakfast and for dinner I enjoy the shrimp plater or a avocado bacon burger 😁
We went to have the onion rings because my hubby was craving that. They were very crunchy and delicious 😋 The ladies behind the counter greeted us with a warm “good morning”, took our order and delivered it to our table. It was great. We had an order of onion rings and a medium coffee. A great experience. 👍👍
Primo Burger is a lot like Tom's Burgers. You stand in line and order your food and then someone brings you your order. The eating area is nice, like a restaurant. They do breakfast all day, have great burgers, and a lot of other menu items. This particular Primo shares a parking lot with the Tire Express. Get your tires done and eat at Primos while they work. :]
Food is pretty good for a quick bite. Only place I know where you can count on the lady on the drive thru speaker to always cut you off. Never fails.
I had a pastrami sandwich, fries and a drink.. My son in law says it was good. I found it to be dry. The fries were ok. The drive thru was quick.
At the beginning of lunch I got myself a chilli burger ( I know what was I thinking) but the chilli in this burger was canned and it was not great. The booths had holes and the bathroom were somewhat dirty. But I still like the place because the people are friendly.
I like this place because it has variety and the taste is consistent. They open rather early and they are average priced they have your traditional American breakfast and they are relatively fast most of the time. It is close to home so it is convenient and ads an alternative to toms. The service is decent for the most part. I am pretty happy with this place.
Excellent food that goes beyond "fast food". The menu covers full breakfasts through dinner with a wide number of choices. Their trademark is burgers. Order at the counter, then they bring the food to you, or use the drive through lane. Very reasonable prices. My only criticism is that they seem to have had a turnover in employees recently who take the orders. Communication with the customers is not quite as it used to be. Hopefully this will improve. Still recommended though.
I am a local here. One of my favorite places to order for take out. On this particular day tho Ordered the Steak n eggs for a dine in. The steak wasn't prepared to my liking even after requesting it to be more on the medium rare side if possible--Came out "well done." I don't like to leave many reviews, but felt this needed to be noted. Still would be back tho.
The used to have one of the best hamburgers in Southern California. Recently they switches out the large piece of Iceberg lettuce (like In-n-Out uses) with a bitter leaf lettuce that completely changer the taste. If it was a cost savings move, they should just adjusted the hamburgers price. It would still be one of the best deals around. Service and cleanliness of the restaurant is excellent
Dinner with a drive thru. You know the type. What is good: Breakfast burritos are good mostly due to the salsa you can add to it. Slightly smaller than Tom's but better overall. Other good things I've had there: onion rings, fried zucchini, side salad..so far. The bad: chicken tenders. They are small and processed similar to McDonald's. Tom's is infinitely better in this area.
The restaurant is always very clean. Even though the drive thru may appear busy, and take a little time, it's usually not too busy inside. There's lots of seating. I would recommend going inside and ordering, even if it is "to-go." You will get your food faster than sitting in the drive thru line, especially when you're last in line. They do accept EBT, but only on the inside. The only bummer here is that they do not offer any type of desserts whatsoever. Sometimes the staff who take your order when going inside come off a little short and "standoffish," like they are having a bad day, which is unfortunate because that seems like a common occurrence for me for some reason.
I love this place and pricing is good, but there is definitely something wrong with the potatoes 🤔
More than a great burger joint. Friendly staff. Would be 5 stars ,but they keep raising their prices.
HOT WING FANS BEWARE! They changed the hot wings to larger pieces, which is great. However, they also changed their hot wing sauce to a sweet chili sauce. It tastes strange and they don’t put enough on the wings to cover them. Also, the chicken pieces looked undercooked. Maybe one more minute in the fryer.
Ordered a salad, two burgers (two combos), onion rings and a side a guac. Cost me $30 which isn't bad. But when I got home there was only one burger. When I went back they said they charged me for one combo and the rest. So that would work out to about $15 (combo) + $10 salad + $5 tax and onion rings. Overall, pretty expensive. But I gave them two three stars for soggy, soft pickles.
Food is very expensive... $ 30+ for the pastrami combo for one. Ridiculous. Other places better product for less.
Years ago this was the spot to get food and never be disappointed. Lately some of the food and their breakfast burritos seem to always be a let down. Lately the food seems to be made with barely any effort. And it’s obvious in the taste. They also overstuff them with hash browns and barely enough meat in them. At that point I’ll just eat a whole potato…. But whatever happened within the last few years, it has not been any better. Just mediocre.
Look it is what it is. The food is not great. But people have to know what they are getting into when they walk in. The people are great. The owner and staff are wonderful. It’s a great hole the wall joint. I appreciate them just not my style.
I don't know sometimes you don't cook the potatoes long enough and then other times you burn them to death. And this last time I went, I had chicken fried steak and it gave me a stomach ache 10 minutes after I ate it-- with a serious case of heartburn for 2 days! And I recommend that you cook your vegetables a bit longer especially if they're going into eggs like my western omelette omelettes are always way too hard with the vegetables. I guess other than that you guys are pretty good keep it up. Oh and you take EBT and that's a plus! TY 😌
Kinda pricey, foods just alright. Nothing special
A large order at the drive thru here never works. A simple request, a lamb gyro with grilled onions only. They even repeat it. Three out of three times it comes with everything including that cucumber sauce. Disgusting. But I still come here. Why? Because the food is good. They are usually busy. They are friendly, but one day I’d love it if they got my order correct.
Probably just a bad day but we ordered 5 combo breakfast burritos with extra cheese for our family ...there was essentially no meat if any in them, the potatoes portion seemed to have just heard the word fire as they were uncooked...and the cheese was barely there and not melted... disappointing all the way around from one our favorite spots
Called in the order gave specific instructions on hamburger I live five minutes down the street not for sure if the patty was pre-cooked, but the patty was cold sloppy sandwich. This is the second time visiting this location and been dissatisfied with the food.
I ordered Primo Burger’s pastrami and honestly… what the heck is a wet pastrami? Pastrami is supposed to be grilled and dry, not swimming in whatever mystery marinade this was. The bread completely fell apart, turning the whole sandwich into a soggy mess. I don’t know what they’re soaking the meat in, but it overpowers everything and ruins the texture. Pastrami doesn’t need reinventing—just grill the pastrami. That’s it. Simple. Classic. This experience is exactly why, when I want a real pastrami sandwich, I go to Tom’s. They get it right.
Their zucchini is delicious! I just wish they put less mustard on their pastrami sandwich. I ordered one and it tasted like as if they put nothing but mustard. I couldn't even taste the pastrami! What is a pastrami sandwich if I cannot even taste it!!!
Ordered hot wings and was asked if I wanted to make it a combo, I said yes and was charged an additional $3. I asked for my cup and was told the combo didn't include a drink. Since when did a combo not include a drink. This place isn't good enough for me to return, I'll be going to Tom's from now on.
I come here for the breakfast burritos. They used to make the best ones! Now, the hashbrowns almost always seem old, and they never fail to get some kind of meat in my NO meat burrito. I won't be coming to this location; I'm wasting money on food that has went severely down hill, and not editable due to the small particals of meat found in the burrito. Is it really that hard?... so, so sad.
i take that back I went the other morning and got some carne asada breakfast burrito was the worse food I ever ate in my life and for it to be the only option in my neighbor y'all gotta do better I won't ever go back
Walk inside,, order to go,, get home and have someone else’s order. Quartz Hill Primo employees might be messing with you as some sort of funny prank. Check your food before driving home. Frank from Quartz Hill.
Always check your order before you leave. 60-70% of the time they forget part of your order or give you the wrong thing and it’s rare that you even get an apology. It’s like you are putting them out to get it right. Very annoying that you have to always double check their work because of their inability to do their job but the food is good enough to go back as long as you check everything.
I'm done with this place. %ever since 2020 they keep messing up the food .today I tried to order something/ fð$$$⁰agian after a 4 months of avoiding the place after acarne asada wet burrito got me the food poisinn .served qith aome sort of weird red sauce but on that day it was a weird brown .and I got sick .today it is/was a party melt.
Treat others rude. Always feel tension as if I have done something. Been this way for years. I love Primo Burgers 1 of my favorites. Just don't like being put down when receiving food as if I am less. Not a good feeling. I hope others have a good experience.
I went to the drive through today just because I was craving some French fries. They are listed at 4.99 on the menu, ok. But I get to the window and was told it would be 7.68 for French Fries! How did it get to almost 8 dollars? I kept on driving.
Used to be great food and service last two times getting worse food just thrown on plate undercooked or overcooked service really really sucks. Stay away..No Military or Senior discount offered. 😤😠👎👎Sarge does not recommend.
Oh the number of times my family and I have tried this places food, quit going for about half a year and then decided to try again.... and been doing this for the past few years now. Well in the beginning we loved them. Their pastrami sandwiches were decent and the frequent item we ordered. Then one day, they started charging a fee to use any form of "card" as payment. So that ended our going to get food from them. After a few years, and not being able to decide on anywhere else to get food from in our local area, we decided to give them another try. What a mistake. They stopped charging a fee to use a "card" as payment, however their food quality decreased times fifty, it felt like. So that ended going to them again. So just tonight, decided to order a couple of burgers since they seem to be the ONLY place for 50+ miles that serves a burger with avocado on it (and something we enjoy the occasional time we even feel like having burgers), and after waiting about 20-25 minutes for the food to be prepared, in the drive-thru.... we get home to a paper-thin patty that's ALL pink in the middle, and tasted raw! And this was supposedly a 1/4-pound burger we ordered. It's sad when there is hardly any decent place in the Antelope Valley to even get take-out from. So far I have not done a single review for ANY of the number of Carls Jr's or Jack in the Boxes, simply because one review can't cover EVERY single one of them! We've driven to the Carls Jr. at 50th Street West and Avenue N, the CJ at 15th West and Avenue K, the one at 10th West and Avenue L and of course the one on 10th West and Avenue P (right there by the AV Mall), they're all the same; you order ANYTHING, from the drive-thru, and they ALWAYS have you pull around out front, out of the drive-thru (we once refused at the first location I mentioned, and the manager came and forced us to leave the drive-thru.... had we NOT payed already, we would have just left them with the food once it was ready). And every single time, they mess the order up and forget something, or get one or two things, if not everything all wrong! And the same can be said for all the Jack in the Boxes. Even McDonalds is guilty of this sort of behavior. That only leaves the Tom's Burgers places on 30th West and Avenue L, and the one near 20th West and Avenue J, who cook such good food that they'd win in a competition. The only real complaint towards them is they're not consistent; one place has a regular and large size order of french fries, the other only has one size.... they've recently re-done their menu, and no longer serve taquitos which were a favorite for us. There is also Texas Cattle Co., but doing dine-in either every single night, or every other night just isn't a reality. Anyway, this review is mainly for Primo Burgers, I just wanted to point out that in the AV, there are hardly any decent mid-food places to eat from (yeah I made up mid-food, since they aren't fast-food, but certainly border on slow-food).
Terrible service from the cashier, the food is almost always sub-par, and the prices for this substandard food and service are astronomical. I live 100 feet from one of the locations. I ordered my food, pulled to the window and relied I had forgotten my debit card. I waited for the girl who took my order to take my payment for more than 5 minutes. She never came to the window. I left, went to my house, retrieved my payment and returned. She never even knew I left. She still had not even bothered to come to the window to retrieve my payment. I find myself constantly dealing with incompetence or just plain apathy from the employees at the quartz hill location. OWNERS!!! Please do something to spur your staff towards caring about the service and company they represent. You should be ashamed to employ young people who seem to simply care less about your patrons. I would rather go to McDonald's, which is abhorrent, to not have to deal with the level of service and prices you put out. I used to love your establishment now I try to find any other place eat. Simply shameful!
I've been coming here a couple of times on and off for 17 years it gets worse and worse drive through the order is always wrong the food's too greasy and way overpriced I suggest if you're looking for a good burger and a good experience with fast food you go in Lancaster or Palmdale
This place food is fantastic! However, if you order your food to your specifications, they will make the food the way they feel like making it not to your specifications! When I spoke to the manager, he basically told me I ordered my food wrong! How is the food wrong when I'm eating it! Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible Cooks! The Great Food go figure
I will no longer support a restaurant who doesn’t take a customer biting into a sewing needle seriously. Hey Manager....Hey Owner....take accountability! Was it a disgruntled coworker who put the needle in the breakfast burrito? Did the needle come in the hash browns from the supplier? Investigate! Show some remorse! Don’t just ignore the situation! This is a very serious incident! Was the needle contaminated? I will no longer support a restaurant that doesn’t care about it’s customers or the quality of its food!
Horrible service long waits, not worth the quality of food you expect. I've come here for years and they are not the same breakfast burritos are actually hash brown burritos. Hot wings were dry. Thankfully I had not wing sauce at home to give them some flavor. Will not come back here ever again.
I love the food at primo but the lady who was taking orders on saturday the the 10th is extremly rude and unprofessional. She is mostly the reason i wont return to this location.
I have been living here at Quartz Hill for over 30 years and I have never been so treated so poor quality service. For the reason, I bought 2 polish sausage Breakfast burrito and they pretty much gave me potatoes burrito, now it doesn't take a NASA Scientist to make a polished sausage burrito and the food tasted funny. Especially I am helping our community to stay in business of this economy struggles. If I was anyone I wouldn't be going to that restaurant. I might have to report an health inspector about quality service of food and terrible customer service.
Waited about 15 minutes at the drive through just to get to the window and get ghosted. Not a person to be seen. My first and last time to try it. I waited so long that the taco truck I was going to stop at was closed when I went back. I’d rather go to Del Taco
i have been going to this primos for years ordering the same buffalo wing combo satisfied, however unfortunately today i went home and received barbecue wings that i am allergic too so i asked to be re-compensated with a $2 drink for the mess up on THEIR part, but the manager said no. after speaking to the manager about not getting re-compensated he wants to argue with my choice of tone since i’m agitated that i had to drive across town twice in the last 30 minutes and risked my health condition during a pandemic. good food, poor service. i could’ve gotten a refund to make them lose money but i had them remake it and i still couldn’t get a $2 fountain drink, so incompetent. this place will no longer receive my service :/
This place has been going downhill quick. Used to like the breakfast burritos but the last few times I’ve gone they’ve been so nasty. They have gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row. I’m vegetarian and I get the breakfast burrito no meat, the last 3 times I’ve gotten home and the burrito has meat. The eggs are either over done(burnt) or gooey and not cooked enough. The cheese is not evenly distributed, you’ll eat half the burrito with no cheese then bite into a whole chunk of cheese. I’m disappointed.
Last week I ordered a combo breakfast burrito and it was really good and satisfying. Today I asked my husband to go and buy the same one... He ordered two; one for me and one for him. Unfortunately, we ate the entire burritos but we didn't see any sausage, ham or bacon... It was all hash browns (burned and hard) eggs and salsa (in one small spot on one end)...We really didn't find any meat inside. We are really dissappointed. He even said nobody was in the restaurant (7:30am) except him and it took a long time before they finished his order... I want to go back for the first burrito I received but I am not sure it's worth my time.
The people working the drive thru are super rude bought a breakfast burrito it had no sausage asked for salsa on the side she acted like it was a huge issue...didn't get salsa BTW this place used to be good but honestly I'm never going back again the workers are the worst.
Ordered a large chocolate shake. Female cashier said nothing, ran my card and gave me a cup for soda. I said I ordered a shake and got the curt reply" we don't have them". Ok. They are on the menu board but if for some reason you don't have them, let the customer know and don't just charge them for a large soda without asking. Very rude and very poor customer service.
The manager is cruel. Should NOT be working in customer service. He and McKenzie were extremely rude when I went in to get my correct order. Hello all, I don’t do usually do posts like this but think you should be warned. Primos on 50th and W Avenue L. Please make sure to check your receipts. I noticed the charge was for way more than what we got, and when they handed the receipt it just had a total on it. I asked for an itemized receipt and he handed it to me and slammed the drive thru window I noticed their were additional items added that I didn’t order, when I went into the restaurant to ask if there was a misunderstanding I was told, “oh that’s too much for you? That’s too much for you? Got it.” I just stayed quiet cause I could not believe it was happening. Very defensive like I was charged those things and they were hoping I didn’t know. Sooo rude! We liked it there but WILL NOT be going back.
Workers are rude. Ordered a breakfast burrito and asked for extra salsa when ordering because for the size of the burritos, one 2oz thing of Salsa is definitely not enough. I wasn't given a single salsa and when I went to ask for my salsa, I was given attitude and told 1 per burrito. It doesn't help that their receipts don't give you price breakdowns so I'm not sure if I was charged extra for the salsa I didn't get.
Food is great but consumers beware. Someone at this location may have taken a photo of my debit card, and ran up $225 worth of charges at Walmart online as well as an online gambling site. Check your bank statements people. Use cash!
I don't know why I keep coming back to this spot. They constantly mess up our drive thru orders, every single time I've gone here. Just ordered 2 pastrami sandwich combos, drove all the way home, just to find out they gave me 2 breakfast burritos. Pastrami combos cost way more than a breakfast burrito. Also, why does the lady *heavy set w. blonde hair* taking the order try to be so fast? I was still saying my order and she cuts me off and asks is that all? I told her no, I'm still ordering. When I went to the window she had attitude and handed my food to me aggressive and closed the window. Instead of trying to rush a busy drive thru where there's cars waiting infront of the person ordering, SLOW down, listen to the order and take it down correctly so you don't mess up the orders. Just because you're being fast doesn't mean you're being accurate. If she doesn't like her job, do something else.
Saddest excuse of Hot Wings I have ever seen. $10+tax for the 8 smallest wings you could possibly serve, my thumb was bigger an thicker than most of the wings. Not only that, but the wing sauce wasn't even flavorful just Vinegary not hot at all. If you can do something right then why do it. Over priced for what you get.
My family of 8 has eaten at Primo Burger regularly over the last 3 years that we have lived in this area. However, they have lost me and my family as a customer. I purchased my daughter a cheeseburger combo meal. I was given a single receipt for a single charge. The next morning I noticed in my bank app that I had been charged for the combo twice. I called Primo and explained. They said the second charge could be a bank hold and to call them back when I confirm that I am charged both transactions. The next morning, I see that both transactions posted confirming that I was charged twice. I then called Primo back, per their request the day before, and again explained the situation. After explaining, they asked if I called the bank to dispute, and I said no because the day before you requested that I call you. They asked me if I wanted to go through the bank or have them refund me and I said it would be easier for you to refund me and I'll be there shortly. When I arrive, they immediately begin to give me an attitude for showing up. They state that they can't just refund me and I need to dispute the charge through my bank. I then question why they offered to refund me and allowed me to drive over there if they weren't going to refund me. They continued to argue with me and take zero accountability, and did not even try to make it right that I wasted my time driving there, even though I was following the advice that they gave me. I had no issue disputing the charge through the bank, my issue is that I followed their advice and then they give me an attitude for following their advice. Not only did I never receive an apology from them for double charging me, they didn't apologize for the having me drive over there. They could've owned it and acted like it was a miscommunication issue. Instead, the woman justifies double charging me by mentioning that they use hand written manual tickets and it happens sometimes. A gesture of a coffee or a soda would've gone a long way to easing the situation as I stood there. I was treated as if I was the problem. Before leaving I asked to speak with the manager, Juan, and I was told that he would not be in until 1pm and to call after 1pm. I called literally 1:02pm and was told that he left for the day. My family truly enjoys Primo, and we try to avoid corporate restaurants. Due to the size of our family, we can easily spend $50-$70 there sometimes. However, they now have lost a customer over the mishandling of a single cheeseburger meal. We will be looking for a new burger place.
I had a terrible experience at this location tonight. The posted closing time, both online and at the restaurant, is 9:00 p.m. I arrived at the drive-thru at 8:50 p.m., saw other cars in the lot, the lights were on, and employees were visible inside, so I assumed I was still in time. I've ordered around this time before without issue. While their "OPEN" sign was off (which I've noticed is often the case after dark, even within their posted hours), I didn't think much of it. Instead of a greeting, I was rudely told by the female employee at the window that they were closed. When I pointed out that it was only 8:50 p.m. and their closing time is 9:00 p.m., she sarcastically replied that they stop serving food at 8:50 p.m., and have "always" done so. This information is not posted anywhere. To the owner: If your staff consistently stops serving food before the posted closing time, please update your hours to reflect the actual service times. Falsely advertising your hours is misleading and drives away customers. It also suggests a lack of respect for your customers and perhaps a need for better staff training or management. There are plenty of people who would appreciate and do well in these positions, and would follow the actual hours of operation, resulting in a better customer experience. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after a long day when I was just hoping for a quick meal.
Food is overpriced for just a dry overcooked pastrami sandwich and 50/50 fries and onion rings over $40 and waitress had an attitude when I mentioned that. How do they get away with this not gonna go there anymore
I usually love this place, however my last visit there will be my last. Had to work extra this weekend and decided to get a breakfast burrito on the way. Halfway through the burrito I bit into what I assumed was a really weird hash brown. Pulled it out of my mouth and I was horrified to find a sewing needle. I have no idea why a sewing needle would even be in a kitchen environment. I immediately called the store and was told to text pictures to a number and the manager would get ahold of me. It has been almost 3 full days and there has been no response to the pictures I sent. I messaged them again with still no response. Something like this can seriously injure someone and it seems like this particular primo does not take things like this seriously. At the very least give me my money back. I will never go here again and if they just want to ignore the issue then I will take it a step further.
