1st and last time patronizing this restaurant. I paid for Baked Chicken which didn't have much flavor other than (too much) salt. The yellow rice was UNCLE BENS that was seasoned to color the rice yellow. The portions were too small for the price I paid. Not happy.

The waiter was MIA, the food was terrible and had no flavor. The worst part of having a bad food flavor in your mouth is not having water to wash it down........yeah the waiter forgot about that as well.

Ordered from this garbage restaurant on uber eats today. They charged me $50 for a #1 meal and only gave me salad and beans. My entire order was missing instead of notifying me they tried to tell me the Uber eats driver ate the food. Can’t make this stuff up

The food was trash! It came wrong twice! The drink I ordered didn't have any flavor! The pasta and steak was burned, when I asked for the check they try to charge me twice for the pasta! Plus 20% tip included for 2 people! Clearly iligal!, and the aparently owner, try to tell me that if i didn't like the burn steak and tasteless pasta, I still had to pay for! Like what? Worst LATINO FOOD! NO FLAVOR, I will never come back to this place!! Is trash!!

It pains for me to do this…the food is great but got charged for more than what you receive. I ordered 2 whole chickens and ceviche, but received 1 whole chicken and beans. I called and they “can’t find my order” and had no intentions to correct my order. My 1 chicken was delicious, but my 3 hungry friends are not happy. Please rectify this immediately guys.. I would like to recommend you to others. Thanks

The food quality is not there anymore. We order a jalea last time and there was barely no fish and on top most of jalea was burned. We also ordered chicken 3 hours ahead as a pick and when we got there the order wasn't even ready and the chicken wasn't well cooked Really disappointed about it.

Um hi my name is Ever I am Peruvian and this is by far the worst Peruvian restaurant I have ever attended. They gave me an hot inka kola with no ice. Then they proceeded to give me ice but it had black stuff in it and when I told them to change it they just took out the ice put new and didn’t even clean the cup because it had soda in it still. Service was bad and refused to help my family understand the dish. Also tip is included and that is not right. Will definitely not be coming back here again.

If I would give a no star. I would!! Horrible place. Brought my family here to try food Peruvian food. (We are a party of 12)Waiters were unprofessional, with a big attitude. We asked for cups of ice for our cans of soda and they said they didn’t have any, while we been here several times with no issue. When we got the ice cups it had pieces of black stuff in them (mold). On top of that none of the waitresses didn’t have there masks on right. I was very disappointed with this places. Just in advance, they do gratuity no mater how big your party is.

I am a customer that buys here on a regular. This time I have had enough with the bad customer service. One there rice is always undercooked but the fact that I told them 4 times on the phone to not give me yellow rice and when I come home and I have yellow rice. When I call them and they tell me that they are going to charge me to deliver white rice when it was there fault. I am never ordering from here again. On a side note. None of the servers had masks on.

This place charges you different prices on the bill than the ones advertised on the menu without warning. They will not honor menu prices and they will not warn you, keep a menu with you to compare prices if you decide to try this place but I advise that you avoid being lied to and stole from. They will not correct your bill but instead they will be rude and nasty.

My honest opinion of this restaurant is that it lacks customer service and employs shady selling tactics. Please note I have been to this restaurant on several occasions to buy their roasted chicken and/or the individual containers of sauce and never had an issue. On this particular instance, I went to purchase their sauce. While a waitress was placing the small containers in a bag, another waitress, under her breath, whispered to the waitress assisting me that I had to buy something off their menu before selling me their sauce. Who made her sauce Queen? On a serious note, the way I was treated left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to this establishment and advising my friends and family to buy their chicken and sauce elsewhere. P.S. Besides the chicken and sauce, their other food items are not worth the trip. Would not recommend!

I ordered a roasted chicken for pickup and when I got there they didn't know who took my order. what got into my nerves is that I've been ordering from them for years and they didn't seem to care at all. too bad because the chicken is actually good to be honest, but there's a lot of peruvian chicken places around that have better customer service.
