Pleasantly surprised. We walked to place our order and we were helped right away. Service was good and we got suggestions. Papadilla (sp?) was SOOOOO good! Great quick lunch.

Apparently there was some confusion when ordering over the phone as to the deals. When I arrived, there was confusion about that as well as some computer issues. The staff though busy was polite and helped to work through it. Bottom line Rudy made it right.

My fiancé and I ordered through door dash, and I would say it was very delicious. I did have it 7 years ago and it wasn’t good at all. I gave it a second chance and it was very good. The workers there were very friendly, hardworking, upbeat. I do recommend this place to anyone who wants a delicious cheesy, pepperoni doughy pizza. I give this place 10/10. Thank You for the delicious pizza🥰

Grabbed some pizzas for our small work team. Ordered in the Papa John’s app the day before and scheduled pickup time. Overall great service and food quality. Only downside was didn’t see way to adjust the order pickup time in the app after ordering… so called the store directly to move my pickup time.

The young lady that took my order of a bbq chicken Papadia, she was amazing. She even brought it to my car to keep the store empty. She didn't give me a recept, so don't know her name, but she was great. Thank you.

Sorry was unsatisfied at the fact that we ordered a pumpkin shape thin crust pizza. Pepperoni's dress as a Jack o'lanter they didn't slice up the pizza and if I didn't have a knife available at my potluck party, I would have been very upset.

Called ahead so when we arrived it only took a few minutes to get our freshly cooked Pizza, nice and hot!

Bought the Works, 10 inches, should be good, not flavor, should of gone to Panera Flatbread pizza instead, at least has better tast

It's best if you pick up, delivery is a option but both times I got it delivered I was last to receive my food and had to reheat it. Doesn't make me very happy since I usually have a 4:50 delivery fee from Papa John's and then I also usually give the driver's about 4 bucks so that's 850 to be last in line I wasn't happy

delivery boy: pretty cool food & service: very poor, they sent my business the WRONG ORDER and the Manager of Store#1993, BRENDA was rude and did not even seem in the slightest to care about making my order correct. WHAT HAS BECOME OF PAPA JOHNS!!!!???? I HAVE LIVED IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA DAMN NEAR MY WHOLE LIFE and never been treated this badly!!!!!! she didnt remake the items they didn't send ranch for (i payed extra for this rancho 2, which wasnt there) ALSO they sent me some girl named megan's pizza (which was pretty gross btw megan ur not missin out on much, but i was so hungry i still ate half) i wasted an hour and a half of my peaceful life stressin about papa johns pizza. LONG STUPID STORY LATER -> just goto a different papa johns not the one on foothill blvd very fkn horrible experience with the Manager BRENDA ! after all that they sent me the ranch i originally ordered, an hour late. and also they sent me the pizza i originally ordered, an hour late. but i have a stomach ache from BRENDA and the first crap the should have shipped to megan! I ordered online for pick up, app said it was ready, but my order wasn't ready, so I waited Meanwhile, all the Grub Hub, Uber Ears orders were flying out the door.

We called in and ordered under the name Thomas, Hannah. When we reached the store; there was no order in that name. The items we ordered was under the name Thomas, Brittney. Had to wait for a few minutes!! Why to call and order, if we have to wait. Because of the COVID situation, I waited outside the store where they could see me. They should have called me or waved at me when the order was ready. They did not. I went in and inquired. They handed over the box which was ready for full five minutes. I asked them for extra pepper. They said they would charge 81 cents. A dollar for one single Jalapeno Pepper !! That is too much after I paid 25 dollars for a Pizza.... The Pizza tastes good but, the attitude of the Pizza girl left a sour aftertaste!!

Ordered poppers and a Chicken cordon bleu pizza. poppers were pretty good, pizza crust was 80% uncooked. looked delicious, tasted like wet bread. guess it's good that it was cheap.

However, they offered to fix the problem but hands me back double sliced regular. Where is the square? Then on top of that they were using their hands to sprinkle the cheese. If you ran out of gloves, close the shop until you get more especially during covid. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Unfortunately this location in Foothill is not the best. My food was cold and the service was... lacking to say the least. My app said my food was ready so I enter the store to pick it up. I had to wait about 20 min because the employees keep saying "we'll be there in one second" even when I told them that my order was ready and I was trying to pick it up. I'm sure is not the employees fault. They are trying to do their job the best they can, but I would encourage management to add a person to take care of the customers while the cooks take care of the food. In the mean while. I will try other options for pizza. Good luck

Their online orders is the worst thing ever! I ordered 4 pepperoni pizzas and their stupid setup put me down for 2 cheese and 2 pepperonis. Don't trust the online system.

Ordered two medium pizzas online and received two pizzas that look like my little girl made it! I could on and on about this but long story short- I will not ordered from this Papa Johns any more.

This place is a rip off, they charged my 15 years old $120 for 2 pizza and 2 orders of 8 pieces wings; And they charged him twice for delivery and twice for tip, wth 🤦‍♀️.

As my family and I were driving in the parking lot to another establishment, in front of us was a blue Hyundai Elantra with street racing modifications and Papa John's delivery sign on the roof. We made note of the fact that he was driving entirely too fast for a parking lot. We turn a corner around the building and again encounter the car and it is now blocking the parking lot while having a conversation with a driver in another car. There were plenty of parking spaces around where the driver could have pulled over to have the conversation, but instead blocked the lane. When the driver heard our short horn honk he proceeded forward only to motion to us with his arm out the window to "calm down". He then decided we deserved the middle finger and parked in front of the Papa John's he was representing. We parked and my husband went inside to tell management of their employees chosen representation of the company. The driver proceeded to lie to the manager that we were tailgating him through the parking lot and that my husband was lying about the employees actions. Completely reprehensible behavior through unsafe driving, inconsiderate driving, foul language, and lying. We will not support a business that employs individuals such as this.

Phenomenal Food... Horrible Service... The Manager on duty tonight informed me he's new to this location. Barely transferred here 6 months ago. This explains my whole experience. Well it looks like they lost a longtime local customer. He didn't wanna give any names or numbers to his superiors so it's fine. I'll take my business elsewhere... Grade D+

Placed an order Wednesday to have food delivered to our office party Friday evening at 4:45 p.m. to watch the Doger game, Patty decides to call me 5:30 that my order has been cancelled ... REALLY ! Lost me as a customer... freaking ridiculous do not use them.

I don't know why but a third of the time I order from this place I get food poisoning. Very sus. Probably won't be ordering from here again. Edit: Every time I order PJ, I get food poisoning.

Will not be back. The service was garbage, the people were rude, and my order was not ready when the app said it should be. I literally showed up just to have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. Understaffed shouldn't have to mean unprofessional...

Found a screw in my pizza. Yes, a screw… it was partially melted but very much metallic and sharp! Luckily I bit into the tip of it so not much damage was done to my mouth/teeth. Called the manager to let them know what I found and to warn them (I wasn’t mad, things happen) and was told that this has happened 2-3 times recently and that they think it’s coming from one of their ingredient vendors. I was speechless I didn’t even know how to respond. I didn’t even get a refund for this and was instead offered a remake or a coupon for a future purchase… Do they really think I have an appetite for another pizza from there after biting into a screw!?!?
