I went in today to get a large Mango-A-Go Go. I haven’t had Jamba Juice in a hot minute. My experience with this place was beyond fantastic. Better than Chick-Fil-A customer service and that says something. The people who work there were super friend and knowledgeable about their menu. Super caring!! I would definitely come back just for the customer service. Keep it up y’all.

LOVE this place! I am not able to go there as much as I'd like, but if I could afford it, I'd go everyday! Always inviting, clean, friendly and oh so flavorful! Such a friendly staff and very helpful. I took my friend's there the other day and realized they now have a breakfast sandwich! It was amazing!! Service can't be beat. Fun and clean place and it's really not that expensive! Can't wait to go back!

This it the first time I have ever been in there store. It was clean got service right away. I decided to have a fruit bowl, Wow I was pleasantly surprised, I was out standing. As I waited for my wife to get done, I decided to save her some well that didn't happen, as time passed I had one spoon full at at a time. When my wife got done it was gone. I asked her if she would like me to get her one, she said yes. I got her on and it was love at first spoon full. We will be back, thank you for a natural health fruit bowl. You have our vote.

I go to this Jamba Juice store regularly! Abbi is a great manager and is very consistent with creating a quality beverage. Abbi manages her employees well and has a positive attitude to her customers and her employees. Keep up the good work Abbi , I enjoy the service of your store from you and your employees!

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Sonja and Michael at Jamba Juice! From the moment I walked in, their energy was warm, contagious, and immediately welcoming. Sonja greeted me with the brightest smile and made sure my order was taken with care—she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. Michael was just as fantastic—super efficient, upbeat, and clearly dedicated to creating a smooth, positive experience. Whether it was the drink itself or the vibe they created together, everything was on point. Not only was the service quick, but the quality was top-tier. This it the first time I have ever been in there store. It was clean got service right away. I decided to have a fruit bowl, Wow I was pleasantly surprised, I was out standing. As I waited for my wife to get done, I decided to save her some well that didn't happen, as time passed I had one spoon full at at a time. When my wife got done it was gone. It's yummy. I usually order from original menu. An older drink that alot of times newer employee's don't know how to make. Bright eyed blueberry, which is not suppose to have ice. I tell them that before making it, they still add ice anyway...it's better without ice. Some Jamba juices make it right.

I normally have a good experience at this location. Tonight was out of the ordinary. I ordered a pb+banana protein shake and could barely taste a hint of either one. Both of those flavors are pretty potent flavors.

Absolutely garbage. I.ordered a "bright eye blueberry" which is an off menue old drink. They will still make it if you ask. Its literally the only thing I've ever had there and I loved it so much I get that drink exclusively. Anyway I always add frozen vanilla yogurt. I told them the specifics and the kid didnt know what I was talking a out but the older females did. I made sure to say frozen vanilla yogurt 3 times. He said yea they know the drink they got this. So I was like cool... but then when I got the drink it was TERRIBLE. Painful even. It was SO sour that I couldn't drink it. My husband tried it and was shocked. He knows they messed up as well. There were at least 8 people in the store when we left so I didnt go back I tried to call from the mall down the street. No answer. After 3 times trying over a half an hour I gave the drink to a homeless man and told him it was SOUR. He also agreed but said he would take it anyway. $12 down the drain. I was SO pissed.

nevermind they gave my friend a drink she was allergic to after clarifying to them that they wouldnt put the allergin ‼️😟 _ I really like jamba juice and appreciate them being so accessible and careful with allergies! i had one of the blended coffee drinks here and it was amazing

Worker wasn’t paying attention got my order wrong and then blamed me. One of my drinks had 0 thickness and was very foamy.

My family and I went to this location a few days ago when I was just passing through town. We were in a rush and it took a super long time for our orders to be taken and to be received. It seemed as if there wasn’t enough people working at all and they all seemed to be goofing around with who seemed like was in charge. This obviously slowed down the process of making customers drinks. The drinks ended up being good but I’m just disappointed in the customer service and the long waits. Super unprofessional.

I would just like to say how disappointed I am with the staff besides a few who genuinely care for the job. I'd like to start with the manager I don't think she is very fit for the role. I was coming in the other day, coming to get a smoothie while the manager and the assistant manager were in the lobby making tick-tock's. I just don't see it as right, I'd like to see a little bit more of an experienced manager. One who, quite frankly, takes their job seriously and wants to exceedingly always leave customers with a great impression. The store could use some major improvements as well some of the smells you get when coming into the store is quite unpleasant. I just don’t see this store as the best i know it could be
