Our waitrer at Logan's Roadhouse in Redding. His name was Ricki Bobby. He was awesome. He was very courteous and got us everything we needed. He always came back to check on us when we needed something. Great staff. Great atmosphere loved it!

Stopped in upon my arrival to Redding. First met Brenda, awesome server and nice as can be. Came back again and had Michelle and Bella as my servers -equally as nice and pleasant. Food was delicious and never had to wait on service. On top of their game and would highly recommend coming here. I observed their interactions with other patrons and they were all top notch. AND by chance, I met thr soon becoming infamous Ricki Bobby. Pleasant gentleman as everyone described. Will be back often during my stay here in Redding. As I am not from the area, these people made me feel welcomed to their area and establishment.

He is so knowledgeable about the menu and we went with some of the items he highlighted (prime rib, potato skins with brisket) and I’m so glad we did. All of the food was absolutely perfect and tasted amazing! Ricki Bobby was very attentive the whole night and makes you feel so comfortable while you’re dining in. Even though it was our first time eating here, Ricki Bobby seriously made us feel like we were here like regulars. I’m visiting from out of town for work but I will definitely be back next time I’m up here :) Thanks for the amazing dinner experience!

He made suggestions about things to order off of the menu. He checked on us, but was not overly annoying. He was friendly and outgoing. Food was great would be 5 stars if it wasnt inconsistent as far as portions. We came in yesterday and were really pleased with everything We came back in today and the food portions were different from yesterday. Ricky Bobby was our server tonight and i had never been so spoiled, amazing service, funny, and kept visiting everyone frequently. NY Strip was so good i wanted to come back just for that. Next time i'll drill a hole through that desert menu, everything looked and tasted very good, but it hasn't changed my opinion that calamari is kinda gross. Yum!!!

We experienced a Great night out for dinner. Our server Cory was a fantastic waitress she new the best drink deals and was a delight to be our server. I ordered a tropical long island ice tea the largest version with top shelf alcohol. It was delicious and such a reasonable price. Rolls are amazingly delicious with the cinnamon butter. Rickie Bobby was great! My husband ordered the Logan and it was cooked very well! I ordered the chicken fried steak and being from the south I am a chicken friend steak connoisseur and it definitely tasted like it was frozen. It’s ok, average food and service. drinks were ok. Friendly staff. The first time I went back a few years ago it was way better all the way around.

The amount of chicken was much less than has ever been served to us on previous visits to Logan's. The side of a baked sweet potato was tepid (salad was warmer, no hyperbole) and had the taste and texture of canned yams. This was our first experience with this dish, so maybe this is normal.

Happy Hour wasn't a very happy experience for us. Our table host and Logan's rolls are amazing and the only nice thing I can say. Happy Hour Menu: $5 well drink turned into $6 the $5 wine turned into $7 and the "starting at $5 appetizer" didn't even match the price of $7.50 on the regular menu and our burnt fried mushrooms ended up being $9.99. The manager of Logan's was was approached twice by our host and couldn't be bothered to come to our table. In the end outdated menus were blamed. Happy hour seems like a shady hour and chance to upsell on their regular priced food. I would recommend RAW's Happy Hour over Logan's any day.

I called in an order to go. A tri-tip sandwich, their homemade chips, and an extra side of mayo. When I went to pick up my order the girl said they no longer made fresh potato chips. So I said I'll take a side order of sweet potato fries with some Chipotle aioli. Lesson learned I should have checked my order before I left. When I got to my hotel I open the package and it was a whole sweet potato. I finally found my sandwich and it was very dry. No extra mayo and no side of barbecue like said on the menu. I received a whole sweet potato, not fries. Instead of aioli I received thousand island salad dressing. I called Logan's back up told the girl of the mistake and all she could say was oh I'm so sorry. Take-out customers beware

We haven't been here sense before Joe passed. Apparently he was what made this place great. The only good thing left is the rolls. We had to wait over an hour for our food to come to us, even though it was completely dead, there was ounl about 6 other customers a n d it was a Friday night I ordered the 22oz porterhouse. I'd be surprised if it was 12oz. It was 1/3 inch thick and impossible to cook medium rare. It was Apparently only seasoned with way too much salt. All you could taste was salt. My wife had fish and chips that she had to send back because they were soggy and soaked in old grease. The second batch was okay, but couldn't believe that they tried to pass off the sub-par first batch. Neither one of us could eat the food. I would have given it to my dog, but I was afraid she might think I was mad at her.

First off, don’t order the side of Mac and cheese if you’re expecting it to be good😭. This is the most squishy, bland, elementary school tasting side I’ve ever ordered. Next, the steak is okay. Flavor was fine but it was tough and made my teeth ache like I was chewing jerky. The fries were bad, they tasted like they were straight from a bag of cheap frozen fries from the dollar store. Not crunchy or crisp, just soggy and flavorless. I’m a huge mash potato fan and I gotta say, these mash potatos were meh. They just didn’t taste fresh. It tastes more like instant mash potato than real potatos. Not great, didn’t finish them. Also the mushrooms were weird and rubbery. Very salty. Didn’t taste fresh. I did like the gravy, but that’s not saying much, hahah. Our server was very very kind, she was helpful and she did a great job. However, the food was so bland and just not worth it. I won’t be coming back, it just doesn’t taste fresh or worth the money.
