This was our first time in. We order sandwhiches and pizza and everyone in our group agreed the food was very tasty. On of the owners was working the register and he was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will return.

Really great pizza, prepared quickly. After COVID-19 hit they really put in a big effort to clean everything on an hourly basis to help keep customers safe. This is my family's favorite pizza place in town. The only thing I wish they would add is an app or website that takes orders so I could place them online.

I ordered a pizza on Doordash from here. I wanted to try somewhere new instead of the usual Round Table. Let me just say this pizza was WAY better then round table and about $20 cheaper for a Large. I will definitely be coming here again with my family!

Wow!! All my husband and I can say is.. why the heck did we wait sooo long to try this delicious pizza?! 🥲 Since Angelo's closed we have been looking for another vintage style pizza place.. We saw some good reviews, and decided to give Market St a try! BEST decision ever!! Their website is awesome and has a whole page of great coupons right there to use. Not to mention that for the amount of toppings, quality and amazing flavors, the prices were great! Our big test, (besides flavor of course) was what would it smell like when we opened the door to pick up our pizza... and guess what?! Our mouths started watering as we walked in the door. It smelled like a REAL pizza place from the 80's! They had a few video games and a claw machine, and the MOST delicious pizza smell ever! Yaaaaay! Then we saw our pizzas! Woo-Hoo! So many toppings!! We got home just dying for a bite and both pizzas were amazing! 👏👏👏 We can't wait to try the Lunch buffet next!! 😋😋💕💕

Best pizza in town, highly underestimated, and generally unrecognized. As a connoisseur and someone who makes it from scratch, I've tried every pizza in and around town and this is the best. A cheese bread that pairs perfectly with ranch, and pizza with a crust that crackles only the way great bread does.

Called in to order pizza and the customer service was great! The person on the phone was super friendly and very funny. When we came in to pick up our food we were greeted with the same friendliness. This place has an awesome atmosphere and they truly care about their customers. Not to mention the AMAZING food there! Came in with 1 hr before the end of the buffet and the place was pretty quiet, they stocked the buffet table in 10 min and had pizzas churning out till we left! Good people behind the counter and good pizza and beer to match.

It was my husband's and I first time in there. And the food was awesome. The lady who took our order was very polite and respectful. Absolutely exceptional service! After a mishap with DoorDash not sending over the order, I called the store to re-order for pick up. I was given a 10% off discount for the trouble, and with that and avoiding Door Dash fees, it ended up being $40 cheaper! I spoke with who I assume was the manager/owner, who was extremely kind and apologetic about the situation. He gave me a coupon for next time and extra ranch as well. If you want to eat it at home or if you want to eat out, this is the place to get the best pizza in town. The pizza is always the way I order it and the crust is delicious the ingredients are always fresh, and pizza is not the only thing on the menu. The staff is always polite and helpful and the owners are there working with the staff providing and efficient and great atmosphere. The owners are not just owners they are also part of the community and know that you as a customer are providing them a living. So the more customers that eat there, will allow them to put more back into the business and your community. My family and friends have been eating their for many years and still enjoy it.

I was actually just here to pick up an order for someone, since I drive for doordash, but the place was clean, nice and cozy feeling,and the girls at the counter were really nice, and friendly, and had smiles on their faces! They were real fast at getting my to go order out to me. It smelled really delicious inside! I never eaten here before, but I think I'm going into have to try it out!!

Customer service was fantastic, pizza was amazing (and to me it reminded me of a small town pizzeria I lived near in my childhood). They also serve whole pitchers of beer! 5/5. Recommend to anybody. They even had gluten free pizza for my girlfriend (gluten allergy) and she thought it tasted amazing.

Do yourself a favor and try it today.

Calzone was packed with toppings and the dough was flavorful with a nice chew, exactly what I wanted after getting off work. I had a to go order, but the vibes and decor of the place was very cozy and I can see myself going back for a sit down meal when I have more time. The smell of fresh pizza greets you as soon as you open the door, truly wonderful.

Good prices and Tasty food. Lunch specials from 11-2 and affordable dinner for a single person or a group. I highly recommend this pizza place if you are checking out the river trail, skate park, nursery, botanical garden, sundial bridge, or surrounding attractions for a bite to eat. Within walking distance to several popular destinations nearby.

While the location shows it's age. That's part of going there. It's a Redding local owned business and they're all about customer service. Additionally they present a good well rounded lunch buffet with Pizza, Salad, and/or Sandwiches. Hard to beat for a nice sit down lunch or dinner with family and friends.

I did not know you can take and bake from here! Great pizza's at a great value if you don't mind the time to bake, and they are delicious.

Service is awesome! I asked for a slight change in our combo and they didn't charge us for it. Pizza is great if you get under 3 toppings, otherwise it doesn't get cooked right and you end up with spots that are too crunchy or soggy. I don't blame them as I think the oven is on the way out? Otherwise, the crust is great, the sauce has actual taste, and they use real cheese. Definitely better than a lot of the pizza places around Redding. Price is average and not like Mary's where it is through the roof.

The staff is always friendly and inviting. I feel the prices are higher than they should be. $4.29 out the door for a very small salad. I can get a whole hot-n-ready pizza for that price ($5) at Little Ceasars! I tend to avoid eating here because of the prices. I think a price survey should be completed as well as some adjustments in their pricing. just my opinion.

Ok pizza, incredibly slow service.

I ordered a small all meat pizza it was very good. However, I also ordered chicken strips and a small salad. The chicken was mostly breading and overcooked. The salad was so small that it should have only been $1 and not $5.25. It must have been the mushrooms that cost so much. I am allergic to mushrooms and didn't know they were going to be on my salad.The salad wasn't even fresh it had already started turning brown. Thank you for making my last order right. Your pizza is one of the best.

Tried for the first time last week and it was good. The owner was very nice. Probably the best pizza in Redding, super toasty not soggy. Love their homemade ranch. The inside of the place is a little outdated and dirty kind of gives you the ick. We got take out this time pizza is great as always. But the white lady in her 30's could definitely benefit from learning better customer service skills. She was very rude and had an attitude when my husband asked questions.

I stopped in here for lunch on a whim and was sorely disappointed with the pizza. Of course pizza preference is largely subjective, so maybe this is the pizza joint for you, but I found the pizza to be unsatisfying and uninteresting. The thick, bland dough was buried under a pile of big, chunky, nearly flavorless toppings, with the slightest hint of sauce. While not inherently bad, the pizza was one of the least interesting I've had in a long time. For just the food I would rate 3 stars, however the dining area was grungy, the table was wobbly and sticky, and the service was just passable; the two employees clearly doing the bare minimum of getting us what we needed.

Ordered a pie and some sodas to dine in. 45 minutes later went to check on the pizza. They forgot us. Restaurant had a big group that left and the restaurant was empty. Most tables were dirty the entire time we were there. First time here and last time. Pizza tasted ok, but not worth going back for the service.

I'm afraid that I totally disagree with the positive reviews. After reading them before we came to Redding, I thought we were going to have a great experience. We ordered the veggie pizza and dined in; yes the pizza crust was OK, but the huge amount of uncooked mushrooms piled on top of the cheese made it the weirdest pizza I've ever had. We left over half of the pizza, making it an expensive and unpleasant visit.

Food: This is a pizza restaurant with other items available on the menu. We ordered two small pizzas, so I can’t speak to the other offerings. The pizza is average, with the sauce being on the bland side. The homemade crust is decent, though. The toppings were fine, also. Service: Unfortunately, two of the plates we were given had dried-on food on them; same with a fork we had. (This is the main reason for the two-star rating.) I should mention, though, that the lady who took our order was very friendly. There weren’t a whole lot of customers when we were there, but it seemed like it took longer than it should for our two small pizzas to be finished. There may have been some to-go orders ahead of ours, so I’m willing to give them the benefit of a doubt on that. Atmosphere: Cleanliness affects atmosphere, and unfortunately, the dining area needs some work in that department. The carpet seemed old with lots of stains. There were cobwebs hanging from a couple of the ceiling lights. There were other maybe nitpicky things, but those were the two I noticed right away.

The tables near us were left unclean from the moment we walked in. The floor was filthy. I was only able to eat a few bites of the meatball sandwich I ordered. The meatballs were mushy and without flavor. My husband only ate half of his beef dip since the meat was like packaged deli meat from the grocery store.

Horrible service and staff will lie to you and say their managers. food is not worth the price and the pizza dough is never cooked right. It's sad for a bunch of people to say it's good. People must have a low bar for service and food standards

We ordered pizzas from here and they got one pizza the exact opposite of what we asked for and they said they'd put us down for a new pizza another time. We called on a weekend one day and the first time we called they said our number wasn't in the system at all. We called again and they said our number was in there but they didn't know why, there were no notes. They told us they couldn't do it since the owners weren't there and I asked if they could call the owners then and they said "on their days off?" With attitude and said "we're given instructions not to call the owners at all on their day off". What kind of business are you not allowed to call the owners at all?? Also what kind of business have "managers" that can't manage anything, especially if you're not allowed to call the owners.

Tried to eat here. Owner was upset at my friend. We had a beer tipped and left with our food. I took back my burnt calzone. Only to have Rick upset at me. No more calzone he said. When I return to pick up a pizza. He was still visibly shaking. Still upset... I asked him if he knew the Golden rule... He told me to get out and never come back as he walked away... I left that pizza... Having worked in food service for 28 years, I would never eat anything, from someone, across the counter, that is upset at me. Would you? I called asked for my money back, Rick said he would talk to his partner Tony, and call me back. That never happened. When he didn't call back I knew, then, it's not me. Male Karen, you make the call!

Showed up an hour befpre closing and our order for dine in was being placed. The associate at the counter was nice and let us know we made it in time for dine in for my fathers day dinner... then an associate came out from the back (thin blonde haired young lady) and was very rude and said we are not doing any more dine in tonight. Will not be coming back.

I wish I could give a zero... Rick doesn't care about his customers, he won't give out any side sauces. He'll interrupt you over and over and has to be right. Soooo annoying.... he would have so much more business if he just gave people what they wanted and didn't talk over everyone and explain your whole life...

Came here for our family pizza night ( Friday). The condition of this place is appalling! Pizza boxes stacked all over the place, salad bar that looks as if it’s from the 80’s and the glass hasn’t been cleaned ever maybe. Dirty dishes are stored on/ below the beer taps. My wife ordered a pitcher and I didn’t touch it because of the filth. I’m sure that would have gotten me sick This place is as dirty as one could imagine. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years. Between the black carpeting, fuzz on the light fixtures over the booths, holes in the booth seats, gross dirty windows and tables. The dust on everything tells the tale. Please please fix this place. We used to love it, but odds are I will never return.

We waited 50 minutes for our food and then when the food was ready, we were told that they were going to close early and kicked us out before we could even eat our food after waiting almost an hour! If I could give a lower score I would! This used to be our favorite pizza place, but we will not be back! That was completely unprofessional and showed no customer service at all! They also did the same thing to the customer in front of us! Like I said, this used to be our favorite pizza place, but we will not be back!

I have been ordering pizza from here for a while now and up until now all was good. I called in for a order, was placed on hold not unusual they're sometimes busy. 15 minutes later I hang up and try again only to be placed on hold with an explanation this time. 30 minutes after that I called in on another phone to ask how hard it would be to just take my order and be done. Of course I was giving excuses and now that we both know I was the only one on hold for almost an hour they tried to take my order. Learn how to get the ball rolling no wonder your to busy you can't prioritize poor service horrible management. ZERO STARS

My pizza was lukewarm upon arrival and covered in mushrooms it literally tasted like a mushroom pizza. It was supposed to be a chicken garlic🤢 had a few tomatoes and artichokes. Where's the chicken? Poorly made & waste of $$ this place use to be great but whoever runs it is seriously slacking. I wanted to touch on the poor responses by the owner. Sorry they take a while to deliver? This has nothing to do with the delivery and everything to do with your business. It took them less that 15 mins to deliver. A pizza should not be cold in that amount of time in 110* weather. Based on other reviews the owner seems very very lazy!! Take some responsibility your building is falling apart, inside is so dirty and you serve cold mushroom covered pizza to everyone. Try apologizing for your business mistakes and do better!!!!
