So at first my order was a chicken sandwich meal with a drink upgrade of a mango smoothie bcuz they didnt have banana strawberry..plus a kids meal with apple juice. I go up to the first window to pay and she reads me the order that mentions the kids meal with apple juice and i say yes that order,i pay, proceed to get to nxt window..i only get a happy meal with a fanta soda..i said i didnt order a soda and i need the rest of my order..turns out i didnt pay for the ACTUAL ORDER i placed ..i paid the person behind me..then i finally got all my orders ..i then see my sandwich and it was raw inside but really crispy and burnt on the outside and the fries did not have ANY salt. 43 min wait time at counter for a Dr Pepper. It was sitting for at least 30 mins the ice melted. Every time I go in this McDonald’s I see at least 1 person screaming about their order. I saw a police officer once stuck in line in front of me for 30+ mins and he used sirens and lights to get out! If you see 5 cars in the drive thru expect to wait at least 30 minutes.

If you're thinking about ordering from the drive-thru just dont. Being trapped in line for 50 minutes..fifty. five, zero, minutes. For a subpar overpriced burger and a handfuls of fries and still get the wrong order and be asked to pull aside to have them bring out the correct order 10 minutes later is crazy work. Worst McDonald's I've been to, by far, which is sort of impressive in its own way.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. We hardly come to this mcdonalds because we always have just a horrible experiences. It had been just about 1 year since we last came and they continue to do a horrible job. Do better....I understand it's a fast food restaurant but my god stuck in the double drive through for 30minutes + ain't it......

This place is beyond slow and absolutely abysmal service. Customers wait to ask or to order and not once does a worker come by and offer assistance. Multiple people remain standing around looking at who knows what while the lines grow and people go without food. Mcdonalds is fast food but this place takes half hours or more to get a simple order out and even then it comes out wrong!! This place needs to get themselves straight. Absolute god awful place!!

This place seriously needs to get a grip. The employees are beyond rude. Orders take 30-40 minutes to complete, and are almost always wrong. I witnessed a long line behind the cash register with customers waiting to get their orders taken for 10+ minutes, and the employees ignoring literal children at the pick up counter as well. I get that they’re busy, but that is no excuse to treat the customers so poorly. Either train the employees better or hire new ones. The restaurant is always dirty and smelly inside too.
