The brisket bites are what ever they are called are great tender and flavorful try them
The one nearest to me closed unfortunately, so came to this location. Came for the "meats" in all the sandwiches, and also enjoyed mozzarella sticks to go. Got extras to share with friends and co-workers. Don't find those at the competition so good job having that as an offering Arby's.
2025/07/29 update: Went here for dinner, place was clean, food was good as usual: My dining experience was bothered by a homeless looking guy who sat down a couple of tables away from me and talks loudly to himself and tried to engage me in conversation. I just ignored him, one of the employees tried to talk to him to keep it down, If I see another noisy crazy person the next time I come here, I will have to go to the other Arby’s ———————- I have never tried this location,, I was near this location so I came here for dinner. The entrance to their parking lot was kinda roundabout but not too bad, the building is newly renovated. The dining area is kept clean and presentable. Everything about this place seemed new except for the menu signs, odd contrast. The service was friendly and professional, The food was the same as usual yummy.
I had a great experience at this Arby’s location. Their classic Beef ‘n Cheddar is always solid—great quality and taste. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. When I arrived for my online order pickup, I simply mentioned it and took a seat. Instead of calling my name, the staff went the extra mile and brought my food directly to the table—a small but thoughtful gesture that made my visit feel more personal. I also noticed their kindness toward kids. A child asked for a water cup, and instead of just handing it over, the staff walked with the kid to the drink station, helped fill the cup, and even asked if they needed a lid and a straw. It’s rare to see that level of attentiveness in fast food, and it speaks volumes about their dedication to great service. On top of that, the restaurant was clean, with well-maintained tables and an overall inviting environment. I could really feel the pride and passion of the franchise owner in how this location is run. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this Arby’s is definitely worth a visit!
Rosa was soo helpful and very patient. Great attitude and made u have a good laugh! Such a character! The food was super fresh. Great portion for their prices. Finally curly fries freshly made! The manager had such a great attitude as well. They work good together. Thank you kindly guys for the best experience at ARBY’S!

Average sized dining area, but it was clean. Standard Arby's from a menu point of view, all the normal menu items. I used the app and got one roast beef sandwich free. Also got the potato cakes, always yummy. Single, unisex bathroom that was also clean. You do need the code from the cashier to get in. Parking was easy but watch the bike lane cones when entering it. Worked for us. Enjoy!
I used drive through. Ordered a float but wasn't told until I pulled to the window that the ice cream machine was down. Worker wasn't too friendly. I assume I was charged for a float when ultimately only got a soda. The rest of the order was correct.
Wow! I’ve never been to Arby’s; never had Arby’s fast food before. But I had tried the curly fries bought from Vons (La Crescenta location) . It tasted delicious cooked in the pan. People like to order fast food at the drive-thru So I should visit to Arby’s for the first time order burger with fries & drink combo at the Drive-thru. That’s my plan. The traffic gets busy as usual. Very popular here in California.
Food was very good. I got the jalapeño roast beef slider and a 1/2 pound roast beef. The slider was not too hot but I got the jalapeño flavor which was delicious. IMO the horsey sauce is hotter. The 1/2 lb roast beef has so much meat that you can make 3 sandwiches out of it. I decided to do that and pick up some onion brioche buns. This Arby’s location will not sell you buns separately. The guy that gave me my mobile order was not the best example of customer service. His attitude was short and impatient. Also, not friendly. I just wanted sauce that I forgot to get in my mobile order. I did notice that the lobby was closing soon, but really? Because of that guy the mood of the place went downhill; ambiance rating is “Bleah”. Not a way to show Arby love to the clientele. Hubby had the Smokehouse Brisket and that sandwich is so good and beefy tasting. His order was very juicy and did not need extra sauces of any kind.
For $18 my curly fries were hard and cold and so was my rueben cold the food should be hot stop concentrating on how fast we get the food but concentrate on the quality we dont mind waiting for hot and freshly prepared food that's why their no line because we can do better at home I won't be reccomending no to eat here it not freshly prepared
I ordered delivery and it was terrible. The ranch chicken wrap had no ranch, it was incredibly soggy and cold. The french dip came with no au jus. The Philly cheese steak was completely disgusting and coated in grease. The only thing you got correct was the 5 chicken tenders and curly fries. Total waste of time and money.
On October 5th, my husband, my brother, and I decided to try Arby’s for the first time. We each created our own accounts through the app to browse the menu and place our individual orders. We were excited to use the BOGO coupon available, which allowed us to try multiple sandwiches as new customers. After placing our orders, we went to the drive-thru to pick them up. When we reached the speaker, we said, “We have three separate orders for [names].” The employee asked us to pull forward to the window, and we could hear another voice in the background saying, “They need to come inside.” When we got to the window, the employee immediately spoke to us in a frustrated tone, saying we weren’t allowed to order separately. He said, “We took $35 from them for ordering separately,” and repeatedly emphasized that what we did “wasn’t cool” and “isn't allowed.” We explained that we were three different people, each paying for our own meal, and that this was our first time ever visiting Arby’s. He then replied, “Well, I don’t know that your accounts were all just created,” implying that this was somehow an issue. We tried to clarify that our accounts were new because we had never been to Arby’s before, but he continued to talk over us. He ultimately said, “We’ll let it slide this time, but we’re going to remember you.” We left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, especially since this was our very first Arby’s experience. We were genuinely excited to try your food and were surprised by how we were treated for simply ordering separately as new customers.
I just want to start off that I have never been more uncomfortable in my life at a drive thru, this experience was totally unexpected. My wife, brother in law, and I all downloaded the Arby's app and saw you guys had a BOGO promotion so we decided give it a try as you guys have many different delicious options. However, upon picking up our orders the drive thru manager was very aggressive in his manors along with making allegations that we just create accounts to get BOGO offers and abuse the system when this is not the case. I attempted to explain that this is my second time ever eating at Arby's and I didn't have an online account prior, but he kept talking over me. I also had to explain that I had an order, my wife has an order and her brother has an order which is why we are picking up two orders with the same last name. It's just a shame that it was a misunderstanding that didn't even get a chance to be explained as the manager was upset. On top of this my order didn't even come with my Cheddar Cup that I paid extra for. Please just focus on the customer service experience it is not difficult to be kind.
Worst customer service experience today! The Shift Mgr Nnanda Yustain got my order incorrect and charged me for two extra sandwiches. He told me that the order was what I ordered and that next time he would repeat my order 3 times so I could confirm!! WTH!! Never took responsibility for error and then was rude. Not going back!!! Called Arby's guest service and they were not helpful.
