They open. 9:30am in Reseda Blvd. and Vanowen St. Their sandwich are good with all their sauce.The chicken salad is fresh.The place is really neat and clean the 2 ladies are so friendly to serve the customers. This place is good also for take out and family dining.

Good sandwiches. Big preference for the Gyro, the meat seasoning is awesome. Too bad they don't make the spicy gyro anymore. And bring back the potatoes cake please, it was more original that the dang fries you can get at every burger joint.

This is the BEST Arby's in the Valley! I was struggling with my Arby's Ap and ready to Leave, but Erick Saved the Day! He was very helpful and kind. It is because of his above and beyond service that I stayed and had Delicious Arbys!

Ananda was incredibly nice and helpful. He made our experience great. Even though we are not close we will come back just for him.

Nanda at the drive thru was excellent! We had a complicated order and he handled it with ease, plus when we pulled up to the window he was very personable. It's not everyday you have a remarkable experience at a fast food drive thru; well done :)

I've always had a great experience here. Drive through has been the the most pleasant experience I've ever had at any fast food location. It is a little run down but service is what makes it 5 stars.

The window guy Nanda is just great. He listens when you place your order and gets it right every time. And he is so pleasant to deal with. Of course the food is great. Great deal going on right now...try the sliders for a dollar between 2-5pm. Awesome value. I just bought 20 to take home to my freezer.

They got my order wrong the 1st time but they were more than happy to correct my order and they also let me have the 1st order and u gave it to a homeless couple across the street I will definitely be coming back to this location 😊👍💗 can't forget super clean environment

Arby's is truly one of America's greatest treasures. This is a good Arby's location. The staff is really friendly and there is little turnover so they have all worked there for a long time. This means mistakes are very infrequent or minor. They keep it pretty clean too.

It's a drive-thru pickup. Enjoy their food polite. They take good care of their customers. They're not too many Arby's left, but the food is still good

I love Arby's! I always get the medium roast beef sandwich which is very yummy. However, I got the buffalo chicken sandwich today instead. It was delicious... very delicious! It comes with buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing and lettuce. Its not terribly spicy, at least not for me, but the flavor is excellent. I am getting that vuffalo chicken sandwich again the next time I go to Arby's!

I’m a Texan so I’m all about Arby’s. Got the beef and cheddar had pound. Did not disappoint. Ananda had very good vibes and had great customer service.

Haven't seen an Arby's in decades and we stopped by and had lunch here when we came across it. The menu has greatly expanded and there is a large selection. The value menu is a great way to add on a few little extras without paying too much. Food was great and the staff was very kind. Restaurant was very clean and saw the staff tend to it while we were there. A big plus, if you remember Mello Yello, haven't seen that since I was a teenager, they have it on the fountain drinks! We'll be back to have lunch here.

I've been eating at this location for over two years & the food is always good. I recently had an issue with my drive-thru order so I called & the manager corrected it upon my return & credited me an additional meal for the trouble. The staff is always friendly. Absolutely aces, Arby's! Love the Roast Beef! Been wanting to try the Reuben but that Roast Beef always hollers my name! I love to get that stacked roast beef (less bread too plus lettuce and tomatoes). This place does it right!

Horrible experience. The meat was white and cold and yucky. I love Arby's but this was horrible. And the curly fries were just like scrapings of pieces, and since when does the cashier ask for a tip?something was wrong that night I tink. I have not been to that particular Arby's in 10 years. Try closed one on topanga, and it was always good. Not another one within 30 mins from me anymore. We couldn't even choke down the sandwich . Just got thrown away 😭😞 Ok, march 2025 . I like arbys so I decided to go and see The same guy worked there, nanda He was good y He was good this time, got our order and was very nice, and got our food, he missed fries for cirlies, that's excuseable we went back and the fries. , food was decent . So compared to last time it was a significant improvement T. I will go again and its all good I remove my horrible experience review. You have to give second chances and it the only arbys around, been there forever. Had the two beef and cheddar 699. It was a good deal.. cheaper than some clown fast food places. Well arbys you started to earn yiu way back . Buns were fresh . So keep it up and you will win me back .

They are disappearing in the Valley. The one by me on Topanga is gone after being there for as long as I can remember. Regardless, this one is just as awesome. The staff is especially great. Wonderful attitude and sense of humor. I'm sad that the one by me is gone, but I'm happy this one is around. Love this place! This is one of the few places I love to go to because it never changes. This Arby’s location is clean. The food is hot and fresh and the employees are so nice and attentive. Definitely come here if you’re feeling like having some damn good roast beef.

Delicious great staff.. wanted to update the staff here is seriously S tier. The sweetest, kindest and most wholesome crew I’ve come across. Food is seriously really good, they have much more than the meats lol they have great salads, burgers, chicken, shakes and curly fries to die for. If you’re nearby you owe it to come here even just to see how amazing the crew working is.

I love hamburgers! However, when I think of a delicious burger, Arby's doesn't usually come to mind. I have to admit though, their commercials make their burgers look incredibly appealing, which piqued my interest. The closest Arby's to me is in Reseda, so I decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant was. I loved it; cleanliness is a crucial indicator of the pride the staff takes in their establishment. Erick greeted me warmly and took my order. When I mentioned it was my first time there, he assured me with a smile that I wouldn’t regret it. I ordered the Deluxe burger with fries and a drink. The fries were crispy, perfectly salted, and not overcooked. The burger was delicious. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the tomatoes and pickles to the lettuce, as if they had just been picked from the farm. The burger meat was not greasy and exceptionally tasty. I finished every bite with a huge smile on my face. Arby's now holds a special place in my heart when I think of a delicious burger. Thanks to Erick for the great service and friendly welcome! And I certainly can't forget to thank the chef who cooked my delicious burger. It was amazing! Thank you.

The food was good and was ready quickly. We enjoyed eating in the clean dining room. I left my homemade cloth mask and a very nice employee came out to our car and asked us if we wanted it. That was so thoughtful and kind. This restaurant is out of my way but I will definitely be coming back.

First time tried this location as our closest Arby's ended their operation. What a surprise. The cashier staff guy (sorry I forgot your name) was extremely friendly and polite. He greeted when we get in & out, brought packet of ketchup to our table, and so friendly all the time. Was he working at the full-service restaurant before? The restaurant is very clean for a fast food kitchen, customers when we dined-in (Friday at lunch hour) were all behaving. Overall, we love this place.

Love Arby's I tried their Jamba and chocolate shake and they were W O W !!!!

They have POTATO CAKES! I literally have been checking for every single Arby's for potato cakes. The Palmdale Arby's brought it back for a moment, but we checked recently, and they didn't have it. So we were so thrilled to be able to find them there today. I had just had surgery, and this is exactly what I wanted. We don't eat fast food very often but Arby's is a dining experience. The service was great and fast. This Arby's has been here for over 30 years at least, and currently under new ownership. Thank goodness he brought in the potato cakes.

2026/03/02 update: Came here to satisfy my Roast beef craving. I ordered their pork belly large double roast beef combo, it was quite filling and yummy, The dining area is kept clean. The service was friendly and professional.

There are very few Arby's here in Southern California but I always love the beef and cheddar and I'm so glad that last year they finally brought back the potato cakes which have been off the menu for a number of years I always love Arby's beef and Cheddar's everything is so delicious

The one nearest to me closed unfortunately, so came to this location. Came for the "meats" in all the sandwiches, and also enjoyed mozzarella sticks to go. Got extras to share with friends and co-workers. Don't find those at the competition so good job having that as an offering Arby's.

2025/07/29 update: Went here for dinner, place was clean, food was good as usual: My dining experience was bothered by a homeless looking guy who sat down a couple of tables away from me and talks loudly to himself and tried to engage me in conversation. I just ignored him, one of the employees tried to talk to him to keep it down, If I see another noisy crazy person the next time I come here, I will have to go to the other Arby’s ———————- I have never tried this location,, I was near this location so I came here for dinner. The entrance to their parking lot was kinda roundabout but not too bad, the building is newly renovated. The dining area is kept clean and presentable. Everything about this place seemed new except for the menu signs, odd contrast. The service was friendly and professional, The food was the same as usual yummy.

I had a great experience at this Arby’s location. Their classic Beef ‘n Cheddar is always solid—great quality and taste. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. When I arrived for my online order pickup, I simply mentioned it and took a seat. Instead of calling my name, the staff went the extra mile and brought my food directly to the table—a small but thoughtful gesture that made my visit feel more personal. I also noticed their kindness toward kids. A child asked for a water cup, and instead of just handing it over, the staff walked with the kid to the drink station, helped fill the cup, and even asked if they needed a lid and a straw. It’s rare to see that level of attentiveness in fast food, and it speaks volumes about their dedication to great service. On top of that, the restaurant was clean, with well-maintained tables and an overall inviting environment. I could really feel the pride and passion of the franchise owner in how this location is run. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this Arby’s is definitely worth a visit!

It's Arby's. Still ok. Anytime an owner cares enough to respond that is always good. Shows he cares still and this just isn't a hobby. I had given Arby's a three stars review. I was incorrect. A fourth star is certainly very well deserved. Good food. Fair prices. Variety. Fresh food and friendly staff inside. Yes Arby's is a good treat for the entire Fam!

I get 2 big sandwiches & walk out hungry. The staff is nice & friendly, the place is clean & the food is good. Nevertheless, I go in hungry & leave hungry. I just revisited Arbys. Arbys has improved. I like their afternoon specials. Between 2pm & 5pm, the specials are $1 each and well worth it.

Arby's is known for roast beef sandwiches, but they have expanded the menu. Service is fast, cost is low, and the taste is great. This location is well kept. Parking is tricky if you are not familiar with the intersection. The parking spaces are south of the restaurant. If you park on the north side you might get a ticket.

Tried the new Steakhouse Burger. It was good but I am not the biggest burger fan. Got the French Dip and also like the Corned Beef. Staff was friendly and quick.

The workers are very nice and efficient. Sometimes they'll even give your coupons back after applying them. They have good food. The atmosphere is typical fast food style. A little small but clean. A place for a little stop in. I personally like the reg roast beef, it's simple and good. My favorite is the French dip w au jous ( broth.) Also they have a lot of parking.

Placed online order. 4 orders after mine delivered. Fries/fish sandwich cold, dessert incomplete and drink (malt) created after all other orders on deck delivered. Over 20 minutes after order placement - completed. Mgr is usually very helpful. Horrible experience.

The place was clean and orderly. The employee who took our order was friendly. She greeted us and smiled. They give large portions of everything which is why I left off a star. It would be nice if you could get a small meal. I got their gyro sandwich, but it too is a bit more food than I wanted. My son however, enjoys the large portions and customers are encouraged to ring their bell if they have a good dining experience. He did. It's loud!

Pretty standard. It's not Michelin star dining but when you go for fast food you're not expecting that either. The service was prompt and my order was correct. I have zero complaints.

The curly fries were half moon fries today and not very hot. The food always tastes good. I would give a 5 out of 5 for it if I had not eaten in other Arby's before. Service is good. It appears very clean: the trays and all.

The food is generally good, but always check and make sure your order is correct. Even if it's not, they will make it right, so employees are very compassionate to customers needs.

Average sized dining area, but it was clean. Standard Arby's from a menu point of view, all the normal menu items. I used the app and got one roast beef sandwich free. Also got the potato cakes, always yummy. Single, unisex bathroom that was also clean. You do need the code from the cashier to get in. Parking was easy but watch the bike lane cones when entering it. Worked for us. Enjoy!

I used drive through. Ordered a float but wasn't told until I pulled to the window that the ice cream machine was down. Worker wasn't too friendly. I assume I was charged for a float when ultimately only got a soda. The rest of the order was correct.

Wow! I’ve never been to Arby’s; never had Arby’s fast food before. But I had tried the curly fries bought from Vons (La Crescenta location) . It tasted delicious cooked in the pan. People like to order fast food at the drive-thru So I should visit to Arby’s for the first time order burger with fries & drink combo at the Drive-thru. That’s my plan. The traffic gets busy as usual. Very popular here in California.

Food was mediocre, usually better than this and it was very expensive for what I got. I'll give a pass on the quality of the food since it was 30 minutes before closing, which really should be no excuse but... But forty bucks for two meals and two sandwiches is just outrageous. Definitely cured my craving maybe I'll go back in a year or two

I still like the roast beef sandwiches, but portions keep getting smaller. Some stores are serving less and less meat so that the meat does not fully cover the bun. Of course, atmosphere and service are minimal. I will keep going, but now I will order - and pay for - the double portion sandwich.

It's fast food,what do you expect??. Their REUBEN sandwich is awesome, and other Market fresh made sandwiches are the top of the line menu delicatessen.That's about it, with your curly fries on almost every sandwich can't go wrong..

The food was okay, average. I order large curly fries but they came in such a tiny box I thought to myself they must have my order wrong. But no they don’t really give large fries a meaning it is not filling or enough for 1 person. I always order large fries and usually share since they are large. Besides the food, the bathroom is not functional so you gotta pee the staff recommended we go to Starbucks. They also have zero people dining in when we went and you could tell the chairs and tables were not that clean and they had stuff stacked on the tables. The ketchup area had so many kept ketchup cups that should be thrown away. Won’t visit again.

Was the only one in the dining area. Hadn't been to Arby's in years. Back then all they had was sliced beef sandwiches. Got the fish fillet sandwich, medium fry and sides of mayonnaise. It was a lot of fries for a medium. When I open the fish sandwich I was shocked what this supposed to be a cheese slice or a sauce because it was runny all over the place and it looked like instead of being made out of milk mixture, it was water. Didn't look inviting at all but since I paid for it I ate it. Wished I went to one of the Mexican stands.

Food was very good. I got the jalapeño roast beef slider and a 1/2 pound roast beef. The slider was not too hot but I got the jalapeño flavor which was delicious. IMO the horsey sauce is hotter. The 1/2 lb roast beef has so much meat that you can make 3 sandwiches out of it. I decided to do that and pick up some onion brioche buns. This Arby’s location will not sell you buns separately. The guy that gave me my mobile order was not the best example of customer service. His attitude was short and impatient. Also, not friendly. I just wanted sauce that I forgot to get in my mobile order. I did notice that the lobby was closing soon, but really? Because of that guy the mood of the place went downhill; ambiance rating is “Bleah”. Not a way to show Arby love to the clientele. Hubby had the Smokehouse Brisket and that sandwich is so good and beefy tasting. His order was very juicy and did not need extra sauces of any kind.

I LOVE Arby's, and sure wish they had more in the valley! But, the service here was so slow, and the girl at the drive thru rude, when I asked what was taking so long. She said, she was "waiting on the fries, have a good day", but my fries didn't seem like they were "hot out of the fryer". The guys they had before were GREAT! Hope, I just went on a bad day, cuz I sat in that line for almost 15 minutes... 👎

I drive to this location because it's the only one that's kind of near me but it's way out of my area. Last time I was there it seems they're putting a noticeable amount of less meat in their beef sandwiches. I don't think it's worth my time driving so far away to get less than I'd expect for the prices they charge.

It was closed for halloween!!! It wasn’t updated on google When we reached the location it has a paper on the door saying closed at 5pm for Halloweens. Waste of our time

I ordered delivery and it was terrible. The ranch chicken wrap had no ranch, it was incredibly soggy and cold. The french dip came with no au jus. The Philly cheese steak was completely disgusting and coated in grease. The only thing you got correct was the 5 chicken tenders and curly fries. Total waste of time and money.

We arrived at the drive thru ordering window at 10:01pm tonight, after I checked the website and saw the location was open until 11pm. So we were in line before 10pm and were behind 1 guy. We drove up to a fully lit menu, and were not even greeted. After LITERALLY five minutes, I loudly said, HELLO?! A recorded message came on to tell us they were closed. Really? The human being who just took the guy's order was immediately gone the second after he drove away? We not only did not get the common courtesy of a human voice to politely inform us they were closed instead of sitting there 5 more minutes, BUT THE WEBSITE SAID OPEN UNTIL 11PM!! They won't get my business again. RUDE!

What genius decided to stop selling the potato cakes? Those were the best thing on their menu by far! They were a delicious item that helped Arby's stand apart from all the other fast food places. I would go there just for the potato cakes, now I barely go at all! I wonder how that thought process worked. Hey everyone, I've got an idea. Let's remove a popular and delicious staple from our menu and replace it with something that anyone can get anywhere else, BRILLIANT! Whoever made that decision should not still have a job, period!!!

My sandwich had maybe two slices of brisket in it and I didn’t know there was any bbq sauce on the sandwich until the final three bites where there was an enormous glob of it. Highly disappointed on quality and flavor. My bill was $7.98, I gave her $8.00 and never got my $.02 back. I don’t mind, but if they’re stealing everyone’s change, that’s terrible. Also, she asked if I wanted sauces or ketchup and I said yes to both and received none. Again, terrible.

Manager has zero customer service skills as treats customer with no respect. He has no business being in an authority position. He is running this place like he is the owner. Homeless people in store and the cheesecake sandwich was a glob of cheese and i guess some type of meat they call.Angus beef. It was not good.

I normally don't give poor reviews but I will this time. As can be seen from the attached hours photo, they are supposed to close at 10 pm on Thursday. Arrived on foot at 9:30 pm to find the door locked and someone mopping the floor. Knocked and he shouted "Drive Thru!" and walked away. Sorry, not everyone drives and you shouldn't be closing your restaurant a half hour early especially without an explanation or apology. Not good.

I came in and told them I wanted a gyro plain I only wanted the meat and the pita. Nothing else I get home and this sauce is covered in it . I call for a refund or to remake she said it was my fault since she thought pita meant the sauce when I repeatedly said nothing but the meat. Then she said it is my loss.. Arby's has lost a customer forever. She was very rude and nasty

There are not bathroom, they do not serve the full meal (they give a very small pieces of steak nuggets)

On October 5th, my husband, my brother, and I decided to try Arby’s for the first time. We each created our own accounts through the app to browse the menu and place our individual orders. We were excited to use the BOGO coupon available, which allowed us to try multiple sandwiches as new customers. After placing our orders, we went to the drive-thru to pick them up. When we reached the speaker, we said, “We have three separate orders for [names].” The employee asked us to pull forward to the window, and we could hear another voice in the background saying, “They need to come inside.” When we got to the window, the employee immediately spoke to us in a frustrated tone, saying we weren’t allowed to order separately. He said, “We took $35 from them for ordering separately,” and repeatedly emphasized that what we did “wasn’t cool” and “isn't allowed.” We explained that we were three different people, each paying for our own meal, and that this was our first time ever visiting Arby’s. He then replied, “Well, I don’t know that your accounts were all just created,” implying that this was somehow an issue. We tried to clarify that our accounts were new because we had never been to Arby’s before, but he continued to talk over us. He ultimately said, “We’ll let it slide this time, but we’re going to remember you.” We left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, especially since this was our very first Arby’s experience. We were genuinely excited to try your food and were surprised by how we were treated for simply ordering separately as new customers.

I just want to start off that I have never been more uncomfortable in my life at a drive thru, this experience was totally unexpected. My wife, brother in law, and I all downloaded the Arby's app and saw you guys had a BOGO promotion so we decided give it a try as you guys have many different delicious options. However, upon picking up our orders the drive thru manager was very aggressive in his manors along with making allegations that we just create accounts to get BOGO offers and abuse the system when this is not the case. I attempted to explain that this is my second time ever eating at Arby's and I didn't have an online account prior, but he kept talking over me. I also had to explain that I had an order, my wife has an order and her brother has an order which is why we are picking up two orders with the same last name. It's just a shame that it was a misunderstanding that didn't even get a chance to be explained as the manager was upset. On top of this my order didn't even come with my Cheddar Cup that I paid extra for. Please just focus on the customer service experience it is not difficult to be kind.

Worst customer service experience today! The Shift Mgr Nnanda Yustain got my order incorrect and charged me for two extra sandwiches. He told me that the order was what I ordered and that next time he would repeat my order 3 times so I could confirm!! WTH!! Never took responsibility for error and then was rude. Not going back!!! Called Arby's guest service and they were not helpful.
