Foods always great here, I like the different varieties you can choose from (wings). The fries are good, but you may want to tell easy salt, because if you don't, your fries may be too salty to eat. Please be advised, they tend to get crowded, so I'd suggest calling in your order, the wait times can be long if you don't. I went about a week ago and it had just opened around 11:15, there was a big family ordering ahead of me, so was ok, they got there order in 15 mins., I thought my order was next, someone came in and picked up a large order, I think I waited almost 30 mins for my order.
Food is always warm and crispy. Usually a wait, but well worth it for the best chicken wings. Employees super chill too.
Adrian is the man. He has such good work ethic and greated everyone with a smile and positive attitude, it was near closing time and he still had this great vibe. He has an unmatched hustle, props to this young man.
There is literally nothing bad to say about Wingstop! IT'S JUST SO GOOD! I LOVE IT! My favorite is Mango Habanero and Cajun. The fries and veggies are dank too. I have one questing for wingstop, WHY YOU TASTE SO GOOD???
This is my favorite wingstop place and the lady in the cash register was so awesome she was very nice, respectful, kind, amazingly very professional i dont know her name but if you go there you will know who i am talking about bec she is very unique.

Great food
This is by far one of the best Wingstop locations. The workers here are all really nice and they always make my food correctly. I went to a different Wingstop the other day because I wasn’t in this location and I was very disappointed at how bad it was; they didn’t season anything properly. This location seasons everything properly and everybody’s always really nice. The only issue is that they switched to the new frozen tasting fries that I really really don’t like.. bummer. The chicken is still really good though here

He made sure everything was perfect with my order and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. There was one young lady working when I picked up my large order and she was fantastic. She apologized for being the only worker. I ordered 300 wings and fries a few days before and she was hustling the whole time making sure everything was fresh and ready on time. Wings and fries were good and a hit with everyone.

I mean...what isn't there to love about Wingstop! This location has been our go-to since moving to the neighborhood. We get our wings extra done and they are never too crisp, highly recommend Louisiana rub. All I need is for them to be on Postmates, Doordash etc and I'll be set.
Ordered our food online, and it took about 45 mins to complete. Understandable, its a very busy place, especially in the evening when we went. The staff was nice enough. Got home and our wings were delicious. But I have to give a 3 because our fries were ice cold. Like colder than room temperature. Kinda killed the meal after waiting 45 mins just to get ice fries. Id go again, buy just for the wings.
This location is 50/50, ignore reviews complaining about customer service/wait time, this is a food spot not a hotel quit whining, you want food on time order AHEAD of time. What’s important is the food and as I said they’re 50/50, sometimes you get great wings and fries, and other times you’ll get wings so overcooked you think you bit into a dorito.
I ordered a chicken sandwich combo here. The burger was pretty good, hot and tasty, but these fries looked like they’ve been sitting there and were refried. They were soggy and warm, not hot. I don’t eat here very often until my friend mentioned the way the fries looked.

Ordered the new chicken sandwich for pickup around 8:45pm last night. I ordered the Louisiana Rub and the Lemon Pepper chicken sandwich. As much as I love the seasoning on the wings, the sandwich was a little disappointing in flavor and at that the chicken was undercooked. The texture was spongy and hard. Couldn’t get through a quarter of my sandwich because the vast majority was not cooked. The customer service could be better as well.
Normally this place is good but the last two times I’ve ordered delivery parts of my order were missing. And when I called I was asked if I can come into the store to pick up what was forgotten. Why pay for delivery if I have to pick up parts of my order? It’s infuriating to pay extra for delivery just to be told to pick up my order.

WORST WINGSTOP EVER the manager is so terrible so u professional I paid for my entire order and they knew they messed up my order and wouldn’t give me the missing French fries and buns. Terrible customer service, manager is rude very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working for customer service. Definitely will not be coming back to this wingstop ever again a complete waste of my money.

I’m literally sitting here because they don’t pick up theirs phone and there’s no one here and I’m calling and no pick up! The girl or manager still got my order wrong and was missing s ranch and said I already gave you one ! Girl I ordered 2! look at the reviews. corporation, owner, store manager, staff, no one does not care about customers experience. cashier said 5 min and my order still was not ready after 20 min, they don't prepare customers food in order. At the end when I arrived home it was wrong flavor, ranch sauce was missing, I called them and store was closed. Disappointing. Last time business with you. Papa John's wings are too much better.
This place has terrible customer service! Avoid this place if you can. I called at 9:45pm on Wednesday evening to order a couple of orders. Some girl answered, mumbling into the phone, claiming not to hear me. I proceeded to call a few more times, 7 minutes in between and that is when she ignored my phone calls all together and pretended that they were closed. I am definitely calling regional manager and complaining about this location. Things have got to change. I am paying for a service that they are providing. If you don’t want to work, move over because there are so many other willing people that do want to work and make grateful employees.
Watch out. This restaurant is asking Uber eats drivers to fill up your drinks. Uber eats policy forbids drivers for safety reason to deal with customer foods. They are just supposed to handle a bag with your orders. Image the drivers has his hands dirty after handling customers suitcase, or just got to the restroom with washing his hands. This is the response of the restaurant au prepare the order. The driver is just delivering, he is not an employee of the restaurant. It is a big safety concern. I reported them the Los Angeles Food and Safety Bureau. And as well to California department of labor of asking people to work for them without a work contract.
I placed my order online and went to run errands I showed up around 15-20 minutes after estimated ready time. When I arrived I was not greeted which idc but then I was completely ignored and the “manager” was talking to some lady and they were discussing work schedules and money and how much was in the safe and then still ignoring me. They went to bend down and open the safe and I asked if I could please get my food first and then they were annoyed with me so someone came out from the back and helped me. I left and called back to get the names and the girl who answered said she was the manager and not the lady in the black tshirt. She then said “she thought she had helped me already” when she literally watched me walk into the store and then ignored me. They are extremely rude there and the food is terrible. The thighs were dry and the fries were ice cold.
Worst customer service I place an order in person with Mayra on Thursday’s afternoon I was waiting for my order for over 25 minutes then I ask Mayra for my order then she said what order I politely told her I place the Order with her them she told me we are super busy we don’t have your order. We are short staff I told her politely that wasn’t my fault I place order inside the location and don’t have my order then she tells me we run out paper it didn’t print at the moment she is only giving me excuses. I told her that’s not acceptable she grab my drink and smash it to the sink in the kitchen the other employee refuse to give his name they refuse to give my refund for my food refuse to connect me to the supervisor. After everything they said we can give you more food I said what’s makes you think I want more food when you don’t even have my order. They were super busy that African American was eating and grabbing drink at soda fountain multiple times and the 2 employees were just standing doing noting as well. What a show wait customer service at wing stop or any fast food restaurants ever. I will never step in to any location of this franchise ever again . It should be zero star that’s for sure !! Cherry store manager is the worst she staid didn’t not believe of what I was saying and refuse to do anything about claiming the employees are not the customer. Sorry the worst of the worst placing to deal for your refund back .
Dirty fries, overly greasy chicken. Any other wingstop around the valley is 100% better then this one in every way.
So I’ve never been to this wingstop, but my friend recommended this location. We waited at LEAST 20 minutes. Now they weren’t busy..why did it take so long???? I ordered a 10 piece combo, with Lemon Pepper and Mango Habanero...the cashier didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted fries or the mixed vegetables or what kind of dipping side for my order....I was just charged fries....now after waiting, they called out my name, and there were only 8 wings...4 lemon pepper and 4 Korean....I didn’t even order Korean.....my friend, ordered the 8 piece combo and he got the lemon pepper and Korean...when they called out his order, there were only 9 wings....I was so hungry, because I had not eaten all day, and I was just fed up at this point...I ate it...but was greatly disappointed....if I could, I would give this place a 0/5 stars....I’m definitely not coming back here again....
Placed an online order and when I arrived they informed me that my order was not cooked. Im they told me that the receipt paper was not printing and I would have to wait another 15 mins. Then took about 5 mins just to get a refund. Don’t think I can count on this location to provide my orders on the future.
Ordered and came to pick up. Clerk remembers that I ordered but ticket is not there. Asked to wait 15 min without any apology. Not coming back.
Never answer phone. Waitin time for food always over an hour and they try to steer you away before makin your order by telling you about the long wait times just terrible all around no hairnets or gloves smh

I was driving from pasadena to agoura hills so I chose a location inbetween to pick up food and use the restroom. My food was ready on time although I never got a chance to look in the bag so its possible it was poor quality since that's what the main complaint is for this store as well. I asked the cashier if there was someone in the bathroom he said yes. I waited over 10 mins and asked again if hes sure someone is in there because I really needed to pee, he then knocked on the bathroom door and said a fellow employees name. Still another 10 mins later she finally walks out and closes the door behind her so I can't walk in. I asked for the code so I could please enter since I really need to pee. She said no. Employees only and said we have a sign that says "employees only" i explained i waited for well over 20 mins for her to exit and not once was a told by anyone else who worked there its not for customers..and since I waited the entire time could I please use the restroom. She woukd only repeat the words employees only. So I said I will need a refund on my food. I then questioned her how she could spend over 20 mins in the bathroom and I suspect she was doing drugs. She then became incredibly defensive and paranoid about the idea and yelled at me in front of all the customers "she's on the drugs that im using " ... like ok? I put in several complaints through the app with no response from the store. Clearly no one cares about quality or service in this store especially " Christina " since she told me that was her name. No one was wearing a name tag. And the chasier was on his phone when I walked in. Over 2 mins of me standing in the lobby before anyone even looked in my direction.
Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an online order at 7 PM and arrived to pick it up at 8:20, only to find out the ticket was never printed. The cashier unapologetically claimed it wasn’t their fault—so whose fault is it? The staff member was rude and dismissive, offering only two options: wait another 30 minutes or cancel the order. If I hadn’t already paid and had guests at my party waiting for food, I would have canceled the order. When I finally get the order the food was Luke warm. All bad. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but it’s clear that this Wingstop doesn’t prioritize proper training in customer service or efficiency. Sadly, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.
I don’t advise patronizing this Wingstop location in Reseda. I was there 2 months ago and there was only 1 table available. It had not been cleaned yet. So I just sat down and waited for the table to be cleaned, but no one came to clean it for me. It was then I decided to take the dirty tray to the counter and asked for a wet towel. As I picked it up I noticed a partial joint of unsmoked weed, and a used syringe! I still cleaned the table myself only I asked for my order to go instead of staying there to eat. Today I thought I’d give them another chance because there was nobody in the restaurant. I went in. I thought I could order six wings. They told me I had to order 10 which was fine with me. I also ordered a side of fries and was told it was gonna take 30 minutes even though there wasn’t anybody else in the restaurant. My order was to eat in, but I got it in a bag to go and asked if I can get it served on a tray they told me no. I didn’t ask for to ranch sauces and paid for them. She put one in the bag. I asked for my second ranch was and she got very nasty. Words were exchanged, and I was asked to leave because if they’re bad customer service. I grabbed my bag left the restaurant and brought my food home. When I opened the bag to eat the fries that I paid for or not in my bag. Horrible customer service on trained people, and I would never go back to that place again.
First off the wings are good but my only problem is how does a restaurant charge $15+ of wings and not come with a small side of ranch?. Yall are the only place that does this. It is common practice to give atleast 1 ranch per order depending on the order size. I am sure you guys use the same recipe as everyone else that gives ranch. Hidden Valley ranch powder, mayo and milk? You guys already make up the cost for ranch ingredient yet you have to be cheap with the ranch? 2oz ranch for $1.59. Every 10pc wings should comes with 1 ranch. 10 = 1 ranch 20 = 2 ranch Then any additional ranch after can cost the amount given. and so on.

Lady behind the counter by the name Crystal very unprofessional and rude that provided me with very poor customer service she insulted me because I was a dancer picking up an order just asked kindly to use the restroom that restaurant does not have a sign on it indicates for employees only and I have used it in the past several times as a customer and as a Dasher and when I asked her since when they changed dad and how come there's no sign on the door indicates that it is for employees only she got very upset telling me that I am a Dasher only and I have no right to ask and she have the right to kick me out of the store when I try to take a picture of the door inside and the restroom she went behind the counter at me and she kicked me out of the store going outside taking a picture of my license plate number and vehicle this lady is totally unprofessional she didn't even try to give me her name until I asked for the third time with this kind of behavior this business will be losing a lot of money she needs to know what's customer service is all about whether I am a Dasher or a customer I already reported this incident to doordash and they know how much I work hard to provide excellent customer service to the public on my business is totally appreciated not being insulted by just an employee working for Wingstop since I'm a dash of getting kicked out just because I wanted to use the restroom
