Just about gave up on this place but they hired a new girl about 3 months ago and she's changed the whole experience for me. Super friendly and I'm actually getting what I order now.

We go to Taco Bell about once every 6 weeks because we eat healthy 95% of the time but when we don't we love Taco Bell! I ordered their tacos I get tomatoes on the side and it is delicious

Fast drive through, friendly service. Ordered 2 beef chalupas and shredded chicken beef burrito and was surprised how tasty and succulent it was! Good portion and I spent the total of $7.80, which is much better than other fast food in the taste and price. ..

It's taco bell, it's good food and the consistency is always great. The staff is really nice and courteous. I always get my food given to me before I can't even put my wallet back into my pocket lol

Why do I need to write a review of taco Bell. You know what it is. We've all been there when we need to stuff our faces over some "tragedy" in our life and it's 3am and you're alone and need something to fill the aching hole in your heart so you go to the only place that won't judge you and isn't gross McDonalds and stuff your face with that crunch wrap double layer burrito supreme and try not to get consumed with the darkness that is your mind. Has some good burritos. I'm down.

This place is in a lot of the local homeless peoples' routine to sneak drinks for free..... I am a homeless girl and I have always been respectful and spent what I can there.. There is a manager there that is actually a compassionate and selfless person. I will get the name and update the post.

This particular Taco Bell is great! The employees are friendly, professional, and helpful. Food is served promptly. The also have an outside covered patio to eat at which is pleasant on warm summer evenings. They are open late until at least 2:00 a.m., so if you are hungry, Taco Bell is there to serve you at the drive thru. Walk up window closes at 10:00 p.m. Their menu includes tacos, burritos, chalupas, enchiladas, cinnamon twists, and many more. If you have a tight budget and hungry for basic Mexican fast food, then Taco Bell is the destination.

They just taste good! Really great tacos. Used the drive through, which really worked well. I asked for, Your best hot sauce, and got something close to ghost peppers!

The shredded beef & cheese is better than the Mexican pizza in MY OPINION. Yeah, I said it🤤😝 I enjoyed it without the red sauce.

I'm surprised how good the staff is. Happened to be passing by and noticed how new it looked. Went inside and tho small its quite clean! Order took a little long so upon my request gave me a free small chip n cheese. And even went 1 step to throw in some cinnamon twists! If all fast food places took care of their customers so well! Hope they keep it up. 😁

This was a good experience. The food was made fresh. The tacos were not thrown together. They were generous with the taco sauce. This location is outdoor seating only, but was clean. They were tentative to cleaning the outdoor area as some customers would not bother to even throw their own trash away for the next patron. Not a common fast food eater, but would return here.

Give these employees a raise and two weeks paid vacation. I went twice, late at night, while traveling and all the employees were friendly and had a great attitude. It was a pleasant experience each time. Also, the food came out hot. I can’t ever remember a time my food from Taco Bell was hot. Whatever this place is doing, they are doing it right. I don’t live anywhere near here but it’s my favorite Taco Bell!

Great choice for a fast food restaurant as the food is pretty good and of course doesn't take much time, although the workers do tend to get my orders wrong somewhat often and sometimes even have a little bit of an attitude.

I love their quesadillas! The chicken is the best. If you're like me and don't care for spicy make sure to tell them no sauce. The creamy jalapeno sauce is awful.

Everything was great but what is up with the cinnamon twists lately? It is as if they have been sprinkled with tiny rocks that is made to look like cinnamon/sugar and is startling when you attempt to consume. I'm guessing it is because they are repeated or kept warm, I wonder if anyone else notices this. I have had this experience at multiple locations, not just one.

I'm pretty sure Taco Bell is great in general. I haven't ate there often. However, I'm rating Taco Bell four stars because when I went to try their Doritos Locos Tacos, they did not taste like Doritos at all. The tacos themselves are great though. If you're gonna order hard shell tacos, just order their original hard shell tacos. There is no difference in flavor

The only Taco Bell in the Tarzana/Encino area. They’re open pretty late. The drive-through is accessible via Ventura Boulevard or the Small Perpendicular St., Otis Avenue.

The time from when I got into the drive-thru line until I got my food was about 40 minutes. Not sure why it took so long and not sure why I allowed myself to wait that long.

Walked in to grab a bite restaurant was full, there was an employee (elderly Hispanic woman) on her break talking on her cell phone on speaker very loud people were looking at her to try and let her understand to get off of the speaker.....I even told the guy who took my order to ask her to get of the phone all she said if it bothers you eat in the car.......GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

"Mexican food Inspired Fast Food" I have a love hate relationship with Taco Bell. Growing up in Los Angeles it just doesnt feel right.... but after a rough night when you just want a quick cheap meal, a little greasy, a little cheesey, it hits the spot. I like the Nachos Bell Grande. Yummy lol. Yes the service is pretty much always bottom barrel but Im sure that if Taco Bell paid the workers double what they are paid now then you would get top knotch service

It's a good spot to go for a quick bite. The food is good (for junk food) and they have a nice selection of food and they're constantly adding new items to their menu. It's my favorite fast food spot.

OMG, HAVE THEIR PRICES GONE UP!!! Expected(for what I ordered) around $11-12.00 and ended up with a $21.00 bill! Don't know what happened but considering the wait time(always jammed), minimal parking and ultra slow drive-thru needless to say not a happy camper! Realizing the employees are not responsible for pricing their attitudes vary from really friendly to pretty much throwing your food at you and taking into account the above mentioned issues, Del Taco is probably the better choice (at least regarding this particular location). I gave them 3 stars because the food tastes like Taco Bell should and they are always generous with the hot sauce. That is all.

First time having their breakfast tacos. WOW, are they disappointing! Even with their (not very large) flour tortillas, there is so little scrambled egg, cheese, meat or potatoes. Just ridiculous for the nearly $3.00 with tax. SKIP BREAKFAST and wait for lunch. They are worthless.

An employee returned to work after pretty obviously throwing up in the bathroom which was kind of gross. They made a mean crunchwrap so I can't be that mad but also go home dawg get some rest

This place was awful. I asked for two taco supremes and all I got was 90% everything else. I took them back and they just gave me two more of the same. I even got a little indigestion afterwards, which I don't always, to be fair.

This is a poor quality taco bell location. Everytime I have visited they have been out of stock of the Mexican Pizza which is literally the only thing I came for. I wouldn't recommend going to this taco bell because they will likely mess up your order too.

The morning crew is always really nice and sadly know my regular order haha but they are all nice and friendly. The few times I go in the evening however there is always like a 20min wait for dinner rush and it seems the cars do not move for literally 5 min. But all were still friendly. Nvr order a Crunchwrap here though. The team always makes them really small whether you get black beans or original. Quite ridiculous considering they are $5 each and there’s mostly tortilla and lettuce every time. 3 stars Update new visit: The manager is always so rude. Since I go often there are occassions where there is a mess up. No biggie but every time I’ve talked to the manager he is unfriendly. I believe his name is Michael. I called after ordering a breakfast wrap that had a cold hashbrown. Wanted to let them know their hashbrown machine is off. He implied that I was lying about the hashbrown not being cooked properly bc they check the temperature every time. Clearly not the case since mine wasn’t cooked right. It was room temperature and slightly cold in places. He was so mean on the phone and said he would happily make me another hash brown. Not even a new breakfast wrap! I’ve never been treated so rude before over something so small. Needless to say I didn’t go back for a replacement and definitely didn’t finish it. Every time I go this place is so stingy w everything. The hashbrown issue was a clear example of not wanting to replace the product but only the hashbrown inside. The only good thing about going here is getting their $1 drinks during happy hour. Changing to 2 stars.

IF YOU ARE USING MOBILE ORDERING, BE ADVISED: 1) The person who placed the order needs to pick it up with photo ID and the card used to place the order. Why am I telling you this? Because they won't tell you this until you after the fact. I placed a mobile order on 9/5/16 (about $13 total) and my husband went to pick it up. We've done this several times before without issue. The email confirmation does not stipulate that the person who placed the order, or their ID/card must be present. As soon as you place the order, your card is charged. When my husband got to the drive through to pick up the order, they wouldn't give him the food and said that I would have to come pick it up myself (how's THAT for convenient?). After a lot of back and forth, he finally said that he would just order the same thing and pay with his card. The woman in the drive through said if he was paying with his card, she needed to see his ID because "how do I know you're not a liar?" He left without any food and I have been working on getting my money back ever since. I immediately tried calling the store and they didn't answer. I then called their corporate number and they said they'd put in the refund request and that the regional manager would call me back within 3 business days. I didn't hear anything or see any charges reversed, so I started reaching out to Taco Bell customer service through Facebook. They were nice, but again, nothing happened. After 8 business days and me complaining more, they finally asked for a screenshot of my email confirmation so they could request the refund. I followed up the next day and they said the refund request has been submitted but refunds take 7-10 business days to process. Mind you, this is 8 biz days after I made my initial call to corporate! At that point, I was beyond irritated, so I started becoming "that" person and tweeting complaints at them relentlessly on Twitter. Lo and behold, the regional manager finally called and explained the local franchise has made the $10 card charge/ID requirement. Initially she said they don't normally process refunds, and that people deal with issues like this by contesting the charge with the bank. REALLY????! Then she offered for me to go to the store and get a refund in person. SO YOU WANT ME TO DRIVE BACK TO THE STORE TO GET MY MONEY?? Then she said she'd make an exception and send me a money order. It was such a frustrating conversation. My whole point is that mobile ordering is supposed to be convenient, but they've made it a complete pain. And treated my husband suspiciously. And made it SO DIFFICULT to get my money back. Long story short, this franchise is terrible and I will never return. #notacosforyou #chipotlealltheway

The absolute worst Taco Bell there is. Stay away from here at all costs. The service is painfully slow, the food is really poorly made, and be careful because you might find mold in the food that you do finally get.

Very bad got a quesarito with chicken it only had rice sour cream and chipotle also a quasalupa it had nearly anything in it . As I pull up to the window they had my Chalupa ready for me which was a red flag. I drove back to my workplace and opened it to find a stale Chalupa shell that was literally inedible. Sunday October 9, 2022 around 4:20 am. I arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up 2 deliveries. I received one order just before I showed the second order's information to the attendant (heavyset dark-haired male) who tried to take my phone from me. (Every delivery's info show's up on THEIR TABLET.) I pulled my phone away and said "You are not touching my phone!" He claimed he could not make the order without my phone. Safe bet that Taco Bell looks down on attempts at theft by crew members. That person should be freed up to find a new venue of employment elsewhere.

Ordered advertised luxe cravings box ad was $7.00. Charged 10.99. 60percent over is outrageous. Won't ever go back. I don't like cons!!!

I try to avoid fast food but when I have a short lunch it's an easy and cheap option. This location has forgotten the cheese for my nachos over 4 times now. Very, very uncomfortable with the way I was served on 2/26 around 9:30pm. First off, the man who took my order told me there was no chips and nacho cheese but then took the order for a crunch wrap supreme for my friend.... But what happened when I paid was the really weird part. I will also be reporting this to my bank as well as Taco Bell. The man took my debit card and swiped as normal. He then handed me a receipt with a pen and asked me to sign the bottom line (I have never been asked to sign, especially on a debit card) The receipt said "customer copy" and did not have a clear "line to sign" only the normal line printed. I did a fake signature and then my card was returned to me after a few seconds. To top it off, I never even received a receipt... Not only was the service terrible but whatever he did with my card and signature is very fishy and I don't find it professional or comfortable.

They would not take my order at the counter, I was told I had to use the kiosk. Nothing but problems with kiosks and they don’t save time. Well, not MY time anyway. Goodbye Taco Bell. There are plenty of other places to spend my money.

They gave me a fake $10 bill as my change, cussed me out when I came in with my receipt to confront the issue, management didn't speak a word of English, and when I called corporate they never called me back as promised. I use to frequent taco bell as much as 3 times a week. Haven't been back to any location. Today they didn't pack my hot sauce. That really ruins an order.

My friends and I are very environmentally conscious and decided to ride our bikes to taco bell around 10pm thinking it would be ok. Once we get there, they say the front door is closed but the drive through is open. We go through the drive through and they say they don’t accept people on bikes, they only allow cars to order. The 3 of us rode 20 minutes on our bikes to NOT WASTE GAS over our craving. I guess being eco friendly doesn’t pay itself off because we just wanted to pick up our food and enjoy it but i guess you can’t do that if you’re riding a bike lol

My order was the abosolute simplest. It comprised of (3) Taco Supremes and a Steak Burito Supreme. My 6yr old Grandson could manage this. First of all, with a closing time of 3:00am, I wouldn't expect mopping the floor of an empty fast food restaurant would be the priority at the dinner hour. With a busy drive thru, you wouldn't think there would be time for horse play either. After working a long busy day, my wife an I thought the neighborhood Taco Bell would be an easy in and out with no hassle. Not so! The simplest order turned into me having leave my wife eating alone because a group of youngsters, clearly with no work ethic, no pride in their work, a disregard for other people's time, a careless approach towards quality assurance, no respect for the Taco Bell Brand, and a lack of concern and respect for the Owner of the restaurant, decided to grace us with their version of quality service. To totally disregard a customers order to the extent of not caring to confirm that one out of only (4) simply items, the Steak Burito, was ordered with Steak, and not ground beef, was asinine. In today's economic environment, where four simple items from Taco Bell ring out at nearly $20.00, oblivious young people, with a mindless perspective towards serving customers in the food industry, should be home playing video games with their youngest siblings. This location needs a personnel do over with young grownups who show up to work, and not play.

I ordered my lunch in-store today at 2:30 PM from the Taco Bell app and chose the 'as soon as possible' option for drive-thru. After 30 minutes, I arrived, but the manager, Elvin, refused to hand me my food because I was on a scooter. His excuse was that it's not safe, but there wasn't a car in the drive-thru. You did not do your job on time and my order wasn't ready after 30 minutes. That's why . f the food was ready so I could pick it up and go in 2 seconds. So the problem was you did not do your job on time . I canceled the order and reordered, but I had to wait again. What is the point of the Taco Bell app? I wasted an hour of my time; the food wasn't good, it was unclean, and trashawful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! 👎👎👎👎👎

I understand that food is prepared with portions but this location portions in tacos and burritos are ridiculously small. You taste mostly flour tortillas or everything else except for meat. Not worth the higher paying because they don't honer most good deals. Probably single owner.

Very rude and not understanding staff. It was my first time to pickup from this location and parked my car ok the street. Drive-thru line was long and I had 2 orders. They could easily let delivery people inside to pickup the food, its standing ready! and they do nothing, they make you go around drive-thru for no reason. let me me in easily. These 2 ignorant employees let me and my coworker stand at the front window for 10 minutes only to tell us through the glass window that it’s drive through only. I told the lady that my vehicle was too tall for the drive though and she responded “ Oh well, I’m not going to help you!” Horrible customer service, these 2 employees should be reprimanded for their actions! This is the last straw with Taco Bell and there lack of customer service!!!!
