Food here was very good and hot. I had a very juicy double and a large chili with cheese. Service was very quick and friendly. Restaurant and parking lot were clean. The french fries were very hot and crisp. Really enjoy this meal.
First time I have the breakfast, Two thumbs up 👍 👍, the service 👍 👍, I did a drive thru pick up, so I didn't get a feel for the atmosphere, but they all seem joyful for 7am. Thank you!!!
I love Wendy's but I'm really tried of going to my favorite places to eat fast food and says they take EBT food but when I take my family there they always say ohh it's broke or were not taking them at this time and then I have to use cash when I have a 6 week old and have to buy diapers and wipes and formula. And can't really afford too and that sucks!!!!!!
Alright the drive through line was long the wait was not too long. Good food done to order and friendly service. What more could you ask for. Good job Wendy's staff!!
Came 10 minutes before closing asiago chicken spicy served fresh hot and with a extra kick just like I it. Very good especially sin cr came almost at 1am got to give them the 5 stars!

This was actually just a quick trip through the drive-thru to get a couple of Frostys. Something about being able to get this cold dessert handed to you out a window to your car ... and not hear that "the ice cream machine is out again" has a satisfying conclusion.
As unfortunately l never eat inside the restaurant and picked up in Drive thru, l can't make any comments about the Atmosphere. But in Drive thru there is a gentleman very sympathetic and professional.
Food is reliably fresh and well made, the employees are kind and caring, and it's just overall a good experience any time I go.
Fries were fresh. Chicken BLT was good. Overall good experience, although I guess the tables could have been cleaner. I was walking back home (a 40 minute walk) and stopped by for a quick meal. Met all expectations. Would visit again.
My family eats a lot of Wendy's and we've been to many of them across the United States. For some reason we all agreed that our meal this afternoon was the best Wendy's we had ever had. The fries were hot and fresh, the burgers were perfectly cooked and juicy, the buns were fresh, the cokes were perfect (not over watered or under carbonated) The chicken nuggets were perfectly fried and I don't know what else you can ask for from a Wendy's! Well done folks.

My son and I stopped for a late night dinner, we got the drive thru and then sat in the parking lot across from the Wendy's and ate while we chatted about everything and nothing at once. I love nights like these!!! The strawberry Frosty is killing it, fyi
I was running on a busy schedule and I just had a break to get food and when I placed my order I was helped by Alan Flores in the drive thru and he got my order right and great attitude I felt like if I was treated like family

Absolutely amazing service, I fully understand, since we order a great amount of chicken nuggets we got parked, but even when asking you to parked, they are both clear and completely polite, as well as the person coming out to deliver your food, Absolutely best service yet, thank you.
This place gets 4 stars overall, the atmosphere is good. The parking is terrible and that is the only reason why they only get 4 stars. Otherwise I go here once a week which is sad. I could save so much money if I didn't eat out at fast food places. But as fast food places go wendy's is a great place to get your food.
I always dine at this Wendys when I leave the Plasma Center down the street. Never disappoints. Now, if you're using tap to pay, be sure to leave your device on the tap for about 30 seconds, if not, it won't take your payment.

I love this Wendy’s location, I would drive the extra mile for them any day. The restaurant is clean, the staff are helpful. I think the managers name is “Silverado” he’s really sweet and kind…they have a very helpful team, they are doing a great job at this location
stopped by Wendy’s today and had a great experience thanks to Bryan. He was super friendly, fast, and made sure my order was exactly right. It’s rare to see someone care that much about customer service. Bryan definitely made my day
I had such a great experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a relaxed dinner. I ordered the pan-seared salmon, and it was cooked to perfection — tender, flaky, and bursting with flavor. The sides complemented the dish perfectly, and the staff was attentive without being intrusive. I’ll definitely be back soon.
The food is acceptable, a quick bite morning going outdoor, when you don’t have time in the morning to make it yourself at home
We stopped by to get our son a snack. We decided to get some Frosty's and my wife decided to get some food as well. The service was quick, which was good. The Frosty's were nice and cold as it was a hot day. The issue came about when my wife and son opened their bags. The young lady at the counter offered napkins but forgot to include ketchup. This ruined the meal for my wife. My son scarfed his food down and saved his fries until we dropped him at his friends. My wife, however, was unable to finish her meal as the burger was dry and she did not have ketchup for her fries.
The baked potato with toppings is a great option and I wish they had more selections to choose from. Not a great area so the atmosphere was a bit edgy.
Service was fast and friendly, the pretzel pub burger was delicious. The person who took my order was visibly anxious but I'll chock that up to being a new hire still gave very FAST service and was very friendly
The fries and burgers were a little greasy but is not a big deal, I got the food to go and ate on the parking lot because it was a little late at night. I liked the drive thru service, the guy that took my order was very cool I think he was like a manager or something I forgot to ask his name but I felt he liked what he was doing 👍
Wendys is always the fast food place you forget about when thinking of grabbing something quick. This is one of the better and more localized spots I know of. I pass by it regularly, and stop in not as frequently as I should. Never disappointed with this location, always fresh and fast.
Wendy's isn't as good as it used to be for a fast food restaurant. The sandwiches are just not as good but it's a step above. Burger King
Food shrinkage with prices going up and the sizes going down is the norm at restaurants and grocery stores. It shouks be one or the orher. Not both. I should not have to worry about chemicals and preservatives in my food. Beef Tallow has been PROVEN to be healthy, does not cause artery clogs like the FDA has criminally lied about. ALL VEGETABLE OILS & Insanely some use Cotton seed oil is not digestible and DOES cause arterial distress. Just ask am honest Holistic doctor or Doctor of Chiropractor. 😉💯
This location always serves the goods. I have never had a meal from here that was not fresh. I wish for more variety from their menu but am content with what they already serve. I don't see how people would rather other burger places with long wait times when you can get a better burger here. You also can't slack on their chicken sandwiches, which are also fresh and amazing. Whenever I'm in a rush, and short on time but hungry, I come here.

I have never seen this place busy inside but it's probably just me. Remember to ask for napkins and such because I always forget and it's not done automatically (which is weird cause there isn't anything out to grab. Obviously they don't hand stuff out cause it stretches the napkin and straw supply longer. ) My score is mostly based on getting old nuggets about 70% of the time and the last spicy chicken sandwich was OLD and had honey mustard.

Friday November 21, 2025 evening We were there for just half an hour for dinner that evening. The food was quickly prepared and there were only 6 people eating and spending time in the restaurant during the time we were there. I ordered a cheeseburger and 4 chicken nuggets with ketchup. It was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful when I asked for some napkins.
Clean and inviting space! It's perfectly positioned at the corner of Shirmen Way and Tampa, offering you a spacious 190° view of both streets. During lunchtime, the traffic was pleasantly light and stayed that way, making it a peaceful spot to enjoy.
Stopped in for a frosty and got one of the new ones, caramel crunch. Of course, it looked nothing like the advertisement. The cashier was harried in trying to juggle the drive-thru orders as well as counter orders. Drink machine with a 100+ flavors wasn't working. Not a great experience.
I went in for the $1 any size fries and ended up getting a full meal. I ordered a large, because, come on, it's $1 any size. But I received a medium amount of fries in a large fry container. Also the guy taking my order was reciting rap lyrics as he was finishing taking my order, which was a little strange.
I have always enjoyed Wendy’s food and service though not specifically this location. However the three stars are specific to the Reseda location this time. I came over here as Google search of the dining room hours leads the average customer to think this location is open til midnight when in fact the dining room closes at 9 pm like all the rest.
Only one employee who seemed to want to do his job. The front cashier Brian, friendly, obviously hard working since even though there was an employee who was working the fry station, Brian had to get my French fries.bruan was polite and apologetic as he personally took orders and filled them as quickly as possible. The employee at the fry station and 2 other employees where to busy chatting rather then helping customers. Brian needs a raise for keeping a good attitude in that environment.
I don't do fast food very often So the few times I do I expect excellent service in my order to be correct. When I got to the window I had forgotten something and I was trying to get the attention of the window person who continually ignored me then when I explained what I wanted and asked a few questions he pretty much blew me off so of course my order was wrong after telling me he heard me. I wish workers the think they know-it-all would step back and listen for just a minute.
I order a large fry by itself and never got it. Also the girl who was taking my order was also taking drive thru orders, so I wasn't greeted or thanked and half the time someone was in her ear. This store needs help, it's not staffed properly.
This place needs to work on customer service and needs a new drive thru system because i asked people 6 times for a 4pc spicy nuggets and they still gave me the wrong item and didn’t even give me a receipt so i had to go back and actually buy the 4pc spicy nuggets because they didn’t believe me and i live an hour away and they always give me the wrong item i mean you expect them to give you the right thing you order but they don’t
Food wasn't that great. Ordered the chili, very watery and too many kidney beans and no meat. The people that work there are lackluster, no personality, not friendly. The place is very clean and organized but the cooks need a lesson.
Food is good, just upset about them never giving me enough napkins or any ketchup, I mean they literally gave me 1 napkin per meal. They know very well how greasy their food is n they want to give me 1 napkin per meal.. plus they be super slow with the drive-thru.
They need to hire people that are able to communicate with the customers because I ordered a 4 for 4$ but I didn't get everything I asked for like Mayonnaise or ketchup. And I was given the wrong size drink. I like Wendy's but this is not very good customer service.
Our go to location in the past. Today was disappointing, otdered Bacon ator combo, normally you can see bacon when you unwrap the burger. Today, had to deconstruct the sandwich to find the equivalent of 1 slice of bacon cut into 4 pcs, not even the width if the bun Burger patties very dry, no mayo found, a dab of ketchup. Fries were not even what you could call luke warm, just cold. 2nd combo tasted ok, presentation was lacking on loaded nacho burger, tortilla strips were small, barely visable, soggy. .Not sure if it is a store level or corporate level change, but definitely not a good change.
I didn’t order a combo, I just wanted a sandwich. The employee charged me for a combo, but then just didn’t give me a receipt. I didn’t notice the upcharge until the next day. The crew working the register that day is probably pocketing the money. Don’t assume your receipt is in the bag!
Friendly staff. But that's it. Oh and the food is standard. But this particular location is notorious for "drive-thru drama". What does that mean? Many times I have driven by and noticed the drive-thru has 9+ cars. And twice I thought, it cant be moving too slowly. But when you're trapped in a drive-thru where you cant get out of line and you still havent ordered...its a problem.
The manager last night cleared her online order screen and the drive thru line ALL before talking to ANYONE waiting in the lobby for over 15 minuites! I understand thee is a promo going on and youre swamped but ignoring people wait that long to apease another set of customers is absurd!
Mediocre experience food never seems to be fresh. They care more about their order times then actually serving good food. I'm asked to leave the drive thru and park in front pretty much every time I visit. Most times, there's not even anyone behind me. Employees are often rude and/or poor customer service.
I was so tired from a long stressfull week. I decided not to cook so I can go to bed early. There was no line in the drive through... I ordered an apple pecan salad. They asked me to pull car around front and wait. After 5 min they walk my order out to my car. I was so tired.... when I got home I open my bag..... NO pecans no salad dressing they supposed to come with my salad, and no BBQ sauce for my nuggetsand yall made me wait???? . I was too tired to go back....

Awful customer service. Gave me totally wrong order. Charged us $10 extra. Gives no receipts. No customer recovery attempts. Bad sanitation practices. Had to come all the way back to resolve order. Won't be back whatsoever. No one had a name tag on. Host Juan.
If you want milkshakes go to Jack in the Box or Del Taco. You get big sizes for a good price. At Wendy's you pay $5 for what looks like a small.
Nice people working. But this is the 3rd time at this location, in which I ordered the "Spicy Chicken Sandwich" and its NOT FULLY COOKED. I even requested that they cook it a little longer. This is NOT SAFE! Please take the extra time to get it right
Finally! No line at this location on this visit. Usually the long wait in drive-thru deters me from visiting. I was excited to see their sign "try our hot crispy fries before you drive away" (something like that), so I tried my fries and they were cold and limp. I told the guy I needed new fries and he gave me instant attitude (he was a mgr). Why ask for feedback then get mad?
Bad service I got a breakfast baconator but they made a mistake which is fine I know that nobody's perfect.I returned my sandwich h the lady threw it on the trash.They gave me the right sanwich and it looks like nothing on the picture.I had the feeling that picked up rhe sandwich from rhe trash and just add another cheese on it and tiny pieces of bacon.Yhis place is nasty restaurant.

Just went through the drive thru to order dinner for our family. Rude lady interrupted saying they “only allow two orders per car”. Thinking she meant two separate checks, we corrected her and said no, it’s just one check for a family of 4. She then repeated that it’s their policy to only allow 2 PEOPLE’s ORDERS per car. No joke. She refused to give her name or come to the drive thru window to explain. We left in disbelief. Wendy’s franchisee for this location - WHY?
I never liked Wendy's since they changed thier menu years ago. I hate the fries they have now and the burgers which is not many is mediocre at best. Wendy's use to be such a treat with the best burgers and fries around. Not good anymore
This is the worse Wendy's I've ever been to. I took them 10 minutes to take people's orders then they only took one person's order, after I waited 19 minutes I left without any food. I had 11 minutes left and I had to look for a place to eat. And no one at the cash register. This place gives Wendy's a bad reputation... Wow. And I only had 30 minutes lunch.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
First time ever going to a Wendy's and it was literally a horrible experience. they do not know the meaning of good customer service. I went through the drive thru and was greeted, placed my order and 5 minutes later arrived at the window to complete payment. I hand over my card and the cashier tells me my total is $8, I ask why is my total $8 when I ordered a regular hamburger. He starts saying I ordered a combo meal, I repeat I didn't order that I ordered ONE HAMBURGER. He continues to tell me I did not order one hamburger I ordered a combo. I'm literally just sitting there thinking what the hell? Why can't he just refund me my $8 and I'll purchase the one hamburger I asked for in the first place. While I'm sitting there at the window I hear him yelling inside telling someone in charge that he doesn't know what I'm talking about and how I ordered this combo meal. They both give me a dirty look and the person in charge comes to the window and tells me I ordered a combo meal, I'm like no I didn't?!?! Seriously beyond fed up I just said forget this refund me my money so I can get out of here. If a customer says they didn't order something don't keep telling them they did 😑 that's insane, clearly your wrong. The guy could have simply been like " My mistake I charged you for a combo, I can refund you the amount and then charge you for the item you wanted. Sorry for the confusion." But instead these people literally sat there acting like I was crazy and didn't know what I had ordered. I definitely will not be returning to Wendy's in the future.
So I just got home and I just noticed that they forgot my 10 piece chicken nuggets. They did over pack my bag with sauce. I order 2 baked potatoes, queso fries and a cookie. Where’s my nuggets? I called 3 times to speak with someone, but they keep hanging up. Why? I hope to get their attention this way.
I hate when I get my food really cold
I hate this drive thru so much. The guy that takes your order acts like a Carnie and sings your order back and has to repeat it at least 3 times because he doesn't pay attention to your order when you say it. After a long day it's unbelievably frustrating to listen to this grown man play games with your order. The Wendy's closest to my house closes down. I avoid going to this place as much as possible.
the staff has been working for a very long time. not enough staff. queue. the cashier takes orders and immediately collects food! it's outrageous to take food with your hands after dirty money. the work of the staff is unhurried, the line in the hall does not bother them in any way
My 1st and my last time here. I started at drive thru and after a minute or 2, the line wasn't moving so I went inside. I was like the 3rd person in line and it took almost 15m to finally order. It look like full staff, only 1 register, and they couldn't put someone there permanently to take orders. Instead they were all working on drive thru and inside orders that were already taken inside. It was pathetic to say the least, never again.
Run by incompetent owners, they mess up food orders raise their prices(Where's the money going cuz it ain't going to your employees!!! it ain't going to the food it ain't going to the cleanliness of your restaurant), to a level that cheap food should not be at,$15 for a large meal (#1 double large w/ coke)is absurd for fast food, they don't answer their phone they hang up on you, when you called a complain they don't do anything to solve the issue, Don't ever come here horrible service I hope this one gets turned into a Starbucks like the other one did!!!!!
When to treat my kids for a frosty and the drive through Eva afternoon shift was very rude and short with every customer it turn into an unpleasant time for my family and I I know they can do better

MY FACE WAS BURNT AGAIN BURNT WITH THEIR SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH, DIDNT ASK FOR THE SANDWICH TO BE MARINATED IN OIL BUT AS I BIT INTO IT OIL SPLASHED MY FACE AND BEGAN TO BLISTER ALMOST IMMEDIATELY!!!! WHEN TALKING TO A MANAGER I WAS TOLD THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AS “ITS OUT OF THEIR HANDS”!?! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN !!!!!!
The reason I’m giving this location 1 star is because of how slow it is. I’ve been there only once and it’s obvious their mobile app pickup process needs to be refined. It took me almost 30 MINUTES to pick up a bag of food. The kid behind the counter looked lost, kept staring up at the screen like it was projecting Chinese characters, removing items and putting them back in left and right. For all I know it was glitching out on him. I keep hearing how the world is progressing but this Wendy’s location is proof that such a notion is a marketing scam perpetuated by bad faith actors. There weren’t even that many cars going through the drive thru.

I have been coming to this Wendy's for years because you have one of the nicest guys working your drive thru and he's the best always in a great mood no matter what and he puts me in a better mood everyday I come. However, unfortunately he was not working today and I had to deal with Jennifer on the ticket who asked me to pull forward and a younger gentleman with curly hair who got angry about me not wanting to wait in your Parking lot for my order because it was going to take time. He refused them both and then he got mad about it so I told him I would wait but it would be the LAST TIME I COME HERE,. His response was "good! I don't care!" And there is the problem. I have waited long times in this drive thru before and never been asked to wait. Your company tracks the speed of each order by the window being cleared so by driving away, the clock resets and you look like they handled my order in a good time. I wanted 14 minutes in my car in your parking lot and your team wasn't even busy, the inside was not busy either, no excuse. What they are doing is manipulating the data so they look fast, if this Wendy's is too overwhelmed by 2 cars I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am thoroughly disappointed and won't be returning to this restaurant.
This morning around 7:45 am, I went to drive thru to order combo number 1. There were only 2 ladies, one was getting the order one was cleaning the drive thru ground. She was fast in preparing the order but I noticed that it was cold. She's giving me something that was already cold. That's not cool. I will not order food here anymore. You promised freshly cooked food but this is what I got.
This location is the absolute worst! You know it's bad when the manager is part of the problem. The food was cold and had more mayo and ketchup on it than anything else, including the meat! The fries were soggy and stale tasting. The manager was upfront at the drive thru window laughing and socializing with the workers. Nothing was checked and just handed from hand to hand until it got out the window. When I asked if that was everything, I was told YES and the window closed on my face. I will never go back here again!
The lady handed me my bag and it wasn’t fresh so I asked to get fresh. She gave me an attitude and told me to park and wait. Mind you there’s no customers. The fries were fresh but when I went to work to eat my sandwich it was cold and old. What is happening with service. Horrible that was gonna be my meal all day till dinner. I'm sitting here waiting on my mobile order. It's not even up on the screen anymore. Looks like all the people behind the counter are just taking a break. Right now. All the ladies are chit chatting while I'm sitting here staring at them waiting for them to ask me why I'm just sitting here not ordering anything. What's the point of ordering on the app if everyone who's been coming in and ordering has gotten priority over me? They glance over every few minutes and i can only imagine curious as to what I'm doing in here. No other fast food place has this many employees and yet this is the longest I've sat in, waiting for an order. Sometimes I'm reminded as to why these jobs pay minimum wage. Good job Wendy's.

Absolutely horrible experience The guy at the drive-through couldn’t even speak English I never even got my sandwich but they literally charged me for it. I ordered for me and my two friends and they were able to get everything else in the order right but they completely could not get me my burger and I’m really upset. That was the only thing that I had to eat everyone else got like burgers and fries and other things but I just wanted my one burger. I am never letting this go.
Im sorry to say I won't be going back to Wendy's ever, I ordered a breakfast biscuit and sausage w/egg and one without egg, both my roommate and I didn't care for it at all. Hopefully the staff was just having a off day and the food will be better.
I visit this location essentially every other week and it's great but today while on my way in to pickup my mobile order, the doors were locked. It was pouring out and my partner and I are just stuck out there for a whole minute until an employee was on their way out and opened the door for us. I thought it was an accident that they locked the door until I heard a customer ask an employee and he told them that it was locked on purpose. That honestly infuriated me to hear because us and like 4 other customers after us were just standing out in the rain until someone opened the door. Mind you it was like 2 PM, nowhere near the opening or closing times of the store. The food also didn't taste as good today and honestly just felt like it was rushed and thrown together. Just a really bad visit this time.

My fries were burned and hard and the burger bun was hard on top. I mean don’t these people working there pay any attention to the food quality?
3rd Review: Fri 2.28.28 - Why do I even keep going here. Asked for "extra" and got "only" pickles, onions, tomatoes, and mayo. How hard is it to make a freakin' hambrger!!! Dang!!!! $20 waste 2nd Review: Thurs 10.17.24 - Manager answers and hangs up as soon as I ask "are you out of tomatoes 🍅 " after receiving two meals without tomatoes 🍅. Do better. I want a refund!!!! $33 and the meal isn't made right, fries are cold and burger was cold. Cooperate number please! ??? 1st Review: How was Wendy's? Not good. A long wait for bad service and an overpriced incorrect order. Where is Wendy? She would be terribly disappointed 😞
