A revelation in every sense. It's located within the complex of Staffarda Abbey, one of the most fascinating medieval monasteries in Piedmont. It's a feast for the eyes and the palate. The setting is steeped in history and tradition, and the atmosphere is warm and evocative. Today I celebrated my mother's birthday here with some friends: the food was excellent and the products were of the highest quality. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to every need. What can I say? We'll definitely be back!

I'd like to give this restaurant 6 stars. It was created from spaces adjacent to Staffarda Abbey, so it offers both history and modern services and tasteful furnishings. A special mention goes to the ladies serving tables, who were incredibly kind (even to our dog). For lunch today, we opted for the 4-course tasting menu, featuring traditional dishes revisited with skill and innovation. The price was more than fair. We were truly satisfied. Restaurant in a charming historical setting. The restaurant's ceilings are vaulted, and the thick walls are original. The menu is fixed for everyone: after the appetizers, you can choose between three first courses and two second courses. Finally, dessert is the same for everyone. The breadsticks, focaccia, and tartlet among the appetizers deserve a medal. Cloth tablecloth and napkins. Plenty of free parking.

A surprising discovery! Delicious dishes, excellent ingredients, exceptional service. My wife is celiac, and they managed to provide excellent alternatives for all the dishes. All the waiters were exceptionally kind and professional. One of the things that surprised us were the appetizers and the orange and basil sorbet. A truly memorable experience at an absolutely fair price.

After reading several positive reviews about the restaurant, my partner and I decided to have lunch here on Saturday and were very satisfied. Delicious dishes that showcase the traditions of our valleys with reinterpretations and unusual, yet certainly successful, combinations. They offered us a rich and flavorful tasting menu. The portions were generous, and by the end of the meal, you'll feel full and satisfied. The entire staff was kind and friendly. The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature and with ample outdoor space. Excellent experience, we'll definitely be back. Recommended!

Truly evocative place. Restaurant located in the middle of nature, in the countryside. exteriors and interiors with attention to the smallest details, top cleanliness, impeccable toilet, the food exceeded my expectations: delicate, tasty and light dishes, despite the ingredients perhaps appearing "heavy to digest". Wife and I celebrated our 15th anniversary there. Anna and Alberto were wonderful and helped me spring this on my wife as a surprise. If you visit the area or need a place for an event like wedding etc., I highly recommend their establishment. They stay busy so call ahead!

My wife and I went for lunch on Sunday with two friends who already knew the restaurant. The restaurant is located next to the Cistercian Abbey of Staffarda, an enchanting place. As soon as we entered, the chef-owner greeted us and escorted us to our table. I should point out that the restaurant was very popular due to some birthday parties. Once we were seated, they asked if we wanted water and left us an extensive list of regional and non-regional wines. They also beautifully presented the fixed tasting menu with a choice of three first courses and three second courses. What can I say? From here on, it was only a joy for the palate. I must emphasize the attentive and impeccable service. Thanks to my friends who introduced us to the Sigillo. Congratulations to the entire team.

We went to this place for lunch on August 15th. The restaurant is located in Staffarda, near the abbey, one of the largest medieval monuments in Piedmont. We were greeted outside with a welcome buffet appetizer, which included the classic cold cuts, cheeses, and focaccia, as well as the chef's special shrimp, as pictured. Afterward, they seated us inside and served both white and red wine. The menu included: Appetizers - Chicken salad, oranges, and almonds - Veal carpaccio, lime and mint testun - Eggplant wafer, cherry tomato sauce, and balsamic caramel Afterwards - Carnaroli risotto with guinea fowl breast, Tropea onions, and saffron - Pork fillet in a Langhe hazelnut crust - Side dish of fried sweet potatoes and semolina - Dessert tasting At the end of the meal, we returned outside to enjoy coffee and gelato. In addition to the truly beautiful and evocative location, the waiters were attentive and courteous. The food, besides being beautifully presented, was very good. It's definitely a great place to organize events like a birthday or a more romantic dinner.

Very friendly service. Great pasta dishes. The portions are huge so we didn't make it to a second course. We purchased the home made focaccia and tomato sauce to take home because the food was so good!

Locale incantevole incorniciato in un contesto storico. Il servizio è impeccabile e le portate ben cucinate e presentate. Se avete la possibilità di cenare nella parte dell'abbazia resterete a bocca aperta. Unica nota: il vino d'annata va fatto decantare il tempo necessario prima di essere servito al tavolo.

Il locale si presenta pulito, accogliente e luminoso. L'offerta proposta e qualitativamente di livello, forse scarna nella selezione, ma assolutamente curata nella realizzazione dei piatti proposti. Il menù si caratterizza per una marcata attenzione del territorio in quanto tutti i piatti proposti, così come i vini, sono riconducibili alla tradizione piemontese ed alla specifica cornice saluzzese nella quale il locale trova la sua ubicazione. Il personale è cortese e puntuale, con modi professionali ed attenti. Il prezzo è assolutamente proporzionato all'offerta proposta.

I can't give it five stars because of the lack of fresh air in the dining rooms. A solution really needs to be found. Otherwise, everything is fine, from the location to the menu, even though the price isn't listed (I think it's mandatory).
