Juice It Up!

Everytime one of the guys makes my smoothie it comes out perfect! I'm usually pretty picking always adding protein and taking out ingredients but the guys there always help me out thank you! I'll keep coming back for these smoothies.

When I went by I had the workers Zazany and Elizabeth, they were very nice and greeted me when I walked in. They also didn’t take long with my order. Very pleased 🤗

First time here, played it safe and got a Pina-Colada it was good, I would go back.

Ordered an acai bowl with blueberries and pineapple and instead received strawberries which I cannot have. Please read the order thoroughly before making it.

I am trying all flavors and so far I have liked the ones i tried except for the big Berry combo, that one had a nasty 🤢 after taste, thankfully I fixed it with the cranberry juice that doesn't have much sugar in it, it balanced it out thankfully.

Good place and good products, but there was a new lady there, prob late 20s, hispanic, with tatts, she was kinda rude. I'm mostly writing this simply because she shouldn't accept that she more than likely made a mistake. I ordered a large acai berry bowl with bananas, cacao nibs and, coconut flakes. She handed me what's in the picture attached (that's with all the topping in it). I let her know that whenever I order this, it is always filled to the top. She feebly then explained that it depends on the toppings selected. I let her know that I get the exact same toppings all the time, at that time she said "well, I did what I was supposed to". Which didn't sit well with me, because its was a cop-out of instantly saying "I'm right and you're wrong". I looked up the pictures from juiceitup and what others have posted and they're all filled higher than mine. Not to mention, she made my bowl too liquidy by blending it too much. I wouldn't have left this review if she would have just rechecked that she did everything correctly, be open to criticism.

I paid $15 for this it's not blended I have to wait for it to melt and I have no toppings I have half of my bowl and it was literally $15

I would of gave this place 5 stars here at 7:02 and its closed. Their hours say 7 am open. Will tey it out 1 more time tomorrow morning will see what happens

Made an order last Friday! Got there a few minutes before my order would be ready and got there at 7:12am and the store was closed doors closed lights off I’ve emailed and received a response from the general manager asking if I wanted a remake or my money back why would I want to come back? When I asked for a refund it went silent no response at all, I understand it takes a couple days for my money to come back but not even a response to let me know it was issued just silence, very rude and unprofessional.

The stuff tastes great, the employees are friendly, however.. they do not put anything on the bowls. Super skimping on the toppings. Edit: Second time I arrived here AFTER opening and not a soul in the place. How do you run a business like that?
