The matcha love cake gets a solid 10/10 for its bold matcha flavor that isn’t too sweet, exactly how we like it. 💚🍵 I’ve always been a fan of their matcha drinks, and they never disappoint. Presentation is on point, and the cafe vibe is cozy and spacious, perfect for studying or just hanging out🙂‍↔️ Plus, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit! Took medium dirty boba. It was 6.50. Very tasty. Layered cream and tea was really tasty. Environment is okay with free wifi. You can seat inside or outside. There are cute key rings inside shop.

Best boba in Richardson! Super friendly and accommodating staff, good vibes, and so many delicious combinations. The boba is always the perfect texture, and I love how many toppings they offer! 10/10

They have nice variety of drinks. There is option to replace caffeine with sparkling water, and that made the drink even more tasty. Tried that option with the citrus blast and was amazed! The area is also very simple and cute. Would definitely try it another time! ❤️

Best milk-foam tea in DFW area. Their cup sizes are bigger than other drink places but the price is actually cheaper! Their sea-salt foam is amazing and so is there matcha milkfoam! I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. They personally bring you the drink to your seats :) I just wish it wasnt all the way out in Richardson 😢

If one of my friends didn't tell me about this place I probably wouldn't have found this for another couple of months. I'm so glad I'm addicted now! (Pro tip: show your UTD comet card for a 10% discount!) This might be the first place I ask for MORE than 100% sugar. Their drinks aren't overly sweet and it's clear they put their time and effort into making teas with fresh ingredients. The boba are nice and chewy, not overly sweet too. The place is a bit hidden away in the back of a (surprisingly) serine plaza. You may have to park in the back, but it's only a short walk around the building to the main door. I love the decor in this place. It's simple yet elegant, and the high ceilings with the hanging lights help create a warm and welcoming aura. Definitely check this place out if you have the chance. If you've been getting less than 100% sugar at other places, you'll definitely won't have to worry about getting less here.

Drinks and atmosphere is great. Very quite and nice place to study or just get a drink and relax. Only complaint was when I entered no greetings the two boys at the counter just look at you. As well as when I went up to the register they didnt bother to say hello or anything but they had no issue talking with each other.

Update: I’ve come back. I got my drink comped bc the first one wasn’t made properly and it was really good. I ordered a black milk tea this time. 25% sweet. Will come back to this location!!! Old review: The service was amazing . She was a great host, but the drink she made was absolutely garbage waste of six bucks. I will not be coming back to feng cha This is my second negative encounter with feng cha locations. Unfortunately I just don’t know exactly what’s wrong with the drink making process here. The sweetness was perfect level, but the milk tasted old and the Boba was not fresh. Again fantastic service.

Customer service was great, but the Dirty Boba here doesn't taste as good as the one at the Grand Prairie store? Im confused, if this is the same business.... It taste plain, even with requesting 125% sweetness. The one at the Grand Prairie tasted like it descended directly from Heaven. It's been awhile since I have had it in general. Maybe all stores just lowered the quality of ingredients. I actually wanted them to remake it because I didn't like it, but didn't want to inconvenience them at the momentà. However, it wasn't worth the high price. Then I read another review regarding "it tasting watered down." That's exactly what mine tasted like compared to the first time I had it about a 8 months ago. If this is the new standard, especially for the price, definitely won't be buying anymore from any Feng Cha location.

Cautionary tale for those who want to try the new drinks. I got the ube matcha latte and the first sip i took tasted like it had been watered down already. It only slightly tasted like ube through the watery taste and maybe like a dusting of matcha. The drink has a sort of gritty texture that makes it feel like i’m eating bits of plastic. Also it took me like 6 minutes to get my drink which was surprising because I was the only customer in there and the store was so warm I started sweating while waiting for my drink.

atmosphere 8/10 service 5/10 wait time 3-7 mins (good!) i went to feng cha’s richardson location on april 18th friday at 10pm and my only complaint was that my thai milk tea tasted watered down and bitter (even with 100% sweetness added ><). i always feel bad inconveniencing service workers with sending a drink back, but this was one of the few times i felt it was necessary (especially after paying $8 for one drink). i unfortunately was denied right away, even after asking if i could offer to pay the difference in order to exchange it for a crème brûlée dirty boba ($6.75) vs what i had ordered (thai milk tea $5.00). i wasn’t offered a refund; i wasn’t offered a remake; i was simply told that management wouldn’t allow it. as a barista at another location, remakes for unhappy, kind customers is a no brainer and has the easiest answer to a remake: yes! it should be that easy to simply ensure customer satisfaction, and i couldn’t understand why i was denied when i spent almost what i make in one hour on one drink that wasn’t at all satisfactory in taste nor sweetness. on top of that, after leaving, my sibling who i had also got a drink for said her dragonfruit refresher drink also tasted watered down and unpleasant. $14 and a tip, to be told no and remain unhappy with the quality of our drinks. to feng cha management — some unsolicited advice? do better, and be sure to create an environment where people feel they get their money’s worth (because i didn’t </3). x

I used to really like the place, but the drink quality went down a lot since the last time I’ve been there. I ordered a dirty taro drink, and the drink was just pure milk with gross taro chunks on the bottom. I asked for more taro flavor, and the taro flavor still wasn’t there.
