If I could give them less than one star, I would because honestly I bought a GrubHub order late at night and this is my pepperoni pizza with EXTRA pepperoni that I paid for!! It’s a disgrace!!

Terrible customer service and terribly topped food. This is their bacon cheesy bread, overcooked dry and just a clump of bacon in the middle. Tried being polite to the workers, thanks, have a good day, etc. Zero response back, not friendly.

Bad experience as I had placed an order online and it shows about 10 mins ready to pick up and I arrived right on time. Front guy telling me to wait another 2 mins and it took more than another 15 mins till I was told they missed/skipped my order by mistake and they have to re-manufactured it for another 15 mins or to cancel. So generally speaking, it’s bad experience to wait half an hour to pick up my pre-ordered pizza….

I ordered a pizza at 11:30am. It arrived at noon COLD! There was barely time for it to have been made and yet it was delivered 15 minutes away and cold. Impossible! It was clearly sitting probably from the night before. It was disgusting! I tried to make a complaint on-line and asked for management to contact me but all I got back was an email asking if I was satisfied with my resolution. Classic! NO! I’m not! Way to sweep it under the rug. No resolution at all. I should be getting my money back but instead I’m just left to publicly rant that this store should be shut down!

They were so chintzy on the toppings you'd think the money for those topping was coming out of their pocket. Fully 1/2 of the pizzas were just crust - no sauce and no toppings. This was a pick-up order and they double charged my credit card, also. If this is a franchise, the owner needs to listen to all of these bad reviews and fix them before they go out of business. The shame of all of this is that the pizzas that had sauce and additional toppings were decent.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I arrived, not waited. I shouted hello, a guy came up from the back. Didn't even say or acknowledge me. I then waited another 5-10 minutes without him saying anything to me. Until he picked an order, I could tell it was mine due to the wings. I had to shout, hey, and ask if that's mine. If I didn't flag him down I probably wouldnt have gotten the food. Absolutely terrible. A man with a gray hat 9:50pm.

Employees don’t wash hands and don’t wear gloves. African American guy with dreads have Long finger nails and dirt in his nails and he expect me to eat a pizza touched by him. I will be reporting this

Don't order from this location. They don't know what they are doing, and cold pizza makes that clear. I ordered a pizza, watching as it was made, then proceeded to watch it sit in the store for 45 minutes before leaving the store. Best part? It wasn't even coming to me, it was out with a driver who was stopping somewhere else first. I get sending 2 orders with a driver (I was a delivery driver for several years, so I know a little bit) but you don't make the food 30 minutes before the other order. 10/10 Will NOT order again.

Delivered the wrong order. Didn’t care and didn’t want to fix. Rude. Update: Ordered again because my son likes Papa John’s. Again delivered wrong order. Ordered extra sauce. Had no sauce. Refused to remake. Wouldn’t even let me return pizzas myself for a refund. Told me to chargeback if I didn’t like it.

The 6 piece wings were way too small, the garlic parmesan 10 piece was salty, the pepperoni had a horrible taste. The pizzas had barely any sauce and the sausages were salty. I got there in about 7 minutes and it was already done. You can tell that even though I ordered uncommon toppings for the pizzas everything was old. How is this location open?

I ordered delivery from this location only to find out my delivery was cancelled almost an hour after I placed it. The order worth $50 (with tip) has not showed as canceled on my account. Therefore I will most likely have to contact my credit card company to deal with this problem. I did call the location, and they told me my order was outside their delivery zone after taking my order and making it. Also, was told the driver called me which was incorrect as I have recent call list showing that no call was made to the number I correctly gave on the order, which I verified with the manager. However, there was one single positive to this experience the manager of the location did actually send me the voided receipt for the transaction that will make ensuring that none of my money was spent on this experience. Adrian was a great help, however this was a terrible experience and I am not going to order from here again.

Do not order delivery. They use door dash for delivery. He was 1 minute away and then didn't arrive until 15 minutes later. I called the store to cancel but they don't pick up the phone. And then the Dasher doesn't even have the decency to give me my cold pizza as specified in the order so I can tell Omar about himself. Trash location. Order from another place.
