Worst experience ever. Whoever takes the food orders clearly can’t hear properly. I drove 46 minutes to pick up food, only to come home completely disappointed. The roast duck never even order that definitely not worth the trip. Never again

I was there with my friends for lunch at 1100 am we order I ask girl mix drink she said no upstair is not open I told her other girl always make me drink she no and had attitude I let it go order food and beer she refuse to come to table to see if we need anything else I had to get up from my chair to get her she was not busy she serve with attitude and rude I had to go up get my bill It was 79 dollars I gave 80 waited for change I thought the server didn't deserve tip omg pissed her off she cursed me out then two customer came in and she told she serve I don't want tip her she try to insult me I told her off and I say I never order food there or ever support this bad service imagine is she does this to me who else does she do it to I ask for a manager she said she worked there 8 years I can't get her in trouble

I purchased two meals for delivery and while they got one order correct, the second one was wrong. I decided it was alright except upon further inspection, the meal contained pork. When I called, the server accepted she made a mistake and would let the manager know and call me back. I never received that call, when I tried to reach out on numerous occasions for a manager I was always told he wasn’t in. I don’t expect great customer service but at least have some decency to correct your mistake.

The food is good but it's not the first time this person serve me and she is as always disrespectfull when you tell her what you want on youre doubles she gets upset it's the woman with all the gold always grumpy I won't advice anyone to go there when she is around this happen today 24/April/2025 owner plz take note

My wife and I were looking forward to dining at your restaurant. Upon entering, I greeted the lady at the bar and requested a table for two. With only two couple in the restaurant, I was simply looking around to find a suitable table for us, as I didn't want to occupy a larger table meant for families. Suddenly, the lady started shouting at me, saying 'Hello, hello, where are you going? Can't you see the sign?' I was just standing there, not sitting anywhere. This rude behavior was unacceptable, and I decided we couldn't dine there. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially because I have dined here many times before and have always been told I could sit anywhere. I hope this incident can be addressed and proper training is provided..

Walked in there for lunch,it’s Saturday after 12 the upstairs where is more family like is not open.fine we agreed to sit downstairs,we sat like 20 mins and the waitress did not come to take our orders and they were no one else dining just a few drinking.she stand and was on her phone and ignore us.unprofessional and do not recommend anyone to go there. I'd give the staff negative star if I could due to lack in etiquette, common sense and customer service skills. I've previously had food from this place, which was good. Just the service and lousy attitude makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. If the haggish people who worked on 9/1/23 doesn't want any business, they should close the doors or have trained staff instead. PS - Thank you New Thriving (next door)!

This restaurant does not even deserve one star. I was there for the dinner service, we ordered a tropical jade fried rice with fried chicken on top. The food came quickly which we all like , but a bit too quickly because given the average time it took to prepare the food I would say approximately 5 minutes later the food arrived. The first bite was disgusting. The shrimps stank as well as the chicken. The rice with pineapple were sitting somewhere for a long time. Overall the food looked like it was reheated several times. In addition we paid for it but didn’t eat it because we didn’t want them to think we wanted free food. I must mention one of the waitress was very polite and understood our plight while the other was rude as well. In conclusion I would not recommend this place for even animals to dine.take a good look at the color of the rice and the texture of the chickens, but mostly it was the way it stank.

Staff not friendly. Was just pointing you to your seat. No eye contact, just drop the menu on the table. Provided plastic plates and forks to eat appetizers. No water was offer, had to buy water bottle. Overall service was poor and don't think will dine there again.
