Avis sur CAVA Richmond
What a great experience. I had always heard good things about CAVA, but hadn’t pulled the trigger on trying it out. Not only was the food delicious and flavorful, but the staff was extremely patient and helpful in assisting this first timer with my order. Now my only regret is not trying CAVA sooner. We will definitely be back.
Diane was absolutely amazing. We had the best cava experience because of her. I have truly never better quality food and service from a cava! Highly encourage anyone in the Richmond area to go out of their way to this location.
I’m kind of a foodie and like to try different places, so I’m not sure why it took me so long to try CAVA. The dish I ordered had all of the flavors I was hoping for and the temperature was perfect. There were at least 6-7 other items on the menu that I wanted to try, so I’m sure I will be returning to check those off of my list soon.
service was fire as always. food is steaming hot when it's served. nikki is the actual goat she serves me good everytime and gave me a new drink to try :)
Staff was very hospitable and kind, the food was AMAZING I definitely will be back! And the pita chips are lowkenuinly delicious!☺️
Great experience! Bradley provided the best service I’ve ever experienced at a this style of chain restaurant. They provided details to different options from not only how it tasted, but also how it was prepared. Usually places like these are rushed and not personal, this felt intentional and attentive. Exceptional service!
10/10 would recommend. The food was outstanding, the environment was clean, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the manager, Brad, even checked in to see how everything was.
Everything was very excellent. Food and service were both on fire. Got the advocato bowl. Healthy food, real good service, very attentive staff. Prices aren't too bad. Hope to be back.
This place is really nice and the food is great! I had the spicy lamb meatball pita and will definitely get again! Definitely recommend!
I LOVE this place. The food is always fresh. The general manager (I think his name was Bradley) greeted me when I walked in, and he had amazing customer service. I had an order complication, and he fixed it for me without hesitation.
Definitely the coolest cava I’ve been to. I love the balcony seating. The staff is very friendly and the food always hits the spot.
This place is the best place I’ve ever been to! The staff, the food, the environment, the workers. I must be in heaven. It was the best service I’ve received. And the worker Cam omg. He deserves a raise. Handsome, hard worker, kind. 10/10 will come back!
Great food With lots of different options for sauces and all different kinds of wraps. The falafel is my favorite. Staff Was great! Clean and well kept store! Nice job Cava! Now you just need to work on getting your stock price back up lol..
This was one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been in. The employees were friendly and the service quick. My falafel bowl was a generous size and quite tasty! And of course I can’t go to Cava without picking up some crazy feta- best side ever invented! Will definitely return next time I’m in Richmond.
I usually go to cava for the convenience, but this car stands out in a great way. The staff were super friendly. The ingredients were very fresh and when I left, I was genuinely invited to return.
Never been to CAVA before, and Grace made the experience wonderful! I had no idea what to get, and she was able to throw me together an awesome lunch! Huge thank you. Service was friendly, place was clean, food was great! Definitely going back.
We needed a quick pitstop in central Richmond while driving through and luckily the parking had a spot. It is VERY busy (and limited in time). The food options made CAVA stand out as something new to try. The restaurant is casual and simply styled. The terrace was actually quite nice to enjoy the food. Food was very tasty and very healthy compared to other fast food options. Portions could be more generous to get to good value level. Still, it definitely deserves more branches around as healthy fast food alternative.
I was just there today with a group of girls. There were about 15/16 of us and the staff there was amazing! The guy was very helpful & friendly. He got us in & out quickly as their line starting getting long. Seems they were understaffed as he went from the food to the kitchen. The girl next to him was very helpful & pleasant too. Thank you all for your patience & help with the bowl! It was yummy
This Cava was my first experience with the restaurant chain. The food was good. The service and staff were very nice. My party arrived near closing time but the cook still made food fresh to order. The General Manager Alex was courteous. He explained the menu, sauces and let us sample the dressings to help us decide our order. The young woman Aria who worked the line was sweet and friendly. No one ‘rushed’ us despite the late hour. It’s fair to say they treated us like valuable customers.
I mean this would have been great if my lentils weren't literally crunchy. I mean if its the base of your bowls it should at least be cooked. Unfortunately I mixed everything together before I realized they were still raw. Now I can't even eat this, and the flavors were so good. What a waste of money. Luckily the service was great or this would have w been a terrible review. First and probably last time going.
Ordered on the app beforehand for a 8:15 pickup time, didn’t get my order until after 8:45. insane. Bowls were ice cold. Rice was rock hard. Portions were super duper light. Super disappointed in cava as a loyal customer. I would give them a F but that’s being generous. G-
Received some of the worst customer service in my life at this cava location. The manager (younger white girl with blonde/pink hair) is extremely volatile, aggressive, and easily perturbed. What should have been an easy swap out/purchase for a different sauce turned into a situation where she was physically banging her fists on the counter, panting heavily, and threatening to call the cops. After telling her to calm down because no one was upset but her, she replied with “yea you’re making me mad, I can tell you to get out the store, I don’t have to serve you, I can just call the cops.” Not sure if this incident was racially charged but it seemed to feel as such. I have since filed a complaint on the Cava website and plan to speak to Cava’s corporate team tomorrow. Do NOT visit this location unless you would like to be spoken to like a child or VCU student.
I give them a 2 out of 10 wish I would have taken a picture of the bar certain things looked really dry/over cooked and they didnt have to many hummus/dip choices my rice / bowel wasn't filled to my liking / how my bowl has been prepared at other locations when the bowel costs you close to $12 I feel like they can do a lot better with this being my second time going to this location if anything i can say that the girl that serviced me was kind and polite maybe I should have asked for more rice vs the 1 little scoop that I did get 🤔 tho I had to ask for my pita bread that supposed to come with 😒
I DoorDashed from this location today, rice was so crunchy and chicken tasted old. Everything else was fine but if the primary ingredients are inedible and that’s the whole point of eating the bowl, that’s terrible. Very dissatisfied with this location, seems like this location wants to only perform well when college kids are packing it up.
