So cute! Milk teas are very good. Staff was friendly and welcoming :) we tried the matcha milk tea, almond milk tea, and a mango smoothie. They are a thumbs up. Just FYI this location doesn't have shaved ice :(

I went there twice and loved their sunset bubble tea with lots of fresh fruit and seeds. Their milk tea with brown sugar is also excellent. There are also some fries options if you want to grab some food when you get there.

Super clean area, aesthetic decor, tables are not sticky! Drinks are tasty and reasonably priced. Jimmy was very friendly and delivered great service. Will be coming back!

Got my order wrong and even after i correct them, they still got order wrong. The price went up but there service doesnt even match. Wont come here again.

BEWARE!!! One of the kids that works there will add her tip to your bill without you knowing or asking. I ordered something and was told it was $10.57, I was a bit confused because I order there all the time (and tip) and it seemed more expensive than usual. I then paid cash, she didn’t give me a receipt or ask if I wanted one like they usually do. While i was there there at the drive through, I order another, same thing and a young man took my order this time, the total was $7.57! Its just few dollars but taking without permission no matter the context is stealing. I then asked for both receipts, and the total of both receipts were $7.57 individually. So she tipped herself two dollars without asking if I wanted to leave a tip. I’m not going to describe her because I do not want her fired, I just want her to be educated to understand that what she did was wrong and to do better next time.

She was pointing to what she wanted enthusiastically and I looked over to see the two girls in the counter rolling their eyes and whispering. After paying I did tell them my daughter is on the autism spectrum and although she can’t speak, she can clearly see their actions towards her. I asked them to try and be kind to the next person who walks in with a disability. Next time I went, I asked for my drink to be 25% less sweet. I got my drink and it tasted sweeter than a double glazed donut. I asked to exchange it. I cannot drink drinks that are too sweet and that’s why I ordered mine less sweet. At first she said no I’d have to buy a different drink and then she went to ask her manager and she came back and said fine,she’ll make me a different one. She put the fruit jelly, ice, tea and to my horror she walked to the sink and filled the cup up with unfiltered tap water! Yep, water straight from the tap with a premixed tea for $8! I will never be going back here . I could have stayed and argued and asked for my money back but honestly I just wanted to spend a happy day with my kids. I took the drink and threw it away once we got home. I’ll warn all my friends, family, neighbors about going here! Business owners, please be careful who you put as the face to your business! Take sometime to train your staff. I gave this place a few tries and wanted to like it but I will not drink unfiltered tap water for $8! Plus being kind doesn’t cost anything…it’s better to spend your money where your appreciated!
