Charmaine made our whole day with her joyful spirit! She is a wonderful employee. We are very glad we came in for lunch!
No just no I wanted to give this location a try once more. I’ve eaten at other locations but this location is a mess! Their food was so below eatable I didn’t even finish my meal. It was served cold, the service bar was nasty and nothing looked fresh with little flies flying around. I wouldn’t eat there ever again trust me.
Just left this location. The place was absolutely empty. It took between 7-10 minutes to get a breakfast burrito. The service was horrible not friendly at all. I don’t think I’ve been to a place where people are that unfriendly and miserable. Walking around in slow motion with no sense of urgency at all. Now I know why the place was empty. This is absolutely a management problem, but they don’t set expectations for when customers walk in the door how to greet them and how to serve them. Shameful.
All I can say is just don’t go there. You’re gonna lose your money receive no Customer Service get a cashier with an attitude and the food preparation will lack quality, it will be over cooked…. The Quantity is not gonna even fit What the menu you shows… I forgot to stay away from this location, but never again
Yeah reviews still have not improved. A few months ago I went in to order and no one was working in the front, I waited so I slapped the counter and said hello a guy came up front and gave me a very mean look like he wanted to kill me. Quit going here.
Stood in line to get an order for 10 minutes no one was in the front the entire time. So I left to have no one in front to greet a customer is ridiculous… I lost my appetite just by waiting ten minutes …people walking out
We went to eat around 705 one evening and noticed noticed no one in the front. We waited patiently for someone to come help us. After about 5 mins I asked if we can get some help. The lady said one moment. Then another 5 mins went by. We were thinking about going thru the drive thru since that was priority. The couple behind us had left already. So we finally left to. Came here to give it a second chance because I first visit was not great. The food was cold and taste like it came out of a box. Never going again. 🤷♂️ Hopefully yall will hire some more help and make some better food.
I read the reviews before coming, hoping I would just get what I wanted to eat and go about my day. It took me almost 15 minutes to get through the drive thru and my order was wrong. When I returned to get a refund on my order, they had me standing at the counter for 10 minutes, “waiting” on the manager Diana, who walked past me 3 times before greeting me. Don’t be like me and look past the reviews, avoid this location.
Staff is rude, slow and it has changed a lot. Place is sometimes trashed with no paper towels available. There’s also a leak in the middle of the restaurant. Food is not to description at times. Bad experience I used to come here a lot years ago
Hours are wrong on the app. Came at 10:35 and the employees stated they were closed however the sorts and lights were still in. This is getting ridiculous at this location. Poor food quality. Poor customer service. The thing that sucks the most is that we were regulars at this location whether it be breakfast lunch or dinner. Completely disappointed. Update your social media presence because it says open till 12.
Trash. Every time we come here the service sucks. They meas up food and are RUDE. At drive through they cant even say anything you are stuck waiting until they want to acknowledge you. HORRIBLE
Worse service ever. Went in the morning. Cashier said registers didn’t work that I would have to go through drive thru. Not sure why she could not just take our order and process it there. We have kids and wanted to eat in the lobby. Common sense really had gone out the window. We ended up going to eat somewhere else.
Longest wait i've ever had at a Taco Cabana drive thru. Staff was rude and they were blasting inappropriate music on the inside. Won't be back and I understand the low reviews.
The worse ever. The beef fajita looked liked it was boiled and it was super tough. My nachos had globs..I mean globs of refried beans on it. Just horrible. Trying to figure out why and how Taco Cabana is still in business! Nothing bad to say about customer service.
Stood 20 minutes in line. CASHIER was cleaning tables. She messed up my order as I order flautas and she gave me chicken fajita tacos. Another 20 minutes for the food. Salsa bar was a mess. Trash all over the place. The drive thru customers were coming inside to get there food or their order was incorrect. This location needs fire everyone and start over. Its joke. Do not waist your time!
Literally could stand here all day waiting on someone to take my order. Once we walked in, the employee working immediately responded saying he was on break when I had a question about the menu. Then, instead of getting another staff to come and help, the employee proceeded to ignore us. I would not recommend anyone to come here if you are on a time limit.
The food normally be good not this time and the service was horrible. If you go through the drive-thru you should get your food then not pull around to the front of the restaurant and wait a long time. Then the food doesn't come out you have to go in and ask for your food. Not good customer friendly service.
So sad. I used to love Taco Cabana. Unfortunately they have never recovered from the Covid shut down. Staff is trying, but there simply isn't enough of them. The wait time to order is ridiculous and so is the wait to get your food. I came in at 11am on Saturday so it is not like a peak rush. It isn't even funny to watch customers walk in and have to wait for an employee to even come out from the back to take their order. They no longer have a salsa bar and they do not stock their utensil area. Wonder how long before they simply give and close the company. So sad, but I still like their food if they could figure out how to function in the new post covid reality
Worse Taco Cabana I have ever been to. I don’t know who they have running this place but they need to be replaced. Every time we come here it’s something. Today I placed an order and no one was behind me in line but they wanted me to pull to the front of the building and wait. The food always looks horrible and is thrown together and over cooked. They forgot my chips and Queso and last time they gave me Queso with no chips. This will be my last time coming here. The pictures show one of the quesadillas and it was not bitten out off when I got it. I bit it and that’s when I noticed it was burnt on the bottom. Didn’t even get a receipt.
By far the worse taco cabana. I have had some wrong orders before today was the worse. I order cabana bowl with everything and still ended up getting it with no rice, no sour cream and no cheese and worse of all got burnt bowl so couldn’t even eat it because it had bad burnt test. Orders bean cheese taco and got tacos with bean only. I would give it 0 start if it was possible.
