Ordered online, had a 15 minute wait time, arrived on time, and the wings were ready to pick up. Customer service is fantastic. I recently tried their chicken thighs and they were really good. I ordered through the app and the food was hot and ready when I went to pick it up.

Location has decently spaced seating and a small waiting area in addition to outdoor seating. They serve beer here which is a plus in addition to a freestyle soda machine that is self serve (don’t let the basic online soda options fool you). The sauces & seasoning are terrific so I’ll definitely be ordering from here multiple times!

So, I don’t know how this place has slipped by me for so long. I never think of it until I drive past it. Maybe they don’t advertise, or I am not seeing the ads. I finally stopped in since I had time. 5 stars, right off the bat for having someone there to take your order. No kiosk! And the employees seem to like their jobs. That’s a big win for me. Very tasty. Parmesan was very good. Too much salt in lemon chicken even for me. About 15 minutes for order to be filled I am told is normal. Good service. Nice high tech drink dispenser.

We really like the variety of sauces and seasonings to choose from. The size of the chicken wings vary especially the boneless which wish were bigger. We do like to add sides to enjoy as a meal.

The Mild Buffalo Wings are the perfect heat index for me though the sauce seemed a little oily. The Parmesan Garlic Wings were delicious. 10 wings total. The fries have potential - excellent seasoning, generous size, but they were wet and limp. I prefer dry and slightly crispy. I put them in my oven for 10 minutes and they were awesome. I also got the Cajun Corn on the Cob. Great flavor! They're cut up in small pieces so you can eat them one handed. It was more than enough for a hungry person and worth the price. I'll definitely be back.

Wings were delicious. Time quoted on app was 25 minutes, had my wings in about 30. They told me my dips were in a container in the bag. They were not. The place is small so recommend getting your wings to go.

Long wait for order. The restaurant was not very clean and the condiment section not stocked. Wings seemed to be cooked in the wrong temperature making them a bit oil saturated.

Wings were pretty decent. The Buffalo loaded fries were awful. Ordered the food to go and the fries were completely cold by the time I got home. Inedible.

The wings are good. However, sometimes they don't use enough flavoring. The fries are always undercooked and soggy. Even when ordering them "Extra well done" I still get undercooked fries. The service is usually good but sometimes it can take a few more minutes than estimated to pick up your order.

The Wingstop is small and there is no place for a line without going out the door or blocking the only isle to the restrooms. The customer service was great. Very nice and kind. Warm greating when you walk in. The wings I got was the bone-in Korean BBQ and the classic hot. The Korean BBQ was great. Had a nice sweet and a good heat. The original was bland. Tasted like there was no season or heat to it at all.

Don't order online. The website said it would be an hour wait. Once I got there and paid (after waiting in a line with about 20 people ahead of me), I was told it would be another 40 minutes before my food was ready. However, the employees were friendly and courteous. If I could, I would give the employees 5 stars and the ordering process 1 star.

My wife and I came here for dinner and had a pretty good experience with the food. However, the unshaded window is brutally bright. That ruins the experience of eating inside. It also doesn't help that the place is very small and doesn't have much room for a line to form.

I ordered from Doordarshan and they gave me 3 of the smallest wings. They didn't give me the full amount that I bought. I payed 22 dollars for miniature wings. But the drink was good

Fries were luke warm and soggy. We could tell our order had been sitting for some time. Wings were warm, not dressy tasting. Kind of disappointing for our first time.

Too much breading that tries to cover up the fact that there isn't very much chicken. Employees are impatient and not very helpful if you aren't familiar with the menu. Too expensive for what you get

This wing stop is so disappointing. Their quality control is awful. I have gotten more orders that have been incorrect than correct since they opened. My orders are either missing something (short wing count, missing dip, missing veggies or fries .. something), or something is made incorrectly (not what I ordered or just not to recipe). I was so excited when Wing Stop came to town (we ate there all the time in ABQ) . At first I was giving them the benefits of the doubt that maybe it was just growing pains and training..... But if anything , the quality control issues have just gotten worse.

For the price? Not worth it. This place has been utterly swarmed since it opened. Simply because it is new in a town starving for new stuff. I lived in LA for 13 years. Wingstop is everywhere. You only go there if you're too lazy to place an order with Buffalo Wild Wings or can't find a local place near you. This place is no different. The sauces lack in flavor. The breading is too thick for the amount of chicken. The price is far too high for the quality of wings. And the lines/wait is always long since it's still relatively new.

- New place in a small town and the restaurant itself is small so I recommend online ordering. The lines can be long during high demand times (NCAAF, NFL, etc). - With any modern chain, online ordering was a breeze. When I arrived, about 4 people were in line to order and another 3 or 4 waiting on orders but mine was ready as scheduled. Easy and quick pickup. Although, seemed like they may have been ready for a few minutes. - The food itself was just ok. Seems like they have some kinks to work out. I ordered classic bone in and fries. Wings were lemon pepper and Hawaiian flavored. Fries were good. Wings were meh. Both were ok just seemed like they were defrosted, haphazardly seasoned, cooked, and packaged. The outside sure had some hint of flavor but the meat itself tasted like regular chicken with no flavor. The two star rating is mainly because they have one specialty...WINGS! It should be done right. Unless you dont have the time or ability... Probably better off cooking your own.

I ordered online said be ready in 16-24 minutes. I gived 30 minutes. Paid and cashier stepped in back, told me my order was being boxed up. 11 minutes later had not received it. 14 minutes, I asked cashier where was my order. She said putting in bag. 2 minutes did not receive and because of lunch time, I asked for money back. I would just have time to get from McDonalds. The first cashier said its coming now. 3 minutes later received it. Over 50 minutes from ordering online is unsatisfactory. Suggest lunchtime people stay away from. People trying to eat had to contend with walk-ins. Too small place. Tables along one wall should be removed so people waiting for pickups have place to stand, plus need area for people coming in to order. My advice, shun this place during lunchtime hours, do not call in or order online. They have good employees it seemed, all bust their tails. Owners did not realize got too small place, need double the interior size.

I haven't eaten fried wings in over 6 months did it for my birthday but I wouldn't recommend coming here but being it's the only wing spot technically 1hr 1/2 around I guess you have no choice.

Lastly, if I ever wanted/needed to dine in, there is absolutely no way that would be possible with the size of the establishment. The dining area is so incredibly small, I''d consider making it a bar with bar stools... they may get more business that way with a more "Sports bar" approach. Largest table seated 2 comfortably. So this review really isn't about the staff which... was pretty good to be honest. Its holistically aimed at whatever Wingstop corporate amounts to being. I get inflation... but for the love of Pete... $2.13 cents per wing? Real talk... you can bet I'll be trying to talk my kids OUT of going to Wingstop from this point forward. Unfortunately kids like what kids like and I may lose that fight more than I win it but mark the calendar... Wingstop, your days are number as part of our fast-food diet. 2 Stars for grossly overcharging us for middle of the road take-out food.

I had to redact my initial review. Since that first visit, the restaurant went downhill. The wings are frozen meat and it's subpar. I can't even order junk food from them because their customer service is to ignore customers until you walk away. They get paid either way.

This was our second attempt with Wingstop. It was a no-contact delivery, but our doorbell never rang and we never heard a knock. I only checked because of the text I got asking for a review of my experience. The most edible thing we ordered were the vegetable sticks. The 2nd most edible were the rolls. Fries were floppy and sugary. Least edible, actually inedible, were the thigh bites with the Louisiana Dry Rub (basically just tons of salt); they were drenched in oil and grease. If you want wings, hit up any of the pizza chains. You'll be better off.

Picked up a boneless wing combo for my girlfriend and myself on 4/8/22 and after the third piece, wondered why they were so soft. Raw. Served raw on the inside chicken. 45 minute wait, and served raw chicken. We got a refund, but no apology. Worker there claimed “I don’t even know how that’s possible.”

It is their job to know how to cook chicken thoroughly in a restaurant that serves mostly chicken.

I ordered a 10 piece classic combo and only received 8 wings. I also ordered cajun corn and extra ranch, but didn't receive any ranch at all or corn. I asked the store manager can she replace my meal and she said no with an attitude that she'll only replace the corn, 2 wings, and 2 ranch. Like what I suppose to do what to little wings and 2 things of ranch. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
