I ordered my wife and I the Mexican pizza and also the crispy chicken tacos (mine was was the Frank’s Hot sauce version), and a few more items for me since I always eat alot more than she does. But the big hit for both of us was some kind of strawberry freeze drink that might have been a new or recent item, as I don’t recall noticing it in the menu before. It had some white (cream?) swirls in it, but it was GOOD! So if it’s still available then I’d recommend upgrading your drink to that!

Very clean nice store. General manager and assistant managers are visible and diligent about making sure your food comes out fresh and fast. New employee Steffan helpful and friendly. He visibly keeps all of the workers happily working effectively. This just became my favorite fast food spot in Rio Vista.

I went through the drive thru 6/7/23 around 7:45 p.m. When I unwrapped my Tacos at home, I was happily surprised to see I received real, well prepared Tacos like they made in the good ol' days. They were full with generous servings of filling, fresh crisp lettuce and tomatoes. I was pleasantly surprised and thank the Taco Bell employees who take pride in what they serve.

IDK about atmosphere BECAUSE I WENT THROUGH a drive-thru but I was there when they still had the Nashville hot they shouldn't have gotten rid of that item put the staff were nice and professional

The food is standard but we really stood out to me was how fast the line moved! They’re usually isn’t into a line because it is Rio Vista, a small town. It’s always a good spot to stop at night to get a little snack and to hit those cravings

I haven't been to a KFC in years, but we stopped here for the grandkid. I decided to get a small order of strips to munch on during our hour plus drive along with her kid meal. Those strips were sooooo good! Crisp, hot, and tasty! I thought about turning around and going back-lol.

I ordered a three piece Fried Chicken combo meal two piece out of the three was dry and old one piece I was able to eat the biscuit with soft and good mac and cheese good and soft drink good will not go back again don't want to take a chance rather go up the street and get me a burrito or taco

I stop here a lot because i can park my peterbilt next door and walk in. Tonight i got my usual tenders but they tasted old and stale and were about the size of mcd’s nuggets! Hell my dogg wouldnt even eat em!!! And she’ll eat just about anything😕

Went through the drive thru not only was she very inpatient but she asked if I wanted sauce just to not give it to me. The loaded nachos only had a small drizzle of cheese ,sour cream and the smallest dollop of meat. She also palmed all of my drinks. Crazy!!

This Taco Bell sucks. We order things in their app, go to pick it up and they’re sold out. But you can’t get a refund because it was ordered in the app. Freaking ridiculous. Last time we went I ended up with a 5 layer burrito with no beans. Decided to give it one more try and now I have a cantina bowl with no rice. And again no freaking refunds for items I’m not given. Never again, I’m done.

B J. Was not very good at all with service through the drive through this morning. When I asked him what drinks I had to choose from he stated Pepsi products. I couldn’t see the menu to locate them in a timely manner. Very rude. He should’ve looked at the soda machine and named off the Pepsi products that were on the machine to choose from. Also, when he handed the drinks to us in the car, he has had tilted almost like he was going to drop them on us. That’s not very professional. He didn’t have his name on so we had to ask what it was for the review. We love the Taco Bell in Rio Vista. The food is great there their service is normally great there but not this morning. He needs some more training. B.J. needs to learn how to be professional and when someone asked him what they have for drinks, he should be able to read them off. He has the capability of walking over to the machine and seeing what they are to read them off unless he doesn’t know himself, which clearly may have been the case. But working for the company, he should be aware of it. And when you hand people’s drinks out the window, you hand them straight up, not tilted over. B.J. wasn’t very pleasant. His attitude was like he woke up in the wrong side of the bed this morning to be serving the community. I’ll definitely be back to this Taco Bell, but I hope the next time it’s a better service.

Always give us the wrong order ,I ordered 5 piece chicken tenders 2 coleslaw big box, then 3 piece chicken wings 1 coleslaw extra honey, what I got was 5 pieces of chicken tenders 1 coleslaw and 1 package of honey small box ,next was 1 chicken wing two chicken breast 1 coleslaw and 1 package of honey , I ask the guy at the window did they put the extra honey in he said yes. My husband said before I left it like playing Russian roulette never know if your going to get what you ordered, every time it never right.
