I love Arby's, my fav are french dip and the burger / sandwich. Too bad the one in Perris / Moreno Valley closed permanently so I have to go all the way to Riverside.

My husband went to the drive-thru and ordered a French dip for himself and myself along with some curly fries. He also ordered food for our kids. When he got home there was no dip sauce. So he took the two French dips back and asked them to make him new French dips because ours were cold by the time he got there and he forgot to bring the curly fries which were also cold but they refused to give him fries because their policy is we have to bring it back even though it was their mistake. They were unapologetic and cut my husband off when he tried explained about the curly fries being soggy and cold by the time he got home and he just forgot to bring them. I think the managers need to do a better job of training the workers to be able to say that they're sorry and be more apologetic. A simple genuine sorry goes a long way.

I guess I'm just not a big fan of the sandwiches . Food wasn't hot, so when I placed sauce on it, I thought it could have used an air fryer. The jalapeño pops were good. The staff was really attentive and welcoming. Thank you for that. Keep it up and pass on your wonderful customer service sense to those coming in after you. (Especially newbies)

This was my first time at an Arby's. The friend I was with loves their roast beef and cheddar sandwich. I'm not a big fan of roast beef, so I wasn't sure what I was going to order. We walked in and the location was very clean and the staff was welcoming. I was happy to see they had an extensive menu, including chicken! I ordered the 5 pieces chicken meal with curly fries. Everything arrived hot! The strips were good and well seasoned. Fries on point and they had Diet Dr. Pepper on tap! You have to try the Bronco sauce, it is delicious!!

Worst service ever tonight. Went through drive-thru 7:54 pm. Clerk would not give receipt. Asked for a double beef and cheddar, got no cheese. Asked for two cups of melted cheese for fries, received one. Fry containers supposed to be large, both were half full. Drinks were supposed to be large, they were medium. Server was not concentrating on her job. Had us pull up to wait on food, near the door and nobody was behind us, or even ordering. She came out to hand us our food and as soon as she released the bag she was gone. They weren't busy. There was like 2 or 3 people inside. Scrappy service. Won't be back.

Came to eat at this location because they normally have really good food. But today when we got there the lobby was closed at 3:30 pm so we decided to drive thru it and eat in the car. But then they also were not accepting online or app orders. So we went to the drive thru window to ask them to at least honor the deal prices and they said they could not. So if you guys don't want customers or sales for the day , just close. Horrible service.

Foods alright and all, but the graveyard shift workers really sour the mood for any customer who enters this location. Employees refuse to make eye contact with individuals like me and they really hate their job despite getting paid $20 an hour with reduced hours. They really talk down to people as if you are beneath them.

Where do I begin....let's start with the bun on my sandwich burnt and left the burnt part on my sandwich and I didn't realize until I had taken bites out of my sandwich. Naturally after that everything tastes funny. My peach lemonade was delicious 😋 per usual. Overall a disappointing experience.

Seen the commercial for the hushpuppy fish. Thought it looked great. Seen the price when I ordered was like ok I can deal with that. Then when I get home and open my meal this is what I get. Not worth the price save your money. I should of stuck to what I known and went to California fish grill.
