I usually use the drive thru only and have always appreciated how courteous their employees are. Also, I have never had my order wrong. We all know how horrible it is to get home and start giving family their orders and find out then that something wasn't correct. So A+ to Arbys for always being correct AND yummy.

Food always amazing, reminds me I'm almost always thinking Arby's yummy curly fries , Jamocha shakes. Arby's & triple pepper sauces. This review is making me hungry again. T'neca the Manager is an amazing lady doing a wonderful job.

We come here every Sunday. The employees are frendly and the food is excellent. The service is insanely fast. You can expect to wait 3 minutes at most during non busy hours. Probably one of the cleanest fast food restaurants i've been to. Dont forget to ring the bell on your way out!

Always a treat, I don't eat much fast food these days. But this one always tops my lost when I need to get something quick, and I know there's one around. The service was exceptional, our food was in hand before our drink cups were filled.

I love this place I am not sure why so many of them have closed over the last few years. I have noticed that the sandwiches have gotten smaller but they still have excellent flavor. Arby's is delicious. We had the Gyro Greek yummy and very filling. Had a coupon 2 can dine for $9.99. Great deal with Arby's you need to use coupons. It is high priced. But excellent food. I could go there once a week

This staff at this establishment is amazing. They are extremely friendly and super fast when serving food. My only gripe which is small is, a few times there has been dirty tables and trash on the floor, not a little trash but lots. Either way I appreciate the staff and all they do.

Wow, what a meal! The gyros were so great tasting and filling too. I had one traditional gyro and another made with roast beef. Large portions and so good. You gotta try 'em. A nice clean restaurant and a most pleasant atmosphere. The employees here do a terrific job. They were kind, courteous and accommodating. The prices are a bit more than your regular or usual burger joints. But Arby's is anything but run of the mill and definitely worth the price. Two words; TOP NOTCH!

I like this location because the manager Takneca is always such a nice person. They way she treats everyone is how all people should be. Real sweet staff, service was top shelf. The manager was showing some new staff the ropes , so it took a little longer than usual to get our food; as with many places with new hires, but they where so sweet and they completely made up for it with the voucher we were given. I went later in the evening, at 9:45pm to be exact. Drive thru was fast and efficient while picking up my mobile order. This was my first time trying Arby’s: no complaints about the app and ordering from it. The sandwiches were very good! I haven’t had anything like it before, I couldn’t eat just one. I also ordered the orange creme shake; I love the popsicles and my suspicions were confirmed and I loved this offering from Arby’s too. Now I just need to explore the different menu items and play around with the different sauces to see what else tastes good. Can’t wait to use the app again; just wish there were more locations; the closest ones to me being the Tyler/Hole location in Riverside or the Redlands location. Overall, great first impression.

I know Arby's gets trolled on a lot, but they make really tasty sandwiches with a good amount of meat for reasonable prices. This location could be in a better place, but inside it seems well enough maintained, and the service had always been great in my experience. If it weren't a bit out of the way, I'd come more often.

I had not been to this restaurant for quite a while due to a less than spectacular experience. But, this time it was exceptional. New management and attitude?? Service was best I've had at Arby's, food, French dip, was delicious and hot. Crinkle fries were just like I like them - crispy outside, tender inside and hot during my whole meal! Orange shake was my downfall for my "diet." Don't tell my Dr.! 😁 I'll be back for more!

Always love the new menu and know that you can always enjoy the ole favorites. But it has gotten pricey, a meal for a family of 5 cost $50, what use to cost about $34. At least the flavor hasn't lacked like most places.

Love Arby's. Got a beef and cheddar sandwich in Riverside. It was put together really well. Last time in Santa Ana, I had more chesse on the paper than what was on my sandwich. The girl that work by Tyler Mall keeps that restaurant spotless.

Eli working at the window ( 10/11/2023 2:07pm ) is a nice friendly guy, handed me out hot food, without any mistakes. I wish all drive thru windows had this level of service!! So check it out I have never been inside this Arby’s and that’s the reason I love it so much. I drive a work van that’s has a large tool box with ladder racks and I this is the only drive thru that I know of in riverside that has enough clearance for my ride. The food is always good and the employees are always pleasant. This Arby’s has the best van access or truck access in the IE If you’re on the road, hungry for roast beef and in a hurry this location has got your back. Cruise through this spot get your self a classic double Arby’s with criss cut fries and a Dr. Pepper. Get a packet of Horsey Sauce and Arby’s sauce put it in the sandwich and have a most excellent day!

I hadn't eaten at Arby's in many years, but today I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. I was greeted by Jeremy with a warm smile that made me feel truly welcome. The manager even brought my food to my table, and later Jeremy checked in on me. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the restaurant was clean—something you don't always find in fast food places. Today I got the classic beef & cheddar meal with curly fries and a drink. Also ordered a side of sharp white cheddar mac n cheese. It was all delicious. The sandwich was hot and the cheese sauce is very tasty and much better than a slice of cheese. I especially enjoyed the toasted onion bun, so nice and soft. The fries were 4 out of 5, tasty but slightly chewy for some reason. The mac was really delicious! It was creamy and rich with tons of flavor and bite from the sharp cheddar. The pasta itself had a nice chew "aldente" (not overdone and mushy like most fast food Mac n cheese). Although it was more than I would like to spend on a quick lunch, I would order this again anytime. I'm actually looking forward to going back to Arby's and trying some more things on the menu. 👍 P.S. the ranch was very good also they keep it in the refrigerator so it is nice and cold (nothing worse than hot ranch dressing) and it has excellent flavor 👍😋😋 Also I've included a photo of my receipt to give an idea on prices.

My favorite, the fish sandwiches are served here during the Lenten season. They have one that is spicy and 1 that is not but the only drawback is that it is a seasonal item & stops being served after lent. Their other sandwiches are good but I mainly go there for the fish sandwiches because they're the best out of all the fast food restaurant fish sandwiches.

Typical Arby's. Food is hot and drinks are cold. Check you order before pulling out of the parking lot. They don't typically make mistakes, but it has happened. Inside is clean and the drive thru is hit or miss on speed. Easy to get in and out.

They have good food. The dining room is relatively clean. Their card system was down and they were only able to accept cash. This resulted in long lines as the same register was being used for the drive thru and ding room.

Arby's is one of my favorite places to go. I do think that their corporate offices should upgrade some of their locations so that it is not only comfortable to dine in but your workers are as well. It gets pretty HOT back in the kitchen.

This is the only Arby's I know of in the Riverside area. That said, every once and a while we have to stop in. Yes it's pretty expensive for fast food, but the sandwich meats a pretty good. We've probably dined in about as much as we have gone the drive thru route. Everyone seems pretty friendly and they have a unique menu. So if you have just got paid and you want something a little different, I say do it.

All Arby faves in this fast food spot with lots if parking and drive thru. Prices of food have risen significantly. A classic roast beef with cheese combo and a Philly dip sandwich cost me over $24. Too much for a fast food.

My husband went to the drive-thru and ordered a French dip for himself and myself along with some curly fries. He also ordered food for our kids. When he got home there was no dip sauce. So he took the two French dips back and asked them to make him new French dips because ours were cold by the time he got there and he forgot to bring the curly fries which were also cold but they refused to give him fries because their policy is we have to bring it back even though it was their mistake. They were unapologetic and cut my husband off when he tried explained about the curly fries being soggy and cold by the time he got home and he just forgot to bring them. I think the managers need to do a better job of training the workers to be able to say that they're sorry and be more apologetic. A simple genuine sorry goes a long way.

I just can't with the prices anymore. Please tell me why a meal costs $20 now? Arby's used to be my go to for lunch since it's close to the hospital....but I'm not spending that much on a meal.

It was almost 100 degrees outside, and I went inside with my service dog and sat down to rest as there was a line. Not 1 minute passed before a worker came and told me I had to buy something to sit inside, and that my dog couldn't be inside. I explained he is a service dog and they said "where is his service vest" I started to explain that it wasn't required as I don't like to advertise the fact I am disabled, but he kept cutting me off and interrupting me, so I just said 'fine,we will leave," and so we did.

We ordered horsey sauce with the meal. 5 of them. We did not get any. You are lucky I did not order the food ir I would have asked for a refund. You guys suck!

Service was friendly. Obe order of fries was cold and burnt and the ones we waited for were nasty. Soda, nasty. Shake, nasty, meat, meh. Cheese, gross. The good was cold and gross and the drinks tasted awful. This location kavks management and I came at night, but this isn't the night staff's fault. This is a plethora of issues that begin early in the day.

Don't know why j keep giving this location a chance. They either ignore drive thru completely, or close several hours early constantly. I've worked food service so I get it, sometimes Staffing sucks. But I am surprised this location is still open. When you get food, it's fine. But good luck getting there.

Came to eat at this location because they normally have really good food. But today when we got there the lobby was closed at 3:30 pm so we decided to drive thru it and eat in the car. But then they also were not accepting online or app orders. So we went to the drive thru window to ask them to at least honor the deal prices and they said they could not. So if you guys don't want customers or sales for the day , just close. Horrible service.

Foods alright and all, but the graveyard shift workers really sour the mood for any customer who enters this location. Employees refuse to make eye contact with individuals like me and they really hate their job despite getting paid $20 an hour with reduced hours. They really talk down to people as if you are beneath them.
