I love coming here. I go here maybe like once every week LOL. The staff is super friendly and nice. I recommend ordering ahead of time because the wait time does take a bit (not complaining because that means it’s freshly made). Their kimchi fried rice with cheese is the best thing ever!! I love their soy garlic and the honey garlic chicken. Every time I come in, it’s always clean. There’s parking on the front of the store but its usually full there but there’s a parking structure across and there’s more parking on the back.

Finally got to try this place with the family. We were craving some crispy fried chicken and that we got . We tried various items on the menu ; hot spicy wings, cheesling wings, Original fried wings, kimchi fried rice, Ddeok-Bokki, dumplings, and waffle fries. The chicken is crunchy, juicy and savory. The kimchi fried rice was tasty, wish it was spicier but it was good. The Ddeok-Bokki was warm and chewy like it should be . Overall I will come again, it's a bit pricey but the place is tasty, clean and the team at work is very nice .

We picked up the Cheesling Fries & Secret Sauce Whole Chicken yesterday and were very satisfied with the food. The chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside with the authentic taste sauce, and the cheesling fries that we tried for the first time were delicious even after it got cold. We are so glad the bb.q Chicken opend in Riverside and will definitely try again! 4/21/2025: I had a Lunch Combo (Cheesling Boneless, French Fries & Dr. Pepper [can]) and it was very delicious - crispy fries and juicy boneless cheesling chicken! I wish the pickled raddish was included.

Ate here as a last minute choice between 3 different restaurants I wanted to try. Didn’t have high hopes but damn if this is how they make fried chicken in Korea then sign me up and ship me out. The crispiness on the outside and tenderness on the inside made me want to spit on Colonel Sanders gravestone. It was so good I had to share with a neighbor and dude hates ethnic foods but looked at me like I had just found the original Quran. I got sweet and spicy.

The food in this restaurant is delicious and my buddies and I love coming here. The waitress is very friendly and we all feel happy when we see her. I think the only drawback of this place is that there are too few parking spaces. If there are no available spots, we have to park in the nearby paid parking lot (free for 90 minutes) on the third or fourth floor and walk over. Also, the prices here are not cheap. Most of the items are expensive.

Thank you Sue for helping my mother and myself. She displayed excellent customer service, and was able to breakdown the menu like a fraction. The food was bomb, shop is clean, and the music was solid. Who doesn't like K-pop? Would recommend 👌

My favorite korean fried chicken spot in the entire Inland Empire. I drive once every few months 40 minutes just to order a huge box. The chicken is so juicy and flavorful and their tteokbokki is HEAVENLY!! the service is always on point and the restaurant is always so clean. Come here and try their soy garlic and their fire wings!

One of the better bb.q locations we’ve been to. Very clean and the service is very nice/accommodating. The chicken bone-in pieces are large and the soy garlic and golden wing flavors are great! They use very flavorful kimchi for their kimchi fried rice.

This is the real Korean-style BBQ chicken. It’s even crispier and more delicious than BHC or Bonchon, and the other menu items are great too. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is excellent.

I went with my mom yesterday, and i found the environment very friendly and welcoming. It was pricy, but you get what you paid for. I got the honey bbq fried wings, they were thick and 8 peaces. My mom got a half chicken fried original (the chicken was very juicy and flavorful). We also ordered sweet potato fries, and 2 ranch (the ranch cups were big enough to dip the whole fried wing and i love that detail), and i got a dr pepper (perfectly cold). The lady that was attending us heard me speaking Spanish and she put in the effort to talk to me in spanish. She said she only spoke a little, but I appreciated that she tried. The room was a bit cold, but the food was hot. From start to finish the food never got cold. There is plenty of parking, and the place is spotless. The restroom are nice and clean. Even after we left they were friendly. I would come again, and i do recommend.

This is hands-down the BEST BBQ Chicken location I’ve ever been to—and I’ve tried a lot. Every piece of chicken here is made fresh to order, and you can taste the difference immediately. Nothing sits under a heat lamp. The crunch is unreal, the meat is juicy, and the flavors hit hard in the best way. I ordered the Golden Original and Secret Spicy, and both were perfectly seasoned and fried to crispy perfection. It’s next-level Korean fried chicken. The interior is also super clean, modern, and welcoming—a major step up from other locations. It’s the kind of place you actually want to sit down, relax, and enjoy your food in. Service was fast and friendly, and even with everything made fresh, the wait wasn’t long at all. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. If you’ve tried BBQ Chicken before, trust me—this Riverside location is different. It’s on a whole other level. And if you haven’t been yet, you’re in for a treat. This place is now my go-to. I’ll be back again and again. 🔥🍗

Well. This place just comes to show you that not all places franchises are created equal. Due to the poor experience I had at a different bb.q location, I was not willing to give this one another shot. However, I came with a group and so was not able to really back out of this visit; I'm glad I wasn't. This place was the complete opposite of what I experienced at the other location. Every bite of all the different flavors of chicken we ordered was delicious. The waffle fries were a crispy perfection. The young man rocking the Dodgers hat was completely attentive, making great suggestions and making us feel welcomed. This place is somewhat hidden but completely worth searching out. It is on the pricey end but honestly, what isn't nowadays? Give this place a shot.

Party size: 3 Environment/ambience: quiet; slower since it just opened at 11:00 AM. TV on but no sound; only music. Service: order at the front and they drop off. Food: had the Garlic Honey and Spicy Original wings; both were pretty good and good size. Really hot when they first come out 😀 Cost: ~$30 for about 16 wings Would I go back (yes/no): 70/30

I had the lunch special, boneless chicken with the special sauce, with fries instead of rice. It took a while for the chicken to come out, made to order. The fries were cool, like they were cooled and then sat to wait for the chicken. The chicken is good. They are breaded, I would prefer them not to be breaded, but that’s what the lunch special is. The price after tax was $15 and some change. It includes a can of soda. Nice dining area.
