Thanks for the birthday sub! Big kahuna was straight fire, added 2x CPR and you guys nailed it. One of the best subs I’ve had in awhile.

Best subs we've ever had! Loved the bread! Meat, cheese etc sliced when you place your order, #13 Was so good! Must try the Big Kahuna Philly Cheese Steak sub also! Never going back to Subway! No microwave at Jersey Mikes!

When I bought lady a sandwich, oh damn. I was shocked how good and healthy the sandwich was. They add some sauce and other ingredients just to make it tasty. The food, service, and atmosphere. All five stars of these. And last is, here is my: ❤️. They deserve this!

Being from the East coast, I felt like I was back home. The Italian bread was the perfect crispness, meats and cheeses were sliced then and there. The brownies are dry but the flavor was good. Quite expensive compared to the other well known chain, but I think it is worth it. 👍

The sandwiches were good, and the restaurant clean. But, parking was a little rough as it is in a busy shopping center. But, the workers were not smiling. So, I realize that smiles are not required for good service and good food. But, I hate to think I'm giving money to a company that isn't creating good jobs. Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but I do think customer facing workers should smile so the experience is good for all.

The people working behind the counter were swamped with orders but kept a professional composure and intermittently apologized for the delay. Some other customers were not as patient and complained. Some just left. The food was good. I like the crunch of the toast white bread. The prices were, debatably competitive. I really workers keeping cool under pressure. I wouldn't eat inside because I wouldn't want to risk hearing negativity as I eat. The location luckily has a lot of seating outside. I'd go again. It might be a 20-30wait though if it's busy; work load to worker ratio has room for improvement. Hope this helps.

Ordered online. Walked up to the counter and everyone turned around. I told them I had mobile order. It was in my hands in less than 5 seconds! I confirmed I had the soda in the bag. A walk-in and take out placed with a few raised tables. Very little ambiance. Some of the slicing sandwich meats look suspicious, like what is in those long square, hammy looking loafs? Bread is delicious.

I ordered a gluten free roll with my sandwich. The bread was dry and flavorless. The toppings seemed skimpy considering the price and overall the food was underwhelming.

We really enjoy jersey mikes something my kids look forward to . However the customer service was horrible. Both girls were behind on orders which was fine but being rude is not ok. They may need to consider hiring more workers during lunch hour.

Instead of having one employee help us, they had every single one "helping" which led to us having to repeat our order 5 different times and literally every single sandwich came out wrong. They were rushing and stressed because of the line and therefore extremely inefficient. I love Jersey Mike's, but I won't be going back to that one

I love J.M's. But this location lacks. I don't believe I have ever been to a J.M. that did not toast my bread on my #55. I have never had to ask but to top it off I could tell they cooked it like someone who just didn't care. To pay over 40.00 for a giant and a med sandwich you would think they would want to take a little more pride in their product. Bums me out because I really like the product but just from any other store. I wish I could have taken back the tip. If there was a way to just contacting the store mrg without it being public I would have gone that route first. But I blame mgmt for lack of training. Jmo!!!

The person making my sandwich dropped the meat on the floor as she was cutting it, tried to rinse it under cold water and put it on my sandwich. This place is dirty. It’s a mess. It was chaotic inside and I decided it was better to eat nothing than what they’re serving. So so soooo gross. And a dude in there had a parrot on his should which was also weird in general. The employees got distracted and excited to see the bird in the restaurant as they were prepping food. Do notttttt go here, it’s disgusting.

Let's get something straight: the menu said kids sandwich, drink, and cookie for 5.55. we ordered two and two regular sandwiches. The kid behind the counter waited until all the sandwiches were complete before telling us that the kids sandwiches no longer come with anything other than the sandwich. Change your menu before changing your policies, management. I'm not going to argue with kids making minimum wage, but you can walk down the street talking to yourself if you think I'm not calling you out on shorting us items that are posted with price. Try it again and I'll make them call the location GM to get rid of me.

I ordered online a tuna sub with oil and vinegar, I’ve had it before and it’s very good. This time this was not the case my sandwich was drenched in oil, the oil was sitting on the paper in puddles and my hands coated as well. I went inside with the sandwich and asked politely if it was possible to remake with less or no oil. They said no as they did their standard 3 passes. They were very unhelpful and stated that’s just the way it’s made. I threw my sandwich away and left.
