This small hidden treasure is a Riverside staple if you're visiting and you're staying downtown. Make the trip down the road and order a meal with dessert. I recommend a carnitas burrito, their asada nachos and a banana split..... 🤌

Got the taco combo. I got double beans cause I don't normally like rice. I really really like the beans. The tacos were hot and the meat was seasoned well. I also got watermelon water. Definitely recommend. The staff was very pleasant also. I will be going back.

Love this place, been eating there for years now. Arguably one of the best taco places in Riverside. Excellent tacos and nachos, and I've been sipping a heavenly Tuxies horchata all day today. Prices are unbeatable, too. Zero complaints, except that I don't eat there more often!

I Goggled for a local taco place a Tuxies was on the list. I have never heard of this place and decided to take a chance and I don't regret it at all. Great service at the window wonderful food, excellent portions and all very fresh and tasty. Will be back for more.

Definitely a hidden gem! I've tried many different items and all are delicious. The Cuban sandwich is one of my favorites followed by the steak tacos.

My favorite taco place because of the guac sauce and the flavoring of the meats and the tortilla was crispy and soft! I have been coming here for 16 years and it has stayed consistently delicious this whole time :0) The staff are friendly as well! I loooove their smoothies (but finally found out there is milk in there and that is why my stomach is destroyed every time)!!! They have the most delicious taste. The strawberry is my favorite! The carne asada tacos are my fav and their chicken isn’t dry either. Everything is delicious!! There is a few parking spots right in front and then a whole lot next to it. You can make it a fun date and also go to the antique stores afterwards!

I never stop by without having at least 3 (you will want to have one now and one the next day). The service is great, they always greet me with a smile and ask how I am doing. Eating on the patio is great too. It makes you feel like a little Oasis was carved out in the city.

Best place ever, completely customizable drinks and great food every time. I suggest getting a Tuxie: E&P Style, which adds the finishing touch and won't leave you disappointed. From the first bite to the last sip, Tuxies is on another level. Their menu offers a perfect balance of savory, satisfying meals and the most vibrant, refreshing drinks I’ve ever had. They really stand out from the crowd by focusing on fresh ingredients and bold flavors. My go-to spot when I want something that actually tastes authentic and high-quality!

Went the other night, for my first time, about 40 minutes b4 closing and it was hard to spot at night but I made it in time. Very cold night so I was taken back by the counter style service, outside seating. The girl that helped me with the glasses and dark hair was great at her job orderly, patient , very polite, best service I've recieved in awhile so instead of waiting in car I stayed close by and watched the people work to get their orders out. Wait wasn't a concern for me I prefer hot food and that's exactly what I got, it was delicious, next time I'll post photos. There were people still filing in to order as my order and 2 others were called simultaneously, they're good. But even when I recieved my order my server girl🙎‍♀️👓 wished me a good night with kind words. It's a great establishment and i'm definitely going back for the service alone....

They have a nice selection of food and desserts. I had the Carne asada burrito my first time and I was surprised at the size, taste, and overall value. I would suggest to tell them to go light on the cilantro and onions because after your done eating all you taste is onions. The second time I had the Carne asada tacos and I didn't like them, they were on the colder side and didn't taste that great to me.

Guxied has great quality food. Pricing is higher than the fast food chains but the premium cost is reflected in taste and ingredients. I am serious about my tacos and this spot delivers 😁

business in and old 1950s Style drive thru has a lot organic juices milkshakes smoothies and sandwiches as well as other small snacks and fresh fruit lovingly prepared. Right now it's just a pickup, you order at the counter take the food with you but it's a great place to stop by for a quick bite!

What actually to keep it real I was driving down Magnolia. And I look to my left and and saw this place. So I decided to turn around and check it out. Everyone was very friendly there especially the lady that took my order which had on glasses sorry I don't know her name. I asked her what was good she responded. That the tostadas was good so I ordered two but the avocado. Then I ordered a strawberry pineapple smoothie. By it being a really small place seem like it's been there a long time I was hoping that the food would be good. I must say what I bought was excellent the cheese was melted just right and it was crunchy not too much lettuce just enough meat which was the chicken ones very good flavor. It was so good that I've been back three more times. Not just that my mother wouldn't got some. My stepdaughter was visiting and she wouldn't got some she enjoyed it. So if you're ever in Riverside you might want to try the Tuxies Juices.

I ordered a carnitas torta and one asada taco. Taco with salsa was super tasty! Torta was kind of flat but was also very tasty. Strawberry smoothie was tasty as well. I would highly recommend getting the asada taco!!! Outdoor seating was plentiful!

Well this was one of my favorite spots but I've noticed lately that the burritos are getting skimpy! You get more rice, and beans and hardly any carne asada in them maybe 2 or 3 table spoons it seems like very disappointing .

I gave this place a low rating because I went there especially for a juice. I told the clerk I wanted a Tuxiess juice after she described it to me. She said great and she looked like she wrote it down in the order.. When I went to pick up my order I had no Tuxies juice and that was the only reason I went there

They charge $0.50 for Apple Pay/credit card usage which seems standard at a lot of small places. The chocolate shake was overpowered with that cheap chocolate syrup flavor. The watermelon icee tasted like water. My 9 year old who loves icees took a couple drinks and didn’t want to finish it so that was a waste. Gave it to my husband who likes everything, took a drink and said it wasn’t good and tossed it since nobody else liked it. The tacos, I was hopeful for with all the great reviews. Unfortunately those also fell short as well. The yellow corn tortillas were so strong and overpowered the entire taco. The meat tasted just like meat- no seasoning or marinade tasted whatsoever even with the underwhelming guacamole and lemon on it. There was a lot of fat and inedible pieces in it. Safe to say that I won’t be returning. The two stars are for the nice staff who took my order and quickly prepared our order.

I usually do not have an issue with ordering from this restaurant, in fact it's one of my favorite spots to go to when I'm in the area. However, today I ordered an Al Pastor burrito and looking at the menu and what it says is included in the burrito I made my exclusions. I come all the way home to find my burrito is filed with small onions, I do not like onions and mor does my stomach handle them. How am I supposed to eat my $13 dollar burrito when it's completely filled with onions, I can already feel my stomach having a bad reaction to the first bite I have even though I was able to spit most of the onions out. I am very disappointed that they would put an ingredient into the burrito that is not listed on their menu. What if I had a bad allergy to onions like my wife does, what if this had been her burrito. I don't think I will be coming back. Edit; I just spent some time trying to pick through the burrito to remove the onions and I found an eyelash hair in my burrito. Definitely not coming back

I think he’s a newer guy working there. Sad to have someone like that working at such a great restaurant. Wish the old staff was there instead.
