While traveling back from vacation at Myrtle Beach we stopped at Popeyes for lunch. Their chicken sandwich is extremely good I had the regular chicken sandwich with red beans and rice and my wife had a blackened chicken sandwich and we're both enjoyed them very much. The quality and taste of the sandwich was excellent.

Today, I finally got a chance to try the Popeyes at Town Square in Roanoke — and I’m so glad I did! Before this, I had tried the Popeyes in Melrose and the one in Waynesboro. Unfortunately, my experience at the Waynesboro location was the worst I’ve had with Popeyes so far. I was visiting Roanoke for work and decided to give this Town Square location a try — and let me tell you, I loved the service! They were fast, efficient, and friendly. The manager (who told me she's the General Manager) was very helpful and communicated clearly and professionally. I was truly impressed by her and the entire operation. The store was clean, the employees were working hard, and the food was fresh and delicious. I even told the GM that I’ve tried other Popeyes locations, but this one has been the best so far! I’ll definitely be leaving them a great review and will keep coming back whenever I’m in town. Kudos to the team here — keep up the amazing work! 🙌🍗

I want to sincerely thank a young lady at your store, who I believe is the General Manager. I’m sorry I forgot her name, but I want to share how wonderful her service was. Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru, around 8 pm and she not only took my order and provided fresh food, but also asked if I needed any condiments. Her service was excellent. What impressed me most was when I accidentally spilled my drink in my car—she immediately ran with napkins to help me clean up. I have never encountered such kindness. Even as a 60-year-old, I felt she treated me like her own family. I insisted she didn’t need to help, but she said it’s her job to assist customers and ensure safety on her Popeyes property. She truly deserves to be a General Manager. Whoever made her run the store made an excellent decision—she is hardworking, kind, communicates effectively, and clearly knows her job very well. Spicy chicken sandwich was absolutely perfect. It was my mum’s first time trying Popeyes and I’m so glad they lived up to the hype after I told her how badly I’ve been craving it for days. Let me tell you I loved the way the girl manager with glasses treated me! She asked if I needed any condiments or anything else, which I usually don’t experience anywhere else. I love me some Popeyes, but I had never been to this one, and sometimes you don’t know what you’re gonna get. This one did not disappoint! Since we were traveling through, we placed an online order and arrived at 8pm on a Sunday. It took all of 5 minutes to get through the drive through, and the girl at the window was friendly and responsive. Sure, the combos we got were a bit pricey (golden bbq bacon cheese chicken sandwich) but this is no fault of the store and you can get good deals in the app. Our orders were customized correctly and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The frozen mango lemonade was super good.

Hands down the BEST Popeyes I have had. The owner specifically made hot fresh chicken sandwiches for me and my friends, after learning that we had been traveling for 4 hours. He also gave us complimentary Mac and Cheese and drinks. The owner was the reason we had such a good encounter. Otherwise, most fast food places are come and go with little customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in this area!

We visited the NEW Popeye's and were VERY impressed! Tried the new Chedder Biscuit Butterfly Shrimp combo, yummy! The service was fast, friendly, and this place is SPARKLING CLEAN, which is important to me. The soda machine is state-of-the-art, and CLEAN. Unlike the Popeye's on Melrose, the sides portions were generous, fresh, and hot. The other Popeye's should take notice, they are going to lose a lot of business if they don't start catering to their customers.

I visited today around 6 PM on a Friday and ordered a 12-piece all dark meat. The general manager was super nice and personally made sure everything was cooked fresh for me. While waiting, I got to talk with her for about 5–6 minutes, and she was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and insightful. We even talked about business, and I was so impressed to learn that she’s currently doing her PhD in business. That’s truly inspiring! She was kind enough to offer me a drink while I waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The food was fresh and delicious, and the overall service was outstanding. I visited yesterday around 7:30 PM, and the store was **super busy** on both front counter and drive-thru. The manager on duty mentioned they just got a **new system**, and she was training her employees on how to take orders and pack food. She was the **only one who knew everything**, yet she handled it like a true professional. She was running back and forth, helping both front and drive-thru, showing her team how to do things properly, and making sure every order was packed right. Honestly, the manager was **more than outstanding**. She did everything herself while still training her employees. No wonder this store runs so well! I even asked if I could give her a tip, but she kindly refused and said she’s the GM and doesn’t take tips. She told me the best way to appreciate her work is to leave a review—so here I am (a little late, but better late than never!). This was my first time trying Popeyes, and I chose the Townsquare location after reading reviews for nearby stores. This location had the best reviews, so I decided to give it a try and I definitely do not regret choosing Townsquare. The customer service was amazing, the food was fresh and delicious, and the store was super clean and calm. The manger lady was especially sweet and humble. Her smile alone can take away all your tiredness. The lady I spoke with said she is the (GM), and she was truly wonderful. The employee boy who helped me was also very friendly. Everyone was so kind, made sure I had all my items, and even offered extra condiments without me asking. You can tell they really care. I loved everything about this experience and will definitely be coming back.

This Popeyes location is honestly the best one so far. The employees are incredibly polite, joyful. Got butterfly shrimp freshly cooked, got my 9pc family meal crispy and fresh, sandwich was outstanding. The managers here are especially impressive clearly well trained and more professional than any other nearby locations. I don’t visit the other ones because they don’t know how to communicate and always messing orders. Anyway When I asked about the opening of the Troutville location and said I’d be visiting there, the manager smiled and told me, “I’ll see you over there.” That made me really excited because if she runs that store the same way she runs this one, I already know it will be amazing. She does such a great job managing this location, Even though my house is closer to Troutville, I’ve always traveled to the Townsquare Popeyes because the service here is so good. Once the Troutville location opens, I’ll definitely be a regular customer. I truly love the service, how clean the store is, and the positive energy the whole team brings.

I was having dinner in the lobby when I suddenly noticed the manager rushing over to an elderly customer who was seated there. She spoke with him and quickly returned with a cup of water. It appeared the customer was experiencing a health issue. The manager immediately called an ambulance, and they arrived very quickly. I later saw the police thanking her for calling right away, as the customer was having a serious medical emergency. After everything was under control, I spoke with the manager to praise her for how calmly and professionally she handled the situation. She took it seriously and clearly knew exactly what to do at that moment. It was truly reassuring to see a manager who can handle such situations with confidence and care. Every time I visit at night, the experience is smooth and welcoming. The general manager is always on the floor, genuinely cares about both customers and the team. I appreciate how she is trying to teach those kids to do job and pushing them to work which is great. We get big family meals every week. I only visit this store because the food and the management is best here. You can always call the store and make it right if they miss something. Today I told her It is my birthday so she gave me a strawberry pie. Very sweet. This is the type of manager every location should strive to have.

We visited Popeyes at airport location around 6:30 PM with my family. We were almost 7 people and ordered over $100 worth of food. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time because the service and food were truly outstanding. One of us has food allergies, so we always ask questions about the ingredients and cooking oil. The staff wasn’t fully sure, which is completely understandable, so they immediately called the manager. She was absolutely amazing answered all of our questions clearly and quickly, also made sure our food was prepared fresh, and served us with a big smile. I even asked to speak to her boss so I could praise her service, and that’s when she told me she is actually the GM of the store. She went above and beyond by providing condiments, napkins, and making sure everything was perfect. This was honestly the best service and food I’ve ever experienced at a fast-food restaurant. We loved the experience and will definitely be coming back at this location. May the company know you rock lady.

I wanted to give a review on this restaurant. The restaurant was so busy yesterday evening around 4pm but my food came out hot and the blackened chicken tenders were amazing.

For the sheer amount of people that are always there, they get food out quick, a lot of great tasting chicken products on the menu. The size of the chicken that goes of either the classic ckicken sandwich or the spicy is enormous compaired to it's counterparts. The pricing isn't bad, and the food comes out hot. I would recommend ordering inside, the drive through seems to always be packed. The inside is kept relatively clean, apart from people leaving big messes, there's never really a big mess. Overall good food, good service, and good portion-to-price ratio.

I found Popeyes to a good change from the ordinary choice we have made a habit. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. It was quick service and food. Came before I had filled my cup of coke. I found it to be a good choice for me I like spicy food and a pack of Louisiana hot sauce adds a good flavor. Can't fault these fries and I love them. Better than the others that try to be all sea salt and all. But the others have become no longer a reason to stop. Not here though, I love these fries. The whole lunch is great and we recommend 👍 💯

Have always had friendly service here. The 2pc special is the deal. Only available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Comes with a side,,a biscuit and a drink. Can get breast and wing or leg and thigh. Delicious Southern sweet tea or modern touch screen multi choice self serve soda fountain. Some flavor options not available. Can be a wait if busy but this visit food was ready before I got my soda cup filled. Very clean dining room with background Cajun music and clean restroom. All in all no complaints from me.

We like Popeyes, they have good food at a fairly good price point. I will say I was a bit disappointed in the fish meal. For $8.50 I expected more than three small pieces of fish. I definitely experienced a moment of buyer's regret when I saw the chicken tender meals my other family members got were a much better value. Next time I'll stick to chicken since that is their real focus.

Ugh, why is it that when I request specific sauces, I don't actually get them? I checked the bag before leaving this time so I could make sure I got the condiments I feel would make the experience even better, after spending almost $20 for one meal, and I saw one of the 3 types were in there. So, I requested again what was missing from the request I put in at the speaker. The girl was nice but I shouldn't have to stay on these people about things I requested at the speaker. Also I request it there in case they want to charge for extra sauces. I'm willing to pay a certain amount but I request in a place where they can do that if they need to. Just give me what I request please, because I'm choosing to spend money with you. I'm not asking for special treatment, just things to make your dry chicken go down better. I could name a few establishments that I will not and have not returned to and add you to that list, but I enjoy your dry chicken and multiple options, so instead of writing you off, I'm bringing this to your attention... Just give the condiments that have been requested by the customer, to the customer. Maybe even ask if they want any condiments and then actually put it in the bags. It's the little things that pull or repel people from your store. It doesn't take much to be put on the "Nope" list that we all have in our head and don't mention much, and the condiment issue is a big reason for places to go on that list and never come off. You want the honest reasons for why people go to some places and not others, this is one of them. Take it or leave it, I don't care, but my intention is to help you so just know that. Larger dining room then most of the other Popeyes locations I have been to. Kitchen was clean where I could see. The dining are was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Personal were extremely nice. And the music was not so loud it sounded like a concert hall. Decent parking as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a chicken dinner.

Waited in a long line, per usual. Got me the infamous chicken sandwich combo and my boyfriend had chicken tenders. I wasn't really impressed with the sandwich but it did satisfy my hunger. My boyfriend was pleased with his food. My only negative thing to say here is that when I got to the register they kept getting our order mixed even with me telling them what I had ordered at least twice. I think the cashier may have been new and the manager was helping.

The staff couldn't answer even basic questions because of language barrier. Had to wait for manager to take our order... but even he couldn't understand everything. They didn't have ketchup or didn't know what we wanted. Manager thought we wanted lemonade in our unsweet tea when we asked for lemon. Then, said they didn't have unsweet tea, even though it's on the menu. Buckets marked sanitizer filled with some type of liquid and rag sitting on counter next to drink station and other counters. Food was fairly good, although fries were cold and chicken tenders were hard.

They gave me one brrast, 2 thighs, 2 legs and a wing. So an extra piece, all good and fresh, just not what I ordered and no warning. Second time ordered spicy chicken sandwich and got normal. And also a 5 piece bone in, wing that was suppose to be their regular spicy and not ghost pepper, but it came regular. Food great and fresh, but not what wad ordered. Servers always kind and polite, but just tell me you don't have it and let me work out the options. I don't mind too much because the food is great. But not all your customers will be as flexible.

Never has spicy chicken. Always having to wait 10+ minutes for food to be prepared which is not what I would expect from a drive thru, but the chicken is always good. Every occasion we pass by and want to grab some chicken, we would be better off stopping in somewhere to eat instead of trying to swing through a drive thru quickly as it would take about the same amount of time. First of all, I have to admit that it's been a very long time since I got Popeyes chicken. So, when I saw the $20.00 meal deal with the 9 piece, mixed chicken, a large side, and four biscuits, I ordered it because I thought it sounded like a good deal. I have to say that I am disappointed in the chicken, while it tasted good, I have to wonder what happened to the full sized chicken breast? There wasn't any pieces that even remotely looked like a breast. The pieces that were supposed to be the white meat barely had any meat on them. I, most likely, won't order Popeyes again.

I was extremely disappointing with my first experience here. Not only was the order incorrect, the food was cold and the chicken dry The fries were likewise cold and quite disappointing. It was almost like the food had just been sitting out for a few hours. I had heard good things, but my experience was anything but. The one decent thing was the sweet tea. All in all, it's not a recommendation right now, but if I try again in the future, I will certainly update.

I normally have a relatively fine experience with this location. However, I just had my worst experience yet, and will probably not go back again for a while because of it. First, I was in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes, with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I did get my food, the fries tasted off, I ordered a spicy sandwich and got a regular, and worst of all, I'm pretty sure the chicken was not cooked all the way, as it was "tough" to bite into the middle of the sandwich. Ruined my appetite, so I paid $14 for half of an already underwhelming meal. If I hadn't already had good experiences at this location in the past, I'd just give them 1 star for this experience.

Been there more than once and they always screw up my order. I honestly think people don’t know the difference between breasts or thighs, or they are hoping we don’t when they are replacing breasts with thighs. Never, has my order been correct. If biscuits aren’t missing, they are giving me regular not spicy. This place should be called “you get what we give you”. I love Popeyes but I am tired of spending 40-60$ an order only to keep getting home and realizing it is wrong…

Decent service and nice staff, but we ordered a 16 piece chicken only meal and the wings were missing the drum sections.

The chicken was extra crunchy, but it had no flavor or taste.At all, just like eating a crispy piece of paper.

Wow. This place is a mess. The girl who was about to take my order just walked away from the register, was gone a couple minutes, and then walked back with no words of apology or explanation. Then she rang up the wrong thing. I ordered a tender combo, not a sandwich. Then, she said "we're struggling today". No napkins sitting out, the tables weren't clean, and the staff were running around behind the counter like it was the first day for everybody. All this mess for an overpriced lunch ($15 for a three-piece tender combo!!!). Not going back.

Our Thanksgiving tradition is to go hiking and since we went to Mcafee Knob and this was close by after, it was our Thanksgiving dinner. We got two spicy chicken combos, one with Cajun fries and one with mac and cheese. We also had a coupon for a free two piece and biscuit and then we got a pumpkin cream cheese pie for dessert. The service was really bad. They messed up taking our order and said they would fix it when they gave us our food. When they brought us our food they left off the fries and one of the sandwiches. After they fixed that, I confirmed that both were spicy chicken sandwiches and were told they were. We got back to our table and opened up the sandwiches. We didn't see any of the spicy sauce. We compared it to our friends and realized they gave us classic chicken sandwiches. We went back up and got the right thing. After all of that, we finally had the right food. I was so excited to try the spicy chicken sandwich after all the hype but was so let down. The bun was hard and the chicken was soggy. I'm pretty sure it had been sitting out all day. That was the case with the fries as well. The seasoning was good, but they were incredibly stale. I wasn't a fan of the mac and cheese. The best part of the meal was the drum stick and biscuit that came with the two piece. The drum stick was crispy and juicy. The white meat was dry though. I might see if I can come back sometime when they're busier to get a fresh chicken sandwich, but other than that, I don't think I'll be returning to Popeyes. There's better fast food.

Had a bad experience last time but, decided to give it a second chance . Last time I was there they refused to cook various items on menus because they were closing in 45 minutes and would only serve what was already made . This time they ran out of fries and the chicken was so dry it just crumbled in your hands (see pic) . They just seem not to care . Make sure you check your food before your leave!

I wouldn't even leave a star if I weren't forced to leave a comment. Good luck getting the right order and they will NOT correct it. Save your $ food is disgusting and undercooked anyway

I came here, drove thru the drive thru 3 TIMES, spoke into the microphone and no one answered. I saw a manager and worker inside talking. He look flustered to tell me they’re opening in 30 min. I told him ok that’s fine but as a customer you should acknowledge me, not ignore me. I asked , “Is this how you treat your customers?” He closed the window and walked away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! No business is going to disrespect me when I’m using my money pay them.

The General Manager was very rude . Slammed the window in my face and refused to take my order after I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes!

Don't go inside if you have a mobile order. The staff don't talk to people waiting for mobile orders and only fill orders done in person. You have to be rude and jump in front of people to get them to fill your mobile order.

Never again, Town Square Popeyes. Never again. I've never been to a restaurant that was managed so poorly - running out of the basics, employees looking stressed but also dead inside, almost an hour long wait in the drive-thru. It's got to be a management issue which is sad because I do like the food.

Chicken was dry and not spicy at all and the mac n cheese was less than desirable. I never get fresh hot chicken.

Two months ago, a 12-piece chicken-only was $24 and change. Sometime in the last sixty days it's jumped to $40. I will not be buying anything at Popeye's ever again. This is absurb and bordering on robbery.

I went through the drive through and ordered a #1 chicken sandwich with no mayo. The male taking my order was joking around (or so I thought) and said "Oh you want EXTRA mayo!". I stated no mayo and he said he was "just kidding, no mayo". When I got back to my office my sandwich was covered in mayo. I called back to the restaurant at least 7 times before someone answered. I explained the situation and he said "come back and I will give you a new sandwich". I declined because I would be too scared to accept another sandwich from such immature people. What else would they do to the sandwich? I drove all the way back and he refunded my money. He was the manager and he didn't seem too surprised at this. You have been warned about their immature workers. Eat at your own risk because who knows what they might do that they think is funny.

They refused to honor discount from app and when I asked for a manager I was told that he was eating. I waited 20mins the manager Khalil still refused to speak with me. I then drove to the drive through and advised I would not move until the manager explains why they are not honoring the offer on their app. He came outside then took pics of my license plate. Never introduced himself apologize or attempt to find a solution. I advised I had been waiting to address my concerns the manager Khalil replied he deserved to eat. Smh..I spent over $100 last week at this location and he was treated rude. Never will I do business with this company again.

I went to Popeyes (airport) Roanoke from Christiansburg, Va. For the last 3 months they've only had wings up when i arrived. If you wanted anything else you were going to have to wait for them to make it. The front door was full of hand markings like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The CC machine has been down for over 2 weeks, cash only. This store has gone totally down hill. I go on Sundays only, the manager is horrendous and should be terminated.

The night manager on Monday night wasn’t very professional at all and service was slow. Food wasn’t even that great either. Won’t be coming back.

On October 19th I bought a chicken sandwich. I bit down on a bone and cracked a tooth. After a visit to my dentist I was told that three other people gad the same issue from this same store location.

I came here a little over a week ago and was told they can only accept cash because their internet was down and I also couldn’t use a reward that I had on the app. I was fine I paid and went about my day. I went again today and was told the same exact thing and the girl said “yeah it’s been 11 days, a technician still hasn’t came to look at it” so I left. Something isn’t right here cause if your internet was down I don’t think your digital menu would work🤔

I’ve always stopped here for my 30 min lunch but recently the food has been overcooked every time. Hard and crunchy, inedible! If it’s not the food then there’s an issue with the service where they leave out items from my order. terrible place.

For the last several times I have went to this place. The only thing I can say is terrible. The staff is poorly trained and they have poor customer service. This will be the absolute last time I will eat at this place. They constantly get orders wronged and I witness one of the employees coming back in from break not washing her hands. You guys need to get it together and receive proper training and memorization skills. Hair nets should be worn by all employees and a hand washing station needs to be placed for when the employees come back from brake handling food. Very nasty and unsanitary. They do not honor certain discounts saying that it needs to be over $15 before tax. The Popeyes on Melrose honors all extended honors and discount.

I ordered the ghost peppered chicken combo that came to $15.99. The only thing good about the meal was the strawberry lemonade and fries. The chicken tasted old, it was extremely small, was sour and spoiled, covered with sauce. I took a few bites of the chicken and decided I’m never going back to this location at Valley View in Roanoke, Va since this is the 2nd time that I’ve given my money and my meal was less than expected. Plus the service from the drive through staff was unfriendly. Don’t waste your money here.

This is not my first time getting food here and usually it's good. However, today I went and the girl in the drivethru was completely rude. I get that people are busy and frustrated, but she was pretty disrespectful. My order was completely wrong and I didn't get half the things I ordered ( I wasn't charged extra she just didn't even ring it up). When I questioned it while trying to pick up the food at the window, she got really hateful. On another note, I'm also disappointed the restaurant got rid of kids meals. It is in the website, but not the restaurant.

thought I would get the meal of the day going at 1030! my thoughts were they just opened everything should be nice hot and fresh…. My shrimp was fresh n hot but my tenders were over cooked hard and tasted like the double dropped them, don’t even taste like chicken when you bite it, not crunchy just hard! And my fries were hot but undercooked but my mango lemonade was the bomb they need bigger cups for the lemonade if this is going to be the only good thing they have to offer. The drive thru attendant looked as if she hated her job no smile or anything for it to be so early! Ppl do better! If you don’t want to work and do your job effectively please just stay home! Let somebody who need the money and want to work have your spot!

First & last visit to Popeyes. Rude & complaining front counter employee, items out of stock, mobile order not ready when time stated it would be, couldn't cancel order. The free reward for joining wasn't available either. Poor customer service, attitude, atmosphere. No printed receipt. Will not recommend to anyone I know. Will not do business with Popeyes again.

I have been waiting to order Popeyes this morning since 830am and they open 10am so you know i really wanted Popeyes today. They lady at the drive thru took my 2 of my order out of 3 and said she can only take 2 order in the drive thru and I need to come inside and place the 3rd order. I went inside and waited patiently as their was two employees in the store. When she finished doing what she was doing in the back she came to the register and started taking another customer order which I interrupted and reminded her that I was here first. After taking my order she apologized to the other customer which it was her fault because she knew I was there to place my order. And she ignore me. Rude as usual

Went around 4ish today thry ran out of mash potatoes and thst was a bummer. Then I had to wait for tenders which is cool but they forgot about us on side when they came we left then got home an they forgot our macaroni cheese. Now I've been trying to call with no luck. The girl didnt even give me a receipt. Overall just not good service. Biscuit was a rock.

I hate that I love Popeyes, this location is consistently out of everything, sometimes wings, always out of french fries. I can’t remember the last time I went here and they had fries, it’s a shame because my daughter and I have made a habit of sharing some chicken and fries on weekends. Popeyes fries are becoming the new McDonald’s ice cream machine. Boo this store. Fire the person in charge of ordering.

Hello, good evening, today I visited Popeyes and I was really surprised. The operation of this Popeyes is being seriously affected by the mismanagement of the boss in charge, whose lack of responsibility puts the full operation of the restaurant at risk. It is unacceptable that a supervisor does not provide the basic materials to work: ingredients, kitchen equipment, cleaning products, gloves, utensils and essential tools to maintain minimum standards of quality and hygiene. This lack of preparation and foresight not only demonstrates poor management, but also a total disinterest in the well-being of the team and the customer experience. Staff are forced to improvise, work under unnecessary pressure and face claims that could easily be avoided with a competent administration. In short: this Popeyes is not failing due to lack of effort from the staff, but due to a leadership that does not fulfill its role. If no action is taken and someone capable and responsible is not placed in charge, the quality of the restaurant will continue to deteriorate and the brand image will be affected.

Came in the drive thru for dinner ordered a 12 piece family meal with our 2 sides the girl on the intercom seemed like she hated her job and had no life in her voice. Got to the window and was informed it would be a 15 minute wait for a fresh batch of fried chicken we pulled into a spot and waited patiently. 30 minutes later the what I'm assuming was the manager appeared and asked if we got our food. We told her no and she said that the other girl in the restaurant gave our food away to another person. So we waited again, by this time we are hungry and the manager came out gave us a "fresh" batch of chicken and her apology was an extra mash potato and 1 apple pie for 3 people....... yeah not happy about this.

Purchased $30 worth of food from this establishment last weekend and won't be going back. Got a 9 piece special for $20 and two of the pieces looked like they could pass for nuggets. I also got their surf n turf special, it was supposed to come with a drink and didn't receive one and my tenders (turf) were dry and lukewarm as were my fries. In addition I attempted to add rewards points to my account so I could at least receive credit for my purchase and evidently the restaurant didn't enter my $30 purchase into the system on their end, so I am unable to even do that. I have attempted to reach someone in customer service multiple times over the past week to no avail. Their food is way too expensive for this to occur.

My son really loves Popeyes and prefers spicy, so we ordered online. We selected the Spicy Signature chicken and clicked “custom” to choose the parts we wanted, such as legs and wings. However, when we picked up the order and got home, all the chicken was Classic. When I went back to the store, the staff told me on their side all showed classic and told me I needed to change from Classic to Spicy, but the system did not allow me to do that. This is a problem with your ordering system and needs to be fixed. I rechecked the app after selecting Spicy Signature Chicken and choosing “Spicy.” All results showed Spicy, except the 8 pc. option, which showed Classic even though I selected Spicy.

I was really looking forward to trying Poppies, but unfortunately my experience was pretty disappointing. The food arrived cold, which really took away from what could have been a good meal. It seemed like it had been sitting out for a while before being served. The flavors were okay, but it’s hard to enjoy when the temperature is off. The staff was polite, but I wish they had checked in sooner so I could have mentioned it right away. I hope this was just an off day, because the restaurant itself has potential — the atmosphere was nice and the menu looked great. A little more attention to quality and timing would make a big difference.

I just went through the drive thru order #10 online order 10/30/25 and received absolutely not what I ordered. I knew something was off bc of how fast they gave it to me. Normally I have to wait for the shrimp and the box is overflowing its a tackle box. Needless to stay I got a snack pack. They say at this location the only way you can get a shrimp tackle box is order online and this is what I got. See photos I want my money refunded immediately. I've called three times and it keeps going to VM.
