Avis sur Gusto Rochester
The Cajun cheeseburger was meh, but the Irish coffees were delicious - very well balanced in terms of alcohol vs coffee. They have an exhaustive selection of liquors (Mezcal!), wine (dry rieslings), and beers (stouts). Definitely a great place to have a drink after spending time with the family/in-laws or a place to pickup some goose island stouts for holiday gifts for beer-loving friends.
Surprise surprise! This is a nice deviation from the mean of airport poor quality food! The owners let me try a liqueur before I added it into my coffee. And the turkey sandwich was excellent in taste and quality. Recommend this spot wheel at the Rochester airport.
This is one of the best airport restaurant/bars I’ve been to, and not just in Rochester, anywhere. The food is incredible. The beer, wine, and bourbon selection is something you might see in a New York City restaurant, not at an airport bar in Rochester!
Surprised at how good a little airport spot can be! Ordered a Flyer's club on wheat, and a double espresso with oat milk and hazelnut. Just a perfect pick-me-up while I wait for my delayed flight.
Ok so people don’t understand how to rate an establishment on Google… people, your rating needs to be based on where you are and relative to that environment: if you’re in a mall looking for fine dining… guess what? You’re not going to be happy (generally speaking). Likewise, if you’re in an airport and want cheap, high quality food… guess what? You’re going to be disappointed. Gusto is not cheap, but it is high quality, handmade food, with what seem to be high quality ingredients. Furthermore, the staff and ambiance/seating/atmosphere of Gusto is a 10/10 (for an airport). They do a terrific job here. Had the chicken pesto panini (and three beers) and it was fabulous. Will eat here again.
This is value squared. You rarely find a place where they have to charge you a lot (due to pricey rent or airport fees), but they make a huge effort to give make it worth your while. The food is excellent, try the Spinach, Feta and egg wrap, you won’t be able to stop at one. If you want something healthy get a Greek salad. They put in roasted peppers and a nice dressing with tasty olives. The impressive part is the beer menu. You will have a hard time finding a restaurant or bar with such an extensive, seasonal and well curated selection. The bourbon choices are well thought out too. There is no comparable place at the Rochester airport. With Covid please support your small businesses, when things go back to normal you still want them there.
Always great! They have a fantastic drink selection including wine by the bottle.
“Mayor Patrick” and his staff are the best. I spilled a FULL hot latte all over myself, the table, chairs, and freshly painted walls. The staff was so nice about it. They replaced the latte and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I was able to get a lot of work done. The WiFi works well and the coffee as well as the food were delicious.

I totally forgot to take a picture of the menu! They have a delicious meatball panini that goes great with a glass of wine. They sell wine by the bottle here too. Tasty food, good drink selection and the staff is always friendly.

Yes, it’s a casual airport concourse dining place, but food is fresh and good, and the staff lovely. This is the place you want to eat at ROC.
What a sweet way to end a wedding trip! This airport eating expereince almost makes me want to a delay so we can come back for our next meal. Warm atmosphere, awesome owner, extensive list of beverages, cozy hot chocolate, friendly banter from the kitchen...overall great experience!
Panini was great! Mixed drinks a severely overpriced. Wine was a great option. Only notes, I was about to finish my wine when the manager came over, clearly wanting the space at the table for others to sit which is fine since it got busy. However, I was a paying customer and sat at a table that was available. Recommend seating people during your busy hours so you don’t need to rush people out.
Gusto was amazing. Lots of laughs. Great service brought us our food right to the table told us a few funny stories hit on my friend Becky 💕 thank you for a wonderful experience at the Rochester airport Gusto💋
Excellent food and an impressive bar selection. Easily one of, if not the best, place to get food in the airport. I wish they had a location outside the airport so I could come more often. Prices are a bit high, but that's to be expected for being inside an airport
Best Burger I've had, crispy exterior with a flavorful patty. I enjoyed every bite. For drinks can't place a higher recommendation than their French '76. Like a fizzy alcoholic lemonade. Perfect when you're on a long lay over between flights.
Not airport food! We were in the area for 4 days and this may have been our best meal. Sandwiches to die for. Had the tuna melt and daughter and Italian sandwich. Staff was friendly and funny as well. Good job by young man working the counter, he was a treat, And did a job keeping business in their location and not letting us go anywhere else to coffee. Good ambassador for your business. Sunday morning 1/4
Ok. So this place is a hidden gem; excellent food, reasonable prices and what an incredible list of spirits with some of the finest scotch, bourbon and agave spirits in the world. (I know because it’s been my job for 20 years). Support this small independent business and pay in cash if you can. The two restaurants left and right of him are just owned by a large corporation out of the UK and their 2 star average reviews speak for themselves. I had the chicken pesto panini which I unfortunately ate before I remembered to take a photo. Owner is Patrick.
Every-time we fly out of Rochester we have some food and drinks here. I never feel like I am in an airport! We travel all over and it’s by far the best airport eating experience. The house made marinara is amazing. Good company and family owned.
The best airport restaurant in the U.S. is in The Rochester, N.Y. Airport. We normally don’t eat in airports, but three years ago my wife and I decided to try Gusto. The food is excellent. My favorite is the meatball panini with beef meatballs, fresh mozzarella and red sauce, which are delicious. Rachel takes good care of us and always remembers my order. If you’re at ROC, this is the place you want to eat.
This is NOT airport food. The food quality is amazing, service is friendly and fast, and there are some cozy spots to sit. It’s still in an airport, so cozy is relative, but we had a great experience. The meatballs in the meatball panini were tender and so so good. I also got the sausage and pepper soup, and the flavor was great. Will definitely stop here every time I’m at ROC.
The only place in the whole airport that had food. They stayed open late for pretty much our whole plain that got delayed. The server was extremely nice even though he was working late.

Absolutely fantastic locale in the heart of the airport. Food was incredible and the drinks were on-par with any middle-high end bar you'd find in the city proper. Only reason I cant give 5 stars is for the price... it's definitely steep, but by airport standards quite fair these days. Despite this, I highly recommend!

Decent Cajun Burger. Large, thin (not smash) patty - ketchup packet for size. Not the best burger overall flavor wise. Pretty sure there wasn’t much/any Cajun seasoning so chose to add more. Probably wouldn’t eat this burger again.
