The food and atmosphere is great. The only thing I would suggest improvement on is the billing. I dine out often and normally it's easy to split the bill. Im used to it being done by seat or you can split it on an electronic device. Please find a way to make this easier especially for groups. Thanks!

Put this place on your must go list when in the area. Food is fabulous! Fish tacos are my favorite I've ever had, and i lived coastal Florida. The loaded fries are next level yumminess and not for the faint of heart! Dining area is small and can cause delays in being seated, so bring your patience. Service is slow and our server was seriously inattentive but management more than made up for her continued struggles. Food was good enough to make the service issues insignificant (and they were actually big like missing food and drinks entire meal). This will be our go to when in the area!

In town on a business trip, and it was within walking distance of my hotel with the bonus game of Frogger thrown in. Anyway, I was seated promptly, and my waitress Jasmine was pleasant and intuitive. Atmosphere is loud. Not quite night club loud, but you get the idea. Food was good! I saw a lot of bad ratings, but my pizza and mozz sticks met my expectations. With another week left in my trip, another stop here is likely.

Overall this place has kept up with the time. Only downfall was giving away my appetizer to another table,but accidents happen. I LOVED the waitress who made things right and brought out the wings and fries. Plenty of refills and checked up on her tables! Calming ,busy ,and summer time atmosphere. We had two wraps which were both fine, and really good onion rings. The hostess was friendly and great, but service after that was mostly non-existent. I would prefer a few less TVs, as it was impossible to not have one in my field of view. I'm also not a fan of non-stop country music, but if you like lots of TVs going and country, the atmosphere is probably great for you!

Un organized is the word I would use to describe T.C. Hooligans. The hostess said she'd bring place settings, and we ended up having to go ask for them. Two out of three dinners came out before we ever got any drinks. We had to wait for the third dinner to arrive. The food itself was good. Our waitress Katie H must have been having a horrible night… she was quite rude. Made for a really awkward dinner… especially since we were a pretty low maintenance table. We didn’t even get the opportunity to speak with her much, she was just super annoyed. The atmosphere has a hole is great, perfect place to watch a game. A lot of seating and plenty of TVs.

Sad to see that this places quality has gone downhill. Probably had been a year since I was last there and the food isn’t any good anymore. The wings were dry and over cooked, my partners burger bland, the fries barely crispy and everything so freaking salty!! My kids pizza was the only thing that tasted halfway decent. It was all served in burger baskets, which after looking at the table we were sat at left me concerned about the cleanliness. The drink menu and napkins holder were literally sticky, and looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. We were given the wrong food by a waiter who when we told them we didn’t order it said “ are you sure?” And then went off asking table by table if they had ordered it until he found the right one. Then our appetizer went right by us with a different waitress and was offered to a table who stated it wasn’t theirs, and again it went table to table until it finally got to us.

I love the food here. However, I went on doordash to order and wanted to order tots in a box. Tots in a box come with jalapenos and I do not like jalapenos. I tried to put in a special instruction to remove the jalapenos but it says this store has chosen to not accept special requests. So I called in and asked if I order is it possible for me to call in and ask you to remove them. I was advised that I can just pick them off. What terrible customer service. Sounds like I just won't order food online from here ever.

Got the Friday Fish Fry and the haddock fish was 10/10, very crispy and tasty. However, the coleslaw was a 1/10 due to too much of a sour flavor, felt like something was off. Their fries were okay, nothing too crazy, just average. The service for take out was terrible, I couldn’t imagine how it would like dining in. After a few minutes later from ordering take out over the phone, we called to substitute the sides but the employees said they could not substitute it due to having our order already paid for a few minutes prior, although they did not start our order yet. We were willing to pay the extra cost, whatever it was, but the employee said this still wouldn’t be possible. The customer service is what ruined it for us.

Very disappointed with this place. They charged me an extra tip, my bank noticed that they charge 65% on tip and they reach out to me to make sure. I called the business three different times so a manager could fix the issue. I was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. This shows a lack of responsibility and respect for customers. I won’t be returning and I do not recommend this place. Update! I was never refunded for an extra tip that was charged to me. After six calls, the manager said the refund would appear in three days, but two weeks have passed and nothing happened. It’s unfortunate because this is a great restaurant that couldn’t resolve a simple issue. No credit, food, or drink was offered, despite the mistake being theirs. I hope others have a better experience. Happy holidays.

Went here for lunch and a beer. Sat at the bar and the bartender was rude. Immediately asked know what you want. Didn't offer a menu and walked off. Talked with their friends for 15-20 minutes. We got our beer and the bartender didn't acknowledge us again for 20 minutes. Put up our hands asked for her attention as she was talking to her friend right next to us. We finally got a menu and never got service. Walked out after leaving more than the place was worth. Don't waste your time here unless you like teri le service.

Paid 77 dollars for a greasy bland burger and a Cobb salad that had bacon in it that was beyond way too salty, the salad was presented nicely but the taste was a no go. Had the buffalo wing dip appetizer and it was okay but not something I would ever get again or a place I would ever go again! Very disappointed in this establishment! And disappointed that we wasted money on bland way to salty food!!!! Don’t recommend! Our server was very nice that’s only good thing. This place is way too overhyped! The alcohol drinks are okay not worth 12.00!

We stayed at the Residence Inn, so we walked over to grab a bite to eat after a long day driving. This place looked "inviting" from the crossover bridge. We decided to give it a try. What a mistake it turned out to be. We were seated immediately, but sat for a long 20 min without anyone knowing that we were there. We flagged a waitress over to ask for service. Ours was not her table, but she agreed to take our drink order. Another 10 min, our waitress showed up with two water glasses, took our food order and quickly disappeared. Our drinks did not come, I walked to the bar to inquire, and another waitress agreed to help. Our waitress was so un-motivated, she hardly checked on her tables. She gave everyone the same level of service.... none. When the food came out, it was another disappointment. The Nachos was terrible, the cheese froze over, spent lot of time under the heating lamp? We got the chili option, and that was all we got with some wilted jalapenos. No guacamole, no black olive, and no green whatsoever. For a bar food, this nachos was pathetic. The Caesar salad was a tad better. It was at least edible. No service, lousy food. This restaurant only delivers disappointment and asks you to go somewhere else to eat. This is a place to avoid.....

Don't fall for the 4 star rating! The service at this TC location is awful! Avoid this place if at all possible. Suggestion: There are much better places to go to at the bottom and in pictures of my review! Anyway, The TC Holligans Restaurant looks really nice but the staff is extremely rude, especially to non locals, for absolutely no reason. We had actually picked our hotel out because it had this restaurant next to it and I had planned to have local friends and family come meet us there for lunch and dinner on and off all throughout our vacation stay... But that idea was cut short on our very first visit, when our waitress called the manager on us simply because she noticed we hadnt eaten a pizza we ordered. We hadnt complained or asked for the manager, we were just eating another appetizer we had and still waiting for the rest of our party to show up. But, the manager came to our table and started insulting us for no reason about how we must not be locals and then got caustic for no reason about how shes going to charge us for something we havent ate and I realized quickly that that she was just looking for a problem. She should be fired for treating random people like that. She's horrible for business. This was actually the first time I had ever been to a TC Hooligans and we had been planning to spend a couple hundred dollars there that day, stuffing our face into oblivion as a spoiled kick off to our vacation, after getting off the plane the night before.. In fact, we had budgeted to possibly spend $1k or so there, on and off throughout our stay because we wanted something close by and easily accessible.. But I didn't bother to mention that to anyone. Instead, I just told the manager we would be paying the bill no problem and leave a yelp review. Then when the rest of our party started to show up, I took them to eat everywhere else for the rest of the trip. So anyway, Don't ever waste your time at TC Hooligans like I did: We had only ordered an appetizer and the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza so far, but it was drenched in what they called a local sweet country sauce or whatever and that stuff smells and tastes like a bitter, cheap knock off of the sweet and sour nugget sauce from McDonald's. It might not have been that bad if only there wasn't so much sauce on the top of it, that it looked more like a breaded soup bowl than a pizza. Worse, one taste of it was nauseating and I had to put it back down. Listen, I am a reasonable AND reasonably fat person, who has NEVER turned down even mediocre pizza in my life, but this was just gross... YET, I didn't make a stink about it. I just didn't want to eat it and when the manager showed up and got nasty with me for no reason, I told her the truth: I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, not a Sweet and Sour Teriyaki Soup Bread Bowl. She is an absolute Karen and a half and so was the waitress. Anyway. We ended up going to other places like Stingray Sushifusion, Dinosaur BBQ , and Cheesy Eddie's instead, which ended up being fantastic. So I will show you photos of their food instead, because the manager at TC is operating on the budget of $20 grade petty, and I suggest you go eat better at these other places for the same kinda money or less, that I had intended to blow at TC Hooligans.
