I can’t say enough good things about our experience at TC Hooligans, especially thanks to Livvy and Lauren. They went above and beyond to make our visit special, but what really stood out was the way they treated my dad, who has slight memory loss. It’s not always easy finding places where he feels completely comfortable, but they made him feel seen, respected, and genuinely cared for. Livvy was incredibly patient and kind, engaging with him in a way that made him smile and feel at ease. Lauren was just as thoughtful, checking in often and making sure he had everything he needed without ever making it feel intrusive. Their warmth and compassion truly touched our whole family. One of our favorite moments was when Livvy offered to take our picture—she was so sweet about it, even using her phone that was hilariously filled with goose photos. It gave us all a good laugh and made the moment even more memorable. It's rare to find such genuine people in hospitality, and TC Hooligans is lucky to have them. Livvy and Lauren turned what could have been an ordinary dinner into a truly meaningful experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Food and drinks are always good! Great atmosphere. I love the tables in the bar area that give "night out" energy but a sit down space for food too. Some of the best wings around. This is our go to place for family and friends gatherings

This place is pretty dope. Been here twice now when I've been in town. I've come at night to just get drinks and it's good vibe and I've come during lunch. My last time I had the nicest server, I wish I remembered her name. The drinks are solid here. My friend gets the same drink every time (The OG) but I'm trying to drink my way thru the drink menu. I did get a drink that I did not enjoy and my server replaced it with no issues so I did appreciate that Food is really good too. Like the drinks I'm trying to eat my way around the menu. The cheese steak egg rolls are great. I also had woodfire wings which were pretty good, I wouldn't have been upset with more sauce. I'll be back again when I'm in town. This is a spot that will always come thru if you're looking for somewhere to go.

It's been years since setting foot into this establishment. I was meeting a close friend of mine for a couple of cocktails. As the night progressed it got busier!! We decided to get some food, before it got too crazy!! The service was great along with the food. Our bartender Peyton was Awesome. She did the best she could with the madness of other customers. I would definitely go again. I even ordered a brick oven pizza they offer( don't have a picture of that)!! Really good!!!

Service and atmosphere were great... wasn't super impressed with a yelling and grunting manager but we were there to close and maybe it was just a day... I didnt eat when I stopped here this time... good place to meet a friend for a game.

We have been to tc hooligans 3 times now on the last year and we love it! My wife loves the Cobb salad and we have had a few different chicken sandwiches/burgers as well. The fish tacos were amazing, Highly recommend for anyone wanting great food and a bonus there are a number of TVs so you won't miss your game while you eat.

We recently hosted my boyfriends dads retirement party at Hooligans, and everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, picking the menu and planning the event, Frank was incredibly helpful and accommodating with our questions over the phone. On the night of the party, the atmosphere was very inviting. The staff was welcoming and even offered to help with the decorations, which meant a lot! The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were perfect, thank you to the staff for the great recommendations! The group favorites were the mild wings, pretzels and coconut shrimp! A special shoutout to our AMAZING waitress, Jasmine!!! She was very friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. We were all so impressed that she remembered everyone's names and orders! Overall, our guests had nothing but compliments and were so happy with how everything turned out. We will definitely be back this summer, especially to enjoy the beautiful patio seating! Thank you, Hooligans for everything, our family and friends appreciate it more than you know!

Loved going here with colleagues after work! Drinks are always good and the vibe is always lively. I was hoping the pizza would be as good as it looks, but it was a bit undercooked. Still, I'd go back to enjoy a few drinks again!

Better than we expected. To find a good Italian restaurant in Florida is a challenge. Our server was friendly, courteous, explained specials well, and was timely in all she did. The food was very good, job well done. We could see many regulars come in and rave about the food.

We had an awesome time at TC Hooligans! The food was great, the atmosphere was lively, and the service made it even better. Huge shoutout to the twin workers, Livvy and Lauren — they were absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, quick with our orders, and had us laughing the whole time. My dad could not tell them apart the entire visit (sorry, Dad 😅), but they didn’t miss a beat. Even with their greasy phone camera in hand, they managed to be the most entertaining and attentive servers we’ve had in a while. Definitely coming back — and maybe next time we’ll bring name tags for Dad. 😂

Great food and service, followed covid-19 protocols. Our waitress was super friendly and accommodating. The French Onion soup was amazing and the salad had Cajun chicken and Cajun ranch dressing which I couldn't have and the waitress was kind enough to make the switches for me. The atmosphere was very nice.

Happened to visit TC Hooligans tonight on a night of remembrance for the owners father, Mr. Ferrari. May God keep this Man’s soul in heaven forever as he is obviously loved by many. I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. I ordered the nachos and was impressed with the amount of food I received. The staff was very friendly yet professional, even though I realize my friends and I could be a handful. If in the area, I strongly recommend you check this place out.

Great spot in the Rochester/Greece area to go watch some games and eat good food. Heavy Buffalo Bills fans here but everyone feels welcomed; no matter what your favorite team is. Great food and great staff. I recommend the Hot Honey Pizza.

I hadn't been to TC's in like 15 years and definitely not since they moved to the old Famous Daves building. The food was all delicious. The portions were huge! Will definitely be going back to try more things. This time we got the loaded fries, the country sweet quesadilla and the chili cheese dip.

Absolutely love this place. Amazing food. Very friendly staff. Hot waitresses!!! Lots of TVs showing all the sports! The Honey Pie is by far the best pizza I've ever had! Sooooo so so gooood!

Waitress was excited, gave wonderful suggestions. We ordered tots in a box, it was Amazing!! I ordered the fish fry battered. My friend ordered the cheeseburger. We left full and very happy. Fish fry was out of this world 🌎. I would order again. It melts in your mouth. Fish was cooked perfectly. Tots in a box had pulled pork with tater tots, we asked for jalapeños on side. This place was also decorated for Halloween 🎃. I keep coming back because I always get excellent service. The food is always awesome!! Really great food (their pizza is amazing!), and a TON of beer on tap with rotating options. You'd be hard-picked not to find a beer or cocktail you enjoy. The atmosphere was great as well, and within walking distance of all hotels in the Greece area of Rochester. Definitely worth checking out.

I was a bit hesitant to go here given only 4.0 stars at the time, but boy was I wrong to have hesitations, this place was fantastic! We stayed at a hotel nearby and got in late so this was the only nearby place open. The service was quick and friendly, great beer selection, and OMG the food portions were insanely huge!! The pizza was SO good! The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the tater tots which could have been kept in the fryer a few minutes longer. Everything else was fantastic! The cookie dessert was insanely huge - shocking portions for us Canadians, but a really fun experience!

This visit the only complaint would be the draft beer was not cold like it usually is there and sitting outside, on the patio on a hot saturday afternoon would of been beautiful. But Still 5 star rating and next time I hope the draft beer 🍺 is colder

We went before the dinner rush for a birthday celebration. EXCELLENT service and everyone greatly enjoyed their food. We ordered burgers, a turkey BLT, wood fired wings, fish tacos, and a boneless wing platter. The beer selection is great compared to many many bars, including local brews AND seasonals. The last time we were here together was for a post funeral private gathering and service was also excellent then. I've heard it's very busy during prime dinner times and closer to weekends so I do wonder if people who've had issues were running up against that factor, but it wasn't bad at all at 5pm on a Tuesday after a Monday holiday. For five people with lots of drinks it was about $180 before tip.

I like this place a lot. The food is almost always good and the one time it wasn't they didn't hesitate to take care of it at all. They always seem to be full and never have enough tables. It isn't uncommon for us to drive in and find no parking or that the wait is going to be very long. This is a good thing for them but not so good for us! I would suggest you call ahead... Way ahead. Otherwise you will probably end up eating somewhere else.

We went in for some appetizers and drinks. We got the pickles and peppers and pub pretzels. We also got two seasonal cocktails, blackberry margarita and apple cider margarita. Pickles and peppers could've used more breading and the peppers were a bit sour. The pub pretzels were lackluster. We like this restaurant and the vibe, so we will definitely be back but quite pricey.

Really fun place with friendly staff, their brick pizza oven does a great job, their food is good, lots of traditional bar food, and more. Worth checking out.

Nice atmosphere, beautiful outdoor patio. I'm not a fan of their spinach artichoke dip, extremely too thick. I had never seen spinach dip that thick. It was too thick and the color was off. It was brown mush/paste. We could not scoop our chips into. We had to pound it on the chip 😂 No one at the table was a fan of it. The rest of our items were very good. The food is a little on the pricy side but quantity is above ave. I ordered pulled pork nachos as my dinner. It was"Hug"...."Rochester Huge"😆 Almost unappealingly huge for one person. It was $16 and the size of an extra large pizza. I didn't remember it saying shareable on the menu lol. It was good and fresh, but it was soo big I couldn't comfortably dig in. It was served on a serving tray and not a plate, so excellent for a group. I feel I wasted a lot of cash.... spinach dip that no one ate, we only tasted it, it looks good on top because of being smothered with the cheese but at dig in oh no... honestly looked like canned dog food. (The eyes eat before the stomach)You should have seen all of our eyes when we scooped in. I should have asked for hot water to loosen it up....so that was $11 in the garbage. I brought home most of the nachos because I couldn't comfortably eat it. The cheese had all the nachos stuck together. It was a big mess that took up wayyy too much space for one person, so today I have soggy nachos with pulled pork & the fixings on it. $ wasted and lesson learned. I wasn't that hungry and wanted something simple and not super heavy. I should have gone with my first choice of the pretzels and sauce. Overall the atmosphere, the friendly staff and even the patrons were friendly we still enjoyed our friend's birthday dinner. Had it not been my friend's birthday I would have called a manager over and asked for an exchange for that dip that we didn't eat. Appears to be a better place for drinks. I had a root beer soda it was tall and delicious and free refills. My friends loved their alcohol drinks. The last 2 pictures are my leftover nachos..... it's another whole meal, I just have to change the chips

The pub pretzels and beer cheese is to die for. The Cajun Bacon and Bleu burger was tasty and the pulled pork sandwich was as well. The fries could have been better.

The food and atmosphere is great. The only thing I would suggest improvement on is the billing. I dine out often and normally it's easy to split the bill. Im used to it being done by seat or you can split it on an electronic device. Please find a way to make this easier especially for groups. Thanks!

Put this place on your must go list when in the area. Food is fabulous! Fish tacos are my favorite I've ever had, and i lived coastal Florida. The loaded fries are next level yumminess and not for the faint of heart! Dining area is small and can cause delays in being seated, so bring your patience. Service is slow and our server was seriously inattentive but management more than made up for her continued struggles. Food was good enough to make the service issues insignificant (and they were actually big like missing food and drinks entire meal). This will be our go to when in the area!

In town on a business trip, and it was within walking distance of my hotel with the bonus game of Frogger thrown in. Anyway, I was seated promptly, and my waitress Jasmine was pleasant and intuitive. Atmosphere is loud. Not quite night club loud, but you get the idea. Food was good! I saw a lot of bad ratings, but my pizza and mozz sticks met my expectations. With another week left in my trip, another stop here is likely.

Overall this place has kept up with the time. Only downfall was giving away my appetizer to another table,but accidents happen. I LOVED the waitress who made things right and brought out the wings and fries. Plenty of refills and checked up on her tables! Calming ,busy ,and summer time atmosphere. Food was good, service not so much. 2 parties were seated ahead of me even though I got there first. When they say me at my large table for 1, it took my server 20 minutes to get my drink and food order. Then when I wanted to flag her down, that took quite a long time as well.

I got the cobb salad with crispy chicken on top. Decent salad with a very cool exterior. The salad seemed off. Not in taste or anything, but as if it was a bit wilted or not as fresh as it could be. The salad leaves were also massive. I would have wanted them cut just a bit more to make it easier to eat. The salad though was massive! I usually eat everything on my plate and I did not have a particularly big breakfast but I couldn't finish my salad, leaving about a third in the bowl. I would recommend the place for gathering friends and having fun or to watch a game or two.

I got the French Dip. It was tasty except the au jue was tasteless with lots of onions. It seemed like the bottom of the French onion soup pot. The waitresses were great, and it was busy. We waited quite a while for our food, but it was understandable....I was just hungry. Lol

A little disappointed in our last visit. I order dozen wings extra crispy. The rest of party wasnt ready so we said come back in a couple mins. 5 mins later the wings come out. Definitely not made to order and tasted it. They ordered and I was done by the time they got their food. The party behind us waited super long just to order a drink. We would of ordered more drinks but the wait was too long..and it wasnt that busy. The wings should be made fresh. And service should of been better.

It's okay. Stopped in because I saw they were always really busy. Fries were good burgers were overcooked and dry. Nice service and environment.

We had two wraps which were both fine, and really good onion rings. The hostess was friendly and great, but service after that was mostly non-existent. I would prefer a few less TVs, as it was impossible to not have one in my field of view. I'm also not a fan of non-stop country music, but if you like lots of TVs going and country, the atmosphere is probably great for you!

Un organized is the word I would use to describe T.C. Hooligans. The hostess said she'd bring place settings, and we ended up having to go ask for them. Two out of three dinners came out before we ever got any drinks. We had to wait for the third dinner to arrive. The food itself was good. We had the French Dip, The Cuban, and the Country Sweet Pizza. So, if the service had been better organized, I would have given them a better rating.

If you're a beer lover, the selection really sucks. No better way to describe it...it's seriously outdated. My chicken salad wrap, wasn't chicken salad....it was grilled chicken....the menu should state this. The rest of the group liked their food a lot. Service was good, the interior is nice, but the dining room opens up to the patio which is located right on a busy and loud West Ridge Road. Otherwise, all good, but you really need to bring the beer menu to the next level.

I've been here once, so take that as you will... Your experience may vary. I'll summarize before the story. Food was subpar, service was minimal, accommodations were poor. A lot of people would give this place one star after my experience, but I'm realistic. It was edible and relatively clean. Now. Let me paint a story: We went here for a birthday party for my disabled mother (who was previously impressed with the food) the weekend of St. Patrick's Day. We told them ahead of time in a reservation that she was disabled and they set us up in a room with high chairs. It took 40 minutes to get a room with normal seats, which they should have done in the first place. It took a long time to get the servers to get anything done, all the food came out sporadically. 10 minute period in between food often. The food came out cold, small, or slightly wrong. My particular Burger (The hooligan, you know the one with her name on it so you think they would try hard on that one) was a "double" that we could barely tell was a double because it felt like it was one Burger cut in half and made it into two circles. Barely a double. I would have gotten better at Wendy's. We had to ask for plates for the appetizers, forks for the meal, and the condiments at the table weren't even filled. We had to trade our mustard between the other half of the table to get anything. But, gosh golly, the lotto at the table was definitely full to make asolutely sure you could use that! To be clear, I do not blame the staff. Every single person on that floor that day was not smiling and all the food was evident of a hurried kitchen. I entirely blame the service on the lack of staff, which is Management's fault. We still got horrible service though. Now, since this was a single instance, your experience may vary. But the fact that it happened this time means that it can happen again. You would think ANY management would know that the weekend of St. Patty's Day would be busy!

So I previously had a 5 star review of this place because the food is usually good and I've had good experiences with the staff. However, the last two times I was here I've had terrible experiences. Previously, I had family in from out of state so I took them here. In an empty restaurant towards the end of the night the waitress forgot to put our order in and we waited for nearly an hour and a half for food. At least she was apologetic and made things right. Still, it was extremely annoying. Today, April 2nd 2022, myself and 2 other friends sat down at the bar as we watched the final 4. The bartenders served everyone around us and never once offered us a drink or a menu. After sitting there for about 30 mins, my friend says "excuse me" to the bartender who I was told is Melissa. She ignored him. He said "excuse" me once again and she rolled her eyes and looked at him. He asked for a menu and she walked away. 5 mins later she throws the menu on the bar and walks away. Never takes our order. So finally we get a table and avoid the bar all together. When my other friend tried to cash out the one drink he got at the start of the game, Melissa wouldn't even cash him out and asked someone else to do it. My friend told the male bartender how rude she's been and he mentioned something to her as he was cashing my friend out. My friend signed the check and Melissa comes over takes it and sarcastically says "have a nice day." It was such a turn off we almost left despite just getting a table. The saving grace was that our waitress was very nice to help save the night. At the end of the day, I'm far more likely to venture to other spots in the future since there's no longer a priority on good service.

I really wanted to like this place because it was so convenient and close to the hotels. Unbelievably slow service and below mediocre food quality, cannot recommend. They are dog friendly, and the venue is good for getting drunk apparently, but not a good place for food.

Being charged mkre than $5 on top of the rhe bill just for using a credit/debit card really took me off guard. It ruined the whole experience with my kids. There was no warning about it. Other than that, everything was as expected

Good morning! My wife and I were visiting from out of town and decided to stop in for some wings and a burger. I want to start by giving credit where it’s due—our waitress Angela was great. She was extremely attentive, friendly, and checked on us regularly, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the level of service. The wings were a big disappointment—they lacked seasoning, even with the Country Sweet Sauce, which usually adds a lot of flavor. The Mushroom Swiss Cheeseburger was also a letdown; it was extremely dry and didn’t have the juiciness or flavor we were hoping for. Great service, but the food definitely needs improvement.

I just want it explained how we arrived for dinner for 2 and were told there would be a 15 min. wait, but a party of 4 arrived after us and were seated before us because they knew one of the hostesses? After they were seated, then we were seated right next to the party of 4 that arrived after us. Explain that please, since you only accept reservations for parties of 8 or more. We eat here because you are one of our favorite places. We were a little disappointed, since we have never had a problem

Our waitress Katie H must have been having a horrible night… she was quite rude. Made for a really awkward dinner… especially since we were a pretty low maintenance table. We didn’t even get the opportunity to speak with her much, she was just super annoyed. The atmosphere has a hole is great, perfect place to watch a game. A lot of seating and plenty of TVs.

Sad to see that this places quality has gone downhill. Probably had been a year since I was last there and the food isn’t any good anymore. The wings were dry and over cooked, my partners burger bland, the fries barely crispy and everything so freaking salty!! My kids pizza was the only thing that tasted halfway decent. It was all served in burger baskets, which after looking at the table we were sat at left me concerned about the cleanliness. The drink menu and napkins holder were literally sticky, and looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. We were given the wrong food by a waiter who when we told them we didn’t order it said “ are you sure?” And then went off asking table by table if they had ordered it until he found the right one. Then our appetizer went right by us with a different waitress and was offered to a table who stated it wasn’t theirs, and again it went table to table until it finally got to us.

I love the food here. However, I went on doordash to order and wanted to order tots in a box. Tots in a box come with jalapenos and I do not like jalapenos. I tried to put in a special instruction to remove the jalapenos but it says this store has chosen to not accept special requests. So I called in and asked if I order is it possible for me to call in and ask you to remove them. I was advised that I can just pick them off. What terrible customer service. Sounds like I just won't order food online from here ever.

Got the Friday Fish Fry and the haddock fish was 10/10, very crispy and tasty. However, the coleslaw was a 1/10 due to too much of a sour flavor, felt like something was off. Their fries were okay, nothing too crazy, just average. The service for take out was terrible, I couldn’t imagine how it would like dining in. After a few minutes later from ordering take out over the phone, we called to substitute the sides but the employees said they could not substitute it due to having our order already paid for a few minutes prior, although they did not start our order yet. We were willing to pay the extra cost, whatever it was, but the employee said this still wouldn’t be possible. The customer service is what ruined it for us.

Great place and great service. However food is no bueno. It's bad when you pay a premium to not have to cook yourself and enjoy some drinks with friends and still end up with food worse than your ex's mother's homemade vegan lasagna.

Order was rushed. Wanted to try a new take out place for burgers/sandwich for dinner the other night, and when my father placed the order and the girl said 20 minutes I knew instantly the food was gonna be rushed and bad. Ordered a Ruban and fries with specific dressing and got a double bacon cheese burger ketchup only. The Ruben was dry and didn't come with the dressing, and the burger I ordered had onion, lettuce, tomatoe and mayo. The burger patty was burnt so bad I could use it for a hockey puck... Will not come back again.

Sat here for an hour and 50 minutes without food. It took a long time to put my order in but never got my food. The manager gave me assurances next time. Sorry, no next time. Think twice before coming here. It's this a one off or the easy they do business. It's up to you to decide.

And we got a Ruben to complete the order When does a Ruben come without Sauer kraut? When you order one from TC Hooligans. First time going here for a burger and a beer and the bar is filled, the melt is meh at best and my food is literally yanked away before I could I finish

My wife and I went in for lunch. We started with the pub pretzels which were pretty good. I ordered a cocktail which was ok. We both ordered boneless wings, an order of loaded fries and onion rings. The wings were room temperature to almost cold and hard, the loaded fries were luke warm and the onion rings were straight cold. The were kind enough to remove the onion rings from the bill as only 2 were eaten but we still ended up paying $75 plus a $10 tip for some of the worst food I've ever had to pay for. I've given this place more than 3 chances to win my business but they continue to be a complete let down and charge far too much for the trash they serve. Stay away from this joint if you like eating quality food.

I really hate to write a bad review but I was there. I ordered chicken wings and I asked for them well done and they were extremely rubbery. I don’t usually send food back, but I decided I was going to. I got the wings back. They still didn’t seem up to par Fast-forward to waking up at 4 AM with extreme vomiting. I don’t know if they messed up my food on purpose for sending it back. But getting extremely sick from food is not it.

Meh, nothing to jump about. Party of 4 we came in on what seemed to be a slow Saturday in January for lunch. We get sat down only to be ignored for about 20 minutes until we were offered drinks and allowed to order. All basic food items, quesadilla, turkey blt, chicken fingers, and a burger. The burger practically came uncooked oozing all over the bun, not even Hannibal Lecter would eat that one. Some places lose focus on the little things like customer service and customer satisfaction. This is one of those places. Every visit seems to be outdone by the next. This one about did it for us.

Drinks were good, but was very disappointed about the music. They played “stations” the whole time and didn’t take any song requests. There is no jukebox so the manager plays music the whole time. I asked for ONE song and it did not get played. Not a late night bar vibe by any means.

Absolutely dog food. The most bland food I've ever had in Rochester! Got their wrap and quesadilla and they were absolutely trash! Meat had no seasoning, cheese on quesadilla want even melted. Taco bell does a better job!!

As I was eating my delicious delectable meal, i rested my feet under the table. lightly resting them on the bar under the table. When I returned home with my (ADIDAS SAMBAS W/ THE CHUNKY BOTTOMS) I see rust and gunk on the top of both of my shoes. Why is your table that rusty to the point where I can’t rest my feet?? Why are my shoes still dirty?? Why are you people so dirty??? Buy me new sambas?? (and they are white).

We waited over 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. We were skipped while another table that arrived after us was served first. When the server finally came, the interaction felt dismissive and rude.

The food was okay but if I could give 0 stars for service I would. We had Gina as our server and we noticed she was paying close attention to tables she’s familiar with while others were forgotten. She was friendly but was rushing us from the start and brought out the wrong refills as well. I just don’t think she was paying much attention to us. We waited half an hour to be greeted from our server drinks and food took even longer overall it was some of the worst costumer service I’ve ever had and the prices are ridiculously high.

This place is wack. Absolute garbage, got the waitress recommended chicken quesadilla, no flavor, no sauce. I literally could get a way better one from Taco Bell. On top of that, the service was trash. Way better bars and food in roc imo. Don’t spend your money here.

Do not go here unless you have time to burn. The service was so slow and inattentive that we were not asked if we wanted menus. After 45 minutes and no beer refills, and multiple times being straight up ignored by all the staff (who made eye contact), all they did was chat with their friends. So we just left. It wasn't worth the time or the money, and service was so bad I don't even know if the food is bad. Not family friendly, not service animal friendly, atmosphere is like a nasty sorority.

They told us (party of 2) a wait time of 35 minutes which is fine, so we decided to wait only for us not to get a text message about a table being ready for us. We waited there for over 2 hours. I really enjoy the food here but I am really disappointed.

Absolutely the worst time of my life. All my friends were out to have a good time and we had this horrible experience. Natalie was rude, unprofessional and our food was cold. Bad bad service. Be better when you hire people.

Very disappointed with this place. They charged me an extra tip, my bank noticed that they charge 65% on tip and they reach out to me to make sure. I called the business three different times so a manager could fix the issue. I was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. This shows a lack of responsibility and respect for customers. I won’t be returning and I do not recommend this place. Update! I was never refunded for an extra tip that was charged to me. After six calls, the manager said the refund would appear in three days, but two weeks have passed and nothing happened. It’s unfortunate because this is a great restaurant that couldn’t resolve a simple issue. No credit, food, or drink was offered, despite the mistake being theirs. I hope others have a better experience. Happy holidays.

Went here for lunch and a beer. Sat at the bar and the bartender was rude. Immediately asked know what you want. Didn't offer a menu and walked off. Talked with their friends for 15-20 minutes. We got our beer and the bartender didn't acknowledge us again for 20 minutes. Put up our hands asked for her attention as she was talking to her friend right next to us. We finally got a menu and never got service. Walked out after leaving more than the place was worth. Don't waste your time here unless you like teri le service.

Paid 77 dollars for a greasy bland burger and a Cobb salad that had bacon in it that was beyond way too salty, the salad was presented nicely but the taste was a no go. Had the buffalo wing dip appetizer and it was okay but not something I would ever get again or a place I would ever go again! Very disappointed in this establishment! We stayed at the Residence Inn, so we walked over to grab a bite to eat after a long day driving. This place looked "inviting" from the crossover bridge. We decided to give it a try. What a mistake it turned out to be. We were seated immediately, but sat for a long 20 min without anyone knowing that we were there. We flagged a waitress over to ask for service. Ours was not her table, but she agreed to take our drink order. Another 10 min, our waitress showed up with two water glasses, took our food order and quickly disappeared. Our drinks did not come, I walked to the bar to inquire, and another waitress agreed to help. Our waitress was so un-motivated, she hardly checked on her tables. She gave everyone the same level of service.... none. When the food came out, it was another disappointment. The Nachos was terrible, the cheese froze over, spent lot of time under the heating lamp? We got the chili option, and that was all we got with some wilted jalapenos. No guacamole, no black olive, and no green whatsoever. For a bar food, this nachos was pathetic. The Caesar salad was a tad better. It was at least edible. No service, lousy food. This restaurant only delivers disappointment and asks you to go somewhere else to eat. This is a place to avoid.....

Don't fall for the 4 star rating! The service at this TC location is awful! Avoid this place if at all possible. Suggestion: There are much better places to go to at the bottom and in pictures of my review! Anyway, The TC Holligans Restaurant looks really nice but the staff is extremely rude, especially to non locals, for absolutely no reason. We had actually picked our hotel out because it had this restaurant next to it and I had planned to have local friends and family come meet us there for lunch and dinner on and off all throughout our vacation stay... But that idea was cut short on our very first visit, when our waitress called the manager on us simply because she noticed we hadnt eaten a pizza we ordered. We hadnt complained or asked for the manager, we were just eating another appetizer we had and still waiting for the rest of our party to show up. But, the manager came to our table and started insulting us for no reason about how we must not be locals and then got caustic for no reason about how shes going to charge us for something we havent ate and I realized quickly that that she was just looking for a problem. She should be fired for treating random people like that. She's horrible for business. This was actually the first time I had ever been to a TC Hooligans and we had been planning to spend a couple hundred dollars there that day, stuffing our face into oblivion as a spoiled kick off to our vacation, after getting off the plane the night before.. In fact, we had budgeted to possibly spend $1k or so there, on and off throughout our stay because we wanted something close by and easily accessible.. But I didn't bother to mention that to anyone. Instead, I just told the manager we would be paying the bill no problem and leave a yelp review. Then when the rest of our party started to show up, I took them to eat everywhere else for the rest of the trip. So anyway, Don't ever waste your time at TC Hooligans like I did: We had only ordered an appetizer and the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza so far, but it was drenched in what they called a local sweet country sauce or whatever and that stuff smells and tastes like a bitter, cheap knock off of the sweet and sour nugget sauce from McDonald's. It might not have been that bad if only there wasn't so much sauce on the top of it, that it looked more like a breaded soup bowl than a pizza. Worse, one taste of it was nauseating and I had to put it back down. Listen, I am a reasonable AND reasonably fat person, who has NEVER turned down even mediocre pizza in my life, but this was just gross... YET, I didn't make a stink about it. I just didn't want to eat it and when the manager showed up and got nasty with me for no reason, I told her the truth: I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, not a Sweet and Sour Teriyaki Soup Bread Bowl. She is an absolute Karen and a half and so was the waitress. Anyway. We ended up going to other places like Stingray Sushifusion, Dinosaur BBQ , and Cheesy Eddie's instead, which ended up being fantastic. So I will show you photos of their food instead, because the manager at TC is operating on the budget of $20 grade petty, and I suggest you go eat better at these other places for the same kinda money or less, that I had intended to blow at TC Hooligans.
