In-N-Out Burger in Rocklin, California is a fine example of a very well run business. The wait in drive through was short. My order was taken quickly. The staff member delivered my burger, fries, and chocolate shake with a smile and thank you. The burgers and fries here are in a class of their own. Hot, fresh ingredients, and super tasty. I will definitely be back and the fact that they are close to HWY 80 and open until 1:00am makes that easy and convenient.

I came here around midnight on Saturday after not having in and out for about a year. It was basically the only thing open but I’m glad it was, I had an amazing cheeseburger, with fries and a milkshake for a really decent price! Went through the drive-through. It took longer to get through the line than it should have. If you only have a half-hour for lunch, forget about it. The price is higher, and the burgers are smaller. They shrunk the food and drinks down so they didn't have to raise the price, but then they raised the price anyway. You can still get a single with cheese, fries, and a shake for just over $11.00. I remember just a few years ago, I could get a burger, fries, and a soda for $6.50. Now it's being happy that it is less than $10.00. Still love it. I just don't go as often as I used to.

Like most In n Outs, the staff are overly friendly, food is great and lines while long always move fast. I typically do drive thru and it can snake its way through the parking lot in a bit of an awkward way, so be mindful of that. I'll try and add photos at some point.

It's funny rating the atmosphere of In-N-Out Burger because they're all exactly the same. I would have to say that this time was a little disappointing because when we came in we were able to order at the counter right away it was only 4:00 p.m. but the amount of time that they took to make our two orders was ridiculous it was as if there was 15 people waiting in front of us. Food is always delicious and what I'm looking for, they're so cookie cutter and exact with replication that I never seem to have an issue with flavor or consistency.

Gluten free? Get a lettuce wrap double burger with cheese and fries! Pricing is affordable (unlike MOST fast-food places) and they are always busy. But it never takes more than 7 minutes to get your order. Incredible!

The in - and - out experience was perfect and well respected the cashier was polite kind and respectful. The burger was delicious and the fries were devour. The soda machine is always running to the point where it never running water. The people there were very hard workers and very best at doing their job perfectly. The double double burger with no onions was definitely devour part of the whole burger 🍔. The people were great and great customer service. Recommend coming here again in the future.

Passed by here in the yesterday Friday May 9th just after 7:00PM. I went swimming at Granite Bay Main Beach at Folsom Lake earlier in the afternoon. This is My first time going to this In-N-Out location in Rocklin. In-N-Out is My most favorite fast-food place to eat at. I ordered a 4x4 with no tomato and regular onion, fries, and a large drink. The service and atmosphere were really good. Honestly, I would go here again after going swimming at the beach. By the way, it is the closest In-N-Out location from Granite Bay Main Beach.

In-N-Out probably has the most consistently good burgers of any fast food burger chain. They never offer coupons, and while the menu items aren't cheap, they are reasonably priced. My go-to burger is the double-double. If you're interested in additional menu customization, google In-N-Out secret menu for insights into their customizations such as animal style.

In-n-Out burger is a yummy place for burgers, fries and shakes. The menu is very simple. But there are many creative ways to order off menu. For example “Animal Style” provides extra pickles, extra sauce, grilled onions, etc. if you want 3 or 4 patties instead of a 1 or two patties on your burger, just ask. You can also get creative with your milkshake orders as well. Great food and friendly service at In-N- Out Burger.

Upon entering, we were greeted right away by the friendly server. There was no line at the cashier, so placing our order was fast and easy. The staff is nice and kind—friendly but still focused on getting things done. We found the perfect spot on the cozy couches to settle in. As usual, we ordered a double-double, some chocolate shakes, fries, and refreshing drinks. We had a great time and a wonderful night! My kids loved the food, especially the burgers! We’ll definitely keep coming back for more tasty treats. Overall, we recommend In-N-Out with a perfect 5/5 rating.

In-N-Out is by far the best Fast Food restaurant to exist. It’s always clean and you can definitely taste the quality of food. I love ordering animal fries with mustard! The grilled cheese could’ve been better considering the cheese slipped to the back and majority of it stuck to the paper. I never get sick of eating here. Even when I travel I know In-N-Out is a great place to go if you don’t know where to go.

The Rocklin location has always met the in and out standards for food quality and service. The drive through fast but the parking lot design sucks so be aware of this if grab and going.

Excellent overall burgers with a nice balance of all the ingredients. Toasted bun, melty cheese, crisp veggies, and a magical sauce. I just wish the meat patties were a higher quality as they're a bit chewy. Fries made their way are too soft, so ask for them to be well-done, and they're great.

There are a lot of In-N-Out burger stores and while this one is OK, it is not my favorite. Order was taken OK at the register, per the receipt, but it was not prepared correctly. Not badly enough to grumble, just not up to their reputation and standards. They are all great employees so the bar is set pretty high for them!

Good service and decent burgers especially for a fairly new location. But like most locations there is always such a lengthy wait for drive thru that parking and walking in is so much faster and the customer service received inside is just as good if not better than the drive thru! Inside the restaurant isn't anything special pretty much just like the inside of a McDonald's. Clean and very brightly lit with plastic chairs and booths. I prefer to just take it to go.

Pretty decent for your typical In N Out. Just make sure you get your order right. This store often confuses Raw Chop O with Chop O. One goes on the bottom bun and the other on the meat. I know it does not sound like a big deal, but they do taste different. Also ask for light salt, they are pretty heavy handed on the fry portioning.

Went through the drive through for a double cheeseburger with French fries and onions... a young female employee was standing on the curb taking orders, she was very friendly and had a nice smile... the line moved fairly fast and all the employees at the drive through window were friendly and smiling. The food was like it is at all in-n-outs delicious!!! The store and the parking lot were clean and the ambiance was quite pleasant.

This location right off the freeway was absolutely bustling! The staff here were full of energy and ready to take care of business.💯 I informed one of the staff about a customer taking literally “ALL” of their peppers 🌶️ they have for others to help their self to to only fill a cup to and walk out and the staff member wass in disbelief 🫢 that that happened.. to promptly refill the container with refreshed peppers for the rest of the customers to be shocked and happy to have some. Love the place and enjoy the food the only thing is that I feel a little discomfort is police surrounded the area like they are waiting to get somebody and it makes me not want to go back especially at this time right now with trump. Everything is great except the parking. Small lot to drive and park. When you're in the drive thru exit and want to leave, the incoming lane to take orders blocks you in and won't move. Should put a "don't block" so people could exit the drive thru

We eat in-n-out from time to time. Most people rave about it. There is nothing wrong with their burgers, but they just do not stand up to the hype. Folks talk about them as if they are exceptional and they are par at best. It is difficult for me to understand why someone would wait in their ridiculously long lines for a simply ok burger. It almost seems more as if eating there is trendy, so people do it. Then again, maybe my pallet is off, because they are extremely popular.

Place is dirty, is the most unclean in n out ever been. My burger sat there because they screwed up the orders so I ate a wet burger. The shake tasted like expired milk, it was disgusting. This is by far the most unprofessional In-N-Out I have ever been to, which says a lot because In-N-Out has very high customer service standards. I’m a regular at this restaurant I always get a plain meal which they have sabotaged with peppers. I know this is a purposeful thing because who asks for peppers on their burger? Long story short it’s a lot more worth it to stop at a different In-N-Out branch as they will spend a lot less time standing around and talking and they’ll get your food to you a lot sooner. So I know In-N-Out is always busy, but there’s no call or reason for this went through the drive-through I live on the other side of the bridge so it’s not like I had to drive far hour to 4 x 4 animal style fries extra spread on the fries and this is what my fries look like not only do they look short on the fries that’s no way to serve animal style fries
