It's such a disappointment to not be served the quality of food they used to make. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places, but this one is not as great as others. I got off of work, EXHAUSTED, and this is what my Chipotle Chalupas look like 🙁.. I'm very disappointed with the staff that made my order.

Wrong items, wrong drink, no sauce, no napkins... like you ordered in the app... They're rushing so they can clear the cars and have time to lean

I don’t know who’s working night shift , but whatever Mexican girl that wears a ton of makeup needs to chill , if a customer has their card locked you don’t need to talk under ur breath like there was a line full of cars behind me .. Taco Bell in Rockport maybe you’d be a five star if you hired happy employees….

I've never been one to write reviews, however I recently have been having issues with this establishment, the employees seem to get my orders wrong whenever I order the crunch wrap supreme. My wife has reported an employee leaving a marijuana smell in the women's bathroom on multiple occasions, our sons have both seen multiple employees vaping while handling food in the kitchen. Which is certainly a health code violation.

paid 29$ for my order and they clearly didn't bag the order right nor gave me a receipt for my order I didn't even get my moneys worth I asked for no cabbage still got cabbage like I know y'all trying to get y'all's food out fast but slow down and and make sure everything is okay to send out...my kids don't wanna eat supreme tacos my cantina bowl wasn't made right...but I did sure pay 29$ just to get my order wrong I only got 1 soft taco when I ordered 4 just PLEASE MAKE SURE YALL ARE GIVING OUT THE RIGHT FOOD

Aiden the manager allowed cold food and left over food to be served and when spoke up about it try to correct it make it fresh just to trash and serve the same cold food and not make it fresh recommend to have some one work that actually care about customers and food quality not just to make an order quickly and get it out the door Instead of making it fresh poor service at Rockport Taco Bell get it right people I didn’t bother dealing with ignorance in asking for my money back I just took the food and trashed it where it belongs

Order soft tacos and your going to get more lettuce then meat. Been by this location twice now. Spent $30 both times on taco bundle of 12, and both times put a baby spoon full of meat then packed it with lettuce!!! I didn’t go there for a salad. On top of that they’re so empty both times I’ve went. I can now see why!!!!

Usually we have a great experience at this location, but today was not good. Our bill was a little over $30 dollars, they could not break a $50, which is all I had at the time. The manger on duty was no help. In not so many words , it was an ' oh well' from the manger. I canceled the order and left. Costumer service was horrible today.
